Various easily accessible imidazolinium salts have been found to be capable of catalysing an aza-Diels-Alder reaction with a range of imines and Danishefsky's diene, giving the desired products in good to excellent yields. The influence of the counter-anions on the reactivity has been explored. These salts could contribute to the field of metal-free catalysis/organocatalysis.  相似文献

Copper(I) triflate acts as an efficient stoichiometric reagent for the homo-coupling of aryldiazonium salts bearing electron-withdrawing group(s), to yield symmetrical biaryls in acetonitrile under mild reaction conditions. Aryldiazonium salts bearing electron-donating groups undergo the reaction by using catalytic amounts of a copper complex prepared in situ from copper(II) triflate and 2,2′-bipyridine with metallic copper as an ultimate reductant.  相似文献

The imidazolinium and benzimidazolium bromide salts with pentafluor substituents on N atom were synthesized. The structures of imidazolinium and benzimidazolium bromide salts obtained were conformed by 1H and 13C NMR, 19F NMR and elemental analysis. It was found that pyrolytic decomposition occurs with melting in salts. The imidazolinium and benzimidazolium bromide salts were studied by TG-DTG and DTA from ambient temperature to 1000°C in nitrogen atmosphere. The decomposition occurred mainly in one stage and the values of activation energy E, frequency factor A, reaction order n, enthalpy change ΔH #, entropy change ΔS # and Gibbs free energy ΔG #, of the thermal decomposition were calculated by means of Coats-Redfern (CR), MacCallum-Tanner (MC) and van Krevelen (vK) methods. The activation energy value obtained by CR and MC methods were in good agreement with each other while those obtained by vK were found to be 10–12 kJ mol−1 larger.  相似文献

The preparation and application of a new series of chiral ionic liquids are described. The salts are based on imidazolinium cations. Some of the cations also incorporated an axial chirality at the C(2) position next to the central chirality. These cations display a very high rotational barrier along the arene–imidazolinium axis. Furthermore, an analogue with a chiral anion was prepared. The salts have low melting points. Their potential as solvents and as chiral shift reagents was explored, resulting for the first time in an example of a chiral ionic liquid as a shift reagent for a neutral compound.  相似文献

Di(cyano)iodonium triflate 5 generated in situ from iodosyl triflate (0 = I-OTf) and cyanotrimethylsilane is a preferred reagent for the preparation of various bis(heteroaryl)iodonium triflate salts 11–15 via an iodonium transfer reaction with the corresponding tributyltin substituted heterocycles 6–10 . Novel heteroaromatic iodonium salts 3, 11–15 were isolated in good yields as relatively stable microcrystalline solids and characterized by multinuclear nmr, ir and hrms data.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A variety of selenoiminium salts were obtained by reacting the corresponding selenoamides with methyl triflate at room temperature for 30 s. All of the salts were stable under air. The structures of the selenoiminium salts were determined by X-ray molecular analysis. An aromatic selenoiminium salt reacted with BuLi (3 equiv) to give two types of ketones. In a reaction with LiAlH(4)/Te, the selenoiminium salts were converted to telluroamides.  相似文献

A Pd-catalyzed method for the preparation of imidazolinium salts from the corresponding thioureas that could then be used for the synthesis of imidazolium and amidinium salts is described. The cyclization of N,N'-dialkyl or diaryl ethane-1,2-diamines or propane-1,3-diamines with inorganic ammonium salts and orthoesters proceeds briskly under microwave irradiation to afford the corresponding imidazolinium or tetrahydropyrimidinium salts. The transformation is highly versatile and tolerates a wide range of substituents and counterions. It could be scaled from 1 to 50 mmol without any difficulty. Because the workup is equally rapid and straightforward, this experimental procedure provides fast and convenient access to an important class of heterocyclic compounds that have found numerous applications as N-heterocyclic carbene precursors, organocatalysts, and ionic liquids.  相似文献

1-methylthiopropargylammonium salts were synthesized in a highly efficient manner by reaction of alkynyl S,N-acetals with methyl triflate. Reactions of the 1-methylthiopropargylammonium salts with Grignard reagents gave propargyl sulfides or allenyl sulfides, whereas the reaction with organocopper reagents led to exclusive formation of allenyl sulfides regardless of the nature of substituents on the acetylenic carbon. A series of new chiral imidazolinium salts were prepared and tested as catalysts. It was possible to show that bis-imidazolinium salts had a higher reactivity than mono-imidazolinium salts. Addition of a stoichiometric amount of HCl to alkenylaldimines, -formamidines, and -amidines results in the protonation of the sp2-nitrogen atom. The resulting alkenylaldiminium, -formamidinium, and -amidinium salts can be isolated and fully characterized, including single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Heating solutions of these salts induces ring closure cleanly and regioselectively via formal "exo" addition of the nitrogen-hydrogen bond to the pendent carbon-carbon double bond, affording the corresponding cyclic aldiminium, dihydroisoquinolinium, and imidazolinium salts. Of special interest, novel 4,4-disubstituted imidazolinium salts are accessible via this synthetic route. Similarly, addition of phosgene to alkenyl ureas and alkenyl amides, followed by gentle heating, cleanly affords C-chloro imidazolinium, and cyclic C-chloro iminium salts, respectively. Treatment of the latter with tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium allows for the preparation of the first transition-metal complex bearing a cyclic arylaminocarbene as ligand. Deuterium labeling experiments suggest that the mechanism of the hydroiminiumation and -amidiniumation reactions involves an intramolecular proton transfer to the double bond in the rate-determining step. This novel synthetic methodology gives access to a variety of N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) and cyclic alkyl- and arylaminocarbene (CAAC) precursors.  相似文献

A synthesis of stereodefined enantiomerically pure 2-alkenyl azetidines is described using Wittig olefination as key step. The quaternary triflate ammonium salts of these heterocycles were prepared in a stereoselective way and treatment of these azetidinium salts with a base (KHMDS or PhLi) induced a regioselective Stevens rearrangement leading to a 3-alkenyl pyrrolidine. An unprecedented SN2′ reaction involving phenyllithium as nucleophile and an ammonium as leaving group was observed in one case.  相似文献

N-Allyl-2-(het)arylethynyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridinium triflates 1c,d,e and N-allyl-2-(het)aryl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-3H-azepinium triflates 1g,h undergo a thermal isomerization reaction leading to derivatives of [a,f]-annulated isoindolium salts 2 in good yields. Similarly, N-allyl-2-phenylethynyl-pyridinium triflate 4 is transformed into the condensed pyridinium salt 5. An intramolecular [4 + 2] cycloaddition reaction, in which the (het)arylethynyl moiety acts as the 4pi component, is considered as the key step of this transformation. In contrast, the related N-allyl-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrrolium salts 1a,b and N-homoallyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridinium salt 1f undergo unspecific decomposition under thermal impact.  相似文献

New chiral imidazolinium salts with tunable steric features, based on a biisoquinoline template, have been developed and structurally characterised using single crystal X-ray crystallography. The trans PdI(2)(NHC)(2) complex was prepared by reaction of the parent H(4) imidazolinium salt with Pd(OAc)(2) in the presence of NaI, and the solid state structure determined by X-ray crystallography. The rigid, chiral, biisoquinoline geometry of the H(4) imidazolinium salt was found to be maintained upon ligand complexation. The sterically unencumbered parent biisoquinoline ligand has been found to give high conversion with modest enantioselectivity in the copper-catalysed asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to cyclohexenone.  相似文献
