NBSM-荧光素体系流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸二甲双胍 总被引:4,自引:4,他引:4

在碱性条件下,N 溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBSM)氧化盐酸二甲双胍,体系中荧光素作为能量转移剂,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)的增敏作用下产生化学发光。基于此,结合流动注射技术,首次建立了测定盐酸二甲双胍的化学发光分析法,详细研究了影响化学发光强度的因素,并探讨了化学发光可能的机理。化学发光信号的增加值ΔI与盐酸二甲双胍浓度在7×10-8~1×10-5g·ml-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3σ)为2.4×10-8g·ml-1,对9×10-8g·ml-1盐酸二甲双胍进行了11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.8%。将方法用于盐酸二甲双胍片剂中盐酸二甲双胍的定量分析,结果满意。 相似文献

试验发现,肾上皮质激素药物哈西奈德对鲁米诺与N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(BSMD)在碳酸钠一碳酸氢钠缓冲介质中反应所产生的化学发光(CL)有明显增强作用,且其增强程度与此药物的质量浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4g·L-1之间呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为3×10-7g·L-1.根据上述结果并结合应用流动注射技术,提出了测定哈西奈德的流动注射化学发光方法.在浓度水平为4.0×10-5g·L-1条件下,按方法作11次平行试验,求得其相对标准偏差为3.0%.应用此法分析了3个哈西奈德药物的实样,并用药典方法进行对照试验.结果表明:两方法所得结果相符. 相似文献

A new flow injection chemiluminesenet method was presented for the determination of phenol based on the inhibition effect of trace phenol on the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and N-chlorosuccinimide system.The linear range for the determination of phenol is 1.5×10~(-5)~3.5×10~(-4)mg/mL,the detection limit is 2.36×10~(-6)mg/mL.This method has been used for the determination of phenol in water samples with satisfactory results.The mechanism of the inhibitory reaction was also discussed. 相似文献

本文研究了盐酸地芬尼多在N-氯代丁二酰亚胺(NCS)-荧光素化学发光反应体系中的后化学发光反应,并在研究反应的动力学性质、化学发光光谱、荧光光谱及其相关问题的基础上,探讨了反应机理;优化了反应条件,建立了一种测定盐酸地芬尼多的流动注射后化学发光方法.所建立方法的线性范围为6.0×10-9~1.0×10-9g/mL(r=0.9993),检出限为2×10-9g/mL,对5.0×10-8g/mL盐酸地芬尼多测定的相对标准偏差为2.5%(n=11).此法已用于血浆中盐酸地芬尼多含量的测定. 相似文献

基于在碱性介质中,白藜芦醇对I-增强N-氯代丁二酰亚胺-鲁米诺化学发光体系的阻抑作用,建立了测定白藜芦醇的流动注射化学发光分析新方法.优化了流动注射化学发光的分析条件和探讨了反应的可能机理.测定白藜芦醇的线性响应质量浓度范围为2.5×10-9~8.0×10-8g·mL-1,检出限为6.3×10-10g·mL-1,用5.0×10-8g·mL-1的白藜芦醇标准溶液进行11次测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%.应用本法测定了虎杖、葡萄酒、葡萄皮样品中的白藜芦醇含量,结果满意. 相似文献

Abstract A flow injection method combined with chemiluminescence detection was described for the determination of difenidol hydrochloride. Strong chemiluminescence was recorded when difenidol hydrochloride was added into the reaction mixture of N-chlorosuccinimide with dichlorofluorescein in alkaline medium. The experimental conditions that affected the chemiluminescence signal, including the concentrations of reactants, the reaction medium, and the instrumental parameters, were carefully optimized. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the enhanced chemiluminescence intensity was linear related to the concentration of difenidol hydrochloride in the range of 4.0 × 10?9 to 4.0 × 10?7 g/ml. The detection limit for difenidol hydrochloride was 7 × 10?10 g/ml, and the sample throughput was 90/h. The relative standard deviation was 2.5% for 5.0 × 10?8 g/ml difenidol hydrochloride solution (n = 11). The interference of common inorganic ions, excipients, and additives used in pharmaceutical preparation was studied, which showed the method has higher tolerance limit for these substances and has good selectivity. As a preliminary application, the method was applied to the determination of difenidol hydrochloride in tablets, and the satisfactory results were achieved. 相似文献

A simple flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of prednisone acetate was developed. This method is based on the fact that the strong CL of N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) and calcein can be inhibited by prednisone acetate. The CL intensity correlated linearly with the concentration of prednisone acetate over the ranges of 0.02–0.4 mg/L and 0.4–10 mg/L. The CL mechanism was also proposed. The detection limit (3σ) of prednisone acetate was 13 ng/mL and the relative standard deviation was 1.3% at 0.1 mg/L prednisone acetate (n = 11 measurements). This method was applied to the determination of prednisone acetate in the tablets with good results. 相似文献

摘要:建立了可见分光光度法测定盐酸吗啉胍的新方法。研究表明,当NaOH浓度为0.13mol/L,在丙酮存在下硝普钠与盐酸吗啉胍反应生成紫色N-亚硝基类化合物,其最大吸收波长为508nm,表观摩尔吸光系数2.5×103 L/(mol•cm)。盐酸吗啉胍浓度在0.38×10-6~3.0×10-4 g/mL范围内与吸光度呈现良好线性关系,线性回归方程A = 0.02292 + 0.01213c (10-6 g/mL),线性相关系数r=0.9998,检测限(3σ/k)为0.25×10-6 g/mL,RSD = 0.21%。本方法可用于药物样品和血清中盐酸吗啉胍含量的测定。 相似文献
