令（ΓP,α,β）是Poisson群胚．如果它的每个α-纤维与β-纤维至多交于一点,则Γ在任一点x的特征分布有直和分解△（x）=△α（x）+△β（x）,其中△α（x）Txα－1（u）,△β（x）Txβ-1（u）且它们都是△（x）的辛子空间．由此得到辛叶Sx的辛子流形S和S,使在映射α之下,S辛微分同胚于P中辛叶Su,在映射β之下,S反辛微分同胚于P中辛叶Sv（定理4和5）．对于一般的Poisson群胚,也可得到类似的S和S,它们差一局部辛微分同胚是唯一确定的（定理6）．把以上结果用于辛群胚,还可得到一些更具体的性质（定理7及其推论）．     

关于群胚作用和李双代数胚态射

在这篇文章中，我们讨论了李双代数胚之间的态射，得到了一些李双代数胚之间态射的性质．研究了泊松群胚在泊松流形上的泊松作用，以及这个泊松作用与被作用流形的切李双代数胚到作用泊松群胚的切李双代数胚之间的态射的关系，得到了一些有用的结论。     

Partial Groupoid Actions: Globalization,Morita Theory,and Galois Theory

In this article, we introduce the notion of a partial action of a groupoid on a ring as well as we give a criteria for the existence of a globalization of it. We construct a Morita context associated to a globalizable partial groupoid action, and we introduce the notion of a partial Galois extension, which is related to the strictness of this context.     

关于泊松群胚的余迷向双截面

令（Г→→Ｐ,α,β）是泊松群胚（Ｐｏｉｓｓｏｎ ｇｒｏｕｐｏｉｄ）。本文首先证明了一个关于Г中余迷向双截面（ｃｏｉｓｏｔｒｏｐｉｃ ｂｉｓｅｃｔｉｏｎ）在 性定理,其次证明了,若Ｋ是Г泊松同构,利用这一结果进而可以得到有关余迷向双截面的一些性质和一个双截面是余迷和的充分必要条件。     

具拟不变测度群胚流上的Toeplitz代数

设G为第二可数群胚,具有Haar系{λ^n},R为实数群,左不变作用在G上。本文我们自然地（作为[3]中概念的推广）引进两类Toeplitz代数（对应于一拟不变测度）,即小和大Toeplitz代数,并且得到了小Toeplitz代数的同构定理及k群。     

The reduced spaces of a symplectic Lie group action

There exist three main approaches to reduction associated to canonical Lie group actions on a symplectic manifold, namely, foliation reduction, introduced by Cartan, Marsden-Weinstein reduction, and optimal reduction, introduced by the authors. When the action is free, proper, and admits a momentum map these three approaches coincide. The goal of this paper is to study the general case of a symplectic action that does not admit a momentum map and one needs to use its natural generalization, a cylinder valued momentum map introduced by Condevaux et al. In this case it will be shown that the three reduced spaces mentioned above do not coincide, in general. More specifically, the Marsden-Weinstein reduced spaces are not symplectic but Poisson and their symplectic leaves are given by the optimal reduced spaces. Foliation reduction produces a symplectic reduced space whose Poisson quotient by a certain Lie group associated to the group of symmetries of the problem equals the Marsden-Weinstein reduced space. We illustrate these constructions with concrete examples, special emphasis being given to the reduction of a magnetic cotangent bundle of a Lie group in the situation when the magnetic term ensures the non-existence of the momentum map for the lifted action. The precise relation of the cylinder valued momentum map with group valued momentum maps for Abelian Lie groups is also given.     

A Vanishing Theorem for the Tangential de Rham Cohomology of a Foliation with Amenable Fundamental Groupoid

For a space X carrying a foliation , the authors study the cohomology of the complex of differential forms which are smooth along the leaves and transversally locally L . It is shown that, if the leaves are nonpositively curved manifolds of rank at least r in a suitable uniform sense and the fundamental groupoid of the foliation is amenable, then the cohomology vanishes in degrees above r. This result is inspired by some of Gromov's results on bounded cohomology.

本文证明了单连通Poisson紧李群切作用及约化Poisson作用于Poisson流形，若带有等动量映射，则可通过调整Poisson流形的Poisson结构，变成保Poisson结构的Poisson作用，并且该作用限制到Poisson流形的辛叶片上，相对于新Poisson结构是Hamiltion作用。我们把Meyer-Marsden-Weinstein约化从Hamiltion作用推广到切Poisson作用，包括正则值和非正则值两种形式。     

A Poisson manifold of strong compact type

We construct a corank one Poisson manifold which is of strong compact type, i.e., the associated Lie algebroid structure on its cotangent bundle is integrable, and the source 1-connected (symplectic) integration is compact. The construction relies on the geometry of the moduli space of marked K3 surfaces.     

Groupoid C *-Algebras and Index Theory on Manifolds with Singularities

The simplest case of a manifold with singularities is a manifold M with boundary, together with an identification M M × P, where P is a fixed manifold. The associated singular space is obtained by collapsing P to a point. When P = Z/k or S ¹, we show how to attach to such a space a noncommutative C ^*-algebra that captures the extra structure. We then use this C ^*-algebra to give a new proof of the Freed–Melrose Z/k-index theorem and a proof of an index theorem for manifolds with S ¹ singularities. Our proofs apply to the real as well as to the complex case. Applications are given to the study of metrics of positive scalar curvature.     

Symplectic group actions and covering spaces

For symplectic group actions which are not Hamiltonian there are two ways to define reduction. Firstly using the cylinder-valued momentum map and secondly lifting the action to any Hamiltonian cover (such as the universal cover), and then performing symplectic reduction in the usual way. We show that provided the action is free and proper, and the Hamiltonian holonomy associated to the action is closed, the natural projection from the latter to the former is a symplectic cover. At the same time we give a classification of all Hamiltonian covers of a given symplectic group action. The main properties of the lifting of a group action to a cover are studied.     

On the existence of global bisections of Lie groupoids

We show that every source connected Lie groupoid always has global bisections through any given point. This bisection can be chosen to be the multiplication of some exponentials as close as possible to a prescribed curve. The existence of bisections through more than one prescribed point is also discussed. We give some interesting applications of these results.     

On the Curvature Groups of a CR Manifold

We show that any contact form whose Fefferman metric admits a nonzero parallel vector field is pseudo-Einstein of constant pseudohermitian scalar curvature. As an application we compute the curvature groups of the Fefferman space C(M) of a strictly pseudoconvex real hypersurface Dedicated to the memory of Professor Aldo Cossu The Authors acknowledge support from INdAM (Italy) within the interdisciplinary project Nonlinear subelliptic equations of variational origin in contact geometry.     

Formal loops III: Additive functions and the Radon transform

To any algebraic variety X and closed 2-form ω on X, we associate the “symplectic action functional” T(ω) which is a function on the formal loop space LX introduced by the authors earlier. The correspondence ω→T(ω) can be seen as a version of the Radon transform. We give a characterization of the functions of the form T(ω) in terms of factorizability (infinitesimal analog of additivity in holomorphic pairs of pants) as well as in terms of vertex operator algebras.These results will be used in the subsequent paper which will relate the gerbe of chiral differential operators on X (whose lien is the sheaf of closed 2-forms) and the determinantal gerbe of the tangent bundle of LX (whose lien is the sheaf of invertible functions on LX). On the level of liens this relation associates to a closed 2-form ω the invertible function expT(ω).     

On Non-Equivalence of Quadratic Forms on a Riemannian Manifold
