电子信息产业的高速发展,使得电子装置或装备在使用过程中产生的热量越来越剧烈,需要及时导出以保证其正常运行,聚合物基导热复合材料由于其优异的加工性和较低的成本得到了应用。六方氮化硼(hBN)兼具优异的导热性和绝缘性,因此作为导热填料在导热绝缘聚合物复合材料领域受到越来越多的关注。本文主要从氮化硼填料尺寸、表面性质、取向结构以及杂化等方面综述了近年来氮化硼/聚合物导热复合材料的研究进展。  相似文献

橡胶是热的不良导体,但在实际应用中,许多领域需要橡胶具备一定的导热性能,以满足使用要求。因此,人们对于橡胶导热的研究越来越重视。本文概述了导热填料种类、形状、粒径、界面结合状态以及填料在橡胶基体中的分散性等因素对橡胶复合材料导热性能的影响,从实验角度分析了填充型导热橡胶的导热机理,阐述了目前研究中人们所建立的各种物理和数学模型,浅析了这些模型的优缺点及适用范围,并将其应用于橡胶材料导热性能的预测,最后介绍了导热橡胶的应用领域,以及导热橡胶未来的发展方向。  相似文献

聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜作为综合性能最优异的聚合物材料之一,已经被广泛应用于各类微电子器件。随着电子元器件的功率密度急剧增加,热积累问题已经成为制约其发展的瓶颈。具有高导热性能的PI绝缘薄膜材料被认为是解决上述热积累问题的有效方法之一。由于PI薄膜的本征导热性能较差,近年来,国内外研究学者在提高PI薄膜导热性能方面做了大量工作。本文从阐述热量在PI薄膜中的传输机理出发,概述了近年来导热PI绝缘薄膜的研究进展与发展现状,重点讨论了绝缘导热型填料、导电导热型填料以及三维导热骨架等增强PI绝缘复合薄膜导热性能的策略,最后对PI基导热绝缘复合薄膜研究进展和未来可能的发展趋势进行了总结和展望。  相似文献

随着科学的进步导热塑料应用领域不断扩大,尤其近些年来蓬勃发展的信息产业,为导热塑料提供了新的发展空间.本文对比了高分子材料、金属材料及金属氧化物导热性能,介绍了聚合物的导热机理,并对不同填充含量可适用的导热模型进行了介绍.讨论了提高塑料导热性能的途径和近年来提高导热性能新的研究方法,对非绝缘导热塑料、绝缘导热塑料的应用研究和最新进展作了综述,提出了导热塑料目前存在的问题,展望了导热塑料的应用前景.  相似文献

近年来,电子设备的需求逐渐向集成化、微型化发展,随之带来了愈发严重的发热问题已经成为了阻碍电子设备发展的重要因素之一。作为电子设备重要组成材料之一的高分子材料对优良导热性能的要求也越来越高,导热高分子复合材料的研究已经成为当前功能复合材料的重要发展方向。本文综述了高分子导热复合材料的发展趋势,介绍了当前选用填料法来制备单一填料、混杂填料高分子导热复合材料以及双逾渗结构、隔离结构等复杂多相结构的高分子导热复合材料的研究进展。重点介绍了通过多种导热填料的组合利用来制备高性能导热高分子复合材料。最后,对填料法高导热高分子复合材料的发展方向做出了简要展望。  相似文献

利用多巴胺(DA)的氧化自聚合特性, 对六方氮化硼(h-BN)进行表面修饰, 并以多巴胺改性后的氮化硼(h-BN@PDA)为导热填料, 对基体芳纶沉析纤维(AF)进行填充, 通过真空辅助抽滤法制备多巴胺改性氮化硼/芳纶沉析(h-BN@PDA/AF)复合薄膜, 并对其微观形貌、 表面官能团、 导热性能、 绝缘性能及力学性能进行研究. 结果表明, 聚多巴胺(PDA)包覆在h-BN表面, 并引入活性基团, 与AF纤维产生氢键, 改善了两者的界面结合, 显著提高了复合薄膜导热性能及绝缘性能. 当h-BN@PDA含量为70%时, h-BN@PDA/AF复合薄膜的导热系数为1.36 W/(m·K), 与纯芳纶沉析薄膜相比, 导热系数的增幅约为697.65%, 体积电阻率为5.96×10 14 Ω·m, 拉伸模量高达287.19 MPa.  相似文献

综述了端基功能化聚合物表面结构与性能的最新研究进展.聚合物端基功能化是实现聚合物表面改性的一种有效技术.通过端基功能化可以精确控制聚合物表面功能基团的种类和数量,从而影响聚合物表面的化学结构与性能.重点论述了功能化端基在聚合物表面的离析现象和产生这一现象的原因,以及功能化端基对聚合物表面分子运动能力的影响.本文还介绍了近年来用于研究端基功能化聚合物表面的表征新技术,如SFG、NR、SSIMS等.对端基功能化聚合物表面的环境响应性也进行了阐述.指出了利用不同功能化端基可以有效地控制聚合物表面的亲疏水性.并对端基功能化聚合物的应用进行了展望.  相似文献

“黏附”是一种普遍存在的多尺度相互作用,其实质是界面处化学键、氢键或范德华力等的形成.近年来,在贻贝仿生的基础上将黏性因子邻苯二酚基团嵌入到动态硼酸酯聚合物中,成为了功能黏附性高分子的重要发展方向.本专论从分子黏附、微/纳表面黏附和宏观表面黏附3个尺度,介绍硼酸酯键管控邻苯二酚基团在高分子材料功能化方面的研究进展.分子黏附,主要讨论硼酸酯聚合物中邻苯二酚基团与分子或离子相互作用规律及其对材料形貌和刺激响应性能的调控;微/纳表面黏附,论述硼酸酯聚合物体系超分子驱动力和组装机制,介绍其在微/纳材料功能化改性方面的研究进展;宏观表面黏附,讨论硼酸酯键管控邻苯二酚基团与黏附性能调控的关联规律,介绍硼酸酯聚合物功能黏附材料在宏观组装、攀爬机器人领域的应用.最后,从新型硼酸酯聚合物设计、动态键精准管控和器件化应用的角度,对该领域未来前景和发展趋势做出了展望.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
