Two coordination polymers, namely, two-dimensional complex 1 {[Cu(μ- L)1.5(ClO4)2(H2O)].(H2O)0.5}n (L = pyrazine-1,4-dioxide) and one-dimensional complex 2 [Co(μ-L)Br2(H2O)2]n, have been synthesized with pyrazine-1,4-dioxide as bridging ligands, and their crystal structures were determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for complex 1: monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 23.310(3), b = 12.2338(17), c = 10.6075(15) , β = 110.487(2)°, V = 2833.6(7) 3, Z = 8, C6H9Cl2CuN3O12.5, Mr = 457.60, Dc = 2.145 g/cm3, F(000) = 1832 and μ = 1.998 mm-1; and those for 2: monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 11.012(3), b = 7.483(2), c = 11.451(3) , β = 101.654(4)°, V = 924.2(4) 3, Z = 4, C4H8Br2CoN2O4, Mr = 366.87, Dc = 2.637 g/cm3, F(000) = 700 and μ = 10.487 mm-1. 1 shows a two-dimensional sheet structure on the ac plane through the coordination of μ-L bridging ligands with Cu(II) ions, while 2 displays a zigzag one-dimensional chain along the c axis via the coordination of μ-L bridging ligand with Co(II) ions. Hydrogen bonds in 1 and 2 make the sheets (or chains) connect each other to form a three-dimensional structure.  相似文献

Two manganese(II) coordination polymers, namely, {[Mn(PIP)(BIBP)]·(BIBP)0.5}n(1) and {[Mn(PTA)(BIMBP)(H_2O)]·H_2O_(0.69)}_n(2)(H_2PIP = 5-(4-pyridyl)-isophthalic acid, H_2 PTA =6-(4-pyridyl)-terephthalic acid, BIBP = 4,4?-bis(imidazol-1-yl)biphenyl, and BIMBP =4,4?-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl), have been synthesized by using the bifunctional pyrinde-benzene carboxylic acids and bis(imidazole) linkers as mixed ligands to react with Mn SO4,and further characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and PXRD. Compound 1 is in the triclicnic system, space group P1 with a = 10.1089(8), b = 13.1927(12), c = 14.0638(12) ?, α = 69.437(2), β= 73.2890(10), γ = 78.5320(10)o, V = 1671.9(2) ?~3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.449 g/cm3, F(000) = 705,μ(MoK α) = 0.453 mm-1, S = 1.053, R = 0.0491 and wR = 0.1367 for 5837 unique reflections(Rint =0.0208) with I 2σ(I). Compound 2 belongs to the monoclicnic system, space group C2/c with a =15.199(3), b = 19.731(3), c = 21.537(5) ?, β = 105.228(3)o, V = 6232(2) ?3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.363g/cm3, F(000) = 2648, μ(MoK α) = 0.475 mm-1, S = 1.048, R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1151 for 7414 unique reflections(Rint = 0.0425) with I 2σ(I). Structural analyses reveal that complex 1 is a4-connected(44.62)-sql bilayer structure with binuclear [Mn_2(COO)_2] SBU, while complex 2 is a normally(3,5)-connected(42.67.8)(42.6)-3,5L2 monolayer. And the sheets interacted with the adjacent sheets through weak interactions, finally giving a stable three-dimensional(3D)supramolecule. Besides, the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurement of complex1 was investigated.  相似文献

Two new isostructure nickel(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, [Ni_2(5-Me-ip)(1,2-Bie)(H_2O)_2]_n(1) and [Ni2(5-Br-ip)(1,2-Bie)(H_2O)_2]n(2)(5-Me-H2 ip = 5-methylisophthalic acid, 5-Br-H2 ip = 5-mromoisophthalic acid, 1,2-Bie = 1,2-bis(imidazole)ethane), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The result shows that complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with a = 16.3602(13), b = 10.1465(8), c = 21.8803(17) ?, V = 3632.1(5) ?3, Z = 4, D3 c = 1.525 g/cm, F(000) = 1728, R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0668 for 6646 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)) for complex 1 and a = 16.409(3), b = 10.1625(17), c = 21.918(4) ?, V = 3654.9(11) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.752 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1936, R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0600 for 6809 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)) for complex 2. They both feature zigzag 2D layer structures, which are further staked along the a-axis through π···π and hydrogen interactions to form 3D supramolecular structures.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers based on the V-shaped 4,4'-dicarboxybiphenyl sulfone (H2sdba) ligands, [Zn3(μ-OH)2(sdba)2]n·2nH2O 1, [Zn2(sdba)2(4,4'-bipy)]n·2nH2O 2 and [Zn3(sdba)3(py)2]n·n(py)·nH2O 3 (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipydine), were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 features the 2D planes constructed by the sdba ligands linking infinite Zn-O-C SBUs. The 4,4'-bipy ligands in 2 bridge the Zn^II-sdba chains into interpenetrated 2D planes. The 3D network of α-Po topology in 3 is built from tri-nuclear Zn3 units with a [Zn3(OOC)6] structure. The intense blue and yellow luminescence was observed in complexes 1~3 which may result from ligand-to-metal charge transfer (LMCT).  相似文献

Two new compounds,1([Cu(IDB_)2]Cl_2·2CH_3CH_2OH·2H_2O(IDB = N,N-di(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)imine]) and 2([Cu(EDTB)]·2[C_6H_4(OH)COO]·6H_2O(EDTB = N,N,N',N'-tetrakis-[(2-benzimidazolyl)methyl]-1,2-ethanediamine]),have been synthesized and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal 1 belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 9.565(2),b = 9.863(2),c = 10.252(3) ?,α = 81.915,β = 88.330,γ = 87.347°,V = 956.28(40) ?3,Z = 1,F(000) = 427,D_c = 1.419 g/cm3,Mr = 817.27 and μ(MoKα) = 0.764 mm~(-1). The final R indices(I 2σ(I)): R = 0.0505,wR = 0.1417; R indices(all data): R = 0.0591,wR = 0.1525. Crystal 2 is of triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 11.487(3),b = 13.396(4),c = 17.977(5) ?,α = 73.899(5),β = 86.629(5),γ = 65.018(4)°,V = 2403.8(12) ?3,Z = 2,F(000) = 1072,D3c = 1.417 g/cm,Mr = 1025.54,μ(MoKα) = 0.528 mm~(-1). The final R indices(I 2σ(I)): R = 0.0769,w R = 0.163 2; R indices(all data): R = 0.0769,wR = 0.1632. The two compounds exhibit mononuclear structures. The copper(Ⅱ) atom of crystal 1 is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole groups and two amine nitrogen atoms from the ligand IDB to adopt a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The copper(Ⅱ) atom of crystal 2 is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole groups and two amine nitrogen atoms from the ligand EDTB to show a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Particularly,the two compounds exhibit fluorescent properties at room temperature in ethanol.  相似文献

Two zinc(Ⅱ) complexes, namely, [Zn(L_1)Cl_2]_2(1) and {[Zn(L_2)(tbta)]·3H_2O}n(2)(L_1 = 1,3-bis(2-methylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, H2 tbta = tetrabromoterephthalic acid, L2_ = 1,3-bis(2-methylbenzimidazol-1-yl)-2-propanol), have been successfully obtained under hydrothermal conditions. Complex 1 displays a binuclear structure which is further extended into a 1D supramolecular chain through π-π stacking. Complex 2 features a 2D(4,4) network based on a L2/tbta2- double linker. The thermal stability, fluorescence properties and catalytic activities of two complexes for the degradation of methyl orange in a Fenton-like process were discussed.  相似文献

Two new isomorphous metal-organic coordination polymers, [Zn(dhmdb)(2,2'- bpy)]n 1 and [Zn(dhmdb)(1,10-phen)]n 2, have been obtained under hydrothermal reactions from 4,4'-(dihydroxymethylene)dibenzoic acid (H2dhmdb), Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and 2,2'-pyridine or 1,10- phenanthroline, respectively. Compounds 1 and 2 have been characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The zigzag chains of 1 and 2 are linked into three-dimensional supramolecular networks by both O-H…O hydrogen bonds and π…π stacking interactions. Crystal data for 1: ZnC25H18N2O6, Mr = 507.78, orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 14.031(3), b = 10.826(2), c = 27.343(6), V = 4153.5(14)3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.624 g/cm3, F(000) = 2080, μ = 1.231 mm-1, R = 0.0699 and wR = 0.1829. Two novel coordination polymers with helical chains, {[Zn(L)(H2O)]?H2O}n(1) and {[Zn(L)(p-bix)]?3.5H2O}n(2), where H2 L = 5-(4-hydroxypyridinium-1-ylmethyl) isophthalic acid and p-bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, have been hydrothermally synthesized, and charac-terized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), IR, thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA) and also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes 1 and 2 crystallize inmonoclinic, space group P21/c. Compound 1 displays a two-dimensional(2D) structure with two distinct types of helical chains; 2 shows a layered coordination polymer with two types of helical chains and features an interesting 2D→3D interdigitated architecture. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that compound 1 features a 2D sheet structure based on a dicobalt(II) subunit, which is further extended into a 3D metal-organic supramolecular framework by O–H···O hydrogen bond. Compound 2 also possesses a 2D sheet, which is held together into a 3D supramolecular architecture via C–H···O hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions. Magnetic studies for compound 2 show antiferromagnetic coupling between the adjacent metal centers, with J = –11.8 cm–1 and g = 2.12 for 2.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely {[Mn(HL_1)(phen)]·4H_2O}_n(1) and [Co_2(HL_2)_2(H_2O)_2]_n(2) have been constructed hydrothermally using H_3L_1 and H_3L_2(H_3L_1 = 2-(5-carboxypyridin-2-yl)terephthalic acid, H_3L_2 = 2-(4-carboxypyridin-3-yl)terephthalic acid), phen, MnCl_2×4H_2O and CoCl_2×6H_2O. The products were isolated as stable crystalline solids and were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental, thermogravimetric(TGA), powder(PXRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 features a 3D framework structure, which was topologically classified as a trinodal 4,6,6-connected net with the unique topology defined by the point symbol of(3~(10).5.6~4)4(3~(10).6.7~4)2(5.6~2.8~2.9). Compound 2 possesses a 2D metal-organic layer, which was topologically classified as a binodal 4,4-connected layer defined by the point symbol of(4~3.6~2.8). The layers are further extended into a 3D supramolecular framework via hydrogen bonds. The magnetic properties for both compounds were also investigated, indicating antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent metal ions.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)butane (bimb) and 1,4-bis(2- methylimidazol-1′-yl)butane (bmib) with CdBr2-4H2O gave rise to two coordination polymers, [Cd(bimb)2Br2]n (1) and [Cd(bmib)Br2]n (2), respectively. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 and 2 crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/n and the orthorhombic space group Pccn, respectively. In 1, bimb adopts an anti-anti-anti conformation and bridges adjacent Cd(II) to form a two-dimensional (2D) network containing rhombohedral rings. The 2D layers are arranged in an offset ABCABC sequence to fill large void in the rhombohedral rings. In 2, bmib also exhibits an anti-anti-anti conformation, but it links neighboring Cd(II) into a one-dimensional (1D) chain. Br- in 1 and 2 serves as a monodentate ligand to balance charge.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely [Pb(Hbtc)(phen)]n(1) and {[Cd3(btc)2(H2O)4]·2H2O}n(2, H3btc = biphenyl-2,5,3'-tricarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), were assembled. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that compound 1 possesses a zigzag chain 1D coordination network, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular architecture via O–H···O hydrogen bonds and π-π packing interactions. Compound 2 features a 3D open framework based on a tricadmium(II) subunit, generating a trinodal 4,4,6-connected net with the 4,4,6T24 topology defined by the point symbol of(44·62)3(46·69)2. Two new low-dimensional Mn(Ⅱ) coordination compounds of Mn(H_2pimdc)_2(phen)(compound 1) and [Mn(Hpimdc)(phen)]n·nH_2O(compound 2) were synthesized, where H_3pimdc is a 2-propyl-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid and phen is 1,10-phenanthroline. Both compounds were thoroughly analyzed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, element analysis, IR spectra, PXRD and thermal analysis. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analyses indicate that the phen ligands terminate metal ions on two sides to prevent the linkage between the neighboring metal ions into a higher dimensional structure in compounds 1 and 2. Compound 1 is constructed from mononuclear molecules which form the 1D helical supramolecular chain by N–H···O hydrogen bonds. In compound 2, Hpimdc is a tetradentate bridging ligand, which binds Mn(Ⅱ) ions to generate a single-stranded right helical chain parallel to the b axis. These 1D chains are additionally coupled by H-bonds as well as π···π stacking interactions, which formed a 3D supramolecular structure. Additionally, compound 2 demonstrated temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility and negative value of θ(equal to –9.09 K), which is indicative of weak antiferromagnetic interactions between Mn(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

Two new three-dimensional coordination polymers, namely [Mn(L)(bpdc)]n(1), [Mn(L)0.5(ndc)]n(2)(L = 1,4-bis(2-methylbenzimidazole)butane, H2 bpdc = 4,4?-biphenyldicarboxylic acid, H2 ndc = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid) have been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Two complexes were characterized by physico-chemical, spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows a 3D → 3D 5-fold interpenetrated network with a 4-connected uninodal dia topology. Complex 2 possesses a 3D → 3D 3-fold interpenetrating architecture with a binodal(4,5)-connected xah topology. The fluorescence and thermal properties of the title complexes were discussed.  相似文献
