Continuation Theory for Contractions on Spaces with Two Vector-Valued Metrics

We develop a continuation theory for contractive maps on spaces with two vector-valued metrics. Applications are presented for systems of operator equations in Banach spaces and, in particular, for systems of abstract Hammerstein integral equations. The use of vector-valued metrics makes it possible for each equation of a system to have its own Lipschitz property, while the use of two such metrics makes it possible for the Lipschitz condition to be expressed with respect to an incomplete metric.     

Variational Principles, Minimization Theorems, and Fixed-Point Theorems on Generalized Metric Spaces

In this paper, we prove a new minimization theorem by using the generalized Ekeland variational principle. We apply our minimization theorem to obtain some fixed-point theorems. Our results extend, improve, and unify many known results due to Kui, Ekeland, Takahashi, Caristi, iri, and others.

Common Fixed Point Theorems in Topological Vector Spaces via Intersection Theorems

Our purpose in this paper is to present two methods for obtaining common fixed point theorems in topological vector spaces. Both methods combine an intersection theorem and a fixed point theorem, but the order in which they are applied differs.     

On Vector-Valued Function Spaces with Helly's Property

If a vector-valued function space with a Hausdorff locally convex topology has a property such that every closed strongly bounded subset is compact, then we name this property Helly's property. In this paper, we show a class of vector-valued function spaces with Helly's property and consider convegence of vector measures and best approximations in function spaces in this class.     

Common Fixed Point Theorems in Complex Valued Metric Spaces

We introduce complex valued metric spaces and obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of common fixed points of a pair of mappings satisfying contractive type conditions.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce some types of compatibility of maps, and we prove some common fixed point theorems for mappings satisfying some conditions on intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces which defined by J.H.Park.

Common Fixed Point Theorems in Non-normal Cone Metric Spaces with Banach Algebras

In this paper, we obtain a class of common fixed point theorems for generalized Lipschitz mappings in cone metric spaces with Banach algebras without the assumption of normality of cones. The results greatly generalize some results in the literature. Moreover, we give an example to support the main assertions.
