In this paper we discuss the adoption of the anisotropic hardening model due to the existence of Bauschinger effect when thin plate is applied by repeated loading. The loading condition of thin plates for linear kinematic hardening has been deduced in terms of generalized forces and generalized plastic deformation. And it can be extended to nonlinear kinematic hardening and mixed hardening. Finally as an example the numerical results are obtained for a circular plate. 相似文献

本文基于高阶剪切变形理论,考虑同天应变和横向剪切应变的影响,对受热复合材料层合板壳的非线性热动态响应进行分析,计及了转动惯量的影响,给出了通用性较好的C^0类有限元公式,文中数值算同现有文献和三维有限元计算结果进行了比较,证明了本文方法的精确、有效性,文中还就层合板的边界条件、纵厚比及铺设角度对非线性热动态响应的影响进行了分析。 相似文献

In this paper, large deformation problems for nonlinear elasticity are studied on the basis of hypoelastic theory. The expression of Cauchy elasticity is derived in the form of hypoclasticity. This makes it possible to solve large deformation for nonlinear elastic problems by the hypoelastic method. The variational principle of hypoclasticity and the Ritz method are used to obtain the numerical solution of a rectangular rubber membrane under uniaxial stretch. 相似文献

从理论上探讨了非线性弹性大变形材料应用于抗爆结构的可行性,为此,基于等效结构体系的分析原理,将两端固定铰支梁的横向和纵向位移表示为三角级数形式,应用第二类Lagrange方程建立了非线性大变形材料梁的非线性分析方法,并且用ABAQUS有限元软件中的超弹性材料模型验证了所提出的方法的有效性。对典型的爆炸荷载作用下非线性弹性大变形材料梁的抗爆特性进行了分析,讨论了动力放大系数和材料性质及动荷载之间的关系。结果表明:与线弹性小变形材料相比,非线性弹性大变形材料具有优良的抗爆特性,结构的抗爆能力随结构变形的增大而显著提高。 相似文献

The structural theory of short-term microdamage is generalized to a laminated composite with a microdamageable matrix and
physically nonlinear reinforcement. The basis for the generalization is the stochastic elasticity equations of a laminated
composite with a porous matrix. Microvolumes in the matrix material meet the Huber-Mises failure criterion. The damaged-microvolume
balance equation for the matrix is derived. This equation and the equations relating macrostresses and macrostrains of a laminated
composite with porous matrix and physically nonlinear reinforcement constitute a closed-form system of equations. This system
describes the coupled processes of physically nonlinear deformation and microdamage occurring in different composite components.
Algorithms for computing the microdamage-macrostrain relationships and deformation diagrams are developed. Uniaxial tension
curves are plotted for a laminated composite with linearly hardening reinforcement

The structural theory of microdamage of homogeneous and composite materials is generalized. The theory is based on the equations
and methods of the mechanics of microinhomogeneous bodies with stochastic structure. A single microdamage is modeled by a
quasispherical pore empty or filled with particles of a damaged material. The accumulation of microdamages under increasing
loading is modeled as increasing porosity. The damage within a single microvolume is governed by the Huber-Mises or Schleicher-Nadai
failure criterion. The ultimate strength is assumed to be a random function of coordinates with power-law or Weibull one-point
distribution. The stress-strain state and effective elastic properties of a composite with microdamaged components are determined
using the stochastic equations of elasticity. The equations of deformation and microdamage and the porosity balance equation
constitute a closed-form system of equations. The solution is found iteratively using conditional moments. The effect of temperature
on the coupled processes of deformation and microdamage is taken into account. Algorithms for plotting the dependences of
microdamage and macrostresses on macrostrains for composites of different structure are developed. The effect of temperature
and strength of damaged material on the stress-strain and microdamage curves is examined

基于经典层合板理论建立了大范围运动复合材料板的动力学方程,考虑了传统建模方法忽略的二次耦合变形量。采用有限元法对复合材料板进行离散,利用Lagrange方法推导了大范围运动复合材料板的动力学方程。通过编制matlab程序计算了带中心刚体的旋转复合材料板的变形,将得到的结果分别与不计耦合变形量的传统方法的计算结果进行比较,随着转速的提高,本文方法收敛,而传统方法趋于发散。研究了铺层角度对作大范围运动复合材料板变形影响以及复合材料板和各向同性板在经历相同运动时角点最大变形的差异。 相似文献

An engineering analysis of computing the penetration problem of a steel ball penetrating into fibre-reinforced composite targets is presented. Assume the metal ball is a rigid body, and the composite target is a transversely isotropic elasto-plastic material. In the analysis, a spherical cavity dilatation model is incorporated in the cylindrical cavity penetration method. Simulation results based on the modified model are in good agreement with the results for 3-D Kevlar woven (3DKW) composite anti-penetration experiments. Sandwich composite material possesses advantages of both light weight and high strength. Although the mechanical behaviors of sandwich composite material with the influence of single external environment have been intensively studied, little work has been done in the study of mechanical property, in view of the nonlinear behavior of sandwich composites in the complicated external environments. In this paper, the problem about the bending of the three-layer elastic-plastic rod located on the elastic base, with a compressibly physical nonlinear core, has been studied. The mechanical response of the designed three-layer elements consisting of two bearing layers and a core has been examined. The complicated problem about curving of the three-layer rod located on the elastic base has been solved. The convergence of the proposed method of elastic solutions is examined to convince that the solution is acceptable. The calculated results indicate that the plasticity and physical nonlinearity of materials have a great influence on the deformation of the sandwich rod on the elastic basis. 相似文献

According to the large amplitude equation of the circular plate on nonlinear elastic foundation , elastic resisting force has linear item , cubic nonlinear item and resisting bend elastic item. A nonlinear vibration equation is obtained with the method of Galerkin under the condition of fixed boundary. Floquet exponent at equilibrium point is obtained without external excitation.
