The current-voltage characteristic and the resistivity of composite resistors (varistors) made of nonpolar propylene and CuInSe2 (chalcopyrite) + 10 mol % MnSe solid solution are studied. It is found that the amount of the composite’s constituents influences both the current-voltage characteristic and the resistivity.  相似文献

Results are offered from a study of thin film strontium tantalate (SrTa2O6) obtained by vacuum hf deposition. Temperature and frequency dependences of electrical conductivity, , tan , and thermostimulted dielectric depolarization current are studied in Al-SrTa2O6-Al structures. Point defect parameters and their distribution over energy in the dielectric forbidden zone are determined. Equilibrium electrophysical characteristics of epitaxial CdTe films grown by the thermal screen method and the quasiclosed volume method are investigated. It is established that the films in both cases are semiconductors with inhomogeneous potential relief of the band to whose formation the main contribution is from barriers on the boundaries of the growth patterns. It is shown that jump conductivity with a variable jump length due to inhomogeneity of the potential relief of the bands and the high states density at the Fermi level is observed in CdTe films synthesized by the quasiclosed volume method for relatively high temperatures.Translated from Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii, Fizika, No. 3, pp. 72–76, March, 1990.  相似文献

The microstructure, electric field-current density (E-J), capacitance-voltage (C-V), and stability characteristics of Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Tb oxide-based nonlinear resistors were investigated for different Tb4O7 amounts. It increased in the range of 8.9-42.0 in the nonlinear coefficient and in the range of 1026-6514 V/cm in the breakdown field with increasing Tb4O7 amount. As Tb4O7 amount increased, the donor density decreased in the range of 1.23×1018-0.70×1018/cm3, whereas the barrier height at grain boundaries increased in the range of 0.73-0.93 eV. A good stability was obtained in the range of 0.25-0.5 mol% in Tb4O7 amount.  相似文献

The Hall effect and electrical conductivity in the temperature range 10–900?K were used to investigate the electrophysical parameters of accidental defects in epitaxial n-type gallium arsenide. The experimentally determined parameters of the shallow donor impurity found in n-type gallium arsenide are similar to those of silicon. The anomalous behavior of the Hall constant at T>500?K can be accounted for by the hypothesis of thermal conversion of oxygen-containing defects (complexes of intrinsic and extrinsic defects) from a neutral state to an electrically active state. The kinetic parameters of this process are evaluated. The deviation of the experimental behavior of the electron mobility at temperature above 500?K can be attributed largely to the nonuniformity of the electrophysical parameters over the thickness of the gallium arsenide films and to the presence of accidental oxygen-containing defects in the investigated material.  相似文献

The effect hydrostatic pressure of up to 9 GPa has on the electrical behavior of polymer composites based on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) is investigated at room temperature. The ratio R 9GPa/R 0 ≈ 7 for samples with resistance in the kilo-ohm range is higher than for samples in the ohm range. Pressure-induced MWCNT features at P ≈ 1.5 GPa are associated with the deformation of the circular form of nanotube walls, in agreement with theoretical predictions. Measurements of direct and reverse resistance and current voltage characteristics under pressure demonstrate the reversibility of electrophysical properties, which could find practical application in creating pressure sensors.  相似文献

The stability conditions for an electric current flowing through a chain consisting of nonlinear inertial resistors and capacitors have been investigated. The necessary conditions for the field dependent conductivity and the inertia of the resistors and applied voltage leading to undamped oscillations in the chain have been derived. For the threshold voltage this condition has the form 0+V 0(/V) v0 cos I T =0, similar to that obtained in an earlier work of one of the authors from thermodynamical considerations.Computer simulation gives results for the frequency and threshold conditions in good agreement with approximate analytical solutions.  相似文献

A simple method was developed for the immobilization of reversible addition-fragmentation chain-transfer (RAFT) initiators on the silicon surface. Well-defined polymer-silicon hybrids, including the tethered brushes of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) polymer, poly(ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate (PEGMA) polymer and block copolymer on a silicon wafer, were prepared via surface-initiated RAFT living radical polymerization. The “living” chain ends were used as the macroinitiator for the subsequent synthesis of diblock copolymers.  相似文献

An analysis is made of the dynamic stability of soliton solutions of the Hamilton equations describing plane waves in nonlinear elastic composite media in the presence and absence of anisotropy. In the anisotropiccase two two-parameter soliton families, fast and slow, are obtained in analytic form; in the absence of anisotropy there is a single three-parameter soliton family. It is shown that solitons from the slow family in an anisotropic composite and solitons in an isotropic composite are dynamically stable if their velocities lie in a certain range known as the range of stability. The analysis of stability is based on the spectral properties of the “linearized Hamiltonian” ?. It is shown that the operator ? is positively semidefinite on some linear subspace of the main solution space from which stability follows. Problems of instability of the fast soliton family in the anisotropic case and representatives of soliton families whose velocities lie outside the range of stability in the presence and absence of anisotropy are discussed.  相似文献

An exact solution for the vibration of elastic composite laminates in cylindrical bending is presented. Dispersion curves for multi-layer symmetrical and unsymmetrical laminates with materials possessing high and low degrees of anisotropy at various fiber orientations are compared with those obtained from an approximate shear deformation theory. Mode shapes are also drawn for different wavelengths and their variation with fiber orientation is studied. Equations are developed for the wave propagation in an infinite medium consisting of a repeated pair of anisotropic layers by extending the “continuum” theory of Sun, Achenbach and Herrmann. Dispersion characteristics for 0–90° fiber orientations obtained by the “continuum” approach are also compared with those obtained by the exact method. The range of validity of each approximate theory is then assessed.  相似文献
