通过分析电缆绝缘参量的温度效应和老化特征,明确运行中矿用高压电缆的介质损耗不可忽略,并据此建立了老化对在役矿用XLPE电缆温升影响的评估方法.根据单芯电缆温升计算式,给出了兼顾老化因素的三芯电缆温升解析式,进行稳态温升预测.基于导体损耗的温度正相关性,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件,建立热电耦合迭代模型来确认理论模型,并对电缆温升进行仿真计算.算例对比分析了老化电缆水树附近和老化电缆整体的温升,为实际运行中电缆的状态监测提供参考依据.  相似文献

利用光泵浦太赫兹探测系统研究了3个基于开口谐振环的超材料的光调制性质。结果表明:当太赫兹波的电场矢量平行于超材料底边,设计太赫兹超材料时,需要避免对称性样品的中间条等长。然而,非对称性的样品存在耦合和劈裂现象。由于不同的共振机制,低频LC共振对光较为敏感。虽然样品由于设计结构的区别使得各自共振峰位有所不同,但它们对光所呈现出的调制特性是相同的。即当太赫兹波的电场矢量平行于超材料两侧的边时,由于结构的原因在透射谱中只有一个透射凹陷,此透射凹陷表现为偶极共振且该偶极共振特性对光激励不敏感。  相似文献

A new cooling method of ethanol direct-contact phase-change immersion cooling was proposed in the thermal management of high power light emitting diodes (LED) and the feasibility of this cooling method was investigated. The heat generated by LED was measured firstly using two types of power systems: DC power and LED driver. Then the heat dissipation performance was evaluated under different experimental conditions. The results indicate that startup process of the cooling system is quick and only 450 s is needed to reach steady-state under heat load of 42.78 W. The minimum thermal resistance of 1.233 °C/W is obtained when liquid filling ratio is 33.14%. The junction temperature of LED under different absolute pressures is much lower than the limited value of 120 °C. Baffle with total height of 140 mm, bottom space height of 20 mm and distance away from substrate surface of LED of 8 mm improves heat transfer performance best due to ethanol self-circulating in the cooling receiver. Overall, the ethanol phase-change immersion cooling is an effective way to make sure high power LED work reliably and high efficiently.  相似文献

为了研究激光介质热畸变对固体热容激光器的影响,数值计算了高功率激光二极管阵列抽运片状激光介质的瞬态温度场和热应力分布。结果表明,在相同的抽运功率密度下,激光介质中的温度分布和热应力分布不仅与激光介质几何构型及抽运光空间分布有关,还与抽运光斑在介质表面的填充因子密切相关。当抽运光斑未充满激光介质时,介质的表面靠近边缘处会出现大的拉应力集中,并且介质表面的最大轴向位移和最大拉应力随光斑填充因子增大而增大;而当抽运光充满介质时,表面是压应力,较小的拉应力存在于介质内部。  相似文献

We describe an optimization process specially designed for regional hyperthermia of deep-seated tumors in order to achieve desired steady-state temperature distributions. A nonlinear three-dimensional heat transfer model based on temperature-dependent blood perfusion is applied to predict the temperature. Using linearly implicit methods in time and adaptive multilevel finite elements in space, we are able to integrate efficiently the instationary nonlinear heat equation with high accuracy. Optimal heating is obtained by minimizing an integral objective function which measures the distance between desired and model predicted temperatures. A sequence of minima is calculated from successively improved constant-rate perfusion models employing a damped Newton method in an inner iteration. We compare temperature distributions for two individual patients calculated on coarse and fine spatial grids and present numerical results of optimizations for a Sigma 60 Applicator of the BSD 2000 Hyperthermia System.  相似文献

The prediction and the optimization of the energy production of a photovoltaic (PV) module require a good knowledge of its optical, electrical, and thermal behavior. We build a complete multi‐physics model able to describe the behaviors of a PV module depending on the environmental conditions (ambient temperature, wind speed, total irradiance, and installation conditions). The model treats radiation heat transfer in participating media. This feature reveals the limits of the commonly used modeling. The capabilities of three techniques to measure the transient average junction temperature in power MOS devices based on the electrical thermo-sensitive parameters are assessed experimentally and by compact device simulation. 建立了带有移动热源的激光熔池流体流动及传热过程三维非稳态数学模型。采用自适应网格技术离散求解动量方程,计算出了不同时刻激光熔池温度分布和速度分布。结果表明,激光熔池对流传热非稳态过程是一个预热过程,随着时间的推移,熔池最高温度不断升高,熔深和熔池半径不断增大。非稳态过程按时间先后次序分为3个阶段,初始阶段(加热熔化阶段)、准稳态阶段和快速升温阶段。准稳态阶段熔池形貌、温度分布和速度分布增加幅度不大,且持续时间比另两个阶段长,说明三维准稳态模型是三维非稳态模型的较好近似。计算结果与巳有的实验结果相比大体吻合。  相似文献
