介绍了以LN为基底的集成型和以TeO2为材料的体型通信用声光可调谐滤波器(AOTF)的工作机制,并对其结构和性能进行了比较分析,指出了各自需要解决的主要问题。讨论了用作OADM的声光可调谐滤波器对偏振分束器的要求及偏振分束器对滤波器性能的影响。提出了有必要对TeO2器件应用于通信领域的可能性进行更为深入的研究。  相似文献

针对星间相干激光通信中卫星平台的振动造成发射天线和接收天线的瞄准角误差,使系统信号信噪比下降,误码率 (BER)增加,该文以瑞利分布作为振动造成的瞄准角误差模型,结合高斯本振光和艾里信号光外差检测模型,以PSK零差通信体制为例分析卫星振动对系统的瞬时误码率和平均误码率的影响,给出误码率仿真计算结果。指出接收天线瞄准角误差对星间光通信质量影响很大,在瞄准角误差的标准偏差σ小于1μrad范围内,系统误码率小于10-6。  相似文献

大气湍流对自由空间光通信系统所造成的影响是不可忽略的,为了减弱湍流对空间光通信系统带来的影响,实验搭建了一套通信距离为900 m的真实大气信道宽谱部分相干光通信系统。系统采用皮秒脉冲泵浦高非线性光纤产生超连续谱并滤波得到部分相干宽谱脉冲,对其调制后完成通信。在测试过程中,实验专门设置了一条参考链路,保证了测试环境的一致性。实验结果表明,在中等湍流条件下,系统光强闪烁指数为0.035 8,相比窄线宽通信系统提升了23%,最低探测灵敏度达到了-23.35 dBm,相比窄线宽通信系统提升了42%。与窄线宽激光通信系统相比,宽谱部分相干光通信系统可以明显降低湍流引起的光功率抖动,并提升自由空间光通信系统通信性能。  相似文献

临近空间相干激光通信链路是天地一体化高速通信网络节点间连接的重要链路。围绕外差效率这一表征大气湍流扰动后信号光和本振光相干合成的指标,推导了非均匀湍流路径上的外差效率理论表达式,并结合大气折射率结构常数廓线,开展了临近空间-地面、临近空间-临近空间和临近空间-低轨卫星三类临近空间相干激光通信链路的外差效率仿真。仿真结果表明:临近空间-低轨卫星链路可以忽略大气对外差效率的影响;如果临近空间-临近空间链路距离大于500km或是临近空间-地面链路天顶角大于60°,外差效率将小于50%,有必要采用自适应光学技术进行补偿。  相似文献

An optical phase locking method based on direct phase control is proposed. The core of this method is to synchronize the carrier by directly changing the phase of the local beam. A straightforward method of generating tunable coherent VUV radiation is described. Radiation down to 1362 Å was produced by Raman shifting the output of a commercially produced, excimer-pumped dye laser system. It is shown that generation of VUV radiation at 1640 Å is more efficient using the 8th anti-Stokes line from a UV dye than by using the 10th anti-Stokes line from a visible dye which had twice the output power.  相似文献

Frequency tunable semiconductor laser has potential applications in resonator integrated optic gyro (RIOG) for its small size and easy to be integrated. An alternative construction of frequency tunable semiconductor laser with planar waveguide external cavity is proposed in this paper. The frequency tuning section, which is placed between the active section and Bragg grating section, is designed to be one part of the waveguide external cavity. The slab etched grating, based on the silicon-on-isolator ridge waveguide, is adopted to narrow the width of reflectivity spectrum. After the theoretical analysis and simulations, the frequency modulation coefficient of 2.1 MHz/mA is obtained, and the power change is less than 3.6 × 10−4 dB/1.6 GHz. The proposed configuration combines the advantages of wavelength tunable laser and external cavity laser, and it can realize precision frequency tuning, ignored power fluctuation and narrow linewidth, which contribute much to RIOG.  相似文献

In order to meet the requirements of the synchrotron radiation users, a fully coherent VUV free electron laser (FEL) has been preliminarily designed. One important goal of this design is that the radiation wavelength can be easily tuned in a broad range (70 170 nm). In the light of the users' demand and our actual conditions, the self-seeding scheme is adopted for this proposal. Firstly, we attempted to fix the electron energy and only changed the undulator gap to vary the radiation wavelength; however, our analysis implies that this is difficult because of the great difference of the power gain length and FEL efficiency at different wavelengths. Therefore, we have considered dividing the wavelength range into three subareas. In each subarea, a constant electron energy is used and the wavelength tuning is realized only by adjusting the undulator gap. The simulation results show that this scheme has an acceptable performance.  相似文献

本文对不同气压以及入射激光强度下Ne相位匹配高次谐波的光谱蓝移特性进行了实验研究.利用气体盒装置,在谐波平台区域获得最大谐波蓝移为0.13 nm,在谐波截止区获得的最大蓝移为0.07 nm.实验结果表明,通过调节气体盒内气压以及入射激光强度,即改变气体盒中自由电子密度,有利于实现高次谐波光谱蓝移.  相似文献

为研究部分相干光通过强湍流对系统误码率的影响,借助对激光在大气湍流场中的传输方程进行解析求解(忽略系统中其他噪声,仅考虑由大气湍流引起的系统误码率),得到不同湍流内尺度、传输激光波长和光源相干参数条件下,系统误码率和传输距离的关系.结果表明:在强湍流条件下,当发射天线数目达到一定时,随着传输距离的增加,系统误码率逐渐增大,但增大到一定程度后趋于饱和;光源相干参数越大,系统误码率越低;湍流内尺度越大,系统误码率越高;传输激光波长的变化对系统误码率无明显影响.  相似文献
