The reaction pathway for the formation of the trimethylsiloxysilyllithium compounds (Me3SiO)RR′SiLi (2a: R = Et, 2b: R = iPr, 2c: R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2 (Mes); 2a-c: R′ = Ph; 2d: R = R′ = Mes) starting from the conversion of the corresponding trimethylsiloxychlorosilanes (Me3SiO)RR′SiCl (1a-d) in the presence of excess lithium in a mixture of THF/diethyl ether/n-pentane at −110 °C was investigated. The trimethylsiloxychlorosilanes (Me3SiO)RPhSiCl (1a: R = Et, 1b: R = iPr, 1c: R = Mes) react with lithium to give initially the trimethylsiloxysilyllithium compounds (Me3SiO)RPhSiLi (2a-c). These siloxysilyllithiums 2 couple partially with more trimethylsiloxychlorosilanes 1 to produce the siloxydisilanes (Me3SiO)RPhSi-SiPhR(OSiMe3) (Ia-c), and they undergo bimolecular self-condensation affording the trimethylsiloxydisilanyllithium compounds (Me3SiO)RPhSi-RPhSiLi (3a-c). The siloxydisilanes I are cleaved by excess of lithium to give the trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums (Me3SiO)RPhSiLi (2). In the case of the two trimethylsiloxydisilanyllithiums (Me3SiO)RPhSi-RPhSiLi (3a: R = Et, 3b: R = iPr) a reaction with more trimethylsiloxychlorosilanes (Me3SiO)RPhSiCl (1a, 1b) takes place under formation of siloxytrisilanes (Me3SiO)RPhSi-RPhSi-SiPhR(OSiMe3) (IIa: R = Et, IIb: R = iPr) which are cleaved by lithium to yield the trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums (Me3SiO)RPhSiLi (2a, 2b) and the trimethylsiloxydisilanyllithiums (Me3SiO)RPhSi-RPhSiLi (3a, 3b). The dimesityl-trimethylsiloxy-silyllithium (Me3SiO)Mes2SiLi (2d) was obtained directly by reaction of the trimethylsiloxychlorosilane (Me3SiO)Mes2SiCl (1d) and lithium without formation of the siloxydisilane intermediate. Both silyllithium compounds 2 and 3 were trapped with HMe2SiCl giving the products (Me3SiO)RR′Si-SiMe2H and (Me3SiO)RPhSi-RPhSi-SiMe2H.  相似文献

The reactions of the trimethylsiloxychlorosilanes (Me3SiO)RR′SiCl (1a-h: R′ = Ph, 1a: R = H, 1b: R = Me, 1c: R = Et, 1d: R = iPr, 1e: R = tBu, 1f: R = Ph, 1g: R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2 (Mes), 1h: R = 2,4,6-(Me2CH)3C6H2 (Tip); 1i: R = R′ = Mes) with lithium metal in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at −78 °C and in a mixture of THF/diethyl ether/n-pentane in a volume ratio 4:1:1 at −110 °C lead to mixtures of numerous compounds. Dependent on the substituents silyllithium derivatives (Me3SiO)RR′SiLi (2b-i), Me3SiO(RR′Si)2Li (3a-g), Me3SiRR′SiLi (4a-h), (LiO)RR′SiLi (12e, 12g-i), trisiloxanes (Me3SiO)2SiRR′ (5a-i) and trimethylsiloxydisilanes (6f, 6h, 6i) are formed. All silyllithium compounds were trapped with Me3SiCl or HMe2SiCl resulting in the following products: (Me3SiO)RR′SiSiMe2R″ (6b-i: R″ = Me, 7c-i: R″ = H), Me3SiO(RR′Si)2SiMe2R″ (8a-g: R″ = Me, 9a-g: R″ = H), Me3SiRR′SiSiMe2R″ (10a-h: R″ = Me, 11a-h: R″ = H) and (HMe2SiO)RR′SiSiMe2H (13e, 13g-i). The stability of trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2 depends on the substituents and on the temperature. (Me3SiO)Mes2SiLi (2i) is the most stable compound due to the high steric shielding of the silicon centre. The trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2a-g undergo partially self-condensation to afford the corresponding trimethylsiloxydisilanyllithiums Me3SiO(RR′Si)2Li (3a-g). (Me3)Si-O bond cleavage was observed for 2e and 2g-i. The relatively stable trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2f, 2g and 2i react with n-butyllithium under nucleophilic butylation to give the n-butyl-substituted silyllithiums nBuRR′SiLi (15g, 15f, 15i), which were trapped with Me3SiCl. By reaction of 2g and 2i with 2,3-dimethylbuta-1,3-diene the corresponding 1,1-diarylsilacyclopentenes 17g and 17i are obtained.X-ray studies of 17g revealed a folded silacyclopentene ring with the silicon atom located 0.5 Å above the mean plane formed by the four carbon ring atoms.  相似文献

Title compounds of the type 2,3,5,6-tetraphenyl-1,4-di-X-1,4-di-Y-1,4-disilacyclohexa-2,5-diene wherein X=Y=NMe2 (4); X=NMe2, Y=Cl (cis, trans-5); X=NMe2, Y=Me [(trans)-6] and X=t-Bu, Y=Cl (trans-8) were synthesized from Si2(NMe2)5Cl, sym-Si2(NMe2)4Cl2, sym-Si2(NMe2)4Me2, and sym-Si2Cl4(t-Bu)2, respectively, in the presence of diphenylacetylene at 200 °C. Similarly the analogous title compound from the combination of 1-phenyl-1-propyne and Si2(NMe2)5Cl [X=Y=NMe2 (cis and trans-7) was synthesized. In all cases where cis/trans diastereomers could arise from two different silicon substituents (5, 6, 8) the trans isomer was the sole or dominant product. Evidence for the intermediacy of the silylene Si(NMe2)2 in these reactions was gained from a trapping experiment. Compound 4 upon treatment with SiCl4, SiBr4 or PI3 provided the corresponding 1,1,4,4-tetrahalo derivatives 9a-c, respectively. Treatment of 4 with MeOH or PhOH gave the 1,1,4,4-tetramethoxy and tetraphenoxy analogues 9d and 9e, respectively. The tetrachloro derivative 9a upon LAH reduction led to the corresponding tetrahydro compound 10, while the reaction of 9a with H2O gave the tetrahydroxy derivative 11. Allowing (trans)-6 to react with SiCl4 provided a ca. 1:1 cis/trans ratio of the derivative 12 in which X=Cl, Y=Me, and possible pathways that rationalize this loss of stereochemistry are proposed. Synthesis of trans-13 in which X=t-Bu, Y=H was achieved by LAH reduction of 8. All of the title compounds except 8 experience free phenyl rotation at room temperature. At −30 °C this rotation in 8 is essentially halted. The molecular structures of 4, 8, 9c, 9e, 10 and 13 were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

[1-Phenyl-2-[(E)-3-phenylprop-2-en-1-oyl-κO]ethenyl-κC1]tetracarbonylmanganese (1a) reacts with PhCCH in CCl4 at room temperature to form [2,4-diphenyl-6-(2-phenylethenyl)pyranyl-η5]tricarbonylmanganese (2a), whose X-ray crystal structure is reported to complement that of its isomer [6-oxo-2,4,7-triphenylcyclohepta-1,4-dienyl-1,2,3,4,5-η]tricarbonylmanganese (3a), previously obtained from the reaction under reflux; but for 1a and PhCCPh the pyranyl complex cannot be isolated before rearrangement to the 3a analogue occurs. More forcing reaction conditions for 1a with Me3SiCCH and for [1-(2-trifluoromethylphenyl)-2-[(E)-3-(2-trifluoromethylphenyl)prop-2-en-1-oyl-κO]ethenyl-κC1]tetracarbonylmanganese (1b) with Me3SiCCH and PhCCH give new analogues of 3a where previously only 2a analogues had been isolated. The reaction in CCl4 under reflux of PhCCH and the β-deuterio analogue of 1a, [1-phenyl-2-[(E)-3-phenylprop-2-en-1-oyl-3d-κO]ethenyl-κC1]tetracarbonylmanganese, gave deuteriated 3a with exo-D at the α-carbon, C7. This is inconsistent with the Mn-mediated Ph migration mechanism originally proposed to accommodate the endo position of Ph in 3a, and instead it implicates a cyclopropyl carbonyl-addition intermediate or a cyclopropyl acyl-substitution transition state in the key rearrangement step for 2a → 3a.  相似文献

Treatment of 1,2,4-triazoles (1) with diethylmalonate in bromobenzene gave 1,2,4-triazolo-[1,5-a]pyridines 2. Chlorination of 2 using POCl3/DMF (Vilsmeier reagent) led to the isolation of 7-chloro-6-formyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyridine derivative 4, which reacted with the stabilized ylid 5 to afford 6-ethoxycarbonylvinyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]-pyridines 6. Azidation of 6 yielded the corresponding azido compound 7, (Scheme 2). Reduction of 7 with Na2S2O4 gave the corresponding 7-amino compound 8, which cyclized in boiling DMF to give the novel 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-g][1,6]naphthyridines 9. On the other hand, reacting 7 with one equivalent of PPh3 (aza-Wittig reaction) in CH2Cl2 gave 7-imino-phosphorane derivative 10, and subsequent cyclization in boiling DMF afforded the new 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-g][1,6]naphthyridine derivative 11 (Scheme 3). However, treatment of 10 with phenyl isothiocyanate in 1,2-dichlorobenzene at reflux temperature gave the new 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-g][1,6]naphthyridine derivative 14 (Scheme 4). Refluxing 6 with excess of a primary amines 15a,b in absolute. EtOH yielded the corresponding 7-alkyl-amino-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyridines 16a,b. These obtained amines 16a,b underwent intramolecular heterocyclization in boiling DMF to give the novel 9-alkyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-g][1,6]-naphthyridines 17a,b, in excellent yields (Scheme 5).  相似文献

The reaction of phenylcyclopropane (1) with an excess of lithium and a catalytic amount of DTBB (2.5% molar) in THF at room temperature, followed by treatment with an electrophile [Me3SiCl, PhMe2SiCl, t-BuCHO, PhCHO, Me2CO, Et2CO, (CH2)5CO, adamantan-2-one, i-Pr2CO, di(cyclopropyl)ketone] and final hydrolysis with water leads to allylic products 10 or 11 depending on the structure of the electrophile: whereas for chlorosilanes or crowded ketones γ-products 11 are isolated, for aldehydes and non-congested ketones α-products 10 are formed. The application of the same protocol to 1,1-diphenylcyclopropane (7) leads to a mixture of products 13-15 resulting from the introduction of one or two electrophilic fragments to the open-chain mono- or dilithiated intermediate: also in this case the regiochemistry of the reaction is governed by steric reasons.  相似文献

d-Ribono-1,4-lactone was treated with ethylamine in DMF to afford N-ethyl-d-ribonamide 9a in quantitative yield. Bromination of amide 9a by the system SOBr2 in DMF or PPh3/CBr4 in pyridine led, after acetylation, to epoxide 7. However, treatment of amide 9a with acetyl bromide in dioxane followed by acetylation gave 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-5-bromo-5-deoxyl-N-ethyl-d-ribonamide 10a. Methanolysis of 10a, with sodium methoxide, afforded the N-ethyl-d-ribonolactam 11a in 51% overall yields. Using this method, N-butyl, N-hexyl, N-dodecyl, and N-benzyl-d-ribonolactams 11b-e were obtained in good yields (48-53%).  相似文献

The reaction of the complex [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl}2] 1 with sodium azide ligand gave two new dimers of the composition [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)(N3)}2] 2 and [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)Cl}2] 3, depending upon the reaction conditions. Complex 3 with excess of sodium azide in ethanol yielded complex 2. These complexes undergo substitution reactions with monodentate ligands to yield monomeric complexes of the type [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(X)(N3)(L)] {X = N3, Cl, L = PPh3 (4a, 9a); PMe2Ph (4b, 9b); AsPh3 (4c, 9c); X = N3, L = pyrazole (Hpz) (5a); 3-methylpyrazole (3-Hmpz) (5b) and 3,5-dimethyl-pyrazole (3,5-Hdmpz) (5c)}. Complexes 2 and 3 also react with bidentate ligands to give bridging complexes of the type [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(N3)(X)]2(μ-L)} {X = N3, Cl, L = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm) (6, 10); 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) (7, 11); 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (dppp) (8, 12); X = Cl, L = 4,4-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) (13)}. These complexes were characterized by FT-IR and FT-NMR spectroscopy as well as by analytical data.The molecular structures of the representative complexes [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)(N3)}2] 2, [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-N3)Cl}2] 3,[(η6-C6Me6)Ru(N3)2(PPh3)] 4a and [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(N3)2}2 (μ-dppm)] 6 were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The syntheses of group 4 metal complexes containing the picolyldicarbollyl ligand DcabPyH [nido-7-HNC5H4(CH2)-8-R-7,8-C2B9H10] (2) are reported. New types of constrained geometry group 4 metal complexes (DcabPy)MCl2, [{(η5-RC2B9H9)(CH2)(η1-NC5H4)}MCl2] (M = Ti, 3; Zr, 4; R = H, a; Me, b), were prepared by the reaction of 2 with M(NMe2)2Cl2 (M = Ti, Zr). The reaction of 2 with M(NMe2)4 in toluene afforded (DcabPy)M(NMe2)2, [{(η5-RC2B9H9)(CH2)(η1-NC5H4)}M(NMe2)2] (M = Ti, 5; Zr, 6; R = H, a; Me, b), which readily reacted with Me3SiCl to yield the corresponding chloride complexes (DcabPy)MCl2 (M = Ti, 3; Zr, 4; R = H, a; Me, b). The structures of the diamido complexes (DcabPy)M(NMe2)2 (M = Ti, 5; Zr, 6) were established by X-ray diffraction studies of 5a, 5b, and 6a, which verified an η51-bonding mode derived from the dicarbollylamino ligand. Related constrained geometry catalyst CGC-type alkoxy titanium complexes, (DcabPy)Ti(OiPr)2 (7), were synthesized by the reaction of 2 with Ti(OiPr)4. Sterically less demanding phenols such as 2-Me-C6H4OH replaced the coordinated amido ligands on (DcabPy)Ti(NMe2)2 (5a) to yield aryloxy stabilized CGC complexes (DcabPy)Ti(OPhMe)2(PhMe  =  2- Me-C6H4, 8). NMR spectral data suggested that an intramolecular Ti-N coordination was intact in solution, resulting in a stable piano-stool structure with two aryloxy ligands residing in two of the leg positions. The aryloxy coordinations were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies on complexes (DcabPy)Ti(OPhMe)2 (8).  相似文献

An efficient, novel, and concise one pot regio- and chemoselective synthesis of benzo[a]phenazines (4) and naphtho[2,3-d]imidazoles (8) has been accomplished in excellent yields by nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone (1) with o-phenylenediamine (2) and benzamidines (7) respectively ‘in H2O’ using base and micelles (SDS) as catalyst. Analog reaction of 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone (1) with 2-aminobenzenethiol (9) under identical conditions led to formation of a mixture of benzo[b]phenothiazine (10), benzo[a]phenothiazine (11), and benzo[a]-1,4-benzothiazino-3,2-phenothiazine (12) in 17%, 23%, and 57% yields, respectively.  相似文献

(5Z,5′Z)-3,3′-(1,4-Phenylenebis(methylene)-bis-(5-arylidene-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one) derivatives (5a-r) have been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 3,3′-(1,4- or 1,3-phenylenebis(methylene))bis(2-thioxothiazolidin-4-ones) (3a,b) with suitably substituted aldehydes (4a-f) or 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)2-oxoacetaldehydes (8a-c) under microwave conditions. The bis(2-thioxothiazolidin-4-ones) were prepared from the corresponding primary alkyl amines (1a,b) and di-(carboxymethyl)-trithiocarbonyl (2). The 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)-2-oxoacetaldehydes (8a-c) were synthesized from the corresponding acid chlorides (7a-c) using HSnBu3.  相似文献

GFP chromophore analogs (7a-e, 8, and 10a,b) containing 2-thienyl-, 5-methyl-2-furyl-, 2-pyrryl, and 6-methyl-2-pyridyl-groups were synthesized and their fluorescence spectra recorded in the pH range 1-7. NMR studies showed that protonation of 8 (2-thienyl system) inhibited photoisomerization (Z-E) about the exocyclic double bond but that protonation of 7c (E + Z) (2-pyrryl system) gave only 7cE. Fluorescence studies revealed enhancement of fluorescence intensity of 7c and 7b,e (furyl system) below pH 2.5 and gave a similar result for 10a (pyridyl system) below pH 6. Quantum yields at pH 1 were low, probably due to excited state proton transfer (ESPT).  相似文献

A series of (±)3-hydroxyl- and 2,3-dihydroxy-2,3-dihydro-7-oxopyrido[3,2,1-de]acridines were synthesized for antitumor evaluation. These agents can be considered as analogues of glyfoline or (±)1,2-dihydroxyacronycine derivatives. The key intermediates, 3,7-dioxopyrido[3,2,1-de]acridines (15a,b or 24a,b), for constructing the target compounds were synthesized either from 3-(N,N-diphenylamino)propionic acid (14a,b) by treating with Eaton’s reagent (P2O5/MsOH) (Method 1) or from (9-oxo-9H-acridin-10-yl)propionic acid (23a-c) via ring cyclization under the same reaction conditions (Method 2). Compounds 15a,b and 24a,b were converted into (±)3-hydroxy derivatives (25a-d), which were then further transformed into pyrido[3,2,1-de]acridin-7-one (28a-d) by treating with methanesulfonic anhydride in pyridine via dehydration. 1,2-Dihydroxylation of 28a-d afforded (±)cis-2,3-dihydroxy-7-oxopyrido[3,2,1-de]acridine (29a-d). Derivatives of (±)3-hydroxy (25a,b) and (±)cis-2,3-dihydroxy (29a-d) were further converted into their O-acetyl congeners 26a,b and 30a-d, respectively. We also synthesized 2,3-cyclic carbonate (31, 32, and 33) from 29a-c. The anti-proliferative study revealed that these agents exhibited low cytotoxicity in inhibiting human lymphoblastic leukemia CCRF-CEM cell growth in culture.  相似文献

Irradiation of cis-1,2-dimethyl-1,2-diphenyl-1,2-disilacyclohexane (1a) in the presence of tert-butyl alcohol in hexane with a low-pressure mercury lamp bearing a Vycor filter proceeded with high stereospecificity to give cis-2,3-benzo-1-tert-butoxy-1,4-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1,4-disilacyclooct-2-ene (2a), in 33% isolated yield, together with a 15% yield of 1-[(tert-butoxy)methylphenylsilyl]-4-(methylphenylsilyl)butane (3). The photolysis of trans-1,2-dimethyl-1,2-diphenyl-1,2-disilacyclohexane (1b) with tert-butyl alcohol under the same conditions gave stereospecifically trans-2,3-benzo-1-tert-butoxy-1,4-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1,4-disilacyclooct-2-ene (2b) in 41% isolated yield, along with a 12% yield of 3. Similar photolysis of 1a and 1b with tert-butyl alcohol-d1 produced 2a and 2b, respectively, in addition to 1-[(tert-butoxy)(monodeuteriomethyl)(phenyl)silyl]-4-(methylphenylsilyl)butane. When 1a and 1b were photolyzed with acetone in a hexane solution, cis- and trans-2,3-benzo-1-isopropoxy-1,4-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1,4-disilacyclooct-2-ene (4a and 4b) were obtained in 25% and 23% isolated yield. In both photolyses, 1-(hydroxymethylphenylsilyl)-4-(methylphenylsilyl)butane (5) was also isolated in 4% and 5% yield, respectively. The photolysis of 1a with acetone-d6 under the same conditions gave 4a-d6 and 5-d1 in 18% and 4% yields.  相似文献

Compounds 1-3, 5 and 6 exist in the form of isomers a only, with a skeleton framework of the molecules consisting of two almost flat, coplanar and fused MNOC2 (M = Al, Ga, In) heterocyclic rings. Depending on the reaction conditions, the compound 4 was obtained as the isomer 4a or as the mixture of two isomers 4a and 4b. Molecular structures of the compounds 1a-6a have been determined by X-ray crystallography. A structure of the isomer 4b was proposed on the basis of NMR spectroscopy. A skeleton framework of the 4b molecule consists of two fused different cycles, GaO2C2 and GaN2C2.  相似文献

A general approach to the (S)- and (R)-isoflavans was invented, and efficiency of the method was demonstrated by the synthesis of (S)-equol ((S)-3), (R)-sativan ((R)-4), and (R)-vestitol ((R)-5). The key step is the allylic substitution of (S)-6a (Ar1=2,4-(MeO)2C6H3) and (R)-6b (Ar1=2,4-(BnO)2C6H3) with copper reagents derived from CuBr·Me2S and Ar2-MgBr (7a, Ar2=4-MeOC6H4; 7b, 2,4-(MeO)2C6H3; 7c, 2-MOMO-4-MeOC6H3), furnishing anti SN2′ products (R)-8a and (S)-8b,c with 93-97% chirality transfer in 60-75% yields. The olefinic part of the products was oxidatively cleaved and the Me and Bn groups on the Ar1 moieties was then removed. Finally, phenol bromide 9a and phenol alcohols 9b,c underwent cyclization with K2CO3 and the Mitsunobu reagent to afford (S)-3 and (R)-4 and -5, respectively.  相似文献

Studies from authors’ group (at the University of Tennessee) on alkylidene complexes and α-H migration in alkyl alkylidyne complexes, leading to unusual tautomerization equilibria between bis-alkylidenes and alkyl alkylidynes, are reviewed. Preparation of silyl alkylidene complexes (Me3ECH2)2Ta(CHEMe3)(SiR3) [R3 = (SiMe3)3, E = C, 3a, Si, 3b; R3 = ButPh2, E = C, 4a, Si, 4b] and the pathway in the formation of 3b are discussed first. Pathways in the formation of archetypical Schrock-type alkyl alkylidenes (Me3ECH2)3TaCHEMe3 (E = C, 5a; Si, 5b), including the work using Ta(CD2CMe3)5 (21-d10) to confirm that it is the precursor to (Me3CCD2)3TaCDCMe3 (5a-d7), are then considered. Tautomerization of silyl alkylidyne (Me3CCH2)2W(CCMe3)(SiButPh2) (6a) with bis-alkylidene (Me3CCH2)W(CHCMe3)2(SiButPh2) (6b) as well as (Me3SiCH2)3W(CSiMe3)(PR3) [R3 = Me3, 7a; Me2Ph, 8a; Me2(CH2)2PMe2 (DMPE-P), 9a] with (Me3SiCH2)2W(CHSiMe3)2(PR3) (R3 = Me3, 7b; Me2Ph, 8b; DMPE-P, 9b) [P refers to a dangling P atom in Me2P(CH2)2PMe2] is covered next. Finally the conversion of the tungsten phosphine tautomerization mixtures to alkyl alkylidene alkylidyne (Me3SiCH2)W(CHSiMe3)(CSiMe3)(PR3)2 [(PR3)2 = (PMe3)2, 10; (PMe2Ph)2, 11; DMPE, 12], including its pathway, is presented.  相似文献

Sulfur analogues of the soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) inhibitor NS2028 1a are synthesized. Treating 8-bromo-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-3(4H)-one oxime (6) with 1,1′-thiocarbonyldiimidazole (1.1 equiv) gave the carbamothioate 8-bromo-4H-[1,2,4]oxadiazolo[3,4-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1-thione (3a) in 83% yield. Alternatively reacting NS2028 1a with P2S5 (0.5 equiv) affords the carbamothioate 3a in 80% yield. Similar treatment of 8-aryl substituted NS2028 analogues 1b-d with P2S5 gave the carbamothioates 3b-d in 64-91% yields. Although quite stable, the carbamothioates 3a-d could be thermally isomerized in the presence of Cu (10 mol %) to afford the thiocarbamates 4a-d in high yields. Interestingly, in the case of carbamothioate 3a Pd and In metals also facilitated the isomerization. Furthermore, treatment of the thiocarbamates 4a-d with P2S5 (0.5 equiv) affords the carbamodithioates 5a-d in 72-89% yields. All new compounds are fully characterized including single crystal X-ray data for carbamothioate 3a and thiocarbamate 4a. Reaction of Pd(AcO)2 with the Schiff base ligands 2-Br-4,5-(OCH2O)C6H2C(H)N(Cy) (a) and 4,5-(OCH2CH2)C6H3C(H)N(Cy) (b) leads to the cyclometallated compounds [Pd{2-Br-4,5-(OCH2O)C6HC(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}(μ-O2CMe)]2 (1a) and [Pd{4,5-(OCH2CH2)C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}(μ-O2CMe)]2 (1b), respectively, via C-H activation. Treatment of a with Pd2(dba)3 gave [Pd{4,5-(OCH2O)C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C2,N}(μ-Br)]2 (6a), via C-Br activation. The metathesis reaction of 1a and 1b with aqueous sodium chloride gave the corresponding cyclopalladated dimers with bridging chloride ligands, 2a and 2b, respectively. Treatment of the halogen-bridged compounds with tertiary tri- and diphosphines in the appropriate molar ratio gave the mono and dinuclear compounds 3a-5a, 7a-9a and 3b-5b. The structure of compounds 3a, 4a, 5a, 8a, 2b, 3b and 5b has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Tungsten(0) carbene complexes of the type (OC)5WC(NMeCH2CHCHCH2OH)R 2 (R=Me: 2a; R=Ph: 2b) were generated by aminolysis of (OC)5WC(OMe)R with cis-NHMeCH2CHCHCH2OH. Like their Cr-congeners 1, complexes 2 exist at room temperature as mixtures of Z- and E-isomers with regard to the C-N bond. The metallacyclic complexes (OC)4WC(η2-NMeCH2CHCHCH2OH)R (4) were obtained in good yields upon photo-decarbonylation of 2. Deprotonation/silylation of the complexes (OC)4MC(η2-NMeCH2CHCHCH2OH)Me (M=Cr: 3a; M=W: 4a) with one equivalent of nBuLi/Me3SiCl gave (OC)4MC(η2-NMeCH2CHCHCH2OSiMe3)CH3 (M=Cr: 5; M=W: 6), whereas with two equivalents of nBuLi/Me3SiCl complexes (OC)4MC(η2-NMeCH2CHCHCH2OSiMe3)CH2SiMe3 (M=Cr: 7; M=W: 8) were formed. Hydrolysis of the latter yielded selectively (OC)4MC(η2-NMeCH2CHCHCH2OH)CH2SiMe3 (M=Cr: 9; M=W: 10). The complexes 1-10 were analyzed in solution by one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 29Si, 1H/1H COSY, 1H/1H NOESY, 13C/1H HETCOR).  相似文献
