Titanium(IV) chloride-mediated reaction of 4,5-dihydro-2-(trimethylsiloxy)-3-(trimethylsilyl)furan (1a) with acetaldehyde gave diastereomerically pure (3S*, 1′R*)-4,5-dihydro-3-(1′hydroxyethyl)-3-(trimethylsilyl)-2(3H)furanone (2a), which afforded selectively either (Z)- or (E)-α-ethylidene-γ-butyrolactone (3a) under proper conditions. Facile isomerization of 2a into diastereomerically pure (3S*, 1′R*)-4,5-dihydro-3-&{1′-(trimethylsiloxy)ethyl}-2(3H)furanone (4) suggests an intriguing stereochemical outcome from 2a to (E)-3a via an enolate of 4.  相似文献

The barrier to internal rotation around the C-C bond in glyoxal, and the energy difference between the cis and the trans form of the molecule have been estimated using (7,34) and (9,54) Gaussian basis sets including polarization functions. The predicted energy of the cis form relative the ground state trans form was found to be substantially higher (4.9–6.3 kcal mol?1) than the experimental value of 3.2 kcal mol?1.  相似文献

Deactivation rate constants of spin-orbital excited Br atoms in the reactions Br(2P12) + O2 → Br(2P32) + O2 (k1), and Br(2P12) + NO → Br(2P32) + NO (k4) have been measured with a photodissociative IBr laser on the electronic transition 2P12?2P32 in the Br atom (λ = 2.7 μm). The values obtained are (6.4 ± 1.8) × 10?14 cm3 s?1 and (1.9 ± 0.6) × 10?12 cm3 s?1, respectively. Comparison with published data leads to the conclusion that, contrary to a widely accepted point of view, the high rate constants for the quenching of excited halogen atoms are due to resonant energy transfer processes and not to the paramagnetic nature of the quencher.  相似文献

Three new high molecular weight bromotyrosine-related metabolites, 3a, 4a and 5a, were isolated from the sponge Aplysina ( Verongia) fistularis forma fulva, and their structures were determined from high resolution 1H NMR and other spectroscopic data. Treatment of [{Ir(COD)(μ-Cl)}2] with excess of the electron-rich olefin [CN(Ar)(CH2)2NAr]2 (abbreviated as (LAr)2, Ar = C6H4Me-p or C6H4OMe-p) affords the ortho-metallated tricycle [Ir(LAr)3], which for Ar = C6H4Me-p (Ia) with HCL yields [Ir(LAr)2(LAr)]Cl (IV); X-ray data show that in IV there is an unexpectedly close Ir?C(o-aryl) contact (2;52(1) Å) involving the “free” LAr which compares with an IrC(o-aryl) distance of 2.09(3) Å in Ia or 2.07(3) Å in the ortho-metallated LAr ligand of complex IV.  相似文献

Chloromethyl phenyl sulfides 3 underwent [4+ +2] type polar cyclo-additions with styrene, trans-stilbene, and phenylacetylene in the presence of stannic chloride to afford the thiochroman 4, 5 and thiochromen derivatives 6. Dehydrotripeptides, X-C*CH(Ri)-ΔPhe-C*CH(Rk)COOMe (3: X = tBOC-NH,CBZ-NH, CF3CONH and N3), were employed for the asymmetric hydrogenation catalyzed by chiral rhodium complexes and it was found that tBOC-3 brought about by far the best results. The structure of wüstite Fe1?zO is studied by neutron diffraction on one polycrystalline sample under equilibrium conditions at high temperature. The mean isotrope temperature factor B is expressed as a sum of two parts, BTh and BSt, which vary linearly with a single parameter, respectively temperature and z. A classification is established for clusters (mn) settled from m vacancies in octahedral sites and n FeIII ions in interstitial sites. Sixteen values have been experimentally determined for the vacancies to interstitials ratio ? = (z + t)t = mn. A constant value of ?, which is lower than 3, is observed. This result characterizes the short-range order. It eliminates several possibilities of clusters like those obeying the relation ? = (1 + 3n)n. Other clusters, namely (166) or (4014), might agree. The (83) and (94) clusters obtained from (41) clusters joined by an edge would be the more likely. An analysis of diffuse scattering eliminates the hypothesis of large domains with inverse spinel structure. The structural differences between the three varieties W1, W2 and W3 would not be found in a structural change of clusters.  相似文献

A synthesis of (2S,3S,7S)-3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-yl acetate (2) and propionate (3) is described. (2S)-2-Methyldecan-1-yl lithium (5) was reacted with (3S,4S)-3,4-dimethyl-γ-butyrolactone (6) to yield the ketoalcohol 19 which upon Huang-Minlon reduction furnished (2S,3S,7S)-3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-ol (1). Acylations gave the esters 2 and 3. The (2S)-2-methyldecan-1-yl lithium was obtained via asymmetric synthesis. The chiral lactone 6 was obtained from (2S,3S)-trans-2,3-epoxybutane and dimethyl malonate.  相似文献

Asymmetric cyclizations of methyl (E)-3-oxo-9-phenoxy-7-nonenoate (1) or methyl (E)-3-oxo-9-(methoxycarbonyl)oxy-7-nonenoate (4) without added base were carried out in the presence of a catalytic amount of palladium(II) acetate and chiral diphosphine as ligands. Allylic carbonate 4 reacted by use of Pd(OAC)2-(S)-(R)-BPPFA at room temperature to give (R)-3-vinylcyclohexanone (3), after decarboxylation, in up to 48% e. e.  相似文献

The MIPO3Sm(PO3)3(MI = Li, Na, Ag) systems were studied. Differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction were used to investigate the liquidus and solidus relations. Three compounds LiSm(PO3)4, NaSm(PO3)4, and AgSm(PO3)4 were obtained which melt incongruently at 1248, 1143, and 1078 K, respectively. These compounds are isomorphous with their homologs LiLn(PO3)4, NaLn(PO3)4, AgLn(PO3)4 (Ln = Ce, La, Nd). They belong to the monoclinic system. The LiSm(PO3)4 unit cell parameters refined by least squares method are a = 16.43(3) Å, b = 7.16(1) Å, c = 9.65(3) Å, β = 125,9°(1), with the space group C2c and Z = 4. NaSm(PO3)4 and AgSm(PO3)4 are isotypic; they cristallize in the P21c space group, Z = 4; their unit cell parameters are, respectively, a = 12.18(1) Å, b = 13.05(1) Å, c = 7.25(5) Å, β = 126,53°(4), a = 12.25(1)A?, b = 13.06(1) Å, c = 7.201(9) Å, β = 126,57°(7). The ir spectra of the last two compounds indicate that these phosphates are chain phosphates.  相似文献

A hetero Diels-Alder route to 5,6-dihydro-γ-pyridones is described. Recently, we described the Lewis Acid catalyzed cyclocondensation of aldehydes with siloxydienes to give 5,6-dihydro-γ-pyrones. It was of interest to attempt to extend this reaction to include the imino linkage. Certainly, there have been reports of intermolecular 2 + 4 cycloadditions to “C = N” dienophiles.2 However, they have involved particularly activated glyoxyl imines (cf.1,3 acyl imines (via presumed precursor 2)4 or doubly activated imines (cf.3).5 In addition, we note that Weinreb has elegantly exploited intramolecular Diels-Alder reactions of acyl imines6 as a new strategem in alkaloid synthesis.  相似文献

The cycloaddition of α,β-epoxyaldehydes or ketones (2) with the ketene acetal MeHC=C(OMe)2 (1) gives epoxyoxetanes (3) in high yields. Without isolation they can be transformed into 4-hydroxy-5-(1-hydroxyalkyl)-γ-butyrolactones (6) via the epoxy esters 4 and trihydroxy esters (5). The lactones 6 appear to be valuable precursors for the synthesis of 5-(1-hydroxyalkyl)-3-methyl-2-5H-furanones (7) and 3-methyl-5-ylidene-2-5H-furanones (8)  相似文献

The acid catalysed reaction of 4-oxa-homoadamantan-5-one (1) with benzene yielded a mixture of 4a-phenyladamantan-2-one (7), the equatorial isomer' (8) and 2-phenyl-2,4-o- benzenoadamantane (9) A plausible reaction pathway for the occurrence of 9. is put forward. The structure of 9, was deduced from spectroscopic data and reaction of the proposed intermediate 2,4a-diphenyladamantan-2-ol (11) with acid. 2,4-o-Ben-zenoadamantane (16) is prepared likewise.  相似文献

The complexes [Zn(en)3]X2·n H2O, where en = ethylenediamine, X = Cl?, Br? or 12SO2?4, n = 1 or 0.5, and [Zn(tn)2]X2·n H2O, where tn=1,3-diaminopropane, X=Cl?, Br? or 12SO2?4, n = 0 or 0.25, have been synthesized and their thermal investigations carried out. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectral data. These complexes have been observed to decompose through several isolable as well as non-isolable complex species as intermediates during heating. [Zn(tn)2]SO4 undergoes solid-state phase transition in the temperature range 126–145°C. ZnenSO4 and ZntnX2 (X = Cl?, Br? or 12SO2?4) have been synthesized pyrolytically in the solid state from their corresponding mother diamine complexes. ZnenSO4 and ZntnX2 (X = Cl?, Br? or 12SO2?4) complexes decompose through non-isolable hemidiamine species. ZnX2 (X = Cl? or Br?) complexes of tn undergo melting after formation of the monodiamine species. In contrast, the corresponding en complexes undergo melting at non-stoichiometric composition. Diamine (en or tn) is found to be bridging in all monodiamine (en or tn) complexes; whilst their mother complexes possess chelated en or tn. The thermal stability sequence of en and tn complexes of Zn(II) is ZnCl2 < ZnBr2 < ZnSO4. ΔH values are reported for some steps of decomposition. Possible mechanistic paths have been reported for each step of decomposition.  相似文献
