The monomer 2,6,12-triaminotriptycene was synthesized and the structure was confirmed by IR and 1H NMR spectra. Hyperbranched polyimides modified with different terminal groups were obtained from precursors, anhydride- and aminoterminated hyperbranched poly(amic acid)s from polymerization of A2 + B3 system. From gel permeation chromatograrn (GPC) characterization, representative products had high molecular weight. All polymers had good solubility in CHCl3, DMF and tetrahydrofuran (THF), and performed no detective Tgs in the range of 50-300 ℃ and high Tds above 455 ℃ when 5% weight loss.  相似文献

利用自己合成的含三苯基吡啶结构的BB′2型芳香三胺TAPP与A2型的二酐3,3′,4,4′-二苯酮四羧酸二酐(BTDA)在微波辐射下经"两步法"分别合成了氨基封端和酐基封端的新型超支化聚酰亚胺(AM-HBPI和AD-HBPI).通过FTIR、1H-NMR、XRD、TGA、溶解性试验以及UV-Vis和荧光光谱等对产物进行了一系列的结构表征和性能测试.结果表明,两种新型的含三苯基吡啶结构超支化聚酰亚胺(HBPI)在强极性非质子溶剂中均显示出良好的溶解性,对无机稀酸也具有一定的抗腐蚀性;它们还体现出优异的耐高温性,在N2中的10%热失重温度(T10%)分别高达573℃和568℃.除此之外,AM-HBPI和AD-HBPI还分别在200~400nm和200~350nm具有良好的紫外光吸收性能,以及紫、蓝色荧光发射性能.而且它们被HCl质子化后的紫外光吸收谱带均扩宽至425nm,荧光发射峰的强度也大大增强.  相似文献

Benzophenone‐containing, anhydride‐terminated hyperbranched poly(amic acid)s were end‐capped by ortho‐alkyl aniline in situ and then chemically imidized, yielding autophotosensitive hyperbranched polyimides. The polyimides were soluble in strong polar solvents, such as N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone, N‐dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide, and dimethyl sulfoxide. Thermogravimetric analysis revealed their excellent thermal stability, with a 5 wt % thermal loss temperature in the range of 527–548 °C and a10 wt % thermal loss temperature in the range of 562–583 °C. The strong absorption of the polyimide films in ultraviolet–visible spectra at 365 nm indicated that the hyperbranched polyimides were patternable. Highly resolved images with a line width of 6 μm were developed by ultraviolet exposure of the polymer films. A well‐defined image with lines as thin as 3 μm was also patterned, but the lines were rounded at the edges. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper, hyperbranched polyimides having the same repeating unit were synthesized by employing ideal A2+B3 polymerization, non-ideal A2+B3 polymerization and AB2 self-polymerization methods. The polymerization behavior, polymer properties were compared for three methods. Hyperbranched polyimides by ideal A2+B3 polymerization, non-ideal A2+B3 polymerization and AB2 self-polymerization methods show apparent difference in many physical properties, such as inherent viscosity, glass transition temperature, and film formation behavior etc. The hyperbranched polymers by the non-ideal A2+B3 polymerization are suitable for smooth, flexible and self-standing film preparation, which provides useful information for hyperbranched polymers toward self-standing materials.  相似文献

N-三羟甲基甲基氨基乙磺酸(TES)的胺基与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)环上活性较高的NCO在低温15℃下发生选择性反应,生成AB3型单体.随后提高反应温度(70~90℃),使AB3型单体原位聚合,一锅法合成出含磺酸基超支化聚氨酯.随着聚合温度的提高,超支化聚氨酯的支化度、分子量及分子量分布系数变大.90℃时,聚合产物的Mn为22410,支化度达到0.87.以此含磺酸基超支化聚氨酯为基础制得的聚合物电解质膜具有良好的耐热性、机械强度,其锂盐室温(约25℃)的离子电导率为3.1×10-5S/cm,100℃达到1.4×10-3 S/cm.  相似文献

The syntheses and properties of dendritic and hyperbranched aromatic polyamides and polyimides are reviewed. In addition to conventional stepwise reactions for dendrimer synthesis, an orthogonal/double‐stage convergent approach and dendrimer syntheses with unprotected building blocks are described as new synthetic strategies for dendritic polyamides. Hyperbranched polyamides and polyimides composed of various repeating units are presented. Besides the self‐polycondensation of AB2‐type monomers, new polymerization systems with AB4, AB8, A2 + B3, and A2 + BB′2 monomers have been developed for hyperbranched polyamides and polyimides. The copolymerization of AB2 and AB monomers is discussed separately with respect to the effects of branching units on the properties. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 合成了一种刚性芳香二胺单体3,3',5,5'-四甲基-4,4'-二胺基苯基甲苯(BDAP),与6-氨基苯基-2-氨基苯并咪唑(BIA)组成混合二胺,分别与4种商品化的二酐单体(均苯四酸二酐(PMDA)、联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、二苯酮四酸二酐(BTDA)和二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA))一步法缩聚合成了一系列可溶性聚酰亚胺.采用FTIR,1H-NMR,UV-Vis,DMA和TGA等测试方法对所制备的聚酰亚胺进行了表征.结果表明,所制备的聚酰亚胺具有良好的溶解性能,能够在NMP和DMAc等常规溶剂中溶解;耐热性及力学性能优良,玻璃化转变温度超过410℃,分解温度在500℃以上.  相似文献

A series of hyperbranched polyimides having pyrimidine core in the backbone was prepared by solution polycondensation of pyromellitic dianhydride (A2 type) and 2,4,6-triaminopyrimidine (B3 type). The resulting polyimides were characterized by IR, GPC, DTA, DSC, TGA, density and viscosity measurement. The results showed that polyimides were obtained in 82-86% yield, had inherent viscosities of 1.58-1.87 dL/g and highly thermal stability. From the solubility tests, it was found that all the polyimides were soluble in NMP, DMAc and DMSO at room temperature. In addition, because of their interesting film properties, attempts were made to prepare H2O2-sensing polyimide material. For this reason, selectivity of film-coated electrodes obtained from the chemically prepared hyperbranched polyimides toward electroactive (ascorbic acid, oxalic acid and hydrogen peroxide) and non-electroactive (lactose, sucrose and urea) species was examined by means of CV, DPV and TB techniques. From the electrochemical data obtained, it has been demonstrated that polyimide (HPI-2) film responded to only hydrogen peroxide among the species examined. In other words, it has been claimed that the mentioned polyimide-coated electrode can be used as H2O2-selective membrane in the presence of the electroactive and non-electroactive interferents.  相似文献

A series of hyperbranched polyimides (HBPIs) were synthesized by reacting a triamine monomer N ,N ′,N ″‐tris(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐N ,N ′,N ″‐tris(4‐phenylamino)?1,3,5‐benzenetriamine with various dianhydrides such as oxydiphthalic dianhydride (ODPA), 3,3′,4,4′‐diphenylsulfonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (DSDA), 3,3′,4,4′‐benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA), and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA). The hyperbranched polyimide (6FHBPI) using 4,4′‐(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride (6FDA) as dianhydride monomer was also added into the discussion. All the hyperbranched polyimides exhibited excellent organo‐solubility and high thermal stability. Memory devices with a sandwiched structure of indium tin oxide (ITO)/HBPI/Al were constructed by using these HBPIs as the active layers. All these HBPIs based memory devices exhibited favorable memory performances, with switching voltages between ?1.3 V and ?2.5 V, ON/OFF current ratios up to 107 and retention times long to 104 s. Tunable memory characteristics from electrical insulator to volatile memory, and then to nonvolatile memory were obtained by adjusting the electron acceptors of these HBPIs. Molecular simulation results suggested that the electron affinity and the dipole moment of these HBPIs were responsible for the conversion of the memory characteristics. With the electron affinity and dipole moment of these HBPIs increasing, the memory characteristics turned from volatile to nonvolatile. The present study suggested that tunable memory performance could be achieved through adjusting the acceptor moieties of the hyperbranched polyimides. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. 使用3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)、3,3′,4,4′-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、1,3-双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯(1,3,4-APB)、3,4′-二氨基二苯醚(3,4′-ODA)和反应性封端剂4-苯乙炔苯酐(4-PEPA)合成了设计分子量为5000的系列苯乙炔基封端的聚酰亚胺低聚物,并使用XRD、DSC、TGA、FT-IR、DMA和流变仪等对低聚物的化学结构、热性能和熔体性能,固化后树脂的热性能和力学性能进行了测试.研究结果表明基于ODPA的低聚物具有低的熔体粘度和良好的熔体粘度稳定性,固化后的树脂具有很高的热失重温度,较高的玻璃化转变温度以及良好的力学性能尤其是高的断裂伸长率(>10%);基于BPDA的低聚物具有一定的结晶性,其结晶熔融温度与苯乙炔基固化交联温度相近,影响了材料的成型工艺性能.  相似文献

合成了一系列新型含氟耐高温、低介电常数聚酰亚胺 (PI)材料 ,并对其进行了热性能、电性能等方面的测试 .结果表明 ,这类分子结构中含吡啶环单元的材料可保持PI固有的耐热性能 ,其在氮气下的热分解温度为 5 4 5~ 6 0 1℃ ;而侧链的双三氟甲基取代结构一方面使分子具有较高的氟含量 ,另一方面增大了分子的自由体积 ,这两方面的共同作用使得这类材料具有优良的介电性能 ,其介电常数为 2 86~ 2 91;击穿电压为15 0 4~ 197 3kV mm .  相似文献

A novel hyperbranched polyimide (HPPI) was synthesized from a new four‐functional amine and 1,2,3,4‐cyclobutanetetracarboxylic dianhydride. The polyimide with hyperbranched structure exhibited excellent alignment for nematic liquid crystal (LC) compared with traditional linear polyimides. The solution viscosities of the poly(amic acids) (PAAs) and the surface morphology of PI films were investigated using an Ubbelhode‐type viscometer and atomic force microscopy, respectively. The viscosities of the hyperbranched PAAs were much lower than that of the linear PAA solution at any monomer ratio (amine:dianhydride). Pretilt angles of LCs above 2.8° were achieved with HPPI.  相似文献

采用Mitsunobu反应将杂环偶氮生色分子键入氟化聚酰亚胺母体制备新型的侧链含氟聚酰亚胺非线性光学(NLO)材料.采用傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱、1H核磁共振(1HNMR)谱和凝胶色谱(GPC)对材料进行表征.热分析结果表明侧链型聚酰亚胺具有较高的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)(184-188℃),热分解温度(Td)高达322℃.采用简单全反射法于1550nm处测定聚酰亚胺的电光系数(γ33),含苯并噻唑偶氮苯胺的聚酰亚胺(PI1)具有较高的电光系数15pm·V-1.  相似文献

 Organo-soluble fluorinated polyimides were synthesized by the polycondensation of a new aromatic diamine -bis(4-amino-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-4′-fluorophenyl methane with several aromatic dianhydrides. The one-step polymerization procedure was conducted at 180℃ in m-cresol, producing the polyimides with inherent viscosities of 0.680.76 dL•g1. The polyimides could be soluble not only in polar aprotic solvents, such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone, and N,N-dimethylacetamide, but also in common organic solvents, such as chloroform, cyclopentanone, m-cresol and so on. The polyimide films show excellent transparency with the UV-Vis cut-off lengths of 310360 nm and light transmittances of higher than 80% in the visible region. In addition, the polyimides exhibit good thermal stability with an initial decomposition temperature (Td) higher than 530℃ and have more than 60% of residual weight retentions at 700℃.  相似文献

Cycloaddition reactions have been employed in polymer synthesis since the mid-nineteen sixties. This critical review will highlight recent notable advances in this field. For example, [2 + 2] cycloaddition reactions have been utilized in numerous polymerizations to enable the construction of strained polymer systems such as poly(2-azetidinone)s that can, in turn, afford polyfunctional beta-amino acid derived polymers. Polymers have also been synthesized successfully via (3 + 2) cycloaddition methods utilizing both thermal and high-pressure conditions. 'Click chemistry'--a process involving the reaction of azides with olefins, has also been adopted to generate linear and hyperbranched polymer architectures in a very efficient manner. [4 + 2] Cycloadditions have also been utilized under thermal and high-pressure conditions to produce rigid polymers such as polyimides and polyphenylenes. These cycloaddition polymerization methods afford polymers with potential for use in high performance polymers applications such as high temperature resistant coatings and polymeric organic light emitting diodes.  相似文献

以2,7-二溴芴酮为起始原料,在芴的9位引入芳香取代基代替传统的烷基取代基,增加9位的稳定性,并用AB+AB2的方法,用新单体合成了不同支化度的超支化聚合物,新合成的超支化聚合物具有良好的热稳定性和发光稳定性.聚合物的热分解温度都在400℃以上;聚合物的薄膜在空气中于200℃加热2 h后没有出现绿光发射带,发光稳定性和烷基聚芴相比得到明显的提高.DSC结果显示,线性聚合物在170℃时有玻璃化转变,超支化聚合物在300℃以内没有明显的相转变,保持一种稳定的无定形态,更有利于提高材料的发光效率.  相似文献

Hyperbranched polyesters containing labile triazene units in the main chain have been synthesized and characterized. These structure decompose photochemically upon UV irradiation and thermally above 160°C. Homogeneous incorporation of these globular, functional polymers in thermostabile polymer matrices (polyimides and BCB polymers) was possible. Smooth films from blends of thermolabile matrix and up to 50% hyperbranched polymers could be prepared and have been studied as insulating material in microelectronic multilayer applications.  相似文献
