从尖山橙(Melodinus fusiformis)全植物中分得15个生物碱,其中3个为新生物碱,采用波谱分析和化学方法,它们的结构分别鉴定为:11,19(R)-dihydroxy tabersonine(1)11-hydroxy-14,15α-epoxy tabersonine(2)和scandine N_b-oxide(3).其余12个为已知生物碱:scandine(4),moloscandonine(5),10-hydoxyscandine(6),Kopsinine(7),15α-hydroxykopsinine(8),venalstonine(9),tabersonine(10),11-methoxytabersonine(11),11-hydroxytabersonine(12),tubotaiwine(13),vindolinine(14)和deacetylpicraline(15).新生物碱1和2分别显示有明显的抗生育和抗肿瘤的作用。 相似文献

从云南萝芙木(Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang)花乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到9个化合物(其中4个为吲哚类生物碱), 即(18Z)-11-methoxypicrinine(1), caberoline(2), 11-methoxystrictamine(3)和strictamine(4), 以及russulamide(5), ursolic acid(6), urs-12(13)-en-3α-yl acetate(7), β-amyryl nonanoate(8)和β-sitosterol(9); 采用UV, IR, MS和1D, 2D NMR方法对化合物的结构进行了鉴定, 其中化合物1为新吲哚生物碱, 化合物5, 7和8系首次从该植物中分离得到, 但未得到利血平和育亨宾. 相似文献

Five minor alkaloids were isolated from the seeds of Camptotheca acuminata Decne. Two of them are new indole alkaloids named camptacumotine (1) and camptacumanine (2) respectively. Strictosidine, the precursor of more than 2,500 indole alkaloids, was isolated from four species of three plant families. By searching the Dictionary of Natural Products on DVD it was found that about 150 indole alkaloids were obtained from the same species (coalkaloids), which is a direct proof of their common origin. On the base of their three-dimensional structure, taxonomic properties and standard reaction mechanisms an extended network was established which involved the four fundamental skeletons, the three types of carbon framework in the secologanin subunit and all major groups of indole alkaloids derived from secologanin and tryptamine (except a few minor groups, in which only less then 10 alkaloids were known). Two new indole alkaloids, 5‐oxodolichantoside ( 1 ) and deglycocadambine ( 2 ), were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Emmenopterys henryi, together with four known indole alkaloids and five known iridoids. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments, and confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. This is the first report on the isolation of indole alkaloids from this species. The indole alkaloids were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against five human cancer lines. 相似文献

Indole alkaloids from Nauclea officinalis (Pierra ex Pitard) Merr are prospective agents for inflammation- related diseases. To speed up the process of discovering such bioactive compounds from natural origins, a mass spectrometry-based method was developed to screen N. officinalis for the presence of indole alkaloids. First, representative alkaloids were purified from herbs and analyzed using an ion trap (IT) mass spectrometer. Multi-stage mass spectra (MS(n))were utilized to establish the characteristic fragmentation pathways of indole alkaloids. It was shown that their fragmentation behaviors were correlated with the degree of unsaturation on ring-D of such alkaloids: if there is a double bond between C-3 and C-14, no fragments of ring cleavage are observed; otherwise, a fragment ion after reverse Diels-Alder cleavage of ring-D is observed as the base peak in their tandem mass spectrometry data. Then, herbal extracts of N. officinalis were analyzed using a combination of high- performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)/IT and HPLC/time-of-flight (ToF) systems. The structures of suspected alkaloids were deduced based on the accurate mass information from ToF and MS(n) from IT. Finally, a total of 10 indole and one indolizidine alkaloids were identified or tentatively characterized in extracts of N. officinalis. This work has demonstrated that the combination of MS(n) and ToF-MS can be used for rapid identification of monoterpenoid indole alkaloids in N. officinalis. 相似文献

The purpose of the study is to compare alkaloid profile of Uncaria rhynchophylla hooks and leaves. Ten oxindole alkaloids and four glycosidic indole alkaloids were identified using HPLC-diode array detection (DAD) or LC-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI)-MS method, and a HPLC-UV method for simultaneous quantification of major alkaloids was validated. The hooks are characterized by high levels of four oxindole alkaloids rhynchophylline (R), isorhynchophylline (IR), corynoxeine (C) and isocorynoxeine (IC), while the leaves contained high level of two glycosidic indole alkaloids vincoside lactam (VL) and strictosidine (S). The presented methods have proven its usefulness in chemical characterization of U. rhynchophylla hooks and leaves. 相似文献

Monoterpene indole alkaloids exhibit structural diversity in herbal resources and have been developed as promising drugs owing to their significant biological activities. Confidential identification and quantification of monoterpene indole alkaloids is the key to quality control of target plants in industrial production but has rarely been reported. In this study, quantitative performance of three data acquisition modes of ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry including full scan, auto-MS2 and target-MS2, was evaluated and compared for specificity, sensitivity, linearity, precision, accuracy, and matrix effect using five monoterpene indole alkaloids (scholaricine, 19-epi-scholaricine, vallesamine, picrinine, and picralinal). Method validations indicated that target-MS2 mode showed predominant performance for simultaneous annotation and quantification of analytes, and was then applied to determine monoterpene indole alkaloids in Alstonia scholaris (leaves, barks) after extraction procedures optimization using Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology. The variations of A. scholaris monoterpene indole alkaloids in different plant parts, harvest periods, and post-handling processes, were subsequently investigated. The results indicated that target-MS2 mode could improve the quantitative capability of ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry for structure-complex monoterpene indole alkaloids in herbal matrices.
