SiO2/TiO2 composite microspheres with microporous SiO2 core/mesoporous TiO2 shell structures were prepared by hydrolysis of titanium tetrabutylorthotitanate (TTBT) in the presence of microporous silica microspheres using hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) as a surface esterification agent and porous template, and then dried and calcined at different temperatures. The as-prepared products were characterized with differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric (DTA/TG), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption. The results showed that composite particles were about 1.8 μm in diameter, and had a spherical morphology and a narrow size distribution. Uniform mesoporous titania coatings on the surfaces of microporous silica microspheres could be obtained by adjusting the HPC concentration to an optimal concentration of about 3.2 mmol L−1. The anatase and rutile phase in the SiO2/TiO2 composite microspheres began to form at 700 and 900 °C, respectively. At 700 °C, the specific surface area and pore volume of the SiO2/TiO2 composite microspheres were 552 and 0.652 mL g−1, respectively. However, at 900 °C, the specific surface area and pore volume significantly decreased due to the phase transformation from anatase to rutile.  相似文献

以磁性CoFe2O4为核,采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法,制备了磁性TiO2/CoFe2O4纳米复合光催化材料.利用VSM(振动样品磁强计)技术对其磁性能进行了研究,结果表明:由该法所得的TiO2/CoFe2O4纳米复合光催化材料的饱和磁化强度虽稍弱于纯CoFe2O4纳米材料,但其矫顽力则优于CoFe2O4.TEM、XRD、UV-Vis等的结果表明,该纳米复合材料中的TiO2为锐钛矿结构;与TiO2相比,纳米复合材料对光的吸收拓展到了整个紫外-可见区,且吸收强度大大增强.对染料废水光催化降解的模拟研究表明,该复合材料在紫外光下,6 h可以使亚甲基蓝染料溶液的脱色率达95%,且重复使用3次时染料溶液的脱色率仍能保持在90%,明显优于纯TiO2.  相似文献

采用静电纺丝技术制备的TiO2纤维作为模板和反应物,通过原位水热合成了具有异质结构的Bi2Ti2O7/TiO2复合纤维。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能量散射光谱(EDS)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等分析测试手段对样品的结构和形貌进行表征。以罗丹明B为模拟有机污染物进行光催化降解实验。结果表明:花状Bi2Ti2O7纳米结构均匀地生长在TiO2纤维上,制备了Bi2Ti2O7与TiO2相复合的光催化材料,其光谱响应范围拓宽至可见光区,与纯TiO2纤维相比可见光催化活性显著提高,且易于分离、回收和循环使用。初步探讨了Bi2Ti2O7/TiO2异质结的生长机制和光催化活性提高机理。  相似文献

Optically active polyurethane/titania/silica (LPU/TiO2/SiO2) multilayered core–shell composite microspheres were prepared by the combination of titania deposition on the surface of silica spheres and subsequent polymer grafting. LPU/TiO2/SiO2 was characterized by FT-IR, UV–vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), SEM and TEM, and the infrared emissivity value (8–14 μm) was investigated in addition. The results indicated that titania and polyurethane had been successfully coated onto the surfaces of silica microspheres. LPU/TiO2/SiO2 exhibited clearly multilayered core–shell construction. The infrared emissivity values reduced along with the increase of covering layers thus proved that the interfacial interactions had direct influence on the infrared emissivity. Besides, LPU/TiO2/SiO2 multilayered microspheres based on the optically active polyurethane took advantages of the orderly secondary structure and strengthened interfacial synergistic actions. Consequently, it possessed the lowest infrared emissivity value.  相似文献

TiO_2因具有多种优异的特性被广泛应用在半导体光催化领域,但是纳米结构的TiO_2颗粒细微,在进行光催化反应之后,难以回收再利用。本文以廉价钛铁矿为原料制备光催化剂TiO_2,同时利用副产物铁合成Fe_3O_4,并采用简单温和的浸渍法制备Fe_3O_4/TiO_2磁性复合材料。通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM、EDS等手段对材料形态结构进行表征分析,并以光降解有机污染物若丹明B为探针反应,考察其光催化性能。结果表明,质量比为1∶10的Fe_3O_4/TiO_2复合材料结构稳定、分散均匀,具有最优的光催化活性(波长356nm下反应3h,若丹明B降解率达到64.0%),并表现出良好的重复性。同时,动力学结果显示降解符合一级反应动力学。  相似文献

To obtain a recyclable surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) material, we developed a composite of Fe3O4\SiO2\Ag with core\shell\particles structure. The designed particles were synthesized via an ultrasonic route. The Raman scattering signal of Fe3O4 could be shielded by increasing the thickness of the SiO2 layer to 60 nm. Dye rhodamine B (RB) was chosen as probe molecule to test the SERS effect of the synthesized Fe3O4\SiO2\Ag particles. On the synthesized Fe3O4\SiO2\Ag particles, the characteristic Raman bands of RB could be observed when the RB solution was diluted to 5 ppm (1×10−5 M). Furthermore, the synthesized particles could keep their efficiency till four cycles.  相似文献

采用模板剂法一步合成分级结构的介孔TiO2微球, 考察了烷基胺类模板剂中烷基链长度对介孔TiO2微球合成及性能影响. 将其应用于染料敏化太阳能电池的光阳极半导体薄膜中, 得到了9.5%-10.1%的高能量转换效率. X射线衍射(XRD)、物理吸附仪(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)等的分析结果表明: 分级结构介孔TiO2微球的晶相为纯锐钛矿型; 介孔TiO2微球表面粗糙, 的纳米粒子堆积形成, 使微球具有介孔性质和较适宜的比表面积. 介孔TiO2微球堆积形成了利于物质扩散的通道并具有良好的光散射效果; 同时微球介孔粗糙表面保证了染料的大量吸附, 从而提高了电池的光电流. 通过电化学阻抗分析结果验证了分等级结构介孔TiO2微球光阳极有利于电解液的传输和物质扩散的优异性能.  相似文献

Ag掺杂型空心TiO2纳米微球的制备与表征及其光催化性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过甲基丙烯酸与苯乙烯的乳液聚合制备了表面载有阴离子的聚苯乙烯(PSt)纳米乳胶粒. 在乙醇与水的混合溶剂中, 用硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷对其进行表面改性. 以此乳胶粒为模板, 加入钛酸四丁酯和硝酸银制备了Ag2O掺杂型聚苯乙烯/二氧化钛(PSt/TiO2)复合微球. 对该微球在180 °C进行液相预处理、干燥、500 °C煅烧等步骤制备了Ag 掺杂型Ag-TiO2复合粒子. 通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对PSt/TiO2复合粒子及Ag-TiO2空心粒子的形貌及晶体结构等进行了表征. 考察了Ag-TiO2复合粒子在紫外光(365 nm)与紫外-可见光(370-760 nm)下对罗丹明B (RhB)降解的催化活性. 结果表明, 与不含银的TiO2空心微球相比, 在紫外光照射下, 银含量(nAg/nTi)为0.1%的Ag-TiO2复合粒子对RhB的降解率提高了11%左右; 在紫外-可见光照射下, nAg/nTi为1.0%和2.0% 的Ag-TiO2复合粒子对RhB的降解率提高了30%左右.  相似文献

In this study, mesoporous TiO2 microspheres were synthesized by simple hydrothermal reaction, and successfully developed for phosphopeptides enrichment from both standard protein digestion and real biological sample such as rat brain tissue extract. The mesoporous TiO2 microspheres (the diameter size of about 1.0 μm) obtained by simple hydrothermal method were found to have a specific surface area of 84.98 m2/g, which is much larger than smooth TiO2 microspheres with same size. The surface area of mesoporous TiO2 microspheres is almost two times of commercial TiO2 nanoparticle (a diameter of 90 nm). Using standard proteins digestion and real biological samples, the superior selectivity and capacity of mesoporous TiO2 microspheres for the enrichment of phosphorylated peptides than that of commercial TiO2 nanoparticles and TiO2 microspheres was also observed. It has been demonstrated that mesoporous TiO2 microspheres have powerful potential for selective enrichment of phosphorylated peptides. Moreover, the preparation of the mesoporous TiO2 microspheres obtained by the hydrothermal reaction is easy, simple and low-cost. These mesoporous TiO2 microspheres with the ability of large scale synthesis can widely be applied for phosphorylated proteomic research.  相似文献

本文概述了SnO2TiO2 复合半导体纳米薄膜的发展历史和研究现状,对比分析了“混合”、“核壳”和“叠层”3 种复合薄膜的结构和性能特点,着重论述了叠层结构的SnO2 /TiO2复合薄膜的光电化学和光催化特性。结合作者的研究工作,探讨了SnO2 /TiO2双层复合薄膜上下层厚度对其光催化活性的影响,指出复合薄膜光催化活性的提高可归因于电子从TiO2 向SnO2 的迁移。最后对SnO2 /TiO2复合薄膜的局限性和发展潜势做一简要分析,强调了该复合薄膜本身的应用特点。  相似文献

Pure TiO2 and La-doped TiO2 were prepared by the sol-gel method. Au was supported on TiO2 by the deposition-precipitation (DP) method, and its catalytic activity for CO oxidation was tested. The results showed that doping La in Au/TiO2 could improve its catalytic activity obviously for CO oxidation. The analyses of X-ray diffraction (XRD), temperature-programmed desorption (TPD), and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area further showed that the presence of La in TiO2 not only increased its surface area and restrained the growth of TiO2 crystallites, but could also enhance the microstrain of TiO2. In terms of O2-TPD, a new adsorbed species O appeared on the surface of La-doped TiO2. The results of in-situ Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy illustrated that the high activity of Au/La2O3-TiO2 was attributed to the presence of La promoting the reactivity of CO adsorbed on the Au site and the formation of the second active site on the surface of TiO2  相似文献

采用共沉淀法和原位溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2-Al2O3复合载体,其负载的磷化镍催化剂采用等体积浸渍法和H2原位还原法制备. 通过N2吸附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、程序升温还原(TPR),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)表征技术对催化剂进行了表征,并通过喹啉的加氢脱氮反应评价了催化剂的加氢脱氮性能. 结果表明,原位溶胶-凝胶法制成的复合载体基本保留了原有的γ-Al2O3的孔特征,具有较大的比表面积和较宽的孔分布,TiO2主要以表面富集的形式分散在管状的γ-Al2O3表面,其负载的磷化镍催化剂还原后所形成的活性相为Ni2P和Ni12P5;而共沉淀法制成的复合载体比表面积较小,孔径分布更加集中,TiO2趋于在块状的Al2O3表面均匀分散,其负载的磷化镍催化剂具有更好的可还原性,还原后所形成的活性相为Ni2P. 不同的载体制备方法和不同的钛铝比对催化剂加氢脱氮性能影响较大,当n(Ti)/n(Al)=1/8时,共沉淀法载体负载的催化剂表现出最佳的加氢脱氮性能,在340 ℃,3 MPa,氢油体积比500,液时空速3 h-1的反应条件下,喹啉的脱氮率可以达到91.3%.  相似文献

This article presents a facile method to prepare CdS/SiO2 composite microspheres and their good catalytic properties. In our method, monodispersed SiO2 particles bearing amino groups (–NH2) were synthesized at first and then used as carriers to load nanosized CdS particles to form CdS/SiO2 composite microspheres. With the addition of CdAc2 solution to the SiO2 dispersion, Cd2+ was attracted to the surfaces of the SiO2 particles through coordination interaction, and then thioacetamide was added to the dispersion. By heating, S2? released and reacted with the Cd2+, CdS/SiO2 composite microspheres were obtained accordingly. The photocatalytic properties of the as‐prepared composite microspheres were investigated as well. It was found that the composite microspheres have excellent photocatalytic activities for the degradation of dyes comparing with the commercial P‐25 TiO2 catalysts. After using and recycling for three times, the photocatalytic performance still remained very well.  相似文献

以合成的g-C3N4纳米片和Ag/TiO2空心微球为原料,采用机械搅拌的方法构筑了g-C3N4/Ag/TiO2三元复合光催化剂。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见光漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)和光致发光光谱(PL)对g-C3N4/Ag/TiO2进行了表征。研究表明,g-C3N4/Ag/TiO2是由Ag/TiO2微球和g-C3N4纳米片复合而成的。与TiO2相比,其可见光响应范围延长,光生载流子的分离速率加快。在室温下,用降解罗丹明B的反应考察了g-C3N4/Ag/TiO2的可见光催化活性。研究表明,光照180 min时,g-C3N4(0.5%)/Ag/TiO2显示了最高的光催化活性(91.9%),分别是TiO2和Ag/TiO2的7.5和1.8倍。光催化活性的提高与合理的异质结构建和Ag的导电性能有关。  相似文献

通过离子交换法将Ag纳米颗粒负载于玻璃微珠的表面及浅表层,并以钛酸四丁酯的乙醇溶液为前驱体,将TiO2负载于包含银的玻璃微珠表面,制得一种玻璃微珠/Ag/TiO2复合光催化剂。由于纳米银的表面等离子体吸收效应,该复合光催化剂具有一定的可见光响应特性。利用XRD、SEM对样品进行表征,可发现玻璃微珠表面形成一层均匀多孔的锐钛矿TiO2,其粒径均在50 nm左右。由漫反射光谱可得出该催化剂具有较强的可见光吸收,并在降解甲基橙溶液的试验中表现出较好的可见光催化活性。  相似文献

以静电纺丝技术制备的TiO_2纳米纤维为基质,通过溶剂热法制备了异质结型稀土Ce掺杂Bi_2MoO_6/TiO_2复合纳米纤维。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)以及荧光光谱(PL)等分析测试手段对样品的物相、形貌和光学性能等进行表征。以罗丹明B为模拟有机污染物,研究了样品的可见光催化性能。结果表明:在稀土掺杂样品中,Ce离子进入Bi_2MoO_6晶格,部分取代Bi3+,导致晶胞膨胀,晶格畸变,形成缺陷;与TiO_2复合形成异质结,有利于光生电荷的产生、转移和有效分离,从而提高TiO_2纳米纤维的光催化活性。可见光照射180 min,罗丹明B的降解率达到95.1%。经5次循环光催化降解活性基本不变,样品具有良好的光催化稳定性。  相似文献

Mesoporous TiO2-CeO2 nanopowders responding to visible wavelength were synthesized by using a surfactant assisted sol-gel technique. They were obtained using metal alkoxide precursors modified with acetylacetone (ACA) and laurylamine hydrochloride (LAHC) as surfactant. The samples were characterized by XRD, nitrogen adsorption isotherm, SEM, TEM, and selected area electron diffraction (SAED), respectively. The 95 mol% TiO2-5 mol% CeO2 system yielded single anatase phase, however, further addition of the CeO2 formed cubic CeO2 structure while anatase TiO2 decreased. Additions of 5 and 10 mol% CeO2 increased the surface area, but those of 25, 50, and 75 mol% CeO2 did not affect it very much. By using this mixed metal oxides system, TiO2 can be modified to respond to the visible wavelength. The mixed metal oxides had catalytic activity (evaluating the formation rate of I3) about 2-3 times higher than pure CeO2, while nanosize anatase type TiO2 materials had no catalytic activity under visible light. The catalytic activity was almost proportional to the specific surface area. The formation rate of I3 was much improved by changing the calcination temperature and calcination period. Highest catalytic activity in this study was obtained for the 50 mol% TiO2-50 mol% CeO2 nanopowders calcined at 250 °C for 24 h.  相似文献

TiO2 nanosheets mainly exposed (001) facet were prepared through a hydrothermal process with HF as the morphology-directing agent. Ru and RuO2 species were loaded by photo-deposition methods to prepare the photocatalysts. The structural features of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray di raction, transmission electron microscopy, inductively cou-pled plasma atomic emission spectrum, and H2 Temperature-programmed reduction. The photocatalytic property was studied by the O2 evolution from water oxidation, which was examined with respect to the in uences of Ru contents as well as the oxidation and reduction treatments, suggesting the charge separation effect of the Ru species co-catalysts on di erent facets of TiO2 nanosheets. In contrast to Ru/TiO2 and RuO2/TiO2 with the single deposited co-catalyst, the optimized catalyst 0.5%Ru-1.0%RuO2/TiO2 with dual co-catalysts achieved a much improved catalytic performance, in terms of the synergetic effect of dual co-catalysts and the enhanced charge separation effect.  相似文献
