On Tame Kernels and Ideal Class Groups

It is well known that there is a close connection between tame kernels and ideal class groups of number fields. However, the latter is a very difficult subject in number theory. In this paper, we prove some results connecting the p^n-rank of the tame kernel of a cyclic cubic field F with the p^n-rank of the coinvariants of μp^n×CI（δE,T） under the action of the Galois group, where E = F（ζp^n ） and T is the finite set of primes of E consisting of the infinite primes and the finite primes dividing p. In particular, if F is a cyclic cubic field with only one ramified prime and p = 3, n = 2, we apply the results of the tame kernels to prove some results of the ideal class groups of E, the maximal real subfield of E and F（ζ3）.

On the Relative Commutativity Degree of a Subgroup of a Finite Group

The aim of this article is to give a generalization of the concept of commutativity degree of a finite group G (denoted by d(G)), to the concept of relative commutativity degree of a subgroup H of a group G (denoted by d(H, G)). We shall state some results concerning the new concept which are mostly new or improvements of known results given in Gustafson (1973 Gustafson , W. H. ( 1973 ). What is the probability that two group elements commute? Amer. Math. Monthly 80 : 1031 – 1304 .[Taylor &; Francis Online], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) and Moghaddam et al. Moreover, we shall define the relative nth nilpotency degree of a subgroup of a group and give some results concerning this at the end of the article.     

Dihedral Congruence Primes and Class Fields of Real Quadratic Fields

We show that for a real quadratic field F the dihedral congruence primes with respect to F for cusp forms of weight k and quadratic nebentypus are essentially the primes dividing expressions of the form ε^k−1₊±1 where ε₊ is a totally positive fundamental unit of F. This extends work of Hida. Our results allows us to identify a family of (ray) class fields of F which are generated by torsion points on modular abelian varieties.     

On Centralizer Subalgebras of Group Algebras

Let $G$ be a finite group, $H ≤ G$ and $R$ be a commutative ring withan identity $1_R$. Let $C_{RG}(H) = { α ∈ RG|αh= hα$ for all $h ∈ H }$, which is calledthe centralizer subalgebra of $H$ in $RG$. Obviously, if $H = G$ then $C_{RG}(H)$ is justthe central subalgebra $Z(RG)$ of $RG$. In this note, we show that the set of all $H$-conjugacy class sums of $G$ forms an $R$-basis of $C_{RG}(H)$. Furthermore, let $N$ be anormal subgroup of $G$ and $γ$ the natural epimorphism from $G$ to $overline{G}= G/N$. Then $γ$ induces an epimorphism from $RG$ to $Roverline{G}$, also denoted by $γ$. We also show that if $R$ is a field of characteristic zero, then $γ$ induces an epimorphism from $C_{RG}(H)$ to $C_{Roverline{G}}(overline{H})$, that is, $γ(C_{RG}(H)) = C_{Roverline{G}}(overline{H})$.

研究某一Nehari函数族的偏差性质,得到这类函数族的H?lder连续性及若干偏差定理,同时讨论了该函数类的拟共形延拓问题,并给出拟共形延拓的复伸张估计,推广了杨宗信等人相应的结论.     

A relationship between the nonexistence of generalized bent functions and class groups

A new result on the nonexistence of generalized bent functions is presented by using properties of the decomposition law of primes in cyclotomic fields and properties of solutions of some Diophantine equations. At the same time,a method is given which can be used to simplify the known results. Then we give the bounds and the meaning in algebraic number theory of the parameters in our results.     

有限群的X-s-置换子群

Let X be a nonempty subset of a group G.A subgroup H of G is said to be X-s-permutable in G if there exists an element x ∈ X such that HPx = PxH for every Sylow subgroup P of G.In this paper,some new results are given under the assumption that some suited subgroups of G are X-s-permutable in G.

本文对幂零Lie群H_n×R^k上的Laplace算子,利用酉表示理论证明了它在全空间上无特征值存在,通过推广Friedrichs方法证明了在有界域上存在一列离散特征值,最后通过建立不变向量场之间的关系给出了特征值之差的估计.

煤业集团供应商选择的可拓方法

结合煤业集团的实际，提出了供应商选择的指标体系。应用可拓学的理论与方法，结合熵理论，建立了基于熵权的可拓综合评价模型。由于在该模型中采用了熵权，从而避免了低层次多因素权重确定的主观性；该模型以综合关联度作为评价准则，避免了评价中的主观性。通过将该模型在平顶山煤业集团供应商选择中进行应用，得出了其最佳的供应商。而且评价过程表明，该方法易于操作和使用。     

On commutativity and finiteness in groups

The second author introduced notions of weak permutablity and commutativity between groups and proved the finiteness of a group generated by two weakly permutable finite subgroups. Two groups H, K weakly commute provided there exists a bijection f: H → K which fixes the identity and such that h commutes with its image h ^f for all h ∈ H. The present paper gives support to conjectures about the nilpotency of groups generated by two weakly commuting finite abelian groups H, K.

Almost Everywhere Convergence of Bochner-Riesz Means On The Heisenberg Group and Fractional Integration On The Dual
