A new phenylethanoid glycoside, 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 6)-4-O-E-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3-O-methyl poliu-moside, 1) along with five known phenylethanoid glycosides (2-6) were isolated from the aerial parts of Leucas indica Linn. The structure of compound 1 has been elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Compounds 1-6 exhibited significant antioxidant activity in 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical assay method. These compounds were also found to be moderate inhibitors of xanthine oxidase (XO) enzyme.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Phlomis longifolia var. longifolia four iridoid glucosides, shanzhiside methyl ester (1), 5-deoxypulchelloside I (2), lamalbide (3), phlomiol (4) and three phenylethanoid glycosides, verbascoside (5), forsythoside B (6), leucosceptoside A (7) along with the caffeic acid ester, chlorogenic acid (8) were isolated. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by spectroscopic (UV, IR, 1D- and 2D-NMR, FABMS) and chemical evidence. The structure elucidation of the iridoid compounds 2 and 3 are discussed in detail.  相似文献

Seventeen flavonoids including one new compound were isolated from Texas bluebonnet (Lupinus texensis), the state flower of Texas. Their structures were determined by extensive nuclear magnetic resonance and high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry analyses. High-performance liquid chromatography analytic method for simultaneous determination of the 17 compounds was established and validated. Eleven isolated flavonoids were first evaluated for their free radical scavenging activity using α,α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl scavenging assay and they showed activity with EC(50) 48.6-172.5 μg mL(-1).  相似文献

One new 4-chromanone glycoside, 5-O-β-d-glucopyranoside-4-chromanone (1), together with 21 known polyphenols, was isolated from the leaves of Malus hupehensis. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods including NMR (1D and 2D), mass (ESIMS and HRESIMS), IR, and by comparison with the data reported in the literature. Some of the isolated compounds were screened for antioxidant activity. Compounds 18 and 14 exhibited significant antioxidant activities with SC50 values 2.73 and 2.91 μg/mL, respectively, while 17, 19, 11, 7, 20, 22, 12 and 13 exhibited moderate activities with SC50 values ranging from 5.24–11.86 μg/mL. The HPLC fingerprint profiles of the leaves and fruits extracts were also analysed, which showed that the constituents were almost the same in both the extracts except for the content of phlorizin which was present in higher amount in the leaves.  相似文献

Three new phenylethanoid glycosides, incanoside C, incanoside D and incanoside E were isolated together with one known glycoside, beta-D-fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-(6-O-[E]-sinapoyl) glucopyranoside from the whole plant of Caryopteris incana (THUNB.) Miq. On the basis of chemical and spectral analyses, the structures of the new compounds were elucidated to be 1-O-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1-->3)-4-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (incanoside C), 1-O-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)-alph a-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1-->3)-4-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (incanoside D) and 1-O-(3methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2) -alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(l-->3)-4-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (incanoside E). The three new phenylethanoid glycosides exhibited radical scavenging activities against DPPH radical and inhibitory activities against the oxidation of linoleic acid.  相似文献

Two novel cucurbitane triterpenoid glycosides, named saxifraganoids A (1) and B (2), were isolated from Saxifraga umbellulata var. pectinata. Their structures including absolute configurations were elucidated based on the analysis of spectroscopic data (1D, 2D NMR and HRMS), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 represents the first example of cucurbitane triterpenoid with a Δ17(20), and compound 2 contained an unusual N-acetylglucosamine at C-16. The protective effects against liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in the human embryonic-liver L-02 cells of these two compounds were evaluated.  相似文献

A new phenylethanoid glycoside, persicoside (1) and three known phenylethanoid glycosides, acteoside (2), isoacteoside (3) and lavandulifolioside (4) were isolated from the aerial parts of Veronica persica. On the basis of spectral analyses, the structure of the new compound was elucidated to be 3,4-dihydroxy-beta-phenylethoxy-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-4-O-caffeoyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside. Persicoside (1) and acteoside (2) exhibited radical scavenging activity against 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical. Beside phenylethanoid glycosides, a hexitol, dulcitol (5) and seven known iridoid glucosides, aucubin (6), veronicoside (7), amphicoside (8), 6-O-veratroyl-catalpol (9), catalposide (10), verproside (11) and verminoside (12) were isolated.  相似文献

One new phenylenthanoid glycoside, scroside D (2), was isolated from the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora (Scrophulariaceae), together with nine known phenylethanoid and phenolic glycosides: 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), scroside B (4), hemiphroside A (5), plantainoside D (6), scroside A (7), androsin (8), piceoside (9), and 6-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (10). The structures of these compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods. The antioxidative activities of these isolated compounds were evaluated based on their scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals, respectively. Compounds 1, 2, and 6 showed potent antioxidative effects as those of ascorbic acid and the structure-activity relationship is discussed.  相似文献

The results obtained show that Bosnian pine is rich in glycosidically bound volatile compounds with strong free radical scavenging properties. Since volatiles can be released from nonvolatile glycoside precursors, these compounds can be considered as a hidden potential source of antioxidant substances and may contribute to the total free radical scavenging ability of Bosnian pine.  相似文献

Abstract

As part of our continuing efforts to explore bioactive compounds from natural resources, a new iridoid glycoside, adoxosidic acid-6′-oleuroperic ester (1), together with one known phenylethanoid glycoside (2) and two known flavonoid glycosides (3–4) were isolated from the fruit of Forsythia suspensa. The structure of the new compound (1) was elucidated through 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data and HR-ESIMS. Interestingly, compound 1 was a monoterpene ester of one iridoid glycoside. Compounds 2–4 were identified as calceolarioside A (2), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (3), kampferol-3-O-robinobioside (4) on the basis of NMR spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with the data reported in the literature. The antiviral activity aganisist influenza A (H5N1) virus of compound 1 was studied as well.  相似文献

Two new flavone glucosides, nitensosides A and B (1, 2), together with four known compounds, sorbifolin (3), sorbifolin 6-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4), pedalitin (5), and pedalitin 6-O-beta-glucopyranoside (6) were isolated from Pterogyne nitens. Their structures were elucidated from 1D and 2D NMR analysis, as well as by high resolution mass spectrometry. All the isolated flavones were evaluated for their myeloperoxidase (MPO) inhibitory activity. The most active compound, pedalitin, exhibited IC50 value of 3.75 nM on MPO. Additionally, the radical-scavenging capacity of flavones 1-6 was evaluated towards ABTS and DPPH radicals and compared to standard compounds quercetin and Trolox.  相似文献

In our investigation of in vitro anti-allergic screening of medicinal herbal extracts, the ethyl acetate extract of the root of Wikstroemia indica was observed to inhibit nitric oxide (NO) production in a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and recombinant mouse interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) activated murine macrophage-like cell line, RAW 264.7. Fractionation of the active extract led to the isolation of two new lignan dimer bis-5,5-nortrachelogenin (1) and bis-5,5'-nortrachelogenin (2), and three known lignans. Compound 1 and lirioresinol B (5) inhibited NO production with IC50 values at 48.6 and 53.5 microM, respectively. Compound 5 also showed free radical scavenging effect on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazil (DPPH) at IC50 values at 19.5 microM.  相似文献

A new beta-carboline-type alkaloidal glycoside, glucodichotomine B, four new neolignan glycosides, dichotomosides A, B, C, and D, and a new phenylpropanoid glycoside, dichotomoside E, were isolated from a Chinese natural medicine, the roots of Stellaria dichotoma L. var. lanceolata. The structures of the new glycosides were determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence. Among them, dichotomoside D inhibited the release of beta-hexosaminidase (IC(50)=64 microM) as well as tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-4 (IC(50)=16, 34 microM) in RBL-2H3 cells. These findings suggest that dichotomoside D is more effective against the late-phase reactions in type I allergy than in the immediate phase.  相似文献

From the butanolic and the ethyl acetate extracts of Rhamnus alaternus L root bark and leaves, three new anthraquinone glycosides, alaternosides A-C (1,4,6,8 tetrahydroxy-3 methyl anthraquinone 1-O-ß-D-glucopyranosyl-4,6-di-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (1); 1,2,6,8 tetrahydroxy-3 methyl anthraquinone 8-O-ß-D-glucopyranoside (2) and 1, 6 dihydroxy-3 methyl 6 [2′-Me (heptoxy)] anthraquinone (3)) were isolated and elucidated together with the two known anthraquinone glycosides, Physcion-8-O-rutinoside (4) and emodin-6-O-α-L-rhamnoside (5) as well as with the known kaempferol-7-methylether (6), β-sitosterol (7) and β-sitosterol-3-O-glycoside (8). Their chemical structures were elucidated using spectroscopic methods (1D-, 2D-NMR and FAB-MS). Free radical scavenging activity of the isolated compounds was evaluated by their ability to scavenge DPPH. free radicals. Compounds (3), (4) and (6) showed the highest activity with IC50 values of 9.46, 27.68 and 2.35 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

A novel series of indoline derivatives with imidazole and carboxyl moieties were synthesized and evaluated for their thromboxane A2 (TXA2) synthetase inhibiting, radical scavenging and anti-peroxidative activities. Among the compounds synthesized, 3-[5-substituted-3-[2-(imidazol-1-yl)ethyl]indolin-1-yl]propionic acids showed free radical scavenging activity and inhibitory effects on lipid-peroxidation of rat brain homogenate and on arachidonate-induced TXA2-dependent aggregation of rabbit platelets. The anti-platelet and anti-peroxidative activities were related to the lipophilicity of the 5-substituent. The 5-hexyloxy derivative (13) showed about 35-fold higher inhibitory activity on TXA2 synthesis than that of ozagrel and about 100-fold higher activity on lipid peroxidation than that of alpha-tocopherol. Compound 13 showed in vivo anti-thrombotic effect in mice and ex vivo anti-peroxidative activity in rats.  相似文献

在有机溶剂和缓冲溶液的混合体系中对4-溴苯酚的酶催化聚合反应进行了研究;利用红外光谱分析了产物的分子结构.结果表明,有机溶剂与缓冲溶液配比对反应产率和产物分子量影响较大.以乙醇为有机溶剂,当其与磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=7)体积比为1∶3时,反应产率较高,而聚合产物的分子量随反应体系中乙醇含量的增加呈上升趋势.与此同时,4-溴苯酚聚合物分子链含有苯-苯连接和苯-氧连接两种结构;4-溴苯酚聚合物的热分解温度在250℃左右,具有较好的热稳定性;且其对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基和2,2′-联氮双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)阳离子自由基均表现出明显的抑制作用.  相似文献
