Let be a CR mapping between real analytic generic submanifolds M, M1 of and , respectively. According to Webster's theory (Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 86 (1982) 236-240) and its further developments, f has holomorphic extension to a full neighborhood of M in when the following requirements are fulfilled: f extends to a wedge W continuous up to M; f is of class Ck; (where denotes the complex tangent bundle); M1 is “k-nondegenerate.” We deal here with the case where is strictly smaller than but is still real analytic in suitable sense. We show that a suitably refined condition of k-nondegeneracy still entails holomorphic extension of f.  相似文献

Let γ be the Gauss measure on and the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck operator. For every p in [1,∞)?{2}, set , and consider the sector . The main results of this paper are the following. If p is in (1,∞)?{2}, and , i.e., if M is an Lp(γ)uniform spectral multiplier of in our terminology, and M is continuous on , then M extends to a bounded holomorphic function on the sector . Furthermore, if p=1 a spectral multiplier M, continuous on , satisfies the condition if and only if M extends to a bounded holomorphic function on the right half-plane, and its boundary value M(i·) on the imaginary axis is the Euclidean Fourier transform of a finite Borel measure on the real line. We prove similar results for uniform spectral multipliers of second order elliptic differential operators in divergence form on belonging to a wide class, which contains . From these results we deduce that operators in this class do not admit an H functional calculus in sectors smaller than .  相似文献

In this paper the zero-divisor graph Γ(R) of a commutative reduced ring R is studied. We associate the ring properties of R, the graph properties of Γ(R) and the topological properties of . Cycles in Γ(R) are investigated and an algebraic and a topological characterization is given for the graph Γ(R) to be triangulated or hypertriangulated. We show that the clique number of Γ(R), the cellularity of and the Goldie dimension of R coincide. We prove that when R has the annihilator condition and ; Γ(R) is complemented if and only if is compact. In a semiprimitive Gelfand ring, it turns out that the dominating number of Γ(R) is between the density and the weight of . We show that Γ(R) is not triangulated and the set of centers of Γ(R) is a dominating set if and only if the set of isolated points of is dense in .  相似文献

Let R be a complete discrete valuation -algebra whose residue field is algebraic over , and let K denote its fraction field. In this paper, we study the structure of τ-sheaves M without good reduction on the curve , seen as a rigid analytic space. One motivation is the Tate uniformization theorem for t-motives of Drinfeld modules, which we want to extend to general τ-sheaves. On the other hand, we are interested in the action of inertia on a generic Tate module T?(M) of M.For a given τ-sheaf M on , we prove the existence of a maximal model for M on , an R-model of , and, over a finite separable extension R′ of R, of nondegenerate models for M.We prove the following ‘semistability’ theorem: there exists a finite extension K′ of K, a nonempty open subscheme C′⊂C, and a filtration

Let R=?nN0Rn be a Noetherian homogeneous ring with local base ring (R0,m0) and irrelevant ideal R+, let M be a finitely generated graded R-module. In this paper we show that is Artinian and is Artinian for each i in the case where R+ is principal. Moreover, for the case where , we prove that, for each iN0, is Artinian if and only if is Artinian. We also prove that is Artinian, where and c is the cohomological dimension of M with respect to R+. Let R be a compact, connected, orientable surface of genus g with p boundary components. Let C(R) be the complex of curves on R and be the extended mapping class group of R. Suppose that either g=2 and p?2 or g?3 and p?0. We prove that a simplicial map is superinjective if and only if it is induced by a homeomorphism of R. As a corollary, we prove that if K is a finite index subgroup of and is an injective homomorphism, then f is induced by a homeomorphism of R and f has a unique extension to an automorphism of . This extends the author's previous results about closed connected orientable surfaces of genus at least 3, to the surface R.  相似文献

We give a characterization of exponentiable monomorphisms in the categories of ω-complete posets, of directed complete posets and of continuous directed complete posets as those monotone maps f that are convex and that lift an element (and then a queue) of any directed set (ω-chain in the case of ) whose supremum is in the image of f (Theorem 1.9). Using this characterization, we obtain that a monomorphism f:XB in (, ) exponentiable in w.r.t. the Scott topology is exponentiable also in (, ). Let H be a torsion-free strongly polycyclic (torsion-free virtually polycyclic, resp.) group. Let G be any group with maximal condition. We show that there exists a torsion-free strongly polycyclic (torsion-free virtually polycyclic, resp.) group and an epimorphism such that for any homomorphism ?:GH, it factors through , i.e., there exists a homomorphism such that . We show that this factorization property cannot be extended to any finitely generated group G. As an application of factorization, we give necessary and sufficient conditions for N(f,g)=R(f,g) to hold for maps f,g:XY between closed orientable n-manifolds where π1(X) has the maximal condition, Y is an infra-solvmanifold, N(f,g) and R(f,g) denote the Nielsen and Reidemeister coincidence numbers, respectively.  相似文献

Building on work by Bouc and by Shareshian and Wachs, we provide a toolbox of long exact sequences for the reduced simplicial homology of the matching complex Mn, which is the simplicial complex of matchings in the complete graph Kn. Combining these sequences in different ways, we prove several results about the 3-torsion part of the homology of Mn. First, we demonstrate that there is nonvanishing 3-torsion in whenever , where . By results due to Bouc and to Shareshian and Wachs, is a nontrivial elementary 3-group for almost all n and the bottom nonvanishing homology group of Mn for all n≠2. Second, we prove that is a nontrivial 3-group whenever . Third, for each k?0, we show that there is a polynomial fk(r) of degree 3k such that the dimension of , viewed as a vector space over Z3, is at most fk(r) for all r?k+2.  相似文献

We characterize the space BV(I) of functions of bounded variation on an arbitrary interval IR, in terms of a uniform boundedness condition satisfied by the local uncentered maximal operator MR from BV(I) into the Sobolev space W1,1(I). By restriction, the corresponding characterization holds for W1,1(I). We also show that if U is open in Rd, d>1, then boundedness from BV(U) into W1,1(U) fails for the local directional maximal operator , the local strong maximal operator , and the iterated local directional maximal operator . Let S be a closed, connected, orientable surface of genus at least 3, be the complex of curves on S and be the extended mapping class group of S. We prove that a simplicial map, , preserves nondisjointness (i.e. if α and β are two vertices in and i(α,β)≠0, then i(λ(α),λ(β))≠0) iff it is induced by a homeomorphism of S. Schwartz's almost periodic distributions are generalized to the case of Banach space valued distributions , and furthermore for a given arbitrary class A to for φ∈ test functions D(R,C)}. It is shown that this extension process is iteration complete, i.e. . Moreover the T from are characterized in various ways, also tempered distributions with P={X-valued functions of polynomial growth} are shown. Under suitable assumptions , , where for all h>0}, is defined with the corresponding extension of Mh. With an extension of the indefinite integral from to D(R,X) a distribution analogue to the Bohl-Bohr-Amerio-Kadets theorem on the almost periodicity of bounded indefinite integrals of almost periodic functions is obtained, also for almost automorphic, Levitan almost periodic and recurrent functions, similar for a result of Levitan concerning ergodic indefinite integrals. For many of the above results a new (Δ)-condition is needed, we show that it holds for most of the A needed in applications. Also an application to the study of asymptotic behavior of distribution solutions of neutral integro-differential-difference systems is given.  相似文献

The aim of the paper is to generalize the notion of the Haar integral. For a compact semigroup S acting continuously on a Hausdorff compact space Ω, the algebra A(S)⊂C(Ω,R) of S-invariant functions and the linear space M(S) of S-invariant (real-valued) finite signed measures are considered. It is shown that if S has a left and right invariant measure, then the dual space of A(S) is isometrically lattice-isomorphic to M(S) and that there exists a unique linear operator (called the Haar integral) such that for each fA(S) and for any fC(Ω,R) and sS, , where .  相似文献
