以组成为n(SiO_2)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(CaO)∶n(CaF_2)∶n(NaF)∶n(B_2O_3)=40∶20∶10∶10∶15∶5的微晶发光玻璃为基质,采用一步析晶法制备了CaF_2析晶相.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能量散射谱仪(EDS)和荧光分光光度计等对样品结构、组成及光谱性能进行分析,探讨了Eu3+掺杂浓度和析晶温度对微晶玻璃发光性能的影响.实验结果表明,在850℃下处理可获得分布均匀、粒径尺寸为200 nm的CaF_2析晶相,微晶玻璃的发光强度是基质玻璃的1.7倍.微晶玻璃的发射光谱在590,614,652和700 nm出现发射峰,分别对应Eu3+的5D0-7FJ(J=1,2,3,4)跃迁.通过对5D0-7F1和5D0-7F2跃迁强度的分析以及Judd-Ofelt理论参数Ω2值的计算可知Eu3+周围晶体场在析晶前后对称性发生变化.机理分析表明,析晶处理后Eu3+从高声子能量的Si-O环境进入低声子能量的Ca-F环境中,说明Eu3+可作为荧光探针研究微晶玻璃晶体结构的变化.  相似文献

CaSiO3:Eu3+ (1-5 mol%) red emitting phosphors have been synthesized by a low-temperature solution combustion method. The phosphors have been well characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical spectroscopy. PXRD patterns reveal monoclinic CaSiO3 phase can be obtained at 900°C. The SEM micrographs show the crystallites with irregular shape, mostly angular. Upon 254 nm excitation, the phosphor show characteristic fluorescence 5D0→7FJ (J=0, 1, 2, 3, 4) of the Eu3+ ions. The electronic transition located at 614 nm corresponding to 5D0→7F2 of Eu3+ ions, which is stronger than the magnetic dipole transition located at 593 nm corresponding to 5D0→7F1 of Eu3+ ions. Different pathways involved in emission process have been studied. Concentration quenching has been observed for Eu3+ concentration>4 mol%. UV-visible absorption shows an intense band at 240 nm in undoped and 270 nm in Eu3+ doped CaSiO3 which is attributed to oxygen to silicon (O-Si) ligand-to-metal charge-transfer (LMCT) band in the SiO3(2-) group. The optical energy band gap is widened with increase of Eu3+ ion dopant.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸盐硝酸盐燃烧法制备了GdAlO3∶Tb,RE荧光粉体.在紫外激发下(254nm),GdAlO3∶Tb发射绿色荧光(5D4→7F5,544nm),Dy共掺杂对绿色发光有增强作用,Ce共掺杂对GdAlO3∶Tb绿色发光有降低作用.激发谱和能谱研究表明:Dy能级嵌入Tb主发射能级5D4(绿色发光能级)、5D3(蓝色发光能级)能级之间,Ce能级嵌入Tb主发射能级5D4、5D3能级上方.这种能级嵌入方式,使得稀土离子之间存在声子支持的共振能量传递,但Tb→Dy→Tb能量传递使Tb绿色发射(5D4→7FJ(J=3,4,5,6))增强,蓝色发射(5D3→7FJ(J=3,4,5,6))减弱;而Ce→Tb能量传递使Tb蓝色发射增强,绿色发射减弱.  相似文献

采用高温固相法成功制备了KNaCa2(PO4)2:Tb3+绿色荧光粉,并研究了其发光性质。测量了其激发和发射光谱,样品发射峰位于418,440,492,545,586,622 nm,分别对应Tb3+的5 D3→7 F5,5 D3→7 F4,5 D4→7 F6,5 D4→7 F5,5 D4→7 F4,5 D4→7 F3能级跃迁,主发射峰位于545 nm。主激发峰位于350~390 nm之间,属于4f→4f电子跃迁吸收,与InGaN管芯匹配。确定了在KNaCa2(PO4)2基质中Tb3+浓度对其发光强度的影响及其自身浓度猝灭机制。研究了不同电荷补偿剂对KNaCa2(PO4)2:Tb3+材料发光的影响,其中Li+离子改善其发光强度最为明显。  相似文献

This paper reports on the spectral analysis of Eu3+ or Tb3+ ions (0.5 mol%) doped heavy metal oxide (HMO) based zinc lead borate glasses from the measurement of their absorption, emission spectra and also different physical properties. From the XRD, DSC profiles, the glass nature and glass thermal properties have been studied. The measured emission spectrum of Eu3+ glass has revealed five transitions (5D0-->7F0, 7F1, 7F2, 7F3 and 7F4) at 578, 591, 613, 654 and 702 nm, respectively, with lambdaexci=392 nm (7F0-->5L6). In the case of Tb3+:ZLB glass, four emission transitions such as (5D4-->7F6, 7F5, 7F4 and 7F3) that are located at 489, 542, 585 and 622 nm, respectively, have been measured with lambdaexci=374 nm. For all these emission bands decay curves have been plotted to evaluate their lifetimes and the emission processes that arise in the glasses have been explained in terms of energy level schemes.  相似文献

beta-NaYF4:Ln3+ (Ln = Eu, Tb, Yb/Er, and Yb/Tm) hexagonal microprisms with remarkably uniform morphology and size have been synthesized via a facile hydrothermal route. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and photoluminescence (PL) spectra as well as kinetic decays were used to characterize the samples. It is found that sodium citrate as a shape modifier introduced into the reaction system plays a critical role in the shape evolution of the final products. Furthermore, the shape and size of the products can be further manipulated by adjusting the molar ratio of citrate/RE3+ (RE represents the total amount of Y3+ and the doped rare earth elements such as Eu3+, Tb3+, Yb3+/Er3+, or Yb3+/Tm3+). Under the excitation of 397 nm ultraviolet light, NaYF4:xEu3+ (x = 1.5, 5%) shows the emission lines of Eu3+ corresponding to 5D0-3 --> 7FJ (J = 0-4) transitions from 400 to 700 nm (whole visible spectral region) with different intensity, resulting in yellow and red down-conversion (DC) light emissions, respectively. When doped with 5% Tb3+ ions, the strong DC fluorescence corresponding to 5D4 --> 7FJ (J = 6, 5, 4, 3) transitions with 5D4 --> 7F5 (green emission at 544 nm) being the most prominent group that has been observed. In addition, under 980 nm laser excitation, the Yb3+/Er3+- and Yb3+/Tm3+-codoped beta-NaYF4 samples exhibit bright green and whitish blue up-conversion (UC) luminescence, respectively. 采用高温固相法合成了Ba2-xB2O5:xTb3+绿色荧光粉。XRD图谱表明合成物质为纯相的Ba2B2O5晶体。该样品在256 nm(4f8→4f75d1)处有最强激发;有4个发射峰,分别位于489 nm(5D4→7F6),545 nm(5D4→7F5),585 nm(5D4→7F4)和622 nm(5D4→7F3);其中在545 nm处有最强发射。随着Tb3+掺杂浓度的不同,激发峰与发射峰的强度先增大后减小,当x=0.7时最佳。研究了电荷补偿剂Na+对发光性能的影响,样品的发射光谱强度随Na+掺杂浓度的增大而增大,当掺杂浓度达到或超过Tb3+浓度后发射光谱强度下降。  相似文献

KZnF3∶Ce,Tb的溶剂热合成及光谱性质   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用溶剂热法合成了Ce3+,Tb3+单掺和双掺KZnF3发光粉。分析了样品的结构与形貌。结果表明,所合成的样品均为单相,颗粒粒度分布均匀。讨论了它们的光谱特性。研究发现,在KZnF3∶Ce3+激发光谱中激发带劈裂成2个带峰,最大发光中心分别位于263 nm(主峰)和246 nm,而在发射光谱中只观察到1个带状发射峰,最大发射中心位于330 nm。在KZnF3∶Tb3+激发光谱中存在较强的基质激发峰,而在发射光谱中,发现Tb3+的5D4→7FJ(J=6,5,4,3)跃迁。在KZnF3双掺体系中,Tb3+的发光强度随Ce3+的浓度增加而增强,存在Ce3+→Tb3+能量传递,尤其是Tb3+的5D4→7F5跃迁发射显著增强,有望成为一种有发展前途的绿色荧光材料。  相似文献

YF(3):Ln(3+) (Ln = Ce, Tb, Pr) microspindles were successfully fabricated by a facile hydrothermal method. X-Ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), lifetimes, photoluminescence (PL) and low-voltage cathodoluminescence (CL) were used to characterize the resulting samples. The lengths and diameters of YF(3):0.02Ce(3+) microspindles are around 760 nm and 230 nm, respectively. Adding dilute acid and trisodium citrate (Cit(3-)) are essential for obtaining YF(3) microspindles. A potential formation mechanism for YF(3) microspindles has been presented. PL spectroscopy investigations show that YF(3):Ce(3+) and YF(3):Tb(3+) microcrystals exhibit the characteristic emission of Ce(3+) 5d → 4f and Tb(3+ 5)D(4)→(7)F(J) (J = 6-3) transitions, respectively. In addition, the energy transfer from Ce(3+) to Tb(3+) was investigated in detail for YF(3):Ce(3+), Tb(3+) microspindles. Under the excitation of electron beams, YF(3):Pr(3+) show quantum cutting emission and YF(3):Ce(3+), Tb(3+) phosphors exhibit more intense green emission than the commercial phosphor ZnO:Zn.  相似文献

Europium-doped rare-earth oxysulphides (red phosphors) are often used as reference luminophore in pyrene-based pressure sensor coatings for aerodynamic applications. Different red phosphor samples were characterized for their particle size, chemical composition, photoluminescent properties and temperature sensitivity. The red phosphor samples were characterized using energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) for elemental analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for morphology and particle size measurement. The particle size was in the range of 1.5-5.7 μm with morphology of hexagonal or spherical shape. It was found that phosphor with higher europium content exhibited higher luminescent emission intensity. The phosphor coatings were prepared by spraying a dispersion of the material in silicone resin. Smooth coatings were obtained by using phosphor samples with smaller particle size. Upon 334 nm excitation, the coatings showed characteristic luminescence 5D0→7FJ (J=0, 1, 2, 3, 4) of the Eu3+ ions. The electronic transition located at 626 nm (5D0→7F2) of Eu3+ ions was stronger than the magnetic dipole transition located at 595 nm (5D0→7F1). Luminescence decay curves obeyed double exponential behaviour. The phosphor samples showed temperature sensitivity of -0.012 to -0.168%/°C in the temperature range of 25-50 °C.  相似文献

采用水热法合成前驱体,后经热处理方式制备不同晶相的LaBO3∶Eu^3+荧光粉。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、电子扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱和荧光光谱对样品的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了研究。并研究了硼酸用量、热处理温度及初始溶液pH等对晶相结构和发光性能的影响。XRD研究结果表明:合成样品具有单斜结构、正交结构及单斜和正交两相混合结构。适当的硼酸用量、较高的热处理温度及较高的初始溶液pH值易于获得正交结构的荧光粉。红外光谱显示:pH值和硼酸用量影响前驱体成分,热处理温度影响晶相的转变。SEM结果显示:LaBO3∶Eu^3+荧光粉的晶粒尺寸随着pH值的增加逐渐减小,与XRD计算结果相一致。荧光光谱结果表明:正交结构的LaBO3∶Eu^3+发光粉具有较高的紫外吸收和较为纯正的红色发射强度。  相似文献

以NH3·H2O-NH4HCO3混合溶液为复合沉淀剂,制备了LaAlO3:Eu3+纳米晶体.通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜对产物进行了表征,用荧光光度计测试了样品的三维荧光光谱、激发光谱和发射光谱.结果表明:前驱沉淀物经800℃焙烧处理2h,制备出球型形貌,颗粒分散性好、尺寸约为40nm的立方相LaAlO3纳米晶.由三维荧光光谱确定了LaAlO3:Eu3+的最佳监测波长和激发波长,在395nm波长光的激发下观察到纳米LaAlO3中Eu3+的591nm(5D0-7F1)和613nm(5D0-7F2)特征发射谱,磁偶极跃迁5D0-7F1的发射峰强度要比电偶极跃迁5D0-7F2更强,而且这种趋势随着焙烧温度的升高明显增强,说明由该法制备的纳米LaAlO3中Eu3+离子占据的位置具有高的对称性.  相似文献

采用水热法,以聚乙二醇(400)为分散剂,以NaOH和HNO3溶液调节初始溶液pH值,合成GdF3∶Eu3+和NaGdF4∶Eu3+纳米晶。XRD和SEM结果表明:在酸性溶液(pH=3,5)、中性溶液(pH=7)和碱性溶液(pH=9)中,分别获得具有正交结构的GdF3∶Eu3+纳米晶,GdF3∶Eu3+和NaGdF4∶Eu3+混合晶,六方结构NaGdF4∶Eu3+棒状微米晶。根据Scherrer公式估算pH=3和pH=5时制备纳米晶的一次性粒径分别为49和28 nm。样品的发射光谱结果表明:特征发射峰来自于5D2、5D1、5D0到7FJ跃迁。在主晶相为GdF3样品中,主发射峰来自于Eu3+的5D0→7F1的磁偶极跃迁;晶相为NaGdF4样品的主发射峰来自于Eu3+的5D0→7F2电偶极跃迁。5D0→7F1和5D0→7F2跃迁发射相对强度比值显示:Eu3+在NaGdF4晶体中的格位对称性下降。激发光谱显示出Gd3+和Eu3+具有较好的能量传递。  相似文献

以聚乙二醇为配位剂,用水热法制备出纳米级上转换发光粉Yb3+和Tm3+共掺杂的NaY(WO4)2。研究了不同cYb/cTm对上转换发光强度的影响,实验表明当cYb/cTm=5∶1时,上转换发光强度最强。用XRD,SEM确定了Yb3+和Tm3+共掺杂的NaY(WO4)2是四方晶系,其粒径在25~35 nm范围,且分散均匀。用980 nm半导体激光器(LD)对其进行激发,在室温下观察到了365 nm附近紫外发射峰、456 nm,476 nm附近的蓝光发射峰和648 nm附近的红光发射峰,分别对应于Tm3+离子的1D2→3H6,1D2→3F4,1G4→3H6和1G4→3F4的跃迁。根据泵浦功率与发光强度的关系得出紫外发射峰、蓝光和红光发射均为双光子过程。  相似文献

采用静电纺丝技术将聚苯胺(PANI)和稀土配合物Eu(BA)3phen掺杂到高分子材料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)中, 制备出新型的具有光电双功能的Eu(BA)3phen/PANI/PVP复合纳米纤维. 采用扫描电子显微镜、 X射线能量色散谱仪、 荧光光谱仪及宽频介电松弛谱仪对样品进行了表征. 实验结果表明, 复合纳米纤维直径为(270±31) nm. 在275 nm紫外光激发下, Eu(BA)3phen/PANI/PVP复合纳米纤维发射出主峰位于580, 594和617 nm的红光, 对应于Eu3+的 5D0→7F0, 5D0→7F1和5D0→7F2跃迁. 当m[Eu(BA)3phen]:m(PANI):m(PVP)=15:10:100 时, 复合纳米纤维的荧光发射最强. 复合纤维的电导率随PANI含量的增大而升高. 在m(PANI):m(PVP)=50:100时, 其电导率在高频(106 Hz)下达到1.5×10-6 S/cm.  相似文献

以尿素为燃烧剂,乙二醇为分散剂采用燃烧法制备了Gd3Ga5O12∶Eu3+纳米晶。利用X射线衍射、电镜和荧光光谱对前驱体和热处理后样品的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了表征。XRD结果表明:700℃热处理2 h即可获得立方结构Gd3Ga5O12∶Eu3+纳米晶。根据Scherrer公式估算经700℃和900℃热处理2 h获得的纳米晶的一次性粒径分别为28 nm和42 nm。发射光谱和激发光谱的结果表明:特征发射峰来自于5D0-7FJ跃迁,而来自于Eu3+的5D0→7F1的磁偶极跃迁发射最强;宽激发带主要来自于Eu-O电荷迁移带和Gd3Ga5O12基质吸收。发射强度和激发强度随热处理温度的提高而增强。  相似文献

Tb(3+)-doped CaMoO(4) (Tb(3+) = 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20 atom%) core and core-shell nanoparticles have been prepared by urea hydrolysis in ethylene glycol (EG) as capping agent as well as reaction medium at low temperature ~150 °C. As-prepared samples were annealed at 500 and 900 °C for 4 h to eliminate unwanted hydrocarbons and/or H(2)O present in the sample and to improve crystallinity. The synthesised nanophosphors show tetragonal phase structure. The crystallite size of as-prepared sample is found to be ~18 nm. The luminescence intensity of the (5)D(4) → (7)F(5) transition at 547 nm of Tb(3+) is much higher than that of the (5)D(4) → (7)F(6) transition at 492 nm. 900 °C annealed samples show the highest luminescence intensity. The intensity ratio R (I[(5)D(4) → (7)F(6)]/I[(5)D(4) → (7)F(5)]) lies between 0.3-0.6 for as-prepared, 500 and 900 °C annealed samples. The luminescence decay of (5)D(4) level under 355 nm excitation shows biexponential behaviour indicating availability of Tb(3+) ions on surface and core regions of particle; whereas, contribution of Mo-O charge transfer to lifetime is obtained under 250 nm excitation. The CIE coordinates of as-prepared, 500 and 900 °C annealed 5 atom% Tb(3+)-doped CaMoO(4) samples under 250 nm excitation are (0.28, 0.32), (0.22, 0.28) and (0.25, 0.52), respectively. The dispersed particles in polar medium and its polymer film show green light emission. The luminescence intensity is improved significantly after core-shell formation due to extent of decrease of non-radiative rates arising from surface dangling bonds and capping agent. Quantum yields of as-prepared samples of 1, 5 and 7 atom% Tb(3+)-doped CaMoO(4) samples are found to be 10, 3 and 2, respectively.  相似文献

用高温固相反应法合成了铌酸根NbO^3-4和Eu^3 共掺杂的正钽酸盐化合物Y1-xEuxTa1-yNbyO4,研究该体系中紫外光和X射线激发下的发光性能,研究表明,在紫外光激发下,YTaO4:Nb,Eu是一种比较有效的红色发光材料,激发能可以通过NbO^3 4离子传递给Eu^3 ,随钽酸盐中NbO^3-4基团浓度的增中,化合物的结构从M'型YTaO4变成褐钇铌型YNbO4结构,它的发光性质也随之改变。  相似文献
