Heterogeneous catalysts were developed by supporting palladium nanoparticles on modified cross‐linked polyacrylamide and successfully applied in Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions. These catalysts are stable to air and moisture, and no sign of metal leaching was detected during the reactions as judged by elemental analysis of palladium by ICP‐OES technique and hot filtration test, which demonstrates the heterogeneous character of the catalysts. High yields of desired products were resulted by using these phosphine‐free catalysts at temperatures below 80 °C without aid of any additional ligands. The heat stability of the catalysts at the operating temperature was confirmed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). These catalysts are easy to use and cost effective. They can be recovered from reaction mixture by a simple filtration and reused in more successive reactions without significant loss in activity. The catalyst activity was restored by an ultrasonication program after deactivation in 10 cycles. 相似文献

Palladium immobilized on an amide and ether functionalized porous organic polymer (Pd@AEPOP) is reported to be an effective heterogeneous catalyst for the Heck cross-coupling reaction of aryl iodides with styrene for the synthesis of diphenylethene derivatives. Excellent yields can be obtained using a 0.8 mol% Pd catalyst loading under the optimized reaction condition. The heterogeneous Pd@AEPOP catalyst can also be applied on the Suzuki reaction and the reduction of nitroarene. 相似文献

Nanostructured palladium pyrophosphate (Na2PdP2O7) catalyst was synthesized and well characterized by using different techniques (TGA, XRD, SEM, TEM....). This nanocatalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the synthesis of biaryl compounds via Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling to produce their corresponding products in good to excellent yields under mild conditions. The catalyst is recyclable and was recycled for four runs for the reaction of 4‐bromoacetophenone with phenylboronic acid without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity. 相似文献

The chiral imidazoindole phosphine–palladium catalyst supported on an amphiphilic polystyrene–poly(ethylene glycol) (PS–PEG) resin could be recycled readily.

Series of metal organic frameworks from nitrogen based ligand were synthesized as efficient and reusable catalyst via mixed linker methods. The thermogravimetric study of the mixed linker metal organic framework (MIXMOF) reveals that the complexes are potential thermally stable materials. The palladium supported catalysts exhibits high catalytic activity toward the Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling reaction and can be reused several times without any visible loss of activity even after five consecutive times. 相似文献

A palladium nanoparticle catalyst (PdNPs@[Bmim]Lac) has been prepared by a simple, mild and efficient chemical approach using 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium lactate ([Bmim]Lac) ionic liquid) as a stabilizer. The shape sensitivity of Pd catalysts in Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions is studied using nanocrystals enclosed by well‐defined surface facets. The catalytic performance of Pd nanocrystals with cubic, cuboctahedral and octahedral morphologies are compared. Superior catalytic reactivity is observed for Pd NCs with {100} surface facets compared to {111} facets. The origin of the enhanced reactivity associated with a cubic morphology is related to the leaching susceptibility of the nanocrystals. Molecular oxygen plays a key role in facilitating the leaching of Pd atoms from the surface of the nanocrystals. The interaction of O2 with Pd is itself facet‐dependent, which in turn gives rise to more efficient leaching from {100} facets, compared to {111} facets under the reaction conditions. 相似文献

The Suzuki‐Miyaura type coupling reaction of aryl halides with triphenylborane‐pyridine was described. The reaction can be catalyzed by Pd(OAc)2 (5 mol%) in presence of Cs2CO3 at 50°C or 80°C, and functionalized biaryls were obtained in good to excellent yields. As one of the most powerful and versatile methods for the construction of carbon–carbon bonds, the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction has attracted great attention over the past three decades. In recent years, a huge amount of interest has been focused on the development of ligand‐free Suzuki–Miyaura reaction systems, which have the advantages of low cost, mild reaction conditions, and easy operation. So far, a number of ligand‐free Suzuki–Miyaura reaction systems have been developed by using simple palladium salts, nanopalladium, or supported palladium catalysts. In this account, we will review our recent research on the oxygen‐promoted ligand‐free Suzuki–Miyaura reaction. Interestingly, the oxygen‐promoting effect has been observed in different reaction media, including polyethylene glycol, organic/water mixed solvents and pure water. The oxygen‐promoted reaction systems demonstrate high efficiency for the construction of biaryls.

The activity of Pd(II)‐Schiff base complex molecules grafted on the surface of Fe3O4@SiO2 particles were investigated in the palladium‐catalyzed coupling reactions of aryl halides with alkenes (Mizoroki‐Heck reaction) and phenylboronic acids (Suzuki‐Miyaura reaction) in the absence of phosphorous ligands. This method shows notable advantages such as heterogeneous nature of the catalyst, excellent yields, short reaction times, easy preparation, simplicity of operation, and cleaner reaction profiles. The catalyst can be separated from the reaction mixture by applying a permanent magnet externally and can be reused for several times without significant loss of activity.
