Reactions of fresh M(OH)2 (M = Zn2+, Cd2+) precipitate and (RS)-2-methylglutaric acid (H2MGL), 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy), or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in aqueous solution at 50°C afforded four new metal–organic complexes [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] (1), [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] (2), [Cd(bipy)(H2O)(MGL)] · 3H2O (3), and [Cd(phen)(H2O)(MGL)] · 2H2O (4), which were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, TG/DTA analysis as well as fluorescence spectra. In 1, the [Zn(bipy)(H2O)]2+ moieties are linked by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions to build up the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] molecules. In 2, the 1-D ribbon-like chains [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] n can be visualized as from centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] units sharing common aqua ligands. Both 3 and 4 exhibit 1-D chains resulting from [Cd(bipy)(H2O)]2+ and [Cd(phen)(H2O)]2+, respectively, bridged alternately by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions in bis-chelating fashion. The intermolecular and interchain π···π stacking interactions form supramolecular assemblies in 1 and 1-D chains in 24 into 2-D layers. The hydrogen bonded lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched between 2-D layers in 3 and 4. Fluorescence spectra of 14 exhibit LLCT π → π* transitions.  相似文献

Nonasodium Bis(hexahydroxoaluminate) Trihydroxide Hexahydrate (Na9[Al(OH)6]2(OH)3 · 6H2O) – Crystal Structure, NMR Spectroscopy and Thermal Behaviour The crystal structure of the nonasodium bis(hexahydroxoaluminate) trihydroxide hexahydrate Na9[Al(OH)6]2(OH)3 · 6H2O (4.5 Na2O Al2O3 · 13.5 H2O) (up to now described as 3 Na2O · Al2O3 · 6H2O, 4Na2O · Al2O3 · 13 H2O and [3 Na2O · Al2O3 · 6H2O] [xNaOH · yH2O], respectively) was solved. The X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 8.694(1) Å, b = 11.344(2) Å, c = 11.636(3) Å, α = 74.29(2)°, β = 87.43(2)°, γ = 70.66(2)°, Z = 2) results in a structure, consisting of monomeric [Al(OH)6]3? aluminate anions, which are connected by NaO6 octahedra groups. Furthermore the structure contains both, two hydroxide anions only surrounded by water of crystallization and OH groups of [Al(OH)6]3? aluminate anions and a hydroxide anion involved in three NaO6 coordination octahedra directly and moreover connected with a water molecule by hydrogen bonding. The results of 27Al and 23Na-MAS-NMR investigations, the thermal behaviour of the compound and possible relations between the crystal structure and the conditions of coordination in the corresponding sodium aluminate solution are discussed as well.  相似文献

Two new complexes, [Co(L)2]Cl·(MeOH)2 (1) and [Ni(L)2]4·EtOH (2) (L?=?(E)-2-(amino((pyridin-2-ylmethylene)amino)methylene)maleonitrile), were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR, UV, and fluorescence spectroscopy. According to X-ray crystallographic studies, each metal was six-coordinate with six nitrogens from two ligands. Both complexes form two-dimensional supramolecular networks via hydrogen bonding and π–π interactions. Ultraviolet and visible spectra showed that absorptions arise from π–π ?, MLCT, and dd electron transitions. Fluorescence spectroscopy revealed moderate intercalative binding of these two complexes with EB–DNA, with apparent binding constant (K app) values of 9.14?×?105 and 3.20?×?105?M?1 for Co(III) and Ni(II) complexes, respectively. UV–visible absorption spectra showed that the absorption of DNA at 260?nm was quenched for 2 but quenched then improved for 1 with addition of complexes, tentatively attributed to the effect of the combined intercalative binding and electrostatic interaction for 1.  相似文献

[Ni(obb)(DMF)2(H2O)]·(Pic)2·0.5DMF (1) and [Ni(Etobb)2]·(Pic)2·2DMF (2) (obb = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-oxapropane, Etobb = 1,3-bis(1-ethylbenzimidazol-2-yl)-2-oxapropane, Pic = picrate) have been synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The structures of both complexes have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The coordination geometries of 1 and 2 can be described as distorted octahedra. The interaction of the nickel(II) complexes with calf thymus DNA was investigated by electronic absorption, fluorescence spectroscopy, and viscosity measurements. The experimental results suggest that 1 and 2 bind to DNA in an intercalation mode, and their binding affinity for DNA follows the order 1 > 2. DNA-binding behaviors can be attributed to the large coplanar aromatic rings in the V-shaped ligand and steric hindrance.  相似文献

The thermal analysis of CoC2O4·2H2O, Co(HCOO)2·2H2O and Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O was carried out with simultaneous TG-DTG-DTA measurements under non-isothermal conditions in air and argon atmospheres. The intermediates and the end products of decomposition were characterised by X-ray diffraction and IR and UV-VIS spectroscopy. The decomposition of the studied compounds occur in several stages. The first stage of dissociation of each compound is dehydration both in air and argon. The next stages differ in air and argon. The final product of the decomposition of each compound in air is Co3O4. In argon it is a mixture of Co and CoO for cobalt(II) oxalate and cobalt(II) formate but CoO for cobalt(II) acetate. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Two new copper(II) complexes of saccharinate (sac) with bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine (bpma) and N,N′‐bis[1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethylidene]ethane‐1,2‐diamine (bapen), [Cu(bpma)(sac)2] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Cu(bapen)(sac)2] ( 2 ), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, TG‐DTA, X‐ray diffraction, and UV/Vis and IR spectroscopy, respectively. In 1 , the copper(II) ion is coordinated by two N‐bonded sac ligands, and three nitrogen atoms of bpma, in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination arrangement, whereas the arrangement around the copper ion in 2 is a distorted octahedron with two N‐coordinated sac ligands and a tetradentate bapen ligand. In addition to hydrogen bonding involving the water molecule in 1 , the mononuclear species of 1 and 2 are further connected by weak intermolecular C–H ··· π and C–H ··· O interactions to form a three‐dimensional network. Both complexes are luminescent at room temperature and their emissions seem to be due to ligand‐based π–π* transitions.  相似文献

Abstract

Sodium aryltellurolate (ArTe?Na+, where Ar = 4-MeOC6H4 or 4-EtOC6H4) reacts with 2- bromoethylamine resulting in the (Te, N) ligands 2-aryltelluroethylamine (ArTeCH2CH2NH2, 1) which have been characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight, IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectra. With HgCI2, they form HgC12·1 type of complexes. IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the complexes suggest that 1 ligates as a bidentate ligand with respect to Hg(II). Osmometric molecular weight measurements suggest that on heating the mercury complex HgCl2·lb (Ar = 4-EtOC6H4) in solution, relatively less soluble species result. It seems to have two Hg atoms bridged by two (Te, N) ligands. The HgC2·la (Ar = 4-MeOC6H4) has very low solubility in organic solvents and. therefore, seems to be dimerized or polymerized during the synthesis. Analysis of CH2 rocking bands in IR spectra suggests that two CH2 groups of the ligands are most probably in a gauche conformation in the mercury complexes.  相似文献

The adsorption and dissociation of molecular oxygen on spinel CuCr2O4 (100) surface were carried out by first-principles calculations based on density functional theory (DFT). The calculated results indicate that the Cr site is most favorable for atomic oxygen adsorption, with an adsorption energy of 402.8 kJ/mol. For molecular oxygen adsorption, there are three types of favorable interaction modes: O2 forms bonds with the Cu site or O2 binds to two Cr sites or O2 interacts with both Cu and Cr sites simultaneously. The lowest activation energy (Ea = 35.4 kJ/mol) was found through exploring possible reaction pathways for O2 dissociation. The relationship between Ea and reaction enthalpy (ΔH) for O2 dissociation adsorption reactions fits Brønsted-Evans-Polanyi (BEP) behavior.  相似文献

Two 1-D and 3-D Ag(I) complexes involving 2-(pyridin-4-yl)-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3PIDC) have been characterized by infrared spectrum, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. [Ag2(HPIDC)]n (1), synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, gave a 3-D framework; [Ag2(HPIDC)(MBI)]n (2) (MBI?=?2-methyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazole), with MBI as the second ligand, gave a 1-D zigzag chain and further formed a 3-D supramolecular structure through π···π interactions. The most interesting structural features of these complexes are the presence of C–H···Ag hydrogen bonding interactions and Ag···C weak interactions between the Ag centers and H3PIDC. Luminescence indicates that 2 has significantly stronger fluorescent emissions than 1 in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The bidentate benzimidazolic hpbm (1), [2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-benzimidazole], was obtained under mild conditions, and its corresponding metal complexes, di-µ-oxo dimanganese(IV,IV) [Mn2O2(hpbm)4 · 2Py · 5H2O] (2), and mononuclear complex [Co(hpbm)2] (3), were prepared and characterized. The crystal structures of 2 and 3 have been established by X-ray diffraction. Complex 2 consists of two six-coordinate manganese(IV) coordinated to two hpbm ligands and bridged by two O2? with a Mn–Mn distance of 2.777 Å. For 3, a Co(II) is coordinated to two deprotonated hpbm in a nearly tetrahedral environment. Hydrogen bonds play pivotal roles in constructing the dimensional structures of both the compounds.  相似文献

(E)-4-(4-Methoxyphenoxy)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid and its Ce(IV), Th(IV), and UO2(II) complexes were synthesized and characterized by MS, elemental analysis, IR, UV, TG-DTA, and NMR. The complexes have composition [CeL2(OH)2 · 2H2O] · H2O, [ThL2(OH)2 · 2H2O] · H2O, and [UO2L2 · 2H2O] · H2O. Molar conductance data confirm that the three complexes are nonelectrolytes. The IR and NMR results show that the carboxylates coordinate to the metal ions bidentate, and the ester carboxylic groups do not take part in coordination. Luminescence spectra of the ligand and complexes in DMSO at room temperature were also studied showing strong luminescence of the metal ions.  相似文献

Three new mononuclear copper(II) complexes, [CuL(2-fca)(CH3OH)]ClO4?·?CH3OH (1), [CuL(m-nba)(CH3OH)]ClO4 (2), and [CuL(pic)(ClO4)]?·?CH3OH (3), were synthesized and structurally characterized, where L is 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine, while 2-fca, m-nba, and pic are the anions of 2-furoic acid, m-nitrobenzoic acid, and picolinic acid, respectively. All of them were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, UV-Vis, and X-ray crystallography. In 1 and 2, the Cu(II) resides within a distorted square-pyramidal N3O2 coordination sphere with three nitrogens of L, one carboxylate oxygen, and one methanol. In 3, Cu(II) is coordinated with three nitrogens of L, one nitrogen and one oxygen of picolinate, and one oxygen of perchlorate in a distorted octahedral geometry. Two molecules of 1, 2, and 3 are interacted by intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions and strong π–π stacking interactions to form a dinuclear structural unit. The dinuclear units are further connected by H-bonds via perchlorate or lattice methanol to form a 1-D chain for 1 and 2-D network structures for 2 and 3. Hydrogen-bonding and π–π stacking interactions are important for the stabilization of the final supramolecular structures of the three complexes.  相似文献

In Order to test in vivo cytotoxicity of diorganotin(IV)-amoxicillin (amox) derivatives, mitotic chromosomes of Rutilus rubilio (Pisces, Cyprinidae) have been analyzed using two different chromosome-staining techniques. Results gathered after exposure of fish to the free amox · 3H2O, R2SnClamox · 2H2O, and R2Snamox · 2 2H2O (R = methyl, butyl and phenyl; amox = 6-[D(−)-β-amino-p-hydroxyphenylacetamido]penicillinate) suggest that methyl derivatives seem to exert a lower cytotoxicity than butyl and phenyl ones and that R2Snamox · 2 2H2O deriva-tives are more toxic than R2SnClamox · 2H2O at both 10−5 and 10−7mol dm−3 concentrations. The following structural lesions have been iden-tified by comparative analysis of mitotic chromo-somes from untreated specimens (controls) and specimens treated with diorganotin(IV)-amoxicillin derivatives: (1) differentially stained chromosome areas; (2) granular deeply stained zones along the chromosomal body; (3) arm breakages; and (4) side-arm bridges (pseudochiasmata).  相似文献

Bis(benzoylpyridin-toluensulfonylhydrazido)nickel Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O — Relations between Structure, Redox, and Extraction Properties of Heterocyclic Sulfonamido Chelates The crystal structure of Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O was determined by x-ray diffraction: monoclinic, space group P21/c (Nr. 14); a = 15.077(4) Å, b = 14.901(3) Å, c = 16.335(3) Å, β = 95.74(1)°. R = 0.047 for a total of 5564 observed reflexions. Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O has a distorted tetrahedral structure with two six-membered chelate rings, one of them with a boat from. The electron system of the building blocks CNN? within the chelate rings approaches that of a diazallyl group. The result is a high electron density on the sp2-hybridized donor atom N? and, as a consequence, a short Ni? N?-distance (1.908 or 1.924 Å). The electronic properties of N? also explain the high NH-acidity of the acid H(BPSH) (pks = 9,51 in 75 per cent dioxane) and the ligand field strength of BPSH? which is low compared to that of other bidentate sulfonamido ligands and which is reflected in the paramagnetism of Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O. The redox behavior of metal chelates of the type, which is represented by Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O, is caused by a building block of the ligand which is also present in bipyridyl or in the 1,4-diaza-1,3-dienes. The central atoms M11 have only the function of interference factors.  相似文献

Two new transition metal dicyanamide complexes [Co2(tppz)(dca)4]·CH3CN ( 1 ) [tppz=tetra(2‐pyridyl)pyrazine, dca=dicyanamide] and [Co(tptz)(dca)(H2O)](dca) ( 2 ) [tptz=2,4,6‐tri(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine] were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. In 1 each cobalt(II) atom is coordinated to three dca anions and one tppz molecule to form a distorted octahedral geometry, the neigbour two cobalt(II) atoms are bridged by one tppz ligand to form a dimer, then the cobalt(II) atoms in each dimer are joined together to form a ladder chain structure. In 2 the coordination geometry around the central metal is also distorted octahedral, each cobalt(II) atom is coordinated by two dca anions, one tptz molecule and one water ligand to form a cationic part, and the cationic part is linked with the free dca anions via the electrostatic attraction to give an infinite chain structure. Magnetic susceptibility measurement in the range of 2–300 K indicates that there are antiferromagnetic couplings between adjacent metal ions in 1 (T>29 K, (=?9.78 K, C=4.92 cm3·K·mol?1) and ferromagnetic couplings in 2 (T>150 K, (=7.97 K, C=2.59 cm3·K·mol?1) respectively.  相似文献

Two new compounds containing the possible Fe(III) spin-crossover cation, [Fe(qsal)2]+ (qsalH = N-(8-quinolyl)salicylaldimine), and nickel bis(dithiolene) anions have been synthesized. Both are 1 : 1 salts [Fe(qsal)2][Ni(dddt)2] · CH3CN · CH3OH (1) and [Fe(qsal)2][Ni(pddt)2] (2) (dddt = 5,6-dihydro-1,4-dithiin-2,3-dithiolate; pddt = 6,7-dihydro-5H-1,4-dithiepin-2,3-dithiolate). They have been characterized by X-ray crystal structure determination, elemental analysis, UV-Vis spectra and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The UV–Vis spectra are dominated by [Ni(L)2]? (1, L = dddt; 2, L = pddt). Magnetic studies show antiferromagnetic interaction in 1 from intermolecular S···S contacts and π–π stacking interactions, while the antiferromagnetic interaction in 2 is very weak.  相似文献

The mononuclear cobalt(II) complex [CoL2] · H2O (where HL is quinoxaline-2-carboxalidine-2-amino-5-methylphenol) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurement, IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, TG?DTA, and X-ray structure determination. The crystallographic study shows that cobalt(II) is distorted octahedral with each tridentate NNO Schiff base in a cis arrangement. The crystal exhibits a 2-D polymeric structure parallel to [010] plane, formed by O?H ··· N and O?H ··· O intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π?π stacking interactions, as a racemic mixture of optical enantiomers. The ligand is a Schiff base derived from quinoxaline-2-carboxaldehyde.  相似文献

Assembly of three-connecting ligands 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl)benzene (tib) and 1,3,5-tris(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene (titmb) with cadmium(II) and silver(I) salts provide new metal-organic frameworks, [Cd(tib)2](NO3)2·4H2O (1), [Ag(tib)(PPh3)](CF3SO3) (2) and [Ag(titmb)(PPh3)](CF3SO3)·1.5H2O (3) (PPh3=triphenylphosphine). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that complexes 1 and 3 are two-dimensional honeycomb networks, while complex 2 is a noninterpenetrated three-dimensional architecture with (10,3)-a topology. The results indicate that the nature (structure and flexibility) of the organic ligands and the bulky auxiliary ligand have great impact on the assembly and structure of metal-organic frameworks. The photoluminescent properties of the synthesized complexes were studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Six new macrocyclic complexes were synthesized by a template reaction of 1,4-bis(2-formylphenoxy)butane with diamines and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and their structures were proposed on the basis of elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-Vis, magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar conductivity measurements and mass spectra. The metal to ligand molar ratios of the Cu(Ⅱ) complexes were found to be 1 : 1. The Cu(Ⅱ) complexes are 1 : 2 electrolytes as shown by their molar conductivities (∧m) in DMF at 10^-3 mol·L^-1. Due to the existence of free ions the Cu(Ⅱ) complexes are electrically conductive. Their configurations were proposed to be probably distorted octahedral.  相似文献

The local structures and the g factors gi (i = x, y, z) for Ni3+ centers in Na2Zn(SO4)2·4H2O (DPPH) and K2Zn(SO4)2·6H2O (PHZS) crystals are theoretically studied by using the perturbation formulas of the g factors for a 3d7 ion with low spin (S = 1/2) in orthorhombically compressed octahedra. In these formulas, the contributions to g factors from both the spin-orbit coupling interactions of the central ion and ligands are taken into account, and the required crystal-field parameters are estimated from the superposition model and the local geometry of the systems. Based on the calculations, the Ni-O bonds are found to suffer the axial compression δz (or Δz) of about 0.111 Å (or 0.036 Å) along the z-axis for Ni3+ centers in DPPH (or PHZS) crystals. Meanwhile, the Ni-O bonds may experience additional planar bond length variation δx (≈0.015 Å) along x- and y-axes for the orthorhombic Ni3+ center in DPPH. The theoretical g factors agree well with the experimental data. The obtained local structural parameters for both Ni3+ centers are discussed.  相似文献
