Several thieno[2,3-b]quinolines 6a-i have been synthesized. These compounds were used as key intermediates in the synthesis of oxazino[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoline 8 , pyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]-thieno[2,3-b]quinolines 9–12 , triazino[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3-b] quinolines 14 and imidazo[4′,5′:4,5]-thieno[2,3-b]quinolines 17 .  相似文献

The synthesis of thieno[2′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline ( 5 ) and thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno-[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline ( 10 ) are described. Each compound was obtained in four steps from known starting materials. The basic skeleton of the molecule and of the phenanthroline ring were formed via photocyclization. The total assignment of 1H-nmr spectra was accomplished with the aid of two-dimensional nmr methods.  相似文献

A series of monomethoxynaphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]quinolines has been prepared by photocyclization of the appropriate N-methoxyphenyl-1-chloronaphtho[2,1-b]thiophene-2-carboxamides. Some of the lactams obtained were converted into the thiolactams and their S-methyl derivatives. The lactams were also converted into the corresponding 6-chloro derivatives. Some of these were catalytically dechlorinated into the monomethoxynaphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]quinolines which were then quaternized into the N-methyl quaternary salts.  相似文献

The synthesis of three novel polycyclic heterocyclic ring systems are reported via photocyclization. Reaction of (N-alkyl-N-phenyl)ethoxycarbonylacetamides with β-naphthol in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride afforded 1-oxo-3-(N-alkyl-N-phenyl)amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans. These compounds underwent reaction with N,N-dimethylformamide-phosphorus oxychloride at 95° yielding a mixture of 14H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b]quinoline derivatives and 1-oxo-2-formyl-3-(N-alkyl-N-phenyl)amino-9-oxy-1H-phenalene. When the same reaction was performed at 140°, only 14-oxo-14H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b]quinoline was obtained in a very good yield. The structures of such compounds were demonstrated by spectral data and by chemical transformations. On the other hand, the expected formylation in the 2 position was achieved when 1-oxo-3-(N-alkyl-N-benzyl)amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans reacted with N,N-dimethylformamide-phosphorus oxychloride.  相似文献

The nitration of dithieno[3,4-b:3′,2′-d]pyridine ( 2 ) and dithieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-d]pyridine ( 3 ) has been studied. Nitration of 2 occurred in both positions of the c-fused thiophene ring, while 3 was predominantly substituted in the 2-position. The structures of the nitro derivatives were proven by extensive use of 1H and 13C nmr spectroscopy.  相似文献

The mass spectra of six isomeric thieno- and thionaphthenopyridines were studied for the first time, and the pathways of fragmentation of the molecular ions, which made it possible to isolate the peaks of the fragment ions that characterize the destruction of the pyridine and thiophene rings, were traced. It is shown that the character and type of conjugation of the heterorings can be distinguished by analyzing the mass-spectral data. The relationship between the intensity of the peak of the doubly charged molecular ion and the number of electrons in the system and the -donor character of the heteroring was illustrated by means of the literature data on the mass spectrometry of heteroaromatic systems with one heteroatom.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 6, pp. 758–761, June, 1982.  相似文献

Photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-(3-phenanthryl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 5 ) yielded only one of the two possible structural isomers, thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]naphtho[1,2-f]quinolin-6(5H)-one ( 6 ), which was further elaborated to afford the unsubstituted ring system 10 , its triazole 11 and tetrazole 12 . Bromination of dithieno[3,4-b:3′,4′-d]pyridine ( 1 ) and dithieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-d]pyridine ( 2 ) has been studied. Disubstitution occurred at both positions of the C ring. The substitution pattern is found to be similar to that of the nitration reaction. The structures of bromo derivatives were established by 1H and 13C nmr spectroscopy.  相似文献

Versatile 2-thioxopyrimidine-type building blocks ethyl 3-(2-ethoxy-2-oxoethyl)- 4 -oxo-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydropyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-7-carboxylate ( 4 ) and ethyl 4-oxo-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydropyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-7-carboxylate ( 8 ) were synthesized from diethyl 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridine-3,6-dicarboxylate ( 1 ). Derivatives of linear and angular heterocyclic systems having the imidazole and 1,2,4-triazole ring were obtained from the key intermediates 4 and 8 , respectively.  相似文献
