Let G be a compact Lie group. Let X, Y be free G-spaces. In this paper, we consider the question of the existence of G-maps f : X → Y . As a consequence, we obtain a theorem about the existence of ℤp-coincidence points.

Suppose that an algebraic torus G acts algebraically on a projective manifold X with generically trivial stabilizers. Then the Zariski closure of the set of pairs {(x,y)∈X×X|y=gx for some g∈G} defines a nonzero equivariant cohomology class . We give an analogue of this construction in the case where X is a compact symplectic manifold endowed with a Hamiltonian action of a torus, whose complexification plays the role of G. We also prove that the Kirwan map sends the class [ΔG] to the class of the diagonal in each symplectic quotient. This allows to define a canonical right inverse of the Kirwan map. 相似文献

A completely integrable system on a symplectic manifold is called super-integrable when the number of independent integrals of motion is more than half the dimension of the manifold. A Mackey functor M is a structure analogous to the representationring functor H R(H) encoding good formal behaviour under inductionand restriction. More explicitly, M associates an abelian groupM(H) to each closed subgroup H of a fixed compact Lie groupG, and to each inclusion K H it associates a restriction map and an induction map . This paper gives an analysis of thecategory of Mackey functors M whose values are rational vectorspaces: such a Mackey functor may be specified by giving a suitablycontinuous family consisting of a Q 0(WG(H))-module V(H) foreach closed subgroup H with restriction maps V(K) V(K) wheneverK is normal in K and K/K is a torus (a continuous Weyl-toralmodule). We show that the category of rational Mackeyfunctors is equivalent to the category of rational continuousWeyl-toral modules. 针对耗散广义Hamilton约束系统,通过引入拉格朗日乘子和采用投影技术,给出了一种保持动力系统内在结构和约束不变性的李群积分法.首先将带约束条件的耗散Hamilton系统化为无约束广义Hamilton系统, 进而讨论了无约束广义Hamilton系统的李群积分法,最后给出了广义Hamilton约束系统李群积分的投影方法.采用投影技术保证了约束的不变性,引入拉格朗日乘子后,在向约束流形投影时不会破坏原动力系统的李群结构.讨论的内容仅限于完整约束系统, 通过数值例题说明了方法的有效性. 相似文献

In the paper, the methods of finding first integrals of an autonomous system using one-parameter Lie groups are discussed. A class of nontrivial one-parameter Lie groups admitted by the classical gyroscope system is found, and based on the properties of first integral determined by the one-parameter Lie group, the fourth first integral of the gyroscope system in Euler case, Lagrange case and Kovalevskaya case can be obtained in a uniform idea. An error on the fourth first integral in general Kovalevskaya case (A = B = 2C, ZG =0), which appeared in literature is found and corrected. 相似文献

We define the infinite-dimensional simplex to be the closure of the convex hull of the standard basis vectors in R∞, and prove that this space has the fixed point property: any continuous function from the space into itself has a fixed point. Our proof is constructive, in the sense that it can be used to find an approximate fixed point; the proof relies on elementary analysis and Sperner's lemma. The fixed point theorem is shown to imply Schauder's fixed point theorem on infinite-dimensional compact convex subsets of normed spaces. 相似文献

In this paper we mainly concern the persistence of invariant tori in generalized Hamiltonian systems. Here the generalized Hamiltonian systems refer to the systems which may admit a distinct number of action and angle variables. In particular, system under consideration can be odd dimensional. Under the Riissmann type non-degenerate condition, we proved that the majority of the lower-dimension invariant tori of the integrable systems in generalized Hamiltonian system are persistent under small perturbation.
