A three-channel far-infrared (FIR) HCN laser interferometer has been developed to measure the line averaged electron density on EAST tokamak. Detectors with the properties of high sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, small volume and stability are needed in interferometer device. The application of new Schottky barrier diode (SBD) detector has made the density signal and the signal-to-noise ratio greatly improved. The disturbance caused by the lower hybrid wave can be eliminated by using double copper foil shield and narrow band pass filter. The improved detectors have worked well during the long pulse discharge and H mode discharge.  相似文献

本文介绍了一种新型自扫描激光干涉系统的原理和结构。该系统采用自扫描光电二极管列阵(以下简称SSPDA)接收器件,实现对干涉仪信号的调制,使测量信号转换成交流信号,避免了直流放大器零点漂移,消除了低频干扰。实验证明,该系统在采用普通器件的情况下,其分辨率优于0.02μm。  相似文献

本文介绍了用电磁波干涉的方法测量等离子体电子密度的原理、七道远红外HON激光干涉仪的结构及其在HT-6M托卡马克(TOKAMAK)装置上的测量结果.干涉仪的光源县一台腔长3.4m的连续辉光放电的HCN激光器,波长337μm;输出功率约100mW.干涉仪可以给出七道弦上的平均电子密度,最小可测相移为115条纹,时间分辨为0.1ms.也可以由七道弦上相移的线积分值通过非对称的Abel变换给出不同时刻的电子密度的空间分布或时-空分布的三维图形.  相似文献

Our new waveguide pulsed CO2 laser, with peak powers above 1 kW, has allowed us to observe 24 new far-infrared laser lines emitted by hydrazine. Each of them is characterized in wavelength, relative polarization, intensity, optimum operating pressure and pump offset from the center of the exciting CO2 line. These new laser emissions either form pairs sharing the same pump line, or complete such pairs with lines known from the literature. In the latter case, we have measured the relative polarization and offset of the partner lines whenever they were not reported in the literature. The availability of laser systems with two emission lines orthogonally polarized and sharing the same upper level is expected to facilitate the assignment work. We present complete assignments for four FIR laser emissions, and we propose J and K values for 12 further laser systems. PACS 42.55.Lt; 42.62.Fi  相似文献

The analysis in this paper is concerned with the problem of determining the phase statistics of the output of a multichannel coherent radar interferometer. The 2N channels of the radar consist of the outputs from N pairs of antennae. Each antenna receives a random electromagnetic wave field which has circular normal first-order statistics with an arbitrary coherence function. Each antenna in each pair receives a wave at a different time, the time difference Δt between each antenna in each pair being the same for all pairs. The signals received by each pair are independent. The signals from each pair are combined to give G(t, Δt)=Σk=1N Sk(t) Sk*(t+Δt) where, for example, the signals from each antenna in the kth pair are Sk(t) and Sk(t+Δt).

The probability density function of the modulus and phase of G(t, Δt) is worked out. The joint density is shown to be a type of generalized K distribution, and the phase distribution is shown to be a hypergeometric function. The results show that it is possible to measure the phase of the coherence function of an electromagnetic wave field scattered from a randomly moving extended object (such as the ocean surface) using such a multichannel radar. This phase is related to asymmetry of the Doppler power spectrum. Furthermore, if this asymmetry is a result of surface currents on the ocean interacting with the surface waves which cause the electromagnetic scattering, then the surface currents may be measured in some sense.  相似文献

This paper proposes a laser interferometer for determining the straightness of a moving stage. The optical setup is described and the theory is derived. The results show that this interferometer not only overcomes the disadvantages of the conventional interferometers but also provides a higher sensitivity. Two experiments were carried out in this research. The first experiment verifies the validity of the theoretical derivation. The second experiment demonstrates that this interferometer could be adopted for straightness measurements.  相似文献

The pyroelectric response of a type II TGS detector at 1188 μm is related to its FIR absorption in two perpendicular characteristic directions. We have found good agreement between the pyroelectric and classical spectrospic methods for the absorption ratio in these two directions. A so-called ‘pyro-spectroscopic’ method could be derived from our observation, for FIR absorption measurement of pyroelectric crystals.  相似文献

Electron density measurements are periormed on HT-6M tokamak using a 7 channel Far-Infrared HCN laser interferometer. From the measured line integrals--7 channel phase shifts the electron density profile is reconstructed by a fit procedure. Results were tested by comparison to Abel inverted. Two new cw submillimetre lines optically pumped by the 9 μR(30) CO2 laser have been observed for14NH3 and assigned to thea(6,0)→s(5,0) transition and to its cascade transitions(5,0)→a(4,0) in thev 2=1 state. In addition, six new emission lines have been observed for NH2D, and one tentatively assigned to the (11,1)→(10,1) transition of ND3. In this note we present the development of a dual-probe laser interferometer that uses the filtering properties of a polarized beamsplitter to enable two independent (uncoupled) detection probes. Thirty one new cw far-infrared laser lines have been discovered in COF2 optically pumped by a CO2 laser and a N2O laser, in a metallic waveguide resonator. This number appreciably increases the number of eighteen lines appearing in the literature. Moreover, some of the new lines show that intense far-infrared laser action might be obtained with an optimized cavity, as it was the case for some of the previously reported lines. Twenty-seven, amongst the thirty one new lines, have been fully identified.  相似文献

在分析常用低噪声快速光电探测器的基础上,选择PIN光电二极管来探测氦氖激光纵模脉冲。通过合理设计降低前放电路的噪声,根据被测脉冲频率设计探测电路的带宽,达到提高信噪比的目的。同时在后端的数据处理中,根据激光脉冲的波形函数,利用曲线拟合的方法来进一步去除测量中的各种噪声,从而准确地了解脉冲的形状、相位等信息,大大地提高了在现有硬件设备条件下测量的准确性,减小了测量误差。  相似文献
