Effect of surface physicochemical properties on the lubricating properties of water film 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Effect of surface physicochemical properties on the water film confined within a nanogap was investigated. The film thickness and friction force were measured by the Relative Optical Interference Intensity (ROII) method and a UMT-2MT tribotester. It was found that the confined water film formed the thicker lubricate film than the prediction of elastic-isoviscous lubrication theory. Experimental results indicate that the higher the solid/water interfacial energy is, the thicker lubricate film the highly viscous “interphase” water layer forms and the lower the friction force is. 相似文献

The properties of water in the vicinity of surfaces and under confinement have been extensively studied because of the relevance of a quantitative understanding of many processes that not only take place in biological systems, like cells, membranes and microemulsions, but also in many others such as confined water in rocks, ionic channels and interestellar matter. In this work we perform molecular dynamic calculations of the nanoscopic structure of TIP5P model water confined between two hydrophilic surfaces. We calculate the diffusion coefficients and the atomic density profile of water molecules and polar ions in the system as a function of the number of water molecules per amphiphilic (nW). We also study the dependence of the water layer thickness and the profiles of water dipole orientation with this parameter. 相似文献

We study the influence of the surface of the ferroelectric films on the properties of the intrinsic ferroelectric polarization state in frame of statistical Transverse Ising Model (TIM). The quality of the surface is modelled by the dilution parameter q that reflects the relative weight of the paraelectric impurities vs. ferroelectric ions. Using the effective field approach the variation of the average value of spontaneous polarization as function of temperature for different film thicknesses has been investigated as function of dilution parameter q. The phase diagram of the system and crossover from the ferroelectric to the paraelectric phase is discussed. 相似文献

自然界中许多昆虫通过分泌一层油性液体薄膜实现其爪垫表皮和光滑壁面之间粘附和解粘附,从而实现在光滑壁布的快速爬行.为了提示昆虫爪垫与光滑壁面间微量液体薄膜对生物粘着的意义,基于自行研制的粘着接触实验仪,采用微量的[emim[Tf2N]离子液体和聚α烯烃油,观测其受限在纳米级光滑钢球表面与玻璃表面之间的接触行为以及法向粘着力.实验发现,临界体积(10-12—10-9L)范围内的受限液滴达到临界厚度(小于2μm)后会出现自动铺展和瞬时收缩行为,并同时提供幅值稳定且数值

根据电磁场在金属薄膜中的能量分布规律和金属薄膜具有复介电常数的特点,对激励表面等离子共振的金属薄膜的最佳厚度进行了探讨. 指出金属薄膜的最佳厚度与激励光波长和金属薄膜的折射率有关,建立了描述它们之间关系的数学表达式,并用实验方法进行验证. 将理论结果与他人的测量结果进行对比后发现,两者符合较好. 研究结果表明:在角度调制下的表面等离子共振传感器,为了获得更高的灵敏度,可根据激励光波长和金属薄膜折射率的虚部确定所要制备金属薄膜的最佳厚度;在波长调制下,则由中心波长和折射率的虚部确定金属薄膜的最适宜使用厚度.

We present a method for measurement of thickness of transparent oil film on water surface based on laser trigonometry. With an oblique incident mode of single-point laser triangulation ranging system, laser light is incident on the upper and lower surfaces of the oil film being measured and an ellipse light spot is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the oil film. The two light spots are imaged on an image plane CCD by an imaging lens and the image spot is formed and stored in a computer. The thickness of oil film being measured can be obtained by displacement of the image spot and the configuration parameter of the imaging system. The experiment is conducted using edible peanut oil and diesel oil. The research results show that the method presented in this paper is feasible and applicable to dynamic on-line measurement of oil film thickness of oil spill on sea surface. 相似文献

针对含可溶性活性剂的垂直液膜排液过程,在考虑表面弹性作用的基础上,采用润滑理论建立了液膜厚度、表面速度、表面和内部活性剂浓度的演化方程组,通过数值计算分析了表面弹性和活性剂溶解度耦合作用下的液膜演化特征.结果表明:表面弹性是影响可溶性活性剂垂直液膜排液过程中必不可少的因素.排液初期,随表面弹性增加,液膜初始厚度增大,表面更趋于刚性化.随排液进行,弹性不同的液膜呈现不同的典型排液特征:当弹性较小时,液膜上部表面张力高,下部表面张力低,产生正向的马兰戈尼效应,与重力作用相抗衡.当弹性较大时,膜上部表面张力低,下部表面张力高,产生逆向的马兰戈尼效应,促使液膜排液加速,更易发生失稳.活性剂溶解度通过控制液膜表面的活性剂分子吸附量,进而影响表面弹性:当活性剂溶解度较大时,液膜厚度较小,很快发生破断;随溶解度降低,液膜稳定性增加,初始表面弹性也随之增大,并随液膜变薄逐渐接近极限膨胀弹性值. 相似文献

报道了利用蓝宝石介质谐振器技术测量MgB2超导薄膜的微波表面电阻Rs、OK时的穿透深度λ(O)和超导能隙△(O).λ(O)和△(O)的值是通过先测量样品穿透深度λ(T)的变化量△λ(T),然后由BCS理论模型拟合△λ(T)的实验数据得到的.测试样品是利用化学气相沉积技术在MgO(111)基片上制备的c轴织构的MgB2超导薄膜,薄膜的超导转变温度和转变宽度分别为38K和0.1K.微波测试结果表明在10K,18GHz下MgB2薄膜的Rs约为100μΩ,可以和高质量的YBCO薄膜的Rs值相比拟;BCS理论拟合得到的MgB2超导薄膜的λ(0)=102nm,△(0):1.13kTc. 相似文献

A rigid-glass prism (square or rectangular base,
rectangular cross-section) is sheared off a thin film of silicone
elastomer bonded to a glass plate by applying a tangential force
at various distances above the prism/elastomer interface. At a
given tangential force, the prism starts to slide on the
elastomeric film. As the sliding velocity, thus the frictional
force, is progressively increased, an elastic instability
develops at the interface that results in the formation of
numerous bubbles. These bubbles, the lateral dimension of which
is comparable to the thickness of the film, move across the
interface with speeds 1000 times faster than the overall sliding
speed of the glass prism against the PDMS film. It is found that
the glass prism continues to slide on the elastomeric film as
long as the applied shear stress is less than a critical value.
During sliding, however, a normal stress is developed at the
interface that decays from the front (i.e. where the
force is applied) to the rear end of the prism. When the normal
stress reaches a critical value, the prism comes off the film. The
critical shear stress of fracture increases with the modulus of
the film, but decreases with the thickness following a square root
relationship, as is the case with the removal of rigid punches
from thin elastomeric films by normal pull-off forces. 相似文献

针对连续凹槽基底上含非溶性活性剂液膜的流动过程, 采用润滑理论建立了液膜厚度和活性剂浓度演化模型, 利用PDECOL程序数值模拟得到了液膜流动的动力学特征及基底结构参数的影响. 研究表明: 活性剂液膜流经连续凹槽时, 负向台阶处形成凹陷, 正向台阶处形成隆起, 且随时间逐渐增大; 与平整基底相比, 连续凹槽下的活性剂液膜铺展速度加快; 基底凹槽的高度增加或斜度减小可加速液膜破断的可能性; 增大凹槽宽度可促进液膜流动; 减小斜度会使液膜进入第一凹槽前形成隆起特征; 重力在液膜的爬坡和下坡过程中具有相反的作用, 但均使得流动稳定性变差; 分子间作用力形成的结合压可加速液膜流动, 进而引发去湿润现象, 分离压则与之相反.

为了实现光刻胶表面形貌的广域、高精度测量,对新一代测量理论及测量方法进行了研究。首先分析了被测物件的特性,根据其柔软、透明的特征提出应用光干涉法和机械探针相结合的方法进行测量,同时阐明了使用此方法进行表面形貌测量的优点,并据此原理搭建了光学多探针表面形貌测量装置,光学测量部分采用白光干涉计,探针部分采用拥有8只球型探头的多点悬臂测量探针。然后应用此装置对标准刻槽试件和半透明光造型薄膜试件进行了测量。测量52 nm的标准刻槽试件时得到了测量误差小于2%,标准偏差小于1 nm的结果,表明本装置可以达到高精度测量表面形貌的目的。通过测量高约400 nm的树脂材料证实了此装置可以克服多重反射的影响测量透明薄膜的表面形貌。 相似文献

以高纯ZnO为靶材,氩气为溅射气体,利用射频磁控溅射技术在石英衬底上生长出纤锌矿结构的富锌ZnO薄膜.薄膜沿(002)择优取向生长,厚约为1.2μm,呈现电绝缘特性.将溅射的ZnO薄膜在10-3Pa,510~1 000 K的温度范围等温退火1 h,室温Hall测量结果表明ZnO薄膜的导电性能经历了由绝缘—n型—p型—n型半导体的变化.XPS测试表明ZnO薄膜的Zn/O离子比随退火温度的升高而降低,但一直是富锌ZnO,说明未掺杂的富锌ZnO也可以形成p型导电.p型未掺杂富锌ZnO薄膜的形成可归因于VZn受主浓度可以克服VO和Zni本征施主的补偿效应. 相似文献

By modifying the interchange interactions and the transverse fields on the epitaxy surface layer,this paper studies the phase transition properties of an n-layer ferroelectric thin film by the Fermi-type Green’s function technique based on the transverse Ising model with a four-spin interaction.The special attention is given to the effect of the epitaxy surface layer on the first-order phase transition properties in the parameter space constructed by the ratios of the bulk transverse field and the bulk four-spin interaction to the bulk two-spin interaction with the framework of the higher-order decoupling approximation to the Fermi-type Green’s function.The results show that the first-order phase transition properties will be changed significantly due to the modification of interchange interaction and transverse field parameters on the epitaxy surface layer.The dependence of the first-order phase transition properties on the thickness of ferroelectric thin films is also discussed. 相似文献

针对含不溶性活性剂的垂直液膜排液过程,在考虑分离压作用的前提下,引入随活性剂浓度变化的表面黏度模型,应用润滑理论建立了液膜厚度、活性剂浓度和液膜表面速度的演化方程组,通过数值计算分析了常表面黏度和变表面黏度情形下的液膜演化特征.结果表明:表面黏度是影响液膜排液过程的重要因素,当不考虑表面黏度时,液膜表面呈"流动"模式,反之呈"刚性"模式,且随表面黏度增加,液膜排液速率明显减缓.分离压对"黑膜"的形成至关重要,分离压单独作用时,其形成的"黑膜"长度较短,而只考虑表面黏度时,则不能形成稳定的"黑膜".而在二者协同作用下,液膜中部形成了向下扩展、厚度很薄但非常稳定的"黑膜",且"黑膜"厚度、出现时间均随表面黏度的增大而增加.当考虑活性剂浓度对表面黏度的影响时,表面速度受此影响显著;在形成"黑膜"长度及出现时间方面与相应常表面黏度的情形基本类似,但其"黑膜"厚度小于相应常表面黏度,故在液膜排液过程中更容易发生失稳. 相似文献
