A novel class of chiral glycosyl‐triazole‐based P,N ligands were synthesized by ‘click chemistry’ and were applied to the Rh‐catalyzed asymmetric hydrosilylation of a range of substituted acetophenones. Enantioselective hydrosilylation of acetophenone gave (S)‐1‐phenylethanol in moderate enantioselectivity (72% ee) and in good conversion (93%).  相似文献

A new method to synthesize both enantiomers of 2-diphenylphosphino-ferrocenecarboxaldehyde with the phosphine group protected as a thiophosphine group was developed. These aldehydes react with 1,2 or 1,3 diols to give, in good yields, new chiral phosphine-acetals. For unsymmetrical (R)-1,3-butanediol, the new asymmetrical acetalic carbon is asymmetric and its configuration was completely controlled by the chirality of the diol. These new P,O ligands were tested in the palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic substitution of 1,3-diphenylprop-2-enylacetate. Good yields and enantioselectivities up to 77% were observed. The catalytic performances of two diastereoisomeric ligands with opposite configurations in planar chirality only proved to be significantly different, showing a strong influence of both planar and central chiralities.  相似文献

A new and efficient protocol for the P, O chelate Pd(II)/AgNO3 cocatalyzed oxidative homocoupling reaction of aromatic terminal alkynes in the synthesis of symmetrical 1,4-disubstituted-1,3-diynes was described in aqueous media under ambient atmosphere. The results showed that both NEt3 and THF/H2O (in 4:1 proportion) played crucial roles in the reaction. In contrast, this protocol employs a low palladium(II) complex loading and AgNO3 as cocatalyst to obtain the homocoupled products in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

Furano-Aliphatic copolyesters, such as poly(propylene furanic)-co-(polycaprolactone) (PPF-co-PCL), Poly(propylene furanic)-co-(polylactide) (PPF-co-PLA) and Poly(propylene furanic)-co-(polyglycolide) (PPF-co-PGA) were prepared by ring opening polymerization (R.O.P.) using monomers derived from renewable resources. These copolyesters were characterized by 1H-NMR, DSC and TGA. The degree of randomness determined by 1H-NMR is close to 1, reflecting a random distribution, sometimes less than one. This indicates that these polyesters have a character to block. The hydrolytic degradation of polymers was performed at pH 4.35 at 37°C over a period of four weeks. The oxidative degradation proved a mass loss of about 50%.  相似文献

A full line-shape analysis of the VT 31P NMR spectra was carried out for the monomer-dimer equilibrium of neutral ZDDP. The energy surface and the energetics of the monomer-dimer equilibrium (DeltaH degrees , DeltaG degrees , Ea, DeltaH(not equal), and DeltaG(not equal)) are reported for three variants wherein the alkyl groups in the ZDDP are 2-ethylhexyl, isopropyl, and isobutyl. We explored a reaction pathway between the monomer and dimer form by means of density functional theory (DFT). The linear combination of atomic orbitals (LCAO) code DMol3 was used together with a synchronous transient method to effectively locate transition states. Vibrational eigenmodes of all intermediates were computed to capture finite temperature effects. Methyl and ethyl were considered as alkyl groups. Two novel intermediates were located-a four-membered ring and a six-membered ring intermediate along the reaction coordinate. Comparison of the experimentally derived and computed energy surfaces was carried out.  相似文献
