A new eremophilane sesquiterpene, (2β)‐2‐deoxo‐2‐methoxytessaric acid ( 1 ), and two new eudesmane sesquiterpenes, (3β,10α)‐3‐methoxyleudesma‐4,11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid ( 2 ) and (3α,4β,8α)‐4‐(acetyloxy)‐3‐(2,3‐dihydroxy)‐2‐methyl‐1‐oxobutoxy‐8‐hydroxyeudesm‐7(11)‐eno‐12,8‐lactone ( 3 ), along with the ten known compounds 4 – 13 were isolated from the aerial parts of Laggera pterodonta. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 2D‐NMR data.  相似文献

The root of C. ainsliaeflora has been used for curing pellagra, rheumatismal edema and insecticide1. In this paper, we report the structure elucidation of two new eremophilane sesquiterpenes (1, 2) from the roots of C. ainsliaeflora. Compound 1, colorless gum, [(]: -50 (c 0.50, CHCl3). HRESI-MS showed [M+H]+ at m/z 377.19528 (calcd for C21H29O6 377.19587), corresponding to a molecular formula C21H28O6. Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel (Zingiberaceae) has been reported to show antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective effects. In this study, two new eudesmane sesquiterpenes, 7α-hydroperoxy eudesma-3,11-diene-2-one (1) and 7β-hydroperoxy eudesma-3,11-diene-2-one (2), and a new eremophilane sesquiterpene, 3α-hydroxynootkatone (3), were isolated from the MeOH extract of dried fruits of A. oxyphylla along with eleven known sesquiterpenes (4–14). The structures were elucidated by the analysis of 1D/2D NMR, high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HRESIMS), and optical rotation data. Compounds (1–3, 5–14) were evaluated for their protective effects against tert-butyl hydroperoxide (tBHP)-induced oxidative stress in adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs). As a result, treatment with isolated compounds, especially compounds 11 and 12, effectively reverted the damage of tBHP on ADMSCs in a dose-dependent manner. In particular, 11 and 12 at 50 µM improved the viability of tBHP-toxified ADMSCs by 1.69 ± 0.05-fold and 1.61 ± 0.03-fold, respectively.  相似文献

从大叶橐吾的根部分离得到三个新的艾里莫芬型倍半萜(1, 23), 经多种波谱方法和单晶X射线衍射确定它们的结构分别为: 6α,15β-环氧-8β-羟基-艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-8α,12-内酯(1), 7-乙酰基-13β-羧酸-6(7)-烯-降-艾里莫芬烷(2), 艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-6α,15β-内酯(3). 此外, 对化合物1进行了抗菌和抗癌活性测试.  相似文献

Abstract

A new naturally occurring trinoreudesmane sesquiterpene, artahongkongol A (1), together with seven known eudesmane sesquiterpenes (2?8), was isolated from the stems and leaves of Artabotrys hongkongensis Hance. Among them, 1 is a rare trinoreudesmane sesquiterpene containing 12 carbon atoms on the carbon skeleton. All known compounds (2?8) were isolated from the genus Artabotrys for the first time. The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparisons with data reported in the literature. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Compounds 1?8 showed significant inhibitory effects against various human cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 0.57 to 15.68?μM.  相似文献

Abstract

One new sterpurane sesquiterpene (1), named (3R,6S,7S,8R,10S)-3,7,14-trihydroxy-1-sterpurene was isolated from cultures of the basidiomycete Pholiota nameko. The structure of new compound was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic. Additionally, a single crystal X-ray diffraction not only confirmed the structure, but also determined the absolute configuration of the new compound. A new eremophilane sesquiterpene, xylareremophil (1), together with five known eremophilanes, 1α,10α-epoxy-3α-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8β-olide (2), 1,10α,13-trihydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8-olide (3), 1α,10α-epoxy-13-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8β-olide (4), mairetolides B (5) and G (6) were isolated from the endophytic fungus Xylaria sp. GDG-102 cultured from Sophora tonkinensis. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis. The absolute configurations of 1 was determined by comparing computed electronic circular dichroism (ECD) and optical rotation (OR) with experimental results. Compounds 1, 5 and 6 showed antibacterial activities against Proteus vulgaris, Micrococcus luteus, Micrococcus lysodeikticus and Bacillus subtilis with MIC values of 25–100 μg/mL.  相似文献

Using various chromatographic separations, eight sesquiterpenoids (18), including one new compound 3β,5α-dihydroxyeudesma-4(15),11-diene (1), were isolated from the MeOH extract of the Vietnamese soft coral Sinularia erecta. The structure elucidation was confirmed by spectroscopic experiments including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The cytotoxic activities against three human cancer cell lines (A-549, HeLa and PANC-1) of all isolated compounds were evaluated by MTT-based colorimetric assays. Abstract

Two new p-terphenyls, neonambiterphenyls A and B (12), a new benzoquinone, neonambiquinone A (3), together with six known sesquiterpenes (49), were isolated from the bioluminescent mushroom Neonothopanus nambi PW3. The isolated compounds were identified by mass, IR and spectroscopic analyses (1D and 2D NMR). Compounds 13 and 57 showed cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines such as KB, NCI-H187 and MCF-7 with IC50 values ranging from 1.45 to 49.31?µg/mL. In addition, compounds 1 and 5 showed cytotoxicity against Vero cells with IC50 values of 38.72 and 32.90?µg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

Seven new sesquiterpenes, named croargoid A–G (1–7), were isolated from the bark of Croton argyratus. Compounds 1–4 were the first examples of eudesmane sesquiterpene lactones containing C5-OH group. Compound 7 was a highly degraded eudesmane sesquiterpene possessing a rare eleven-carbon skeleton. Their structures with stereochemistry were mainly elucidated by NMR analyses in combination with MS and ECD data. Cytotoxicities and NO inhibitions of all isolates were evaluated and only compound 5 showed moderate NO inhibitory activity.  相似文献
