Abstract

A molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) for the recognition of atenolol has been synthesized using a non‐covalent approach. Finally, this MIP has been utilized as a recognition element in a flow‐through optosensing system with fluorescence detection, showing desirable sensitivity and selectivity characteristics.  相似文献

A novel polymer featuring oligoaniline pendants that exhibits reversible electroactivity and good electrochromic properties with high contrast value, acceptable switching times, and excellent coloration efficiency is presented. This polymer can undergo reversible changes in fluorescence in response to reductive and oxidative chemical stimulus, pH, and electrical potential. The fluorescence switching operation shows reasonable reversibility and reproducibility when subjected to multiple stimuli. In this elegant fluorescence switching system, the oligoaniline pendants are used as fluorophore and regulatory units simultaneously.

Abstract

An analysis of the potentiometric titration curves for the silver-cyanide system indicates two possible approaches to the determination of cyanide ion at low levels. Both involve an indirect measurement of the silver ion in equilibrium with argentocyanide complex. These procedures are considerably more sensitive than the conventional method using a “silver iodide” cyanide responsive electrode.  相似文献

作为荧光传感材料,荧光聚合物不仅具有传感单元多、荧光亮度高、光稳定性好等特点,而且方便制备荧光传感薄膜,易于实现器件化,在爆炸物荧光检测中得到了广泛的研究与应用。近年来,随着荧光聚合物从传统的线型结构向支化和多孔网络结构的拓展,以及各种功能单元的引入,大量的新型荧光聚合物有效地提升了爆炸物检测的灵敏度、选择性和响应速度等性能。本综述从线型聚合物、支化聚合物、多孔聚合物三类体系出发,总结和评述了用于爆炸物荧光检测的线型共轭与非共轭聚合物、树枝状分子与超支化聚合物、无定形与结晶型多孔聚合物等典型体系的分子结构设计策略、功能特点以及传感性能,并展望了荧光聚合物未来在爆炸物检测应用中所面临的机遇和挑战。  相似文献

Selective and sensitive detection of toxic cyanide (CN?) by a post‐synthetically altered metal–organic framework (MOF) has been achieved. A post‐synthetic modification was employed in the MOF to incorporate the specific recognition site with the CN? ion over all other anions, such as Cl?, Br?, and SCN?. The aqueous‐phase sensing and very low detection limit, the essential prerequisites for an effective sensory material, have been fulfilled by the MOF. Moreover, the present detection level meets the standard set by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the permissible limit of cyanide concentration in drinking water. The utilization of MOF‐based materials as the fluorometric probes for selective and sensitive detection of CN? ions has not been explored till now.  相似文献

A novel conjugated polyelectrolyte P1, having a meta‐substituted monopyridyl in the backbone, is designed and synthesized for Ag+ detection in aqueous solution. As a chemosensor, P1 shows high sensitivity, low detection limit, and excellent selectivity for Ag+ over other metal ions. The sensing mechanism is based on the specific interaction between Ag+ and the pyridyl group of P1. The aggregated state of the polymer in water can amplify its quenching efficiency.  相似文献

A highly selective assay method has been developed to detect mercury (II) (Hg2+) ions using cationic conjugated polymer (CCP). The transduction mechanism is based on a Hg2+ promoted reaction. In the absence of Hg2+ ions, the CCP can form the complex with an anionic 1,3‐dithiole‐2‐thione derivative through electrostatic interactions. The fluorescence of CCP is efficiently quenched by 1,3‐dithiole‐2‐thione derivative via an electron transfer process. Upon adding Hg2+ ions, the transformation of 1,3‐dithiole‐2‐thione into 1,3‐dithiole‐2‐one inhibits the quenching, and the fluorescence of CCP is recovered. Distinguishing aspects of this assay include the signal amplification of CCPs and a specific Hg2+ promoted reaction. By triggering the change in the emission intensity of CCP, it is possible to detect Hg2+ ions in aqueous solution.

A series of conjugated cationic polymers, differentiated only by their accompanying counter‐anions, was prepared and characterized. The choice of counter‐anion (CA) was found to drastically impact the solubility of the polymers and their optical properties in solution and in the solid state. Fluorescent polymer thin films were found to be instantaneously quenched by volatile amines in the gas phase at low ppm concentrations, and a mini‐array with CAs as variable elements was found to be able to differentiate amines with good fidelity.  相似文献

A hybrid coumarin–thiazole compound was developed as a novel ratiometric and colorimetric sensor for bisulfite anions. Structure identification of the compound was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1H,1H COSY, heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), IR, and HRMS spectroscopy. The detection of bisulfite anions was performed through the Michael addition of the bisulfite anion toward the hybrid coumarin–thiazole sensor. The reaction between the sensor and bisulfite anion caused the fluorescence intensity to decrease at 600 nm and to increase at 450 nm and simultaneously yielded a visible color change from purplish red to colorless because the π conjugation between thiazole and coumarin was blocked. The sensor possessed high selectivity and sensitivity for bisulfite with respect to other common anions in aqueous solution. Moreover, the practical value of this sensor was confirmed by its application in the detection of bisulfite anion in human breast adenocarcinoma cells and granulated sugar.  相似文献

Programmable assembly of biomolecules is a fast growing research area that aims to emulate nature's elegance in creating numerous hierarchical self-assembled structures, which are responsible for unimaginably difficult biological functions. Protein assembly is a particularly challenging task, owing to their structural diversity, conformational heterogeneity, and high molecular weight. This article reveals the ability of a supramolecular structure-directing unit (SSDU) to regulate the entropically favourable supramolecular assembly of a covalently conjugated protein (bovine serum albumin (BSA)) to produce well-defined protein-decorated micelles with remarkably high thermal stability, suppression of the thermal denaturation of the protein, and retention of enzymatic activity. Furthermore, a SSDU-appended thermo-responsive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) co-assembles with the SSDU–BSA conjugate because, in both cases, assembly was primarily driven by specific molecular recognition between the SSDUs. However, the resulting supramolecular protein–polymer conjugate exhibits distinctly different polymersome structure to that of the micellar particle produced by the protein-SSDU conjugate. In this case, the enzymatic activity can be significantly suppressed above the lower critical solution temperature of supramolecularly conjugated PNIPAM, possibly due to collapse of the de-solvated polymer chains on the protein surface.  相似文献

Abstract

A continuous measurement system for free cyanide has been developed based on the principle of diffusion across a gas-permeable membrane to affect the separation of hydrogen cyanide from the acidified sample solution. The cyanide absorbed in the alkaline indicator solution is subsequently analyzed by an indirect technique using a silver ion-selective electrode. In the concentration range of 30 to 400 μg CN?/L, the accuracy and precision of this method is approximately two percent. The detection limit of this system is approximately 0.5 μg CN?/L.  相似文献

Cyanide is extremely hazardous to living organisms and the environment. Owing to its wide range of applications and high toxicity, the development of functional materials for cyanide detection and sensing is highly desirable. Host–guest complexation between bis(p-phenylene)-34-crown-10 H and N-methylacridinium salt G remarkably decreases the detection limit for cyanide anions compared with that of the guest itself. The [2]pseudorotaxane selectively recognizes the cyanide anion with high optical sensitivity as a result of the nucleophilic addition of the cyanide anion at the 9-position of G . The host–guest complexation is further incorporated into supramolecular materials for the visual detection of cyanide anions, especially the detection of cellular cyanide excretion with a detection limit of 0.6 μm . This supramolecular method provides an extremely distinct strategy for the visual detection of cyanide anions.  相似文献

利用激光气化铁氰化钾或亚铁氰化钾并利用飞行时间质谱检测方法对氰化钾团簇的形成机理进行了研究,结果发现:团簇正离子可归属为[K(KCN)_n] ̄+,n=0~37,它们的幻数为n=4、13、22、37;团族负离子可归属为[(KCN)_nCN] ̄-=,n=0~13,它们的幻数为n=4、13。这些幻数与氯化钠等碱金属卤化物团簇体系完全一致。这表明:它们的团簇结构应该是相同的,即1×3×3(n=4)、3×3×3(n=13)、3×3×5(n=22)、3×5×5(n=37)结构。因此氰化钾晶体的初期形成过程也应采取NaCl型结构的增长途径。在激光气化产生的等离子体中,正、负离子与中性团簇的碰撞增长反应、正离子与负离子的复合反应以及团簇的亚稳态解离反应造成了团簇离子的不同丰度分布。氰化钾团簇中稳定立方体结构的产生决定了幻数的出现。  相似文献

A poly(dimethylsiloxane)/glass hybrid microfluidic chip with integrated silver electrode is described for electrochemical detection of anions. The working electrode was directly fabricated on a glass slide and the chip formed by reversibly sealing of a PDMS slab with microchannels to the slide. Under an alkaline phosphate condition, thiocyanide and three halides were sensitively detected. Factors influencing the separation and detection procedure were discussed and optimized. Linear responses over two magnitudes were obtained with limit of detection at the micromolar level.  相似文献

Rapid and sensitive methods to detect proteins and protein denaturation have become increasingly needful in the field of proteomics, medical diagnostics, and biology. In this paper, we have reported the synthesis of a new cationic water‐soluble conjugated polymer that contains fluorene and diene moieties in the backbone ( PFDE ) for protein identification by sensing an array of PFDE solutions in different ionic strengths using the linear discriminant analysis technique (LDA). The PFDE can form complexes with proteins by electrostatic and/or hydrophobic interactions and exhibits different fluorescence response. Three main factors contribute to the fluorescence response of PFDE , namely, the net charge density on the protein surface, the hydrophobic nature of the protein, and the metalloprotein characteristics. The denaturation of proteins can also be detected using PFDE as a fluorescent probe. The interactions between PFDE and proteins were also studied by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and isothermal titration microcalorimetry (ITC) techniques. In contrast to other methods based on conjugated polymers, the synthesis of a series of quencher or dye‐labeled acceptors or protein substrates has been avoided in our method, which significantly reduces the cost and the synthetic complexity. Our method provides promising applications on protein identification and denaturation detection in a simple, fast, and label‐free manner based on non‐specific interaction‐induced perturbation of PFDE fluorescence response.  相似文献

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was rationally synthesized with the aid of computer based studies. The computational studies were used to screen for the most suitable template to functional monomer molar ratio. Two functional monomers were involved in the study (methacrylic acid and 4‐vinylpyridine). Four MIP ratios were synthesized in accordance with the results of the computational studies and their performance was evaluated using equilibrium rebinding assays. The MIP with the best performance was used as an additive in carbon paste electrodes for the voltammetric determination of valaciclovir (VCV). Following the optimization of voltammetric parameters, a linear response was obtained in the range of 1.0x10−6–7.0x10−4 M with a limit of detection at 4.45x10−7 M. The MIP modified carbon paste electrode was successfully applied for the determination of VCV in pure solutions and dosage form.  相似文献

在传统氰化物检测方法的基础上,提出了一种新的方法—数码比色法。在一定条件下,苦味酸与氰化物生成黄色化合物,用数码相机对显色溶液拍照,通过数码比色,进行灰度处理,照片的三原色值与氰化物的浓度成线性关系,可以直接分析出其氰化物的浓度。对唾液样品测定,其回收率为98.18%,对照品测定的相对标准偏差RSD为1.5%。研究结果表明,数码比色法具有准确度和精密度都比较理想,方便快速、环境友好等特点。  相似文献
