In present work a simple methodology for electroanalytical sensing of diethylstilbestrol (DES) using graphene quantum dots (GQD) surface modified screen‐printed electrodes (SPE) is reported. GQD was synthesized by simple bottom‐up method based on citric acid pyrolysis at 200 °C and electrodeposited directly at electrode surface under cyclic voltammetric conditions. The obtained GQD presented an average diameter of 7 nm and was characterized by techniques such as transmission and scanning electron microscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The proposed sensor exhibits a linear response from 0.05 to 7.5 μmol L?1, with limit of detection and quantification of 8.8 nmol L?1 and 29.0 nmol L?1, respectively. The repeatability study presented RSD=3.6 % for 6 consecutive measurements using the same electrode surface and the reproducibility study showed RSD=6.6 % for measurements with 6 different electrode surfaces. The proposed sensor was successfully applied for DES determination in synthetic urine and tap water spiked samples and good recoveries were obtained without any sample pre‐treatment, showing its promising analytical performance.  相似文献

A core‐shell structure with CuO core and carbon quantum dots (CQDs) and carbon hollow nanospheres (CHNS) shell was prepared through facile in‐situ hydrothermal process. The composite was used for non‐enzymatic hydrogen peroxide sensing and electrochemical overall water splitting. The core‐shell structure was established from the transmission electron microscopy image analysis. Raman and UV‐Vis spectroscopy analysis confirmed the interaction between CuO and CQDs. The electrochemical studies showed the limit of detection and sensitivity of the prepared composite as 2.4 nM and 56.72 μA μM?1 cm?2, respectively. The core‐shell structure facilitated better charge transportation which in turn exhibited elevated electro‐catalysis towards hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and overall water splitting. The overpotential of 159 mV was required to achieve 10 mA cm?2 current density for HER and an overpotential of 322 mV was required to achieve 10 mA cm?2 current density for OER in 1.0 M KOH. A two‐electrode system was constructed for overall water splitting reaction, which showed 10 and 50 mA cm?2 current density at 1.83 and 1.96 V, respectively. The prepared CuO@CQDs@CHNS catalyst demonstrated excellent robustness in HER and OER catalyzing condition along with overall water splitting reaction. Therefore, the CuO@CQDs@CHNS could be considered as promising electro‐catalyst for H2O2 sensing, HER, OER and overall water splitting.  相似文献

Mesoporous materials have exceptional properties for application owing to their ability to absorb and interact with guest species. A novel MgO/OMC composite with mesoporous structure was successfully synthesized via in situ magnesiothermic reduction. The structure was confirmed by N2 sorption isotherms, X‐ray diffraction pattern (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). By using nafion and bismuth films as co‐modifiers, the MgO/OMC composite material shows high sensitivity of 0.113 μA ? L μg?1 and lower background current for electrochemical determination of lead ion (Pb2+) by using anodic stripping voltammetry. The high specific surface area and good mass transfer on the proposed mesoporous material, as well as the outstanding adsorption abilities of MgO to metal ions and the excellent conductivity of the carbon skeleton contribute to the enhanced electrochemical response of Pb2+. As the stripping response of Bi/MgO/OMC‐Nafion/PGE is highly linear (R2=0.998) over a Pb2+ concentration range of 2 to 300 μg/L, it was successfully used to analyse Pb2+ in real tap‐water samples with good recoveries.  相似文献

A selective, sensitive novel electrochemical sensor for detection of methyl parathion on the preparation of a carbon dots (C-dots)/ZrO2 nanocomposite was developed. The C-dots/ZrO2 nanocomposite was fabricated using electrochemical deposition onto a glassy carbon electrode and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The optimum parameters such as effect of pH, accumulation time, accumulation potential, scan rate, effect of amount of C-dots and effect of amount of ZrO2 were investigated. The C-dots/ZrO2 modified glassy carbon electrode allowed rapid, selective determination of methyl parathion in rice samples by adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The stripping response was highly linear over the methyl parathion concentrations ranging from 0.2 ng mL?1 to 48 ng mL?1, with a detection limit of 0.056 ng mL?1. This novel electrochemical nanocomposite-based electrochemical sensor was successfully applied for the detection of methyl parathion in rice samples.  相似文献

Within this paper, a glassy carbon electrode modified with single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs?GCE) was prepared, and employed for the determination of clorsulon (Clo), which is a frequently used veterinary drug against common liver fluke. The comprehensive topographical and electrochemical characterizations of bare GCE and SWCNTs?GCE were performed by atomic force microscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. Significantly enhanced electrochemical characteristics of SWCNTs?GCE toward a ferrocyanide/ferricyanide redox couple was observed when compared to bare GCE. Further, the prepared sensor was applied for the voltammetric determination of Clo, which was electrochemically investigated for the first time in this work. Voltammetric experiments were performed using square‐wave voltammetry with optimized parameters in phosphate buffer solution, pH 6.8, which was selected as the most suitable medium for the determination of Clo. The corresponding current at approx. +1.1 V increased linearly with Clo concentration within two linear dynamic ranges of 0.75–4.00 μmol L?1 (R2=0.9934) and 4.00–15.00 μmol L?1 (R2=0.9942) with a sensitivity for the first calibration range of 0.76 μA L μmol?1, a limit of detection of 0.19 μmol L?1, and a limit of quantification of 0.64 μmol L?1. The developed method was subsequently applied for quantitative analysis of Clo in milk samples with results proving high repeatability and recovery.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective chemical sensor was prepared based on metallic copper‐copper oxides and zinc oxide decorated graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode (Cu?Zn/GO/GCE) through an easily electrochemical method for the quantification of bisphenol A (BPA). The composite electrode was characterized via scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The electrochemical behavior of BPA in Britton‐Robinson (BR) buffer solution (pH 7.1) was examined using cyclic voltammetry (CV). Under optimized conditions, the square wave voltammetry (SWV) response of Cu?Zn/GO/GCE towards BPA indicates two linear relationships within concentrations (3.0 nmol L?1?0.1 μmol L?1 and 0.35 μmol L?1?20.0 μmol L?) and has a low detection limit (0.88 nmol L?1). The proposed electrochemical sensor based on Cu?Zn/GO/GCE is both time and cost effective, has good reproducibility, high selectivity as well as stability for BPA determination. The developed composite electrode was used to detect BPA in various samples including baby feeding bottle, pacifier, water bottle and food storage container and satisfactory results were obtained with high recoveries.  相似文献

Here is reported the novel determination of hydrogen peroxide by electrochemiluminescence using a chitosan–graphene composite film doped cadmium-tellurium quantum dot modified glassy carbon electrode. The cadmium-tellurium quantum dots were studied by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. Scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure morphology of the composite matrix. The electrochemiluminescence emission was linear with the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the range of 3.5?×?10?7 to 1.1?×?10?5?M with a determination limit of 2.1?×?10?7?M. Furthermore, the modified electrode showed excellent reproducibility and stability.  相似文献

A porous composite film was fabricated combining the advantages of multiwalled carbon nanotubes, CeO2 and chitosan. The synergistic effect of the film improved the immobilization of probe ssDNA. The loaded probe ssDNA was used for detection of CdSe quantum dots labeled target DNA. The DNA hybridization reaction was detected by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry of Cd2+ after the oxidative release of labeled CdSe quantum dots. The established DNA biosensor can discriminate different target sequences associated with 35S promoter of cauliflower mosaic virus gene with relatively wide linear range and low detection limit (2.4×10?13 mol/L).  相似文献

This work describes the development of a novel method for glucose determination exploiting a photoelectrochemical‐assisted batch injection analysis cell designed and constructed with the aid of 3D printer technology. The PEC‐BIA cell was coupled to a LED lamp in order to control the incidence of light on the Cu2O/Ni(OH)2/FTO photoelectroactive platform. The electrochemical characteristics of Cu2O/Ni(OH)2/FTO photoelectroactive platform were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, amperometry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The PEC‐BIA cell presented linear response range, limit of detection based on a signal‐to‐noise ratio of three, and sensitivity of 1–1000 μmol L?1, 0.76 μmol L?1 and 0.578 μA L μmol?1, respectively. The PEC‐BIA method presented a mean value of the recovery values of 97.0 % to 102.0 % when it was applied to glucose determination in artificial blood plasma samples which indicates the promising performance of the proposed system to determine glucose.  相似文献

The self-sustaining hybrid electrode was prepared via chemical polymerization of aniline in acid medium containing dispersed carbon nanotubes (CNT), using carbon fiber (CF) as conducting substrate. The ternary composites called PAni/CNT/CF were characterized in order to evaluate their morphologies, structures, and thermal properties. The influence of the polyaniline (PAni) layer in the ternary composite properties was studied considering different deposition times on CF samples (30, 60, and 90 min). The ternary composite morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy while thermal structural analyses were obtained using thermogravimetric measurements. The structural features were analyzed by Raman scattering spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The possible interactions between PAni and CNT were discussed on the basis of Raman and FTIR spectra. These spectroscopic analyses also confirmed that the PAni present in the composite is in the emeraldine (ES) salt form. Furthermore, the ternary composites were also evaluated by electrochemical measurements such as cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge–discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. The results showed good charge storage capacity for ternary composites, in particular, for PAni/CNT/CF obtained with 90 min of deposition time, which exhibited specific capacitance of around 500 F g?1. Therefore, this electrode was selected to build a prototype of type I supercapacitor. This device presented specific capacitance of around 143 F g?1 after 3200 charge/discharge cycles.  相似文献

In this study, glassy carbon electrode modified with nano gold‐crystal violet film has been used to detect arsenite (As (III)) in a model system and in groundwater samples. The modified electrode was characterized by scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Using voltammetric measuring technique, linear response was obtained in a concentration range of 2.0–22.0 μM. The arsenite concentrations in groundwater samples varied between 2.4 μM to 4.8 μM. The sensitivity of the modified electrode for As (III) detection was 5.6 μA/μM cm2 and 0.8 μM concentration was found as lower limit of detection (LOD). The accuracy of the method was checked with standard method anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). Groundwater samples were characterized with dynamic (DLS) and electrophoretic (ELS) light scattering measurements which have shown that particles present in different samples differ in size distribution and zeta potential which did not interfere with As (III) detection.  相似文献

Glucose concentration monitoring is important for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. In this work, a composite material of AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) was prepared for electrochemical determination of glucose. AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) was characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The electrochemical properties of the glassy carbon electrodes modified with the AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) composites were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and current‐time curve (I‐t curve) with three electrode system. The determination of glucose with the electrode modified by AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) has a linear range of 0.01~4 mM with the correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.994. The detection limit is 4.7 μM (S/N=3) and the sensitivity is 1.29 mA ? mM?1 ? cm?2. In addition, this sensing system possesses reasonable reproducibility and stability. The good performance of electrochemical determination for glucose is attributed to the concerted effect of silver nanoparticles and MOF‐74(Ni) on the promotion of glucose oxidation  相似文献

A hollow carbon nanofiber hybrid nanostructure anchored with titanium dioxide (HCNF@TiO2) was prepared as a matrix for effective trapping of sulfur and polysulfides as a cathode material for Li–S batteries. The synthesized composites were characterized and examined by X‐ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurements, field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, scanning transmission electron microscopy, and electrochemical methods such as galvanostatic charge/discharge, rate performance, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests. The obtained HCNF@TiO2–S composite showed a clear core–shell structure with TiO2 nanoparticles coating the surface of the HCNF and sulfur homogeneously distributed in the coating layer. The HCNF@TiO2–S composite exhibited much better electrochemical performance than the HCNF–S composite, which delivered an initial discharge capacity of 1040 mA h g?1 and maintained 650 mAh g?1 after 200 cycles at a 0.5 C rate. The improvements of electrochemical performances might be attributed to the unique hybrid nanostructure of HCNF@TiO2 and good dispersion of sulfur in the HCNF@TiO2–S composite.  相似文献

The detection of acute myocardial infarction directly depends on the concentration of the cardiac troponin I (CTnI) in human blood plasma. In this study, the sensitive, selective, and fast sandwich-type electrochemical CTnI immunosensor was developed by using nitrogen and boron-dopped graphene quantum dots -as electrode platform and two-dimensional Ce-dopped SnO2/SnS2 (Ce–SnO2/SnS2) as signal amplification. In preparation of electrochemical CTnI immunosensor, the coordinated covalent bond between capture antibody (anti-CTnI-Ab1) and nitrogen and boron-dopped graphene quantum dots as electrode platform led to immobilization of anti-CTnI-Ab1, and the strong esterification between the secondary antibody (anti-CTnI-Ab2) and thioglycolic acid-modified Ce–SnO2/SnS2 resulted in anti-CTnI-Ab2 conjugation. Finally, the resultant electrochemical CTnI immunosensor was formed via antigen-antibody interaction. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV–Vis spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy, as well as some electrochemical characterization techniques, including cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to characterize the prepared immunosensor. The detection limit of CTnI in plasma samples was calculated as 2.00 fg mL?1, making it an effective tool for acute myocardial infarction testing.  相似文献

Hybrid magnetite/carbon quantum dots (MagNP/C‐dots) were prepared and their characterization performed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR‐TEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Because of their suitable magnetization and electrochemical properties, they were used as versatile electrode modifiers after magnetically confining onto screen printed carbon electrodes (SPE), with the aid of a miniature external magnet. The reported strategy introduces a convenient procedure for assembling modified electrodes, since the nanoparticles can be easily released by removing the magnet. The non‐enzymatic magnetic biosensor showed excellent performance in the determination of NADH at the concentration range 2×10−7 to 5×10−6 mol L−1, exhibiting a sensitivity of 0.15 μmol L−1 and detection limit of 20 nmol L−1. The MagNP/C‐dots/SPE sensor was also successfully applied for the determination of NADH in serum samples. The interference of typical biological molecules has also been investigated.  相似文献

In this paper, porous carbon was synthesized by an activation method, with phenolic resin as carbon source and nanometer calcium carbonate as activating agent. Sulfur–porous carbon composite material was prepared by thermally treating a mixture of sublimed sulfur and porous carbon. Morphology and electrochemical performance of the carbon and sulfur–carbon composite cathode were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS), and galvanostatic charge–discharge test. The composite containing 39 wt.% sulfur obtained an initial discharge capacity of about 1,130 mA?h g?1 under the current density of 80 mA?g?1 and presented a long electrochemical stability up to 100 cycles.  相似文献

Glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with L‐cysteine and gold nanoparticles‐reduced graphene oxide (AuNPs‐RGO) composite was fabricated as a novel electrochemical sensor for the determination of Cu2+. The AuNPs‐RGO composite was formed on GCE surface by electrodeposition. The L‐cysteine was decorated on AuNPs by self‐assembly. Physicochemical and electrochemical properties of L‐cysteine/AuNPs‐RGO/GCE were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, cyclic voltammetry and adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The results validated that the prepared electrode had many attractive features, such as large electroactive area, good electrical conductivity and high sensitivity. Experimental conditions, including electrodeposition cycle, self‐assembly time, electrolyte pH and preconcentration time were studied and optimized. Stripping signals obtained from L‐cysteine/AuNPs‐RGO/GCE exhibited good linear relationship with Cu2+ concentrations in the range from 2 to 60 μg L−1, with a detection limit of 0.037 μg L−1. Finally, the prepared electrode was applied for the determination of Cu2+ in soil samples, and the results were in agreement with those obtained by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.  相似文献

In this article, we report on the synthesis and new employment of magnetic nickelferrite oxide nanoparticles decorated reduced graphene oxide (NiFe2O4/rGO) to electrochemically sensing of flutamide. The preparation of this electrocatalyst was first assessed using various analytical instrumental techniques including FT‐IR spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction spectroscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, and field emission scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Besides, its electrochemical performance was investigated utilizing some electrochemical methods such as cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry, and also electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The findings of this research are especially relevant for sensing flutamide in aqueous and biological samples. At the optimized conditions, the electrochemical sensor showed a linear range of 0.24–40.0 μmol L?1, the detection limit of 0.05 μmol L?1 flutamide, calibration sensitivity of 1.016 μA/μmol L?1, and repeatability and reproducibility of 1.7 % and 4.1 %, respectively. The selectivity of the method was investigated in the presence of ions, and species can generally exist in the biological medium. The resulting data of the present work represented that this type of magnetic nanocomposites is suitable for selective detection of flutamide in real samples of plasma and urine. The recoveries obtained for flutamide analyses represented lower than 5.0 percent of relative error in these real samples.  相似文献

In this paper, an electrochemical sensor was prepared based on the modification of pencil graphite electrode (PGE) by hollow platinum nanoparticles/reduced graphene oxide (HPtNPs/rGO/PGE) for determination of ceftazidime (CFZ). Initially, rGO was electrodeposited on the electrode surface, and then, hollow platinum nanoparticles were placed on the electrode surface via galvanic displacement reaction of Pt(IV) ions with cobalt nanoparticles (CoNPs) that had electrodeposited on the electrode surface. Several significant parameters controlling the performance of the HPtNPs/rGO/PGE were examined and optimized using central composite design as one optimization methodology. The surface morphology and elemental characterization of the bare PGE, rGO/PGE, CoNPs/rGO/PGE, and HPtNPs/rGO/PGE-modified electrodes was analyzed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The electrochemical activity of CFZ on resulting modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and adsorptive differential pulse voltammetry (AdDPV). Adsorptive differential pulse voltammetry indicates that peak current increases linearly with respect to increment in CFZ concentration. CFZ was determined in the linear dynamic range of 5.0 × 10?13 to 1.0 × 10?9 M, and the detection limit was determined as 2.2 × 10?13 M using AdDPV under optimized conditions. The results showed that modified electrode has high selectivity and very high sensitivity. The method was used to determine of CFZ in drug injection and plasma samples.  相似文献

A rapid and ultrasensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) competitive immunoassay based on CdSe quantum dots (QDs) and the shorter chain as possible (cysteamine and glutaraldehyde) has been designed for the detection of salbutamol (SAL). Cysteamine and glutaraldehyde made coating antigen immobilize well on the gold electrode surface through the reaction between functional groups, which brought about the simplicity of the immunosensor to some extent. Transmission electron microscopy image, dynamic light scattering, photoluminescence, ultraviolet‐visible absorption and electrochemical impedance spectra were used to characterize the prepared CdSe QDs and the cysteamine/glutaraldehyde/Ovalbumin‐SAL/anti‐SAL‐QDs immunosensor. In the air‐saturated PBS buffer containing 0.1 M K2S2O8 and 0.1 M KCl (pH 9.0), a strong ECL emission of QDs can be observed which depended linearly on the logarithm of the salbutamol concentration with a wide range from 0.05 ng mL?1 to 100 ng mL?1, and a detection limit of 0.0056 ng mL?1. The sensitivity, repeatability, and specificity of the ECL immunosensor have been evaluated. The sensor has been applied to real samples with satisfactory results. This work will open new ways of detecting food additive residue based on QDs ECL in immunoassays.  相似文献
