The preparation and characterization of the ammonium hexafluorosilicate salts, 2[R]+ [SiF6]2− (where R=piperidinium (2), methylammonium (3), quinolinium (4), acridinium (5), 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinium (6), and propylammonium (7)) is described.The salts were prepared from the reaction of the corresponding alkylammonium fluoride with silica gel. The compounds were characterized by NMR, IR, mass spectrometry and in the case of 1 (piperidinium fluoride), 2-4 by X-ray crystallography. Compounds 1-3 crystallize in the orthorhombic crystal system (space groups Iba2, Fdd2, and Pnnm, respectively), with Z=8, 14, and 4, respectively. Compound 4 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with Z=2. Compounds 1-4 exhibit hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The triorganotin(IV) derivatives of 2-mercapto-4-quinazolinone (HSqualone) of the type, R3SnL (R = Ph 1, CH32, PhCH23, p-F-PhCH24, o-F-PhCH25, n-Bu 6), were obtained by the reaction of the R3SnCl and HSqualone with 1:1 molar ratio in benzene. All complexes 1-6 were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and the crystal structures of complexes 1-3 were also confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The structure analyses reveal that the tin atoms of complexes 1-3 are all distorted tetrahedral geometries. Furthermore, the dimeric structures in complexes 1-3 have also been found linked by intermolecular O-H?N or N-H?O hydrogen bonding interaction. Interestingly, the dimers of complexes 2 and 3 are further linked into one-dimensional chain through intermolecular C-H?S and C-H?O weak hydrogen bonding interactions, respectively.  相似文献

A study of the behaviour of some electron-rich 2-methyleneindolines (1-3) with different electron-poor reagents (formation of new carbon-carbon and nitrogen-carbon bonds) has furnished interesting results from both synthetic and the mechanistic viewpoints. Enamines 1-3 have been reacted with the β-nitroenamines 4-7 (reaction CeCl3·7H2O promoted), giving the polymethine dyes 14-23. The same bases 1-3 have been nitroalkylated with the nitroolefins 8-10, furnishing the indolines 24-32, and the diastereoselectivity of the reaction has been thoroughly investigated. The most unexpected results derived from the first example of reaction of Fischer's bases with 1,2-diaza-1,3-butadienes. In fact, with 11-13, the ‘unknown’ indoline spirodihydropyrroles 33-40 were formed. Their structures were unambiguously assigned, and we determined, as an example, that of 33 by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Acetic acid-catalyzed condensation of 2-amino-3-(1-imino-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-1,1,4,5,6,7-hexafluoroindene (1b) with acetone and cyclopentanone gives 5,6,7,8,9,9-hexafluoro-2,2-dimethyl-4-trifluoromethyl-2,3-dihydro-1,3-diazafluorene (2a) and 5,6,7,8,9,9-hexafluoro-4-trifluoromethyl-2,3-dihydro-1,3-diazafluorene-2-spiro-1′-cyclopentane (3a) together with small amounts of 5,6,7,8,9,9-hexafluoro-2,2-dimethyl-4-trifluoromethyl-1,2-dihydro-1,3-diazafluorene (2b) and 5,6,7,8,9,9-hexafluoro-4-trifluoromethyl-1,2-dihydro-1,3-diazafluorene-2-spiro-1′-cyclopentane (3b), respectively. When acted upon by (CH3)2SO4 compounds 2, 3 were converted into corresponding fluorine-containing 1-methyl-1,2-dihydro-1,3-diazafluorenes 6, 7. 4a-Chloro-5,6,7,8,9,9-hexafluoro-2,2-dimethyl-4-trifluoromethyl-2,4a-dihydro-1,3-diazafluorene (8) has been synthesized by the interaction of compound 2 with SOCl2. Solution of compound 2 as well as 8 in CF3SO3H-CD2Cl2 generated 5,6,7,8,9,9-hexafluoro-2,2-dimethyl-4-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,3-diazafluorene-4-yl cation (2c). The structures of compounds 2, 3, 6-8 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A three-step synthesis of nineteen Z-shaped quadruple-bridged [6,6] and [6,4]orthocyclophanes comprising two quinoxaline-based sidewalls are described. The synthesis began from the bis-Diels−Alder adducts B1-B3 followed by ruthenium-promoted oxidation of dichloroetheno-bridges in the adducts to generate a bis-α-diketones, which were then condensed with various arene-1,2-diamines (9a-g) to construct sidewalls (phane parts) of Z-shaped quadruple-bridged orthocyclophanes D1-3, D2g, and D3g. Single-crystal structures of six orthocyclophanes (D1a, D2a, D2f, D3f, D2g-α, and D3g-α) were obtained and revealed that the CAr−H?π and π?π stacking interactions between N-containing arene rings are the major driving force for molecular assembly and crystal packing, in addition to the interactions involving the polar OCH3 groups and the solvate molecules.  相似文献

New 1,3-propanediaminocyclotriphosphazene derivatives (7-17) were synthesized from the reactions of spiro-1,3-propanediaminocyclotriphosphazene, N3P3Cl4[NH(CH2)3NH] (1) with the cyclopropanemethylamine (2), cyclohexylamine (3), pyrrolidine (4) cyclohexanol (5), cyclopropylmethanol (6). The structures of the novel compounds (7-17) were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 8, 12 and 13 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The structures of all these three compounds are in the monoclinic crystal system; compounds 8 and 12 have the P21/c space group while compound 13 has the P21/n space group. The ring conformation of the cyclotriphosphazene and other external rings were investigated based on the X-ray crystal structures.  相似文献

A series of Ag(I) complexes containing the 2-amino-5-halopyrimidine ligands have been synthesized and their structures characterized by X-ray crystallography. The isomorphous complexes Ag(L-Cl)2(CF3SO3) (L-Cl = 2-amino-5-chloropyrimidine), 1, and Ag(L-Br)2(CF3SO3) (L-Br = 2-amino-5-bromopyrimidine), 2, are mononuclear, while [Ag(L-Br)(CF3SO3)]6·6C4H10O, 3, and [Ag(L-I)(CF3SO3)]6 (L-I = 2-amino-5-iodopyrimidine), 4, show cyclic self-assembly of six Ag(Ι) atoms and six L-X ligands, resulting in 24-membered metallocycles. The complex [Ag(L-I)(CF3SO3)], 5, forms 1D zigzag chains which are linked through C-I?Ag and Ag?O interactions to form a 3D structure. The tetranuclear complexes [Ag(L-X)(NO3)]4 [X = Cl, 6; Br, 7] form 16-membered metallocycles, while [Ag(L-X)(ClO4)] [X = Cl, 8; Br, 9] exhibit helical chains. The different structure of 5 from 1 and 2 appears to be due to the stronger nucleophilic character of the iodine atom. In these complexes, the relatively smaller NO3 anions lead to the formation of tetranuclear metallocycles and the larger CF3SO3 anions support the hexanuclear metallocycles, whereas the ClO4 anions induce the helical chains.  相似文献

Syntheses of all-Z-tribenzo[12]annulenes (1a-c) and Z,Z-tribenzodidehydro[12]annulenes (2a-c) by the reduction of the corresponding tribenzohexadehydro[12]annulenes 3a-c were carried out using a low valent titanium complex generated from Ti(O-i-Pr)4 and i-PrMgCl. The unique structure of the first reduction products 2a-c as well as 1a-c was fully characterized. Complexation of these annulenes with silver(I) ions produces the corresponding silver complexes. Among them, the silver complexes of 2a-c exhibit interesting monomer-dimer equilibrium.  相似文献

Two types of perfluoro alkyl-containing amphiphilic sulfones 7-9 and 13-15, respectively, and sulfonate betaines 23-32 were prepared using 2-[(perfluoroalkyl)methyl]oxiranes (1-3, RF = C4F9, C6F13, C8F17) or 3-(perfluoroalkyl)propyl iodides (16 and 17, RF = C6F13, C8F17) as the starting compounds. The overall yields of two-step syntheses were above 90%. The compounds 7-9 were prepared by the reaction of oxiranes 1-3 with 2-sulfanylethan-l-ol and subsequent oxidation of intermediate sulfides. Similarly, the amphiphiles 13-15 were obtained by analogous reaction of oxiranes 1-3 with thiomorpholine and subsequent oxidation of the sulfur atom in the morpholine ring. In the syntheses of betaines 23-32, the starting compounds 1-3 or 16 and 17 were first reacted with dimethylamine followed by the ring-opening reaction of the intermediate fluoroalkyl(dimethyl)amines with propane-1,3- or butane-1,4-sultones.  相似文献

[MBr(CO)3{κ2(N,O)-pyca}] [M = Mn(1a), Re(1b), pyca = pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde] and [MoCl(η3-C3H4Me-2)(CO)2{κ2(N,O)-pyca}] (1c) react with aminoacid β-alanine to give the corresponding iminopyridine complexes 2a-2c. The same method affords the iminopyridine derivatives from γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) (3a-3c) and 3-aminobenzoic acid (4a-4c). For complexes 2a-2c, 3a, 3c and 4a, the solid state structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography, revealing interesting differences in their hydrogen-bonding patterns in solid state.  相似文献

In quest of novel organic donors, dimeric tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) and tetraselenafulvalenes (TSFs) linked by a single or double methyl antimony bridge, MeSb(TTF)2 (1), (MeSb)2(TSF)2 (cis-2 and trans-2), and MeSb(TSF)2 (3), have been synthesized. Singly bridged 1 and 3 show three pairs of redox waves, whereas doubly bridged cis-2 and trans-2 show two pairs of redox waves similarly to TSF. The X-ray structural analyses of neutral crystals, 1, cis-2 and trans-2, have succeeded. In their structures, antimony and chalcogen atoms form close intermolecular contacts useful in constructing supramolecular networks.  相似文献

A series of aluminum and zinc complexes supported by functionalized phenolate ligands were synthesized and characterized. Reaction of 2-(3,5-R2C3N2)C6H4NH2 (R = Me, Ph) with salicylaldehyde or 3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde afforded 2-((2-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)phenylimino)methyl)phenol derivatives 2a-2d. Treatment of 2a-2d with an equiv. of AlR23 (R2 = Me, Et) gave corresponding aluminum aryloxides 3a-3e, while reaction with an equiv. of ZnEt2 afforded zinc aryloxides 4a-4d. Treatment of 2c with 0.5 equiv. of ZnEt2 formed diphenolato zinc complex 5. All new compounds were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The structures of complexes 3a, 4a and 5 were further characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The catalytic activity of complexes 3-5 toward the ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone was studied. The zinc complexes (4a-4d) exhibited higher catalytic activity than the aluminum complexes (3a-3e). The diphenolato zinc complex 5 showed lower catalytic activity than the ethylzinc complexes 4a-4d. The aluminum complex (3b) is inactive to initiate the ROP of rac-lactide, while the zinc complex (4d) is active initiator for the ROP of rac-lactide, giving atactic polylactide.  相似文献

Gelation of malonamides was investigated for the first time. Bis(phenylglycinol)malonamide 1, and methyl-, dimethyl-, ethyl-, diethyl- and isopropylmalonamides 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, respectively, exhibited profoundly different gelling properties. Monoalkyl malonamides are efficient organogelators, and their gelling properties strongly depend on their stereochemistry. In contrast, symmetrically substituted dialkymalonamides, that is, (R,R)-dimethylmalonamide 3 and (R,R)-diethylmalonamide 5 as well as the unsubstituted 1 lack any gelation ability. Methyl derivative (R,R)-2 is an excellent, and its ethyl analogue (R,R)-4 a moderate gelator of toluene, p-xylene and tetralin while the isopropyl derivative (R,R)-6 shows only very weak gelation of tetralin and some more polar solvents. Meso diastereoisomers (R,r,S)-2 and (R,s,S)-2, as well as (R,r,S)-4 and (R,s,S)-4), each possessing a pseudoasymmetric centre represent very rare examples of gelling meso-compounds. The racemate 4 (rac-4) showed more efficient gelation of some solvents than the pure enantiomer (R,R)-4, while rac-2 failed to gel any of the solvents which were efficiently gelled by (R,R)-2.  相似文献

Reaction of N-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-4-R-benzaldimines (L-R, R = OCH3, CH3, H, Cl and NO2) with [Os(PPh3)3Br2] in refluxing 2-methoxyethanol in the presence of triethylamine affords two families of organoosmium complexes (1-R and 2-R). In both 1-R and 2-R complexes a benzaldimine ligand is coordinated to the metal center as tridentate C,N,O-donor. In the 1-R complexes, a bidentate N,O-donor imionsemiquinonate ligand, derived from the hydrolysis of another benzaldimine, and a PPh3 ligand are also coordinated to osmium. In the 2-R complexes, a carbonyl, derived from decarbonylation of 4-R-benzaldehyde (derived from the same hydrolysis stated above), and two PPh3 ligands take up the remaining coordination sites on osmium. Structures of the 1-Cl and 2-OCH3 complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the 1-R and 2-R complexes are diamagnetic, and show characteristic 1H NMR signals and intense MLCT transitions in the visible region. Cyclic voltammetry on the 1-R complexes shows a reversible Os(III)-Os(IV) oxidation within 0.47-0.67 V (vs SCE), followed by an irreversible oxidation of the imionsemiquinonate ligand within 1.10-1.36 V. An irreversible Os(III)-Os(II) reduction is also displayed by the 1-R complexes within −1.02 to −1.14 V. Cyclic voltammetry on the 2-R complexes shows a reversible Os(II)-Os(III) oxidation within 0.29-0.51 V, followed by a quasi-reversible oxidation within 1.04-1.29 V, and an irreversible reduction of the coordinated benzaldimine ligand within −1.16 to −1.31 V.  相似文献

The 4-R-benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazones (L-R) are known to react with [Rh(PPh3)3Cl] in refluxing ethanol in the presence of a base (NEt3) to afford organorhodium complexes (2-R), where the thiosemicarbazones are coordinated to rhodium as tridentate CNS donors with the sulfur atom oxidized by aerial oxygen to sulfone. Two triphenylphosphines and a hydride are also coordinated to the metal center. From the reaction with 4-nitrobenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone, a second organorhodium complex (1-NO2) is obtained, in which the sulfur atom is not oxidized. Reaction of the 4-R-benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazones with [Rh(PPh3)3Cl] in refluxing ethanol in the absence of NEt3 affords another group of organorhodium complexes (3-R), in which the thiosemicarbazones are coordinated to rhodium as tridentate CNS donors, along with two triphenylphosphines and a chloride. In these 3-R complexes also the sulfur atom is not oxidized. Structures of all the complexes have been optimized by DFT calculations and compared with the already known X-ray crystallographic structures. Also the experimentally observed electronic absorption bands have been assigned to specific transitions based on the TDDFT studies. Molecular electrostatic potential (MESP) topographical analysis performed to find the deepest MESP point on the coordinated sulfur atom (Vmin) is used as a probe for assessing the oxidizability of the coordinated sulfur in 1-R and 3-R complexes. Energy differences between the three sets of complexes have been estimated and based on the results obtained, 3-R has been experimentally transformed into 2-R, via formation of 1-R as the intermediate.  相似文献

Four (P,N)-ligands (1-4) with different steric and electronic properties were synthesized. They were used to prepare the monocationic palladium complexes [Pd(P,N)(CH3)(NCCH3)](PF6) (9-12). The structures of the newly prepared ligand 3 and the neutral palladium complex [Pd(P,N)(CH3)Cl] (10) were analysed by X-ray. The catalytic activity of the palladium complexes toward the copolymerization of styrene and ethylene with CO was low or non-existent. The nickel complexes [Ni(P,N)(1-naphthyl)Cl] (13-16), modified with the ligands 1-4, were prepared and their catalytic activity toward ethylene oligomerization was studied. They showed high activity at ambient temperature and low ethylene pressure (1-12 bar) in the presence of MAO.  相似文献

Muscarone analogues are compounds that have been proposed for the prevention or treatment of senile dementias. ARL-16607 (I), ARL-15467 (II), ARL-14995 (III) and YM-796 (IV) are spiromuscar-3-one derivatives and behave as muscarinic M1 agonists, with different binding selectivity and efficacy at the M1 receptors. In this work, we have elucidated the solid-state structures of I-III and compared the results obtained with the data available in the literature for IV.The solid-state arrangements of I-IV have then been used to input a series of theoretical calculations. For each molecule, eight conformations have been modeled and the obtained structures (1-32) have been submitted to a series of molecular dynamics/simulated annealing and molecular mechanics calculations aimed to explore the conformational freedom of the spiromuscar-3-one moiety. Some hints about the reactivity of I-IV have been obtained by performing Hartree-Fock, density functional theory and semiempirical quantum mechanics calculations. These studies analyzed the properties of the frontier orbitals and of the molecular electrostatic potential of I-IV.The information gained has been used to explain the better efficacy and poorer selectivity shown by III. Our results suggest that the behavior of III is due to its smaller size, the features of its molecular surface, the shape of its electrostatic potential and the orientation of its reactive domains.  相似文献

This paper presents the chemistry of ethylenediamines and fluorosilanes. The synthesis of thermally stable monosilyl (1-5)- and bis(fluorosilyl)ethylenediamines (6) is described. Starting with the dilithium salt of ethylenediamine and F2Si(CMe3)2 the five-membered 1,3-diaza-2-silacyclopentane (8) is obtained. The reaction of tetra- and trifluorosilanes with dilithiated bis(silyl)ethylenediamines leads to the formation of 1,3-diaza-2-fluorosilylsilacyclopentanes (9-14). Fluorosilanes substitute 8 in 1 and 3 positions (15-28). A fluorosilyl-bridged five-membered ring (29) is isolated in the reaction of 1-trimethylsilyl-1,3-diaza-2-silacyclopentane, BuLi and MeSiF3. In the synthesis of N-fluorosilyl-1,3-diaza-2-silacyclopentanes constitutional isomers were formed (30-33). Quantum-chemical calculations support the isomerisation mechanism. An iminosilane with an SiN double bond is the intermediate product of the rearrangement process.Crystal structures of 7, 13, 20 and 23 are reported.  相似文献

Eight new ring B-seco limonoids, turrapubesic acids A-C (1-3) and turrapubesins C-G (4-8), along with turraflorin E and isoazadironolide were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Turraea pubescens. Turrapubesic acids A-C (1-3) are a group of ring B-seco limonoid 17-carboxylic acids with a new C23 skeleton, and turrapubesin C (4) incorporates an unprecedented 1,30-oxygen bridge. The structures including absolute stereochemistry of 1-8 were established on the basis of extensive NMR spectroscopic analysis and CD study. The cytotoxicity of the isolates against the P-388 and A-549 cells was evaluated.  相似文献

A series of novel β-hydroxy-β-bis(trifluoromethyl)-imines (2a-j) and di(β-hydroxy-β-bis(trifluoromethyl))-diimines (3a-f) were prepared in moderate to good yields via a simple two-step approach: first, β-hydroxy-β-bis(trifluoromethyl)-ketones (1a-c) were obtained by a catalyst-free aldol reaction between liquid hexafluoroacetone sesquihydrate and ketones (acetone, acetophenone, and pinacolone, respectively); then, condensation of the latter fluorinated β-ketols 1a-c with primary amines or diamines was achieved in the presence of Lewis (montmorillonite, InBr3, La(OTf)3) or Brönsted (PTSA) acid catalysts. The molecular structures of mono- and di-β-hydroxy-β-bis(trifluoromethyl)-(di)imines 2e,h and 3a,f were determined and found to exhibit strong intramolecular (R)N?H-O hydrogen bonding.  相似文献
