A concise and efficient synthesis of a series of amino‐substituted benzimidazole–pyrimidine hybrids has been developed, starting from the readily available N4‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐6‐methoxy‐5‐nitrosopyrimidine‐2,4‐diamine. In each of N5‐benzyl‐6‐methoxy‐4‐(2‐phenyl‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl)pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, C25H22N6O, (I), 6‐methoxy‐N5‐(4‐methoxybenzyl)‐4‐[2‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, C27H26N6O3, (III), 6‐methoxy‐N5‐(4‐nitrobenzyl)‐4‐[2‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, C25H20N8O5, (IV), the molecules are linked into three‐dimensional framework structures, using different combinations of N—H…N, N—H…O, C—H…O, C—H…N and C—H…π hydrogen bonds in each case. Oxidative cleavage of 6‐methoxy‐N5‐(4‐methylbenzyl)‐4‐[2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, (II), with diiodine gave 6‐methoxy‐4‐[2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, which crystallized as a monohydrate, C19H18N6O·H2O, (V), and reaction of (V) with trifluoroacetic acid gave two isomeric products, namely N‐{5‐amino‐6‐methoxy‐6‐[2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidin‐2‐yl}‐2,2,2‐trifluoroacetamide, which crystallized as an ethyl acetate monosolvate, C21H17F3N6O2·C4H8O2, (VI), and N‐{2‐amino‐6‐methoxy‐4‐[2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidin‐5‐yl}‐2,2,2‐trifluoroacetamide, which crystallized as a methanol monosolvate, C21H17F3N6O2·CH4O, (VIIa). For each of (V), (VI) and (VIIa), the supramolecular assembly is two‐dimensional, based on different combinations of O—H…N, N—H…O, N—H…N, C—H…O and C—H…π hydrogen bonds in each case. Comparisons are made with some related structures.  相似文献

The isostructural salts benzene‐1,2‐diaminium bis(pyridine‐2‐carboxylate), 0.5C6H10N22+·C6H4NO2?, (1), and 4,5‐dimethylbenzene‐1,2‐diaminium bis(pyridine‐2‐carboxylate), 0.5C8H14N22+·C6H4NO2?, (2), and the 1:2 benzene‐1,2‐diamine–benzoic acid cocrystal, 0.5C6H8N2·C7H6O2, (3), are reported. All of the compounds exhibit extensive N—H…O hydrogen bonding that results in interconnected rings. O—H…N hydrogen bonding is observed in (3). Additional π–π and C—H…π interactions are found in each compound. Hirshfeld and fingerprint plot analyses reveal the primary intermolecular interactions and density functional theory was used to calculate their strengths. Salt formation by (1) and (2), and cocrystallization by (3) are rationalized by examining pKa differences. The R22(9) hydrogen‐bonding motif is common to each of these structures.  相似文献

In the crystal structures of the conformational isomers hydrogen {phosphono[(pyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino]methyl}phosphonate monohydrate (pro‐E), C6H10N2O6P2·H2O, (Ia), and hydrogen {phosphono[(pyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino]methyl}phosphonate (pro‐Z), C6H10N2O6P2, (Ib), the related hydrogen {[(2‐chloropyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino](phosphono)methyl}phosphonate (pro‐E), C6H9ClN2O6P2, (II), and the salt bis(6‐chloropyridin‐3‐aminium) [hydrogen bis({[2‐chloropyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl(0.5+)]amino}methylenediphosphonate)] (pro‐Z), 2C5H6ClN2+·C12H16Cl2N4O12P42−, (III), chain–chain interactions involving phosphono (–PO3H2) and phosphonate (–PO3H) groups are dominant in determining the crystal packing. The crystals of (Ia) and (III) comprise similar ribbons, which are held together by N—H...O interactions, by water‐ or cation‐mediated contacts, and by π–π interactions between the aromatic rings of adjacent zwitterions in (Ia), and those of the cations and anions in (III). The crystals of (Ib) and (II) have a layered architecture: the former exhibits highly corrugated monolayers perpendicular to the [100] direction, while in the latter, flat bilayers parallel to the (001) plane are formed. In both (Ib) and (II), the interlayer contacts are realised through N—H...O hydrogen bonds and weak C—H...O interactions involving aromatic C atoms.  相似文献

Crystallization experiments with the dinuclear chelate ring complex di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis[(η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)platinum(II)], [Pt2(C15H19O4)2Cl2], containing a derivative of the natural compound eugenol as ligand, have been performed. Using five different sets of crystallization conditions resulted in four different complexes which can be further used as starting compounds for the synthesis of Pt complexes with promising anticancer activities. In the case of vapour diffusion with the binary chloroform–diethyl ether or methylene chloride–diethyl ether systems, no change of the molecular structure was observed. Using evaporation from acetonitrile (at room temperature), dimethylformamide (DMF, at 313 K) or dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, at 313 K), however, resulted in the displacement of a chloride ligand by the solvent, giving, respectively, the mononuclear complexes (acetonitrile‐κN)(η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chloridoplatinum(II) monohydrate, [Pt(C15H19O4)Cl(CH3CN)]·H2O, (η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chlorido(dimethylformamide‐κO)platinum(II), [Pt(C15H19O4)Cl(C2H7NO)], and (η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide‐κS)platinum(II), determined as the analogue {η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐[(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy]phenyl‐κC1}chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide‐κS)platinum(II), [Pt(C14H17O4)Cl(C2H6OS)]. The crystal structures confirm that acetonitrile interacts with the PtII atom via its N atom, while for DMSO, the S atom is the coordinating atom. For the replacement, the longest of the two Pt—Cl bonds is cleaved, leading to a cis position of the solvent ligand with respect to the allyl group. The crystal packing of the complexes is characterized by dimer formation via C—H…O and C—H…π interactions, but no π–π interactions are observed despite the presence of the aromatic ring.  相似文献

The title compounds, 1‐chloro‐3,6‐dimethoxy‐2,5‐dimethylbenzene, (IIIa), and 1‐chloro‐3,6‐dimethoxy‐2,4‐dimethylbenzene, (IIIb), both C10H13ClO2, were obtained from 2,5‐ and 2,6‐dimethyl‐1,4‐benzoquinone, respectively, and are intermediates in the synthesis of ammonium quinone derivatives. The isomers have different substituents around the methoxy groups and crystallize in different space groups. In both molecules, the methoxy groups each have different orientations with respect to the benzene ring. In both cases, one methoxy group lies in the plane of the ring and can participate in conjugation with the aromatic system, while the second is almost perpendicular to the plane of the aromatic ring. The C—O—C bond angles around these substituents are also different: 117.5 (4) and 118.2 (3)° in (IIIa) and (IIIb), respectively, when the methoxy groups lie in the plane of the ring, and 114.7 (3) and 113.6 (3)° in (IIIa) and (IIIb), respectively, when they are out of the plane of the ring.  相似文献

In the salt trimethoprimium ferrocenecarboxylate [systematic name: 2,4‐diamino‐5‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxybenzyl)pyrimidin‐1‐ium ferrocene‐1‐carboxylate], (C14H19N4O3)[Fe(C5H5)(C6H4O2)], (I), of the antibacterial compound trimethoprim, the carboxylate group interacts with the protonated aminopyrimidine group of trimethoprim via two N—H…O hydrogen bonds, generating a robust R 22(8) ring motif (heterosynthon). However, in the cocrystal 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–ferrocene‐1‐carboxylic acid (1/1), [Fe(C5H5)(C6H5O2)]·C6H8ClN3, (II), the carboxyl–aminopyrimidine interaction [R 22(8) motif] is absent. The carboxyl group interacts with the pyrimidine ring via a single O—H…N hydrogen bond. The pyrimidine rings, however, form base pairs via a pair of N—H…N hydrogen bonds, generating an R 22(8) supramolecular homosynthon. In salt (I), the unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl ring is disordered over two positions, with a refined site‐occupation ratio of 0.573 (10):0.427 (10). In this study, the two five‐membered cyclopentadienyl (Cp) rings of ferrocene are in a staggered conformation, as is evident from the C…Cg Cg …C pseudo‐torsion angles, which are in the range 36.13–37.53° for (I) and 22.58–23.46° for (II). Regarding the Cp ring of the minor component in salt (I), the geometry of the ferrocene ring is in an eclipsed conformation, as is evident from the C…Cg Cg …C pseudo‐torsion angles, which are in the range 79.26–80.94°. Both crystal structures are further stabilized by weak π–π interactions.  相似文献

The understanding of intermolecular interactions is a key objective of crystal engineering in order to exploit the derived knowledge for the rational design of new molecular solids with tailored physical and chemical properties. The tools and theories of crystal engineering are indispensable for the rational design of (pharmaceutical) cocrystals. The results of cocrystallization experiments of the antithyroid drug 6‐propyl‐2‐thiouracil (PTU) with 2,4‐diaminopyrimidine (DAPY), and of 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil (MOMTU) with DAPY and 2,4,6‐triaminopyrimidine (TAPY), respectively, are reported. PTU and MOMTU show a high structural similarity and differ only in the replacement of a methylene group (–CH2–) with an O atom in the side chain, thus introducing an additional hydrogen‐bond acceptor in MOMTU. Both molecules contain an ADA hydrogen‐bonding site (A = acceptor and D = donor), while the coformers DAPY and TAPY both show complementary DAD sites and therefore should be capable of forming a mixed ADA/DAD synthon with each other, i.e. N—H…O, N—H…N and N—H…S hydrogen bonds. The experiments yielded one solvated cocrystal salt of PTU with DAPY, four different solvates of MOMTU, one ionic cocrystal of MOMTU with DAPY and one cocrystal salt of MOMTU with TAPY, namely 2,4‐diaminopyrimidinium 6‐propyl‐2‐thiouracilate–2,4‐diaminopyrimidine–N,N‐dimethylacetamide–water (1/1/1/1) (the systematic name for 6‐propyl‐2‐thiouracilate is 6‐oxo‐4‐propyl‐2‐sulfanylidene‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyrimidin‐1‐ide), C4H7N4+·C7H9N2OS·C4H6N4·C4H9NO·H2O, (I), 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil–N,N‐dimethylformamide (1/1), C6H8N2O2S·C3H7NO, (II), 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil–N,N‐dimethylacetamide (1/1), C6H8N2O2S·C4H9NO, (III), 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil–dimethyl sulfoxide (1/1), C6H8N2O2S·C2H6OS, (IV), 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil–1‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one (1/1), C6H8N2O2S·C5H9NO, (V), 2,4‐diaminopyrimidinium 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracilate (the systematic name for 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracilate is 4‐methoxymethyl‐6‐oxo‐2‐sulfanylidene‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyrimidin‐1‐ide), C4H7N4+·C6H7N2O2S, (VI), and 2,4,6‐triaminopyrimidinium 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracilate–6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil (1/1), C4H8N5+·C6H7N2O2S·C6H8N2O2S, (VII). Whereas in (I) only an AA/DD hydrogen‐bonding interaction was formed, the structures of (VI) and (VII) both display the desired ADA/DAD synthon. Conformational studies on the side chains of PTU and MOMTU also revealed a significant deviation for cocrystals (VI) and (VII), leading to the desired enhancement of the hydrogen‐bond pattern within the crystal.  相似文献

A fixed hydrogen‐bonding motif with a high probability of occurring when appropriate functional groups are involved is described as a `supramolecular hydrogen‐bonding synthon'. The identification of these synthons may enable the prediction of accurate crystal structures. The rare chiral hydrogen‐bonding motif R53(10) was observed previously in a cocrystal of 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol, 2,4‐dichlorophenol and dicyclohexylamine. In the title solvated salt, 2C4H12N+·C6H3Cl2O·(C6H3Cl2O·C6H4Cl2O)·2C4H8O, five components, namely two tert‐butylammonium cations, one 2,4‐dichlorophenol molecule, one 2,4‐dichlorophenolate anion and one 2,6‐dichlorophenolate anion, are bound by N—H…O and O—H…O hydrogen bonds to form a hydrogen‐bonded ring, with the graph‐set motif R53(10), which is further associated with two pendant tetrahydrofuran molecules by N—H…O hydrogen bonds. The hydrogen‐bonded ring has internal symmetry, with a twofold axis running through the centre of the 2,6‐dichlorophenolate anion, and is isostructural with a previous and related structure formed from 2,4‐dichlorophenol, dicyclohexylamine and 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol. In the title crystal, helical columns are built by the alignment and twisting of the chiral hydrogen‐bonded rings, along and across the c axis, and successive pairs of rings are associated with each other through C—H…π interactions. Neighbouring helical columns are inversely related and, therefore, no chirality is sustained, in contrast to the previous case.  相似文献

In solid‐state engineering, cocrystallization is a strategy actively pursued for pharmaceuticals. Two 1:1 cocrystals of 5‐fluorouracil (5FU; systematic name: 5‐fluoro‐1,3‐dihydropyrimidine‐2,4‐dione), namely 5‐fluorouracil–5‐bromothiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid (1/1), C5H3BrO2S·C4H3FN2O2, (I), and 5‐fluorouracil–thiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid (1/1), C4H3FN2O2·C5H4O2S, (II), have been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. In both cocrystals, carboxylic acid molecules are linked through an acid–acid R 22(8) homosynthon (O—H…O) to form a carboxylic acid dimer and 5FU molecules are connected through two types of base pairs [homosynthon, R 22(8) motif] via a pair of N—H…O hydrogen bonds. The crystal structures are further stabilized by C—H…O interactions in (II) and C—Br…O interactions in (I). In both crystal structures, π–π stacking and C—F…π interactions are also observed.  相似文献

The results of seven cocrystallization experiments of the antithyroid drug 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil (MTU), C5H6N2OS, with 2,4‐diaminopyrimidine, 2,4,6‐triaminopyrimidine and 6‐amino‐3H‐isocytosine (viz. 2,6‐diamino‐3H‐pyrimidin‐4‐one) are reported. MTU features an ADA (A = acceptor and D = donor) hydrogen‐bonding site, while the three coformers show complementary DAD hydrogen‐bonding sites and therefore should be capable of forming an ADA/DAD N—H...O/N—H...N/N—H...S synthon with MTU. The experiments yielded one cocrystal and six cocrystal solvates, namely 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil–2,4‐diaminopyrimidine–1‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one (1/1/2), C5H6N2OS·C4H6N4·2C5H9NO, (I), 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil–2,4‐diaminopyrimidine (1/1), C5H6N2OS·C4H6N4, (II), 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil–2,4‐diaminopyrimidine–N,N‐dimethylacetamide (2/1/2), 2C5H6N2OS·C4H6N4·2C4H9NO, (III), 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil–2,4‐diaminopyrimidine–N,N‐dimethylformamide (2/1/2), C5H6N2OS·0.5C4H6N4·C3H7NO, (IV), 2,4,6‐triaminopyrimidinium 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracilate–6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil–N,N‐dimethylformamide (1/1/2), C4H8N5+·C5H5N2OS·C5H6N2OS·2C3H7NO, (V), 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil–6‐amino‐3H‐isocytosine–N,N‐dimethylformamide (1/1/1), C5H6N2OS·C4H6N4O·C3H7NO, (VI), and 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil–6‐amino‐3H‐isocytosine–dimethyl sulfoxide (1/1/1), C5H6N2OS·C4H6N4O·C2H6OS, (VII). Whereas in cocrystal (I) an R22(8) interaction similar to the Watson–Crick adenine/uracil base pair is formed and a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding network is observed, the cocrystals (II)–(VII) contain the triply hydrogen‐bonded ADA/DAD N—H...O/N—H...N/N—H...S synthon and show a one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding network. Although 2,4‐diaminopyrimidine possesses only one DAD hydrogen‐bonding site, it is, due to orientational disorder, triply connected to two MTU molecules in (III) and (IV).  相似文献

In order to study the preferred hydrogen‐bonding pattern of 6‐amino‐2‐thiouracil, C4H5N3OS, (I), crystallization experiments yielded five different pseudopolymorphs of (I), namely the dimethylformamide disolvate, C4H5N3OS·2C3H7NO, (Ia), the dimethylacetamide monosolvate, C4H5N3OS·C4H9NO, (Ib), the dimethylacetamide sesquisolvate, C4H5N3OS·1.5C4H9NO, (Ic), and two different 1‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one sesquisolvates, C4H5N3OS·1.5C5H9NO, (Id) and (Ie). All structures contain R21(6) N—H...O hydrogen‐bond motifs. In the latter four structures, additional R22(8) N—H...O hydrogen‐bond motifs are present stabilizing homodimers of (I). No type of hydrogen bond other than N—H...O is observed. According to a search of the Cambridge Structural Database, most 2‐thiouracil derivatives form homodimers stabilized by an R22(8) hydrogen‐bonding pattern, with (i) only N—H...O, (ii) only N—H...S or (iii) alternating pairs of N—H...O and N—H...S hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In order to examine the preferred hydrogen‐bonding pattern of various uracil derivatives, namely 5‐(hydroxymethyl)uracil, 5‐carboxyuracil and 5‐carboxy‐2‐thiouracil, and for a conformational study, crystallization experiments yielded eight different structures: 5‐(hydroxymethyl)uracil, C5H6N2O3, (I), 5‐carboxyuracil–N,N‐dimethylformamide (1/1), C5H4N2O4·C3H7NO, (II), 5‐carboxyuracil–dimethyl sulfoxide (1/1), C5H4N2O4·C2H6OS, (III), 5‐carboxyuracil–N,N‐dimethylacetamide (1/1), C5H4N2O4·C4H9NO, (IV), 5‐carboxy‐2‐thiouracil–N,N‐dimethylformamide (1/1), C5H4N2O3S·C3H7NO, (V), 5‐carboxy‐2‐thiouracil–dimethyl sulfoxide (1/1), C5H4N2O3S·C2H6OS, (VI), 5‐carboxy‐2‐thiouracil–1,4‐dioxane (2/3), 2C5H4N2O3S·3C6H12O3, (VII), and 5‐carboxy‐2‐thiouracil, C10H8N4O6S2, (VIII). While the six solvated structures, i.e. (II)–(VII), contain intramolecular S(6) O—H…O hydrogen‐bond motifs between the carboxy and carbonyl groups, the usually favoured R22(8) pattern between two carboxy groups is formed in the solvent‐free structure, i.e. (VIII). Further R22(8) hydrogen‐bond motifs involving either two N—H…O or two N—H…S hydrogen bonds were observed in three crystal structures, namely (I), (IV) and (VIII). In all eight structures, the residue at the ring 5‐position shows a coplanar arrangement with respect to the pyrimidine ring which is in agreement with a search of the Cambridge Structural Database for six‐membered cyclic compounds containing a carboxy group. The search confirmed that coplanarity between the carboxy group and the cyclic residue is strongly favoured.  相似文献

Aminopyrimidine derivatives are biologically important as they are components of nucleic acids and drugs. The crystals of two new salts, namely cytosinium 6‐chloronicotinate monohydrate, C4H6N3O+·C6H3ClNO2·H2O, ( I ), and 5‐bromo‐6‐methylisocytosinium hydrogen sulfate (or 2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐4‐oxo‐6‐methylpyrimidinium hydrogen sulfate), C5H7BrN3O+·HSO4, ( II ), have been prepared and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The pyrimidine ring of both compounds is protonated at the imine N atom. In hydrated salt ( I ), the primary R22(8) ring motif (supramolecular heterosynthon) is formed via a pair of N—H…O(carboxylate) hydrogen bonds. The cations, anions and water molecule are hydrogen bonded through N—H…O, N—H…N, O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming R22(8), R32(7) and R55(21) motifs, leading to a hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular sheet structure. The supramolecular double sheet structure is formed via water–carboxylate O—H…O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions between the anions and the cations. In salt ( II ), the hydrogen sulfate ions are linked via O—H…O hydrogen bonds to generate zigzag chains. The aminopyrimidinium cations are embedded between these zigzag chains. Each hydrogen sulfate ion bridges two cations via pairs of N—H…O hydrogen bonds and vice versa, generating two R22(8) ring motifs (supramolecular heterosynthon). The cations also interact with one another via halogen–halogen (Br…Br) and halogen–oxygen (Br…O) interactions.  相似文献

2‐Ammonio‐5‐chloro‐4‐methylbenzenesulfonate, C7H8ClNO3S, (Ia), is an intermediate in the synthesis of lake red azo pigments. The present structure determination from single‐crystal data confirms the results of a previous powder diffraction determination [Bekö, Thoms, Brüning, Alig, van de Streek, Lakatos, Glaubitz & Schmidt (2010). Z. Kristallogr. 225 , 382–387]. The zwitterionic tautomeric form is confirmed. During a polymorph screening, two additional pseudopolymorphs were obtained, viz. 2‐ammonio‐5‐chloro‐4‐methylbenzenesulfonate 1‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone monosolvate, C7H8ClNO3S·C5H9NO, (Ib), and 2‐ammonio‐5‐chloro‐4‐methylbenzenesulfonate dimethyl sulfoxide monosolvate, C7H8ClNO3S·C2H6OS, (Ic). The molecules of (Ib) have crystallographic m symmetry. The 1‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone solvent molecule has an envelope conformation and is disordered around the mirror plane. The structure shows hydrogen‐bonded ladders of molecules [graph‐set notation C22(6)R22(12)] in the [010] direction. The benzene groups of adjacent ladders are also stacked in this direction. A different type of hydrogen‐bonded ladder [graph‐set notation C(6)R22(4)R44(12)] occurs in (Ic). In (Ia), (Ib) and (Ic), the molecules correspond to the zwitterionic tautomer. The structure of the cocrystal of 4‐aminobenzenesulfonic acid with 1,4‐bis(4,5‐dihydroimidazol‐2‐yl)benzene [Shang, Ren, Wang, Lu & Yang (2009). Acta Cryst. E 65 , o2221–o2222] is corrected; it actually contains 4‐aminobenzenesulfonate anions and 2,2′‐(1,4‐phenylene)di(dihydroimidazolium) dications, i.e. 2,2′‐(1,4‐phenylene)di(4,5‐dihydroimidazolium) bis(4‐aminobenzenesulfonate) dihydrate, C12H16N42+·2C6H6NO3S·2H2O. Hence, all known structures of aminobenzenesulfonic acid complexes contain ionic or zwitterionic molecules; there is no known structure with a neutral aminobenzenesulfonic acid molecule.  相似文献

One of most interesting systems of coordination polymers constructed from the first‐row transition metals is the porous ZnII coordination polymer system, but the numbers of such polymers containing N‐donor linkers are still limited. The title double‐chain‐like ZnII coordination polymer, [Ag2Zn(CN)4(C10H10N2)2]n, presents a one‐dimensional linear coordination polymer structure in which ZnII ions are linked by bridging anionic dicyanidoargentate(I) units along the crystallographic b axis and each ZnII ion is additionally coordinated by a terminal dicyanidoargentate(I) unit and two terminal 1‐benzyl‐1H‐imidazole (BZI) ligands, giving a five‐coordinated ZnII ion. Interestingly, there are strong intermolecular AgI…AgI interactions between terminal and bridging dicyanidoargentate(I) units and C—H…π interactions between the phenyl rings of BZI ligands of adjacent one‐dimensional linear chains, providing a one‐dimensional linear double‐chain‐like structure. The supramolecular three‐dimensional framework is stabilized by C—H…π interactions between the phenyl rings of BZI ligands and by AgI…AgI interactions between adjacent double chains. The photoluminescence properties have been studied.  相似文献

Crystals of 5‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyridone, (I), grown from a variety of solvents, are invariably trigonal (space group R); these are 5‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyridone acetone 0.1667‐solvate, C6H7NO2·0.1667C3H6O, (Ia), and 6‐methyl‐5‐hydroxy‐2‐pyridone propan‐2‐ol 0.1667‐solvate, C6H7NO2·0.1667C3H8O, (Ib), and the forms from methanol, (Ic), water, (Id), benzonitrile, (Ie), and benzyl alcohol, (If). They incorporate channels running the length of the c axis that contain extensively disordered solvent molecules. A solvent‐free sublimed powder of 5‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyridone microcrystals is essentially isostructural. Inversion‐related host molecules interact via pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form R22(8) dimers. Six of these dimers form large R126(42) puckered rings, in which the O atom of each N—H...O hydrogen bond is also the acceptor in an O—H...O hydrogen bond that involves the 5‐hydroxy group. The large R126(42) rings straddle the axes and form stacked columns viaπ–π interactions between inversion‐related molecules of (I) [mean interplanar spacing = 3.254 Å and ring centroid–centroid distance = 3.688 (2) Å]. The channels are lined by methyl groups, which all point inwards to the centre of the channels.  相似文献

The bifunctional pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid (H2pdc) ligand has one N atom and four O atoms, which could bind more than one AgI centre with diverse binding modes. A novel infinite one‐dimensional AgI coordination polymer, namely catena‐poly[[silver(I)‐(μ2‐pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ2N :O 3)‐silver(I)‐tris(μ2‐5‐methyl‐1,3,4‐thiodiazol‐2‐amine‐κ2N :N ′)] monohydrate ethanol monosolvate], {[Ag2(C7H3NO4)(C3H5N3S)3]·H2O·C2H5OH}n , has been synthesized using H2pdc and 5‐methyl‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine (tda), and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. One AgI atom is located in a four‐coordinated AgN4 tetrahedral geometry and the other AgI atom is in a tetrahedral AgN3O geometry. A dinuclear AgI cluster formed by three tda ligands with a paddelwheel configuration is bridged by the dianionic pdc2− ligand into a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. Interchain N—H…O hydrogen bonds extend the one‐dimensional chains into an undulating two‐dimensional sheet. The sheets are further packed into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework by interchain N—H…O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

An efficent access to a series of N‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)amines, namely (E)‐1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(4‐chlorobenzylidene)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C16H16ClN3, (7a), (E)‐1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(2,4‐dichlorobenzylidene)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C16H15Cl2N3, (7b), (E)‐1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethylene)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C15H16N4, (7c), 1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(4‐chlorobenzyl)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C16H18ClN3, (8a), and 1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(2,4‐dichlorobenzyl)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C16H17Cl2N3, (8b), by a two‐step synthesis sequence (solvent‐free condensation and reduction) starting from 5‐amino‐1‐tert‐butyl‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile is described. The syntheses proceed via isolated N‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)imines, which are also key synthetic intermediates of other valuable compounds. The crystal structures of the reduced compounds showed a reduction in the symmetry compared with the corresponding precursors, viz. Pbcm to P from compound (7a) to (8a) and P21/c to P from compound (7b) to (8b), probably due to a severe change in the molecular conformations, resulting in the loss of planarity observed in the nonreduced compounds. In all of the crystals, the supramolecular assembly is controlled mainly by strong (N,C)—H…N hydrogen bonds. However, in the case of (7a)–(7c), C—H…Cl interactions are strong enough to help in the three‐dimensional architecture, as observed in Hirshfeld surface maps.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 1‐arylisochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐ones, involving the diazotization of 3‐amino‐4‐arylamino‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐ones in weakly acidic solution, has been developed and the spectroscopic characterization and crystal structures of four examples are reported. The molecules of 1‐phenylisochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C15H9N3O2, (I), are linked into sheets by a combination of C—H…N and C—H…O hydrogen bonds, while the structures of 1‐(2‐methylphenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C16H11N3O2, (II), and 1‐(3‐chlorophenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C15H8ClN3O2, (III), each contain just one hydrogen bond which links the molecules into simple chains, which are further linked into sheets by π‐stacking interactions in (II) but not in (III). In the structure of 1‐(4‐chlorophenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, (IV), isomeric with (III), a combination of C—H…O and C—H…π(arene) hydrogen bonds links the molecules into sheets. When compound (II) was exposed to a strong acid in methanol, quantitative conversion occurred to give the ring‐opened transesterification product methyl 2‐[4‐hydroxy‐1‐(2‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐5‐yl]benzoate, C17H15N3O3, (V), where the molecules are linked by paired O—H…O hydrogen bonds to form centrosymmetric dimers.  相似文献

Two polymorphs of 2,5‐diphenyl‐1,3,4‐selenadiazole, C14H10N2Se, denoted (Ia) and (Ib), and a new polymorph of 2,5‐bis(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐1,3,4‐selenadiazole, C10H6N2S2Se, (IIb), form on crystallization of the compounds, prepared using Woollins' reagent (2,4‐diphenyl‐1,3‐diselenadiphosphetane 2,4‐diselenide). These compounds, along with 2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1,3,4‐selenadiazole, C14H9ClN2Se, (III), and 2‐(furan‐2‐yl)‐5‐(p‐tolyl)‐1,3,4‐selenadiazole, C13H10N2OSe, (IV), show similar intermolecular interactions, with π–π stacking, C—H...π interactions and weak hydrogen bonds typically giving rise to molecular chains. However, the combination of interactions differs in each case, giving rise to different packing arrangements. In polymorph (Ib), the molecule lies across a crystallographic twofold rotation axis, and (IV) has two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit.  相似文献
