Zinc thiocyanate complexes have been found to be biologically active compounds. Zinc is also an essential element for the normal function of most organisms and is the main constituent in a number of metalloenzyme proteins. Pyrimidine and aminopyrimidine derivatives are biologically very important as they are components of nucleic acids. Thiocyanate ions can bridge metal ions by employing both their N and S atoms for coordination. They can play an important role in assembling different coordination structures and yield an interesting variety of one‐, two‐ and three‐dimensional polymeric metal–thiocyanate supramolecular frameworks. The structure of a new zinc thiocyanate–aminopyrimidine organic–inorganic compound, (C6H9ClN3)2[Zn(NCS)4]·2C6H8ClN3·2H2O, is reported. The asymmetric unit consist of half a tetrathiocyanatozinc(II) dianion, an uncoordinated 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidinium cation, a 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine molecule and a water molecule. The ZnII atom adopts a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry and is coordinated by four N atoms from the thiocyanate anions. The ZnII atom is located on a special position (twofold axis of symmetry). The pyrimidinium cation and the pyrimidine molecule are not coordinated to the ZnII atom, but are hydrogen bonded to the uncoordinated water molecules and the metal‐coordinated thiocyanate ligands. The pyrimidine molecules and pyrimidinium cations also form base‐pair‐like structures with an R22(8) ring motif via N—H…N hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure is further stabilized by intermolecular N—H…O, O—H…S, N—H…S and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, by intramolecular N—H…Cl and C—H…Cl hydrogen bonds, and also by π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

In this article we discuss those materials that have recorded the highest adsorption capacities for the greenhouse gas CO2 under ambient conditions as well as at different temperatures and pressures. For convenience, the materials have been categorized under four categories, viz., porous carbon, metal–organic, zeolite and mesoporous silica, and porous organic frameworks. It has been found that the gas adsorption property significantly relies on several factors such as high surface area and pore volume and the presence of N‐, O‐ and S‐containing moieties. The presence of a microporous structure and strong interaction between the CO2 molecules with the framework through H‐bonding or dipole–quadrupole interactions facilitates adsorption of the gas.  相似文献

The study of ternary systems is interesting because it introduces the concept of molecular preference/competition into the system where one molecule may be displaced because the association between the other two is significantly stronger. Current definitions of a tertiary system indicate that solvent molecules are excluded from the molecule count of the system and some of the latest definitions state that any molecule that is not a solid in the parent form at room temperature should also be excluded from the molecule count. In the structure of the quinoline adduct hydrate of tryptaminium 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate, 3C10H13N2+·3C7H3N2O6·2C9H7N·2H2O, the asymmetric unit comprises multiple cation and anion species which are conformationally similar among each type set. In the crystal, a one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular structure is generated through extensive intra‐ and inter‐unit aminium N—H…O and N—H…N, and water O—H…O hydrogen bonds. Within the central‐core hydrogen‐bonding associations, conjoined cyclic R44(10), R53(10) and R44(12) motifs are generated. The unit is expanded into a one‐dimensional column‐like polymer extending along [010]. Present also in the crystal packing of the structure are a total of 19 π–π interactions involving both cation, anion and quinoline species [ring‐centroid separation range = 3.395 (3)–3.797 (3) Å], as well as a number of weak C—H…O hydrogen‐bonding associations. The presence of the two water molecules in the crystal structure is considered to be the principal causative factor in the low symmetry of the asymmetric unit.  相似文献

An assembly of three metal coordination polymers (CPs), [M(bipy)(C4O4)(H2O)2]·3H2O (M = Mn ( 1 ), Fe ( 2 ), Zn ( 3 ), and bipy = 4,4′‐bipyridine, C4O42? (squarate) = dianion of H2C4O4 (squaric acid)), was synthesized and structurally characterized. Single‐crystal X‐ray structural determination reveals that compounds 1 – 3 are iso‐structural, in which the M(II) ions are six‐coordinate in a distorted octahedral geometry. C4O42? and bipy both act as bridging ligands with bis‐monodentate coordination mode connecting the M(II) ions to form a two‐dimensional (2D) layered metal–organic framework (MOF). Adjacent 2D layers are then arranged in parallel and interpenetrated manners to construct their three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular architecture. Compounds 1 , 2 , and 3 undergo two‐step dehydration processes with the first and second weight losses of 14.1 and 8.6% for 1 , of 12.1 and 7.5% for 2, and of 11.2 and 8.1% for 3 , respectively, corresponding to the weight losses of the three guest water molecules and the two coordinated water molecules, and all exhibit reversible sponge‐like water de/adsorption properties during de/rehydration processes for guest water molecules as per cyclic thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal (SCSC) structural transformation during the reversible de/rehydration processes of three guest water molecules was identified and monitored using exhaustive single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction measurements.  相似文献

The tris‐bidentate complex [Ni(C12H8N2)2(CO3)] was synthesized by the reaction of Na2CO3, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen = C12H8N2) and NiSO4 · 6 H2O in the presence of succinic acid in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The compound crystallizes as heptahydrate. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 9.897(1), b = 26.384(2), c = 10.582(1) Å, β = 105.87(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0505, wR2 = 0.1029 for 3166 observed reflections (F ≥ 2σ(F ) out of 6100 unique reflections) consists of hydrogen bonded water molecules and [Ni(phen)2(CO3)] complex molecules. The Ni atoms are sixfold octahedrally coordinated by the four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and by two O atoms of the bidentate chelating carbonate group with d(Ni–N) = 2.092–2.100 Å, d(Ni–O) = 2.051, 2.079 Å. The complex molecules are stacked into 2D corrugated layers parallel to (010) via two types of intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions. One occurs between two quinoline rings of neighboring phen ligands at the distance of 3.63 Å in [010] direction and the other results from 1D π‐π stacking interactions through partially covered phen rings at alternative distances of 3.26 Å and 3.33 Å in [001] direction. The water molecules are sandwiched between 2D layers.  相似文献

We report the synthesis and X‐ray characterization of the N6‐benzyl‐N6‐methyladenine ligand (L) and three metal complexes, namely [Zn(HL)Cl3]·H2O ( 1 ), [Cd(HL)2Cl4] ( 2 ) and [H2L]2[Cd3(μ‐L)2(μ‐Cl)4Cl6]·3H2O ( 3 ). Complex 1 consists of the 7H‐adenine tautomer protonated at N3 and coordinated to a tetrahedral Zn(II) metal centre through N9. The octahedral Cd(II) in complex 2 is N9‐coordinated to two N6‐benzyl‐N6‐methyladeninium ligands (7H‐tautomer protonated at N3) that occupy apical positions and four chlorido ligands form the basal plane. Compound 3 corresponds to a trinuclear Cd(II) complex, where the central Cd atom is six‐coordinated to two bridging μ‐L and four bridging μ‐Cl ligands. The other two Cd atoms are six‐coordinated to three terminal chlorido ligands, to two bridging μ‐Cl ligands and to the bridging μ‐L through N3. Essentially, the coordination patterns, degree of protonation and tautomeric forms of the nucleobase dominate the solid‐state architectures of 1 – 3 . Additionally, the hydrogen‐bonding interactions produced by the endocyclic N atoms and NH groups stabilize high‐dimensional‐order supramolecular assemblies. Moreover, energetically strong anion–π and lone pair (lp)–π interactions are important in constructing the final solid‐state architectures in 1 – 3 . We have studied the non‐covalent interactions energetically using density functional theory calculations and rationalized the interactions using molecular electrostatic potential surfaces and Bader's theory of atoms in molecules. We have particularly analysed cooperative lp–π and anion–π interactions in 1 and π+–π+ interactions in 3 .  相似文献

Reactions of M+(H2O)n (M=V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn; n≤40) with NO were studied by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT‐ICR) mass spectrometry. Uptake of NO was observed for M=Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn. The number of NO molecules taken up depends on the metal ion. For iron and zinc, NO uptake is followed by elimination of HNO and formation of the hydrated metal hydroxide, with strong size dependence. For manganese, only small HMnOH+(H2O)n?1 species, which are formed under the influence of room‐temperature black‐body radiation, react with NO. Here NO uptake competes with HNO formation, both being primary reactions. The results illustrate that, in the presence of water, transition‐metal ions are able to undergo quite particular and diverse reactions with NO. HNO is presumably formed through recombination of a proton and 3NO? for M=Fe, Zn, preferentially for n=15–20. For manganese, the hydride in HMnOH+(H2O)n?1 is involved in HNO formation, preferentially for n≤4. The strong size dependence of the HNO formation efficiency illustrates that each molecule counts in the reactions of small ionic water clusters.  相似文献

We report the synthesis, crystal structures, and spectral, thermal, and magnetic properties of a family of metal–organic perovskite ABX3, [C(NH2)3][MII(HCOO)3], in which A=C(NH2)3 is guanidinium, B=M is a divalent metal ion (Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, or Zn), and X is the formate HCOO?. The compounds could be synthesized by either diffusion or hydrothermal methods from water or water‐rich solutions depending on the metal. The five members (Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Zn) are isostructural and crystallize in the orthorhombic space group Pnna, while the Cu member in Pna21. In the perovskite structures, the octahedrally coordinated metal ions are connected by the antianti formate bridges, thus forming the anionic NaCl‐type [M(HCOO)3]? frameworks, with the guanidinium in the nearly cubic cavities of the frameworks. The Jahn–Teller effect of Cu2+ results in a distorted anionic Cu–formate framework that can be regarded as Cu–formate chains through short basal Cu? O bonds linked by the long axial Cu? O bonds. These materials show higher thermal stability than other metal–organic perovskite series of [AmineH][M(HCOO)3] templated by the organic monoammonium cations (AmineH+) as a result of the stronger hydrogen bonding between guanidinium and the formate of the framework. A magnetic study revealed that the five magnetic members (except Zn) display spin‐canted antiferromagnetism, with a Néel temperature of 8.8 (Mn), 10.0 (Fe), 14.2 (Co), 34.2 (Ni), and 4.6 K (Cu). In addition to the general spin‐canted antiferromagnetism, the Fe compound shows two isothermal transformations (a spin‐flop and a spin‐flip to the paramagnetic phase) within 50 kOe. The Co member possesses quite a large canting angle. The Cu member is a magnetic system with low dimensional character and shows slow magnetic relaxation that probably results from the domain dynamics.  相似文献

Mixed‐ligand metal–organic frameworks Al(bdc‐OH)x(bdc‐NH2)1?x (H2bdc‐NH2=aminoterepthalic acid, H2bdc‐OH=hydroxyterephthalic acid) were synthesized and their water adsorption behavior and proton conductivity were investigated. All obtained compounds were isostructural to MIL‐53 (MIL=Materials of Institut Lavoisier) according to XRD measurements under ambient humidity conditions, and were also found to be single phase across the whole mixing ratio from the XRD measurements under humidified conditions. This result clearly shows that all compounds are a solid‐solution‐type mixture of ligands. MIL‐53‐NH2 adsorbs one water molecule per formula with humidification whereas MIL‐53‐OH adsorbs five water molecules. The mixing ratio of the ligands in Al(OH)(bdc‐OH)x(bdc‐NH2)1?x affected the gate‐opening pressure for water adsorption and total water uptake. Proton conductivity of these compounds largely depends on the adsorbed amount of water, which indicates that the proton conductivity of these compounds depends strongly on the hydrogen‐bond network of the conducting media.  相似文献

Structures and Thermal Behaviour of Alkali Metal Dihydrogen Phosphate HF Adducts, MH2PO4 · HF (M = K, Rb, Cs), with Hydrogen Bonds of the F–H…O Type Three HF adducts of alkali metal dihydrogen phosphates, MH2PO4 · HF (M = K, Rb, Cs), have been isolated from fluoroacidic solutions of MH2PO4. KH2PO4 · HF crystallizes monoclinic: P21/c, a = 6,459(2), b = 7,572(2), c = 9,457(3) Å, β = 101,35(3)°, V = 453,5(3) Å3, Z = 4. RbH2PO4 · HF and CsH2PO4 · HF are orthorhombic: Pna21, a = 9,055(3), b = 4,635(2), c = 11,908(4) Å, V = 499,8(3) Å3, Z = 4, and Pbca, a = 7,859(3), b = 9,519(4), c = 14,744(5) Å, V = 1102,5(7) Å3, Z = 8, respectively. The crystal structures of MH2PO4 · HF contain M+ cations, H2PO4 anions and neutral HF molecules. The H2PO4 anions are connected to layers by O–H…O hydrogen bonds (2,53–2,63 Å), whereas the HF molecules are attached to the layers via very short hydrogen bonds of the F‐H…O type (2,36–2,38 Å). The thermal decomposition of the adducts proceeds in three steps. The first step corresponds to the release of mainly HF and a smaller quantity of water. In the second and third steps, water evolution caused by condensation of dihydrogen phosphate is the dominating process whereas smaller amounts of HF are also released.  相似文献

Calculations are presented for the structure and the isomerization reaction of various conformers of the bare serine, neutral serine–(H2O)n and serine zwitterion–(H2O)n (n = 1, 2) clusters. The effects of binding water molecules on the relative stability and the isomerization processes are examined. Hydrogen bonding between serine and the water molecule(s) may significantly affect the relative stability of conformers of the neutral serine–(H2O)n (n = 1, 2) clusters. The sidechain (OH group) in serine is found to have a profound effect on the structure and isomerization of serine–(H2O)n (n = 1, 2) clusters. Conformers with the hydrogen bonding between water and the hydroxyl group of serine are predicted. A detailed analysis is presented of the isomerization (proton transfer) pathways between the neutral serine–(H2O)2 and serine zwitterion–(H2O)2 clusters by carrying out the intrinsic reaction coordinate analysis. At least two water molecules need to bind to produce the stable serine zwitterion–water cluster in the gas phase. The isomerization for the serine–(H2O)2 cluster proceeds by the concerted double and triple proton transfer mechanism occurring via the binding water molecules, or via the hydroxyl group. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The vapor absorbency of the series of alcohols methanol, ethanol, 1‐propanol, 1‐butanol, and 1‐pentanol was characterized on the single‐crystal adsorbents [MII2(bza)4(pyz)]n (bza=benzoate, pyz=pyrazine, M=Rh ( 1 ), Cu ( 2 )). The crystal structures of all the alcohol inclusions were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography at 90 K. The crystal‐phase transition induced by guest adsorption occurred in the inclusion crystals except for 1‐propanol. A hydrogen‐bonded dimer of adsorbed alcohol was found in the methanol‐ and ethanol‐inclusion crystals, which is similar to a previous observation in 2 ?2EtOH (S. Takamizawa, T. Saito, T. Akatsuka, E. Nakata, Inorg. Chem. 2005 , 44, 1421–1424). In contrast, an isolated monomer was present in the channel for 1‐propanol, 1‐butanol, and 1‐pentanol inclusions. All adsorbed alcohols were stabilized by hydrophilic and/or hydrophobic interactions between host and guest. From the combined results of microscopic determination (crystal structure) and macroscopic observation (gas‐adsorption property), the observed transition induced by gas adsorption is explained by stepwise inclusion into the individual cavities, which is called the “step‐loading effect.” Alcohol/water separation was attempted by a pervaporation technique with microcrystals of 2 dispersed in a poly(dimethylsiloxane) membrane. In the alcohol/water separation, the membrane showed effective separation ability and gave separation factors (alcohol/water) of 5.6 and 4.7 for methanol and ethanol at room temperature, respectively.  相似文献

Two pillared‐layer metal–organic frameworks (MOFs; PMOF‐55 and NH2‐PMOF‐55) based on 1,2,4‐triazole and terephthalic acid (bdc)/NH2‐bdc ligands were assembled and display framework stabilities, to a certain degree, in both acid/alkaline solutions and toward water. They exhibit high CO2 uptakes and selective CO2/N2 adsorption capacities, with CO2/N2 selectivity in the range of 24–27, as calculated by the ideal adsorbed solution theory method. More remarkably, the site and interactions between the host network and the CO2 molecules were investigated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, which showed that the main interaction between the CO2 molecules and PMOF‐55 is due to multipoint supramolecular interactions of C?H???O, C???O, and O???O. Amino functional groups were shown to enhance the CO2 adsorption and identified as strong adsorption sites for CO2 by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

In the title complex, benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylic acid–pyrazine N,N′‐dioxide (2/1), C9H6O6·0.5C4H4N2O2, cocrystallized trimesic acid (TMA) and pyrazine N,N′‐dioxide (PNO) molecules form strong O—H...O hydrogen bonds, but also important weak C—H...O and dipole–dipole intermolecular interactions, to generate a densely packed three‐dimensional network. PNO molecules lie on inversion centres where they connect pairs of TMA sheets into distinct two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded layers perpendicular to the crystallographic ab diagonal.  相似文献

The title complexes, obtained by treating hot aqueous solutions of ortho‐benzenedisulfonimide with solid CdCO3 or CuO, have been characterized by low‐temperature X‐ray diffraction (both triclinic, space group P&1macr;, Z = 1, metal ions on inversion centres). The cations have trans‐octahedral coordinations provided by two Cd‐N bonded or two Cu‐O bonded anions and four water molecules [Cd‐N 234.7(2) pm; Cu‐O(anion) 240.4(1) pm, elongated by Jahn‐Teller distortion]; the copper complex contains two further, non‐coordinating, water molecules per formula unit. In both structures, the uncharged zero‐dimensional building blocks are associated via strong hydrogen bonds O(W)‐H···A and one short C‐H···O bond to form two‐dimensional assemblies comprising an internal polar lamella of metal cations, (SO2)2N groups and water molecules, and hydrophobic peripheral regions consisting of vertically protruding benzo rings. Carbocycles drawn alternatingly from adjacent layers form π‐stacking arrays, in which the parallel aromatic rings display intercentroid distances in the range 365‐385 pm and vertical ring spacings in the range 345‐385 pm.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

Metal Salts of Benzene‐1,2‐di(sulfonyl)amine. 4. Hydrophobically Wrapped Two‐Dimensional Polymers: Crystal Structures of the Isostructural Metal Complexes [M{C6H4(SO2)2N}(H2O)] (M = K, Rb) and of the Structurally Related Ammonium Salt [(NH4){C6H4(SO2)2N}(H2O)] The previously unreported compounds KZ · H2O ( 1 ), RbZ · H2O ( 2 ) and NH4Z · H2O ( 3 ), where Z is Ndeprotonated ortho‐benzenedisulfonimide, are examples of layered inorgano‐organic solids, in which the inorganic component is comprised of metal or ammonium cations, N(SO2)2 groups and water molecules and the outer regions are formed by the planar benzo rings of the anions. The metal complexes 1 and 2 were found to be strictly isostructural, whereas 3 is structurally related to them by a non‐crystallographic mirror plane ( 1 – 3 : monoclinic, space group P21/c, Z = 4; single crystal X‐ray diffraction at low temperatures). In each structure, the five‐membered 1,3,2‐dithiazolide heterocycle possesses an envelope conformation, the N atom lying about 40 pm outside the mean plane of the S–C–C–S moiety. The metal complexes feature two‐dimensional coordination networks interwoven with O–H…O hydrogen bonds originating from the water molecules. The metal centres adopt an irregular nonacoordination formed by five sulfonyl O atoms, two N atoms and two μ2‐bridging water molecules; each M+ is connected to four different anions. When NH4+ is substituted for M+, the metal–ligand bonds are replaced by N+–H…O hydrogen bonds, but the general topology of the lamella is not affected. In the three structures, the lipophilic benzo groups protrude obliquely from the surfaces of the polar lamellae and display marked interlocking between adjacent layers.  相似文献

Two sulfato CuII complexes [Cu2(bpy)2(H2O)(OH)2(SO4)]· 4H2O ( 1 ) and [Cu(bpy)(H2O)2]SO4 ( 2 ) were synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X—ray diffraction. Complex 1 consists of the asymmetric dinuclear [Cu2(bpy)2(H2O)(OH)2(SO4)] complex molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. Within the dinuclear molecules, the Cu atoms are in square pyramidal geometries, where the equatorial sites are occupied by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and two O atoms of different μ2—OH groups and the apical position by one aqua ligand or one sulfato group. Through intermolecular O—H···O and C—H···O hydrogen bonds and intermolecular π—π stacking interactions, the dinuclear complex molecules are assembled into layers, between which the hydrogen bonded H2O molecules are located. The Cu atoms in 2 are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and four O atoms of two H2O molecules and two sulfato groups with the sulfato O atoms at the trans positions and are bridged by sulfato groups into 1[Cu(bpy)(H2O)2(SO4)2/2] chains. Through the interchain π—π stacking interactions and interchain C—H···O hydrogen bonds, the resulting chains are assembled into bi—chains, which are further interlinked into layers by O—H···O hydrogen bonds between adjacent bichains.  相似文献

In the title compound, 2C19H13N5·C8H6O4·4H2O, the terephthalic acid molecule lies on a crystallographic inversion centre and the H atoms of one water molecule exhibit disorder. The maximum deviation of any atom from the mean plane through the C and N atoms of the 2,6‐bis(benzimidazol‐2‐yl)pyridine molecule is only 0.161 (4) Å. In the crystal structure, the water molecules play an important role in linking the other molecules via hydrogen bonding. The structure forms a three‐dimensional framework via strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding. In addition, there are π–π stacking interactions between the imidazole, pyridine and benzene rings.  相似文献

The title compound, C12H13NO4, is one of the few examples that exhibits a syn conformation between the amide and ester carbonyl groups of the oxalyl group. This conformation allows the engagement of the amide H atom in an intramolecular three‐centred hydrogen‐bonding S(6)S(5) motif. The compound is self‐assembled by C=O...C=O and amide–π interactions into stacked columns along the b‐axis direction. The concurrence of both interactions seems to be responsible for stabilizing the observed syn conformation between the carbonyl groups. The second dimension, along the a‐axis direction, is developed by soft C—H...O hydrogen bonding. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations at the B3LYP/6‐31G(d,p) level of theory were performed to support the experimental findings.  相似文献
