含有金刚烷胺的多金属氧酸盐的合成和抗流感病毒活性   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9

以金刚烷胺和1∶10 (Ln∶W), 1∶13(Ni或Mn∶V)系列多金属氧酸盐为原料, 合成了化学式分别为K4(C10H18N)5CeW10O36•2H2O (APOM-5), K4(C10H18N)5PrW10O36•2H2O (APOM-6), K3(C10H18N)4NiV13O38•H2O (APOM-12)和K3(C10H18N)4MnV13O38•H2O (APOM-13)的四种新的多金属氧酸盐, 并通过元素分析、IR光谱及1H NMR谱对其结构进行了表征. 在狗肾(Madin-Darby canine kidney, MDCK)细胞内, 对合成化合物进行了抗流感病毒A和B的活性研究. 发现APOM-13对流感病毒A, B两型均有明显的抑制活性, 而APOM-12只在浓度较高时对流感病毒A, B两型有抑制活性, 低浓度时, 活性不明显. APOM-5,6对A型流感病毒有效, 但对B型流感病毒抑制活性不明显. 另外发现APOM-12和APOM-13对流感病毒感染MDCK细胞病变效应(CPE)具有明显抑制作用, 且浓度越大抑制作用愈明显.  相似文献

合成了2例基于2-吡啶甲酸(2-PA)和Keggin类型[SiW12O40]4-、[PMo12O40]3-多酸单元的有机-无机杂化材料:H2[(CH34N]6[Cu(2-PA)2(SiW12O402](1)和(H3O)[Cu6(2-PA)9(PMo12O40)(NO3)](2),并用红外光谱以及X射线衍射对其进行了表征。单晶衍射结构分析表明化合物1为单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,不对称单元中包含1个二价铜离子、2个2-吡啶甲酸配体以及2个Keggin类型[SiW12O40]4-多酸单元并组成零维结构。循环伏安测试表明化合物1在扫速为100 mV·s-1时,3组半波电位分别为-270、-516、-708 mV。化合物2为三方晶系,空间群为R3c,不对称单元中包含2个晶体学独立的二价铜离子并且具有2种不同的配位模式,是含六核簇合物单元的二维网络结构。  相似文献

以2-[1,2-二(2-羟基苯甲氨基)-2-(吡啶基)乙基]苯酚和2-[1,2-二(2-羟基苯甲氨基)-4-(吡啶基)乙基]苯酚为原料,分别与乙二醛经缩合反应,合成了两个新型的哌嗪化合物--2-【{12-(2-吡啶基)-3,20-二氧-11,21-二氮杂五环[11.7.1.O2,11.O4,9.O14,19]二十一-4,6,8,14,16,18-六环-21-基}甲基】苯酚(2a)和2-【{12-(4-吡啶基)-3,20-二氧-11,21-二氮杂五环[11.7.1.O2,11.O4,9.O14,19]二十一-4,6,8,14,16,18-六环-21-基}甲基】苯酚(2b),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR, ESI-MS和X-射线单晶衍射表征。2a(CCDC: 1 439 422)属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,晶胞参数a=12.250 2(16) , b=10.299 6(13) , c=18.296(2) , β=95.798(2)°, V=2 296.6(5) 3, Dc=1.341 mg·cm-3,Z=4, F(000)=976, μ=0.088 mm-1。  相似文献

以1,10-邻菲罗啉(phen)为配体,采用溶剂蒸发法在水中分别合成了羟基桥连和氯离子桥连的两个新型的含氮配体多核铜离子配合物[Cu4(phen)4(H2O)2(OH)4·(NO3)4·2H2O(1)和Cu2(phen)2Cl4(2)],其结构经元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=10.143 0(9),b=11.900 1(11),c=12.629 9(13),α=111.060(2)°,β=91.070 0(10)°,γ=110.920(2)°,Z=1,V=1 309.8(2)3,F(000)=692。2属单斜晶系,空间群Cc,晶胞参数a=9.860 9(8),b=17.852 9(13),c=13.412 3(15),β=106.583(11)°,Z=4,V=2 263.0(4)3,F(000)=1 256。用荧光光谱和热分析分别研究了1和2的荧光性质和热稳定性,结果表明:在310 nm激发波长激发下,与phen相比,1和2的荧光发射峰分别发生红移和蓝移,λem分别位于451 nm和374 nm。1和2的初始分解温度分别为298℃和300℃。  相似文献

A novel inorganic-organic compound (C4N2H12)(C2N2H10)2[Mo5P2O23] (1) has been synthesized by the reaction of (NH4)2MoO4, H3PO4, C2N2H8 (ethylenediaminium), C4N2H10·6H2O (piperazine hexahydrate) and water in aqueous solution under mild hydrothermal conditions. Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound is crystallized in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.258(19), b = 9.382(19), c = 17.681(4), α = 76.28(3), β = 84.48(3), γ = 70.82(3)o, V = 1408.9(6)3, Mr = 1122.04, Z = 2, Dc = 2.645 g/cm3, μ = 2.384 mm-1, F(000) = 1092.0, the final R = 0.0391, wR = 0.1185 and S = 1.006 for 6169 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The crystal packing is stabilized by intra- and intermolecular N-H···O hydrogen bonds to form an infinite 3D network.  相似文献

用Fe3(C0)12与顺-2,4-二(叔丁基胺基)-1,3-二(叔丁基)-1,3,2,4-环偶磷氮烷cis-[P(NHBu-t)NBu-t]2(L)反应,得到两个新的含偶磷氮环的单核羰基铁衍生物:Fe(C0)4[{P(NHBu-t)NBu-t}2](1)和Fe(C0)4[P(NHBu-t)(NBu-t)2P(0)H](2).对它们进行了元素分析,IR和1H NMR谱表征,并用X-ray单晶衍射法测定了晶体结构.1:正交晶系,Pna2(1)空间群,a=1.7038(9)nm,b=0.8856(5)nm,c=3.5659(18)nm,V=5.381(5)nm3,Dc=1.275g/cm3,Z=8.2:单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,a=0.9999(2)nm,b=1.4476(3)nm,c=1.5559(3)nm,β=92.40(3)°,V=2.2504(8)nm3,Dc=1.361g/cm3,Z=4.在两个羰基铁化合物中,配位基偶磷氮烷环以单齿P原子与Fe原子配位.2中,未配位P(Ⅲ)被氧化成具有膦酰基结构[(==)P(O)H]的P(Ⅴ).  相似文献

在水热条件下合成了一个新的化合物{[Cu4(PMo12O40)(H2O)5(H2bpdc)(Hbpdc)(bpdc)2].6H2O}n(H2bpdc=2,2′-联吡啶-3,3′-二羧酸),并用元素分析、IR、TG和X-射线衍射等手段进行了表征。结果表明本化合物的晶体结构中,最小不对称单元包含1个[Cu4(H2O)5(H2bpdc)(Hbpdc)(bpdc)2]3+阳离子,1个[PMo12O40]3-阴离子和6个结晶水分子。Cu(Ⅱ)与相邻[PMo12O40]3-的桥氧原子配位,形成一维链状结构。电化学研究表明,化合物存在三步氧化还原过程。  相似文献

A Keggin-type tungstohosphate compound [CuI(2,2'-bipy)2]3[PWVI12O40] 1 (bipy = bipyridine) was prepared by the hydrothermal method for the first time. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1 (C60H48Cu3N12O40PW12) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 16.9837(10), b = 17.9732(13) c = 27.8701(13)(A), β = 96.1039(10)°, V = 8459.2(9)(A)3, Mr = 4004.89, Z = 4, Dc = 3.145 g/cm3, μ = 17.089 mm-1, F(000) = 7208, S = 1.005, the final R = 0.0469 and wR = 0.0827 for 10807 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Compound 1 consists of one discrete normal Keggin polyanion [PWVI12O40]3- and three isolated coordinated cat- ions [CuI(2,2'-bipy)2]+. Significantly, there exist three crystallographically independent asymmetric reduced copper (I) centers in 1. Furthermore, the compound shows strong photoluminescence property in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new compound Na3H3[Co(en)3]2[Co4(H2O)2(PW9O34)2]·11H2O 1 (en = ethylenediamine) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by IR, TGA, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group C21c, a = 26.336(5), b = 18.135(2), c = 22.751(4)A, β = 123.039(7)° and Z = 4. X-ray crystallographic study on compound 1 reveals that it includes a Weakley-type sandwich polyoxoanion [Co4(H2O)2(PW9O34)2]^10-, two complex ions [Co(en)3]^2+, three Na^+ ions (one Na(1) and two Na(2)), and eleven crystallographic water molecules. The sandwich polyoxoanions are linked by Na2 to form 2D layers parallel to the (100) plane, and these layers are further connected by Nal along the α-axis to generate a 3D structure.  相似文献

以2-溴-5-吡啶甲醛和5-溴-2-吡啶甲醛为起始原料,合成出4种新型含吡啶环二联芳基和三联芳基化合物,总收率20%~30%。 热性能研究结果表明,二联芳基化合物未呈现出液晶相,而三联芳基化合物在加热和冷却过程中均表现向列相液晶态,且当氮原子位于正丁基的间位时,其与不含氮原子的三联苯化合物(2c)相比,熔点降低了11.7 ℃,清亮点升高6.3 ℃,液晶相区拓宽了18 ℃,表现出了良好的热性能。 光电性能测试结果表明,用吡啶环替代苯环后,化合物的光学各向异性值均较参比化合物(1c或2c)增大;当N原子位于正丁基的邻位的化合物,介电各向异性值较参比化合物增大,且液晶的阈值电压、饱和电压均降低。 通过对三环同分异构体化合物的不同构象能量态的计算分析,解释了介电各向异性的变化规律。  相似文献
