本文分别在室温和低温下测定了氟磷酸盐玻璃中用不同波长激发Cu~+的分时荧光光谱以及不同发光波长的荧光寿命.随延迟时间增加,发光峰值移向长波.当采用长波长激发时,在发光主峰两边出现多个子峰结构,展现了激活离子之间的能量转移.  相似文献

研究了Yb3 掺杂铝氟磷酸盐 (AFP)玻璃的吸收光谱、荧光光谱 ,测量了Yb3 离子的荧光有效线宽 (Δλeff>5 5nm)以及2 F5 2 能级的荧光寿命 (τmax=2ms)及随掺杂浓度的变化 .应用倒易法计算了Yb3 的发射截面 ,其发射截面可达 0 6 6 82 3pm2 ,且激光增益系数τfσemi达 1 2 89ms.pm2 .评估了Yb3 在AFP玻璃中的激光性能 ,发现其具有较理想的激发态最小粒子数 (0 15 )、饱和抽运强度 (8 3kW cm2 )和最小抽运强度 (1 2 4 5kW cm2 )值及良好的热稳定性 .研究结果表明掺Yb3 氟磷酸盐玻璃是实现高功率超短可调谐激光器的理想增益介质 .  相似文献

Broadband and upconversion properties were studied in Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped fluorophosphate glasses. Large Ω6 and Sed/(Sed+Smd) values and the flat gain profile over 1530-1585 nm indicate the good broadband properties of the glass system. And a premise of using Ω6 as a parameter to estimate the broadband properties of the glasses is proposed for the first time to our knowledge. Results showed that fluorescence intensity, upconversion luminescence intensity, the intensity ratio of red/green light (656 nm/545 nm) are closely related to the Yb3+:Er3+ ratio and Er3+ concentration, and the corresponding calculated lifetime of 4F9/2 and 4S3/2 states for red and green upconversion samples proves this conclusion. We describe the electro-optic (EO) modulation of diffraction in holographic polymer dispersed liquid crystals, recently developed for broad band photosensitivity, ranging from visible to near infrared. More than 90% EO modulation achieved for relatively low electric fields confirms the phase separation and formation of liquid crystal sub-micrometer sized droplets in the polymer matrix. Molecular reorientation induced by the applied voltage and a residual electrical current induced heating are at the origin of the EO modulation.  相似文献

Spectroscopic properties of Nd3+ in barium fluorophosphate glassy matrix containing sulphate have been analysed by fitting the experimental data with the standard Judd-Ofelt theory. Various spectroscopic parameters viz. radiative transition probabilities, radiative decay time, fluorescence branching ratios, electric dipole line strengths, stimulated emission cross sections and optical gain of the principal fluorescence transition from the 4F3/2 metastable level are obtained. Results show that addition of sulphate to the fluorophosphate matrix will enhance the fluorescence spectral properties of Nd3+ considerably. Quantum efficiency of the 4F3/2 emission is found to be higher than that of fluorophosphate glasses and stimulated emission cross section of the 4F3/24I11/2 transition is the highest among all reported values. Quantitative estimation of the non-radiative processes such as multiphonon relaxation and quenching by water content was carried out and the results show that the water content is below the critical level for optimum laser performance.  相似文献

The photoelectric effect in films of the copper phthalocyanine organic semiconductor (α-CuPc) has been experimentally studied for two fundamentally different geometries. A sample in the first, normal geometry is fabricated in the form of a sandwich with an α-CuPc film between a transparent SnO2 electrode on a substrate and an upper reflecting Al electrode. In the second case of the planar geometry, the semiconductor is deposited on the substrate with a system of submicron chromium interdigital electrodes. It has been found that the effective photoconductivity in the planar geometry is more than two orders of magnitude higher than that in the normal geometry. In addition to the classical model (without excitons), a simple exciton model has been proposed within which a relation has been obtained between the probability of the formation of electron–hole pairs and the characteristic recombination and dissociation times of excitons. An increase in the photoconductivity in the planar geometry has been explained within the exciton model by an increase in the rate of dissociation of excitons into electron–hole pairs owing to acceptor oxygen molecules, which diffuse more efficiently into the film in the case of the planar geometry where the upper electrode is absent.  相似文献

This work reports the observation of emissions at 2.9 μm, 1.8 μm and 1.47 μm from Dy3+/Tm3+ codoped fluorophosphate glass upon excitation of a conventional 800 nm laser diode. Judd–Ofelt intensity parameters and radiative properties of Dy3+ ions in present glasses were calculated using the Judd–Ofelt theory. The mechanism and microparameters of energy transfer processes were investigated based on photoluminescence performance and lifetime measurements. The Dy3+/Tm3+ codoped fluorophosphate glass possessing advantageous spectroscopic characteristics as well as excellent thermal stability is a promising candidate for an efficient 2.9 μm laser.  相似文献

A fluorophosphate laser glass doped with 1.0 mol% of Eu3+ ions has been prepared and studied by site-selective spectroscopy to explore the local structure of Eu3+ ions. Site-selective 5 D 07 F 1,2 emission spectra have been measured under resonant excitation to the 5 D 0 level at different wavelengths within the 7 F 05 D 0 band at 16 K. Using the Stark level positions of the 7 F 1 and 7 F 2 levels, crystal-field analysis has been carried out. The results suggest the existence of a unique kind of site for all the environments of Eu3+ ions in this glass.  相似文献

Numerical simulation of the optical properties of unslanted reflection holographic gratings (holographic mirrors) is made by the characteristic matrix method. The holograms are recorded in an attenuating medium but the reconstruction is that of pure phase structures in which the refractive index depends exponentially on the exposure. The dependence of the hologram spectral selectivity on medium absorption, amplitude ratio of the two interference waves and recording linearity is studied.  相似文献

Recording of holographic gratings by 532-nm laser pulses in photochromic bulk aluminosilicate glass containing silver particles is demonstrated. A diffraction efficiency of 1.5% is achieved for readout at the same wavelength. The speed of grating formation as a function of pulse energy suggests that two-photon excitation is responsible for the recording. The light causes bleaching of an absorption peak near 417nm, which corresponds to the excitation of surface plasmons on the silver, and broad darkening throughout the visible to the near infrared. A likely mechanism for the photochromic effect is discussed.  相似文献

本文采用常温络合—控制水解法,以TiCl_4,有机羧酸,氨水,硝酸铕,D-山梨醇等为主要实验药品,制备了Eu掺杂纳米TiO_2光触媒乳液。以酸性红3R染料为待降解物,分别考察了不同条件下制备的TiO_2光触媒乳液在太阳光模拟器生成光照射下的光催化性能。此外,还考察了Eu掺杂纳米二氧化钛透明光触媒乳液对于不同浓度染料的光催化性能。通过酸性红3R染料的降解实验,研究了影响Eu掺杂纳米二氧化钛透明光触媒乳液光催化活性的因素。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、纳米激光粒度分析仪、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等对样品进行表征。结果表明:样品的平均粒度为4.1 nm左右,晶型为锐钛矿,样品的吸收光谱可拓宽至可见光区。当Eu掺杂量为0.3%,pH值为6,回流时间是15 min时,制备的Eu掺杂纳米二氧化钛光触媒乳液的光催化性能最佳。该光触媒乳液经太阳光照射1 h之后,对浓度为25 mg/L的酸性红3R模型反应物的降解效率最高,达到97%以上。  相似文献

对掺有镉、硒、硫的玻璃在650—800℃退火4?h,生长了不同尺寸的CdS0.13Se0.87纳米晶体,测量了纳米晶体的吸收光谱、光致发光(PL)谱和电调制光谱,确定了纳米晶体部分电子态的能量,讨论了CdSSe纳米晶体的光学性质与其尺寸之间的依赖关系.随着纳米晶体尺寸的增大,对应激子的吸收峰、PL峰及电吸收信号发生红移,表现出明显的量子尺寸效应.小尺寸纳米晶体的电吸收表现为量子受限的Stark效应,而大尺寸纳米晶体的电吸收线形与体材料的相似;随着纳米晶体尺寸的增大,电吸收信号增强.所有尺寸的纳米晶体都表现 关键词: CdSSe纳米晶体 吸收光谱 光致发光谱 电光响应  相似文献

Fe2+-doped fluorophosphate glass (FEFG), a new color-separation material, is prepared by a melt-quenching method. The spectroscopic and laser-induced damage (LID) properties of FEFG are investigated by transmittance spectroscopy, LID tests, scanning electron microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. Results show that the sample has intensive absorption (>85 %) at 1,053 nm and high transmittance (~86.5 %) at 351 nm after introducing 0.3 wt% Fe2O3. The LID thresholds of 0.3 wt% Fe2O3-doped FEFG sample irradiated by 351- and 1,053-nm lasers with 8 ns pulse width are 4.5 and 36.0 J/cm2, respectively. Thus, FEFG has laser-separation ability and can resist nanosecond laser irradiation, indicating that FEFG is a potential color-separation material for high-power lasers.  相似文献
