In this article we look at skew-products of multiples of the backward shift and examine conditions under which the skew-product is topologically transitive or hypercyclic in the second coordinate. We also give an application of the theory to iterated function systems of multiples of backward shift operators.

The problem of finding a solution to a multiple objective linear fractional program arises in several real world situations.In this paper we advocate that fuzzy sets theory provides a basis for solving this problem with sufficient consistency and rigorousness.After representing imprecise aspirations of the decision maker by structured linguistic variables or converting the original problem via approximations or change of variables into a multiple objective linear program, techniques of fuzzy linear programming may be used to reach a satisfactory solution.It is shown that under reasonable restrictions, this solution is efficient (Pareto optimal) for the original problem. A genetic algorithm for solving linear fractional bilevel problems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Bilevel programming has been proposed for dealing with decision processes involving two decision makers with a hierarchical structure. They are characterized by the existence of two optimization problems in which the constraint region of the upper level problem is implicitly determined by the lower level optimization problem. In this paper a genetic algorithm is proposed for the class of bilevel problems in which both level objective functions are linear fractional and the common constraint region is a bounded polyhedron. The algorithm associates chromosomes with extreme points of the polyhedron and searches for a feasible solution close to the optimal solution by proposing efficient crossover and mutation procedures. The computational study shows a good performance of the algorithm, both in terms of solution quality and computational time.  相似文献

In the present paper, a fractional wavelet transform of real order α is introduced, and various useful properties and results are derived for it. These include (for example) Perseval's formula and inversion formula for the fractional wavelet transform. Multiresolution analysis and orthonormal fractional wavelets associated with the fractional wavelet transform are studied systematically. Fractional Fourier transforms of the Mexican hat wavelet for different values of the order α are compared with the classical Fourier transform graphically, and various remarkable observations are presented. A comparative study of the various results, which we have presented in this paper, is also represented graphically.  相似文献

In this work, we deal with the existence of the fractional integrable equations involving two generalized symmetries compatible with nonlinear systems. The method used is based on the Bä cklund transformation or B‐transformation. Furthermore, we shall factorize the fractional heat operator in order to yield the fractional Riccati equation. This is done by utilizing matrix transform Miura type and matrix operators, that is, matrices whose entries are differential operators of fractional order. In 1996, C. Cowen and B. MacCluer studied a class of maps on that they called linear fractional maps. Using the tools of Krein spaces, it can be shown that a linear fractional map is a self-map of the ball if and only if an associated matrix is a multiple of a Krein contraction. In this paper, we extend this result by specifying this multiple in terms of eigenvalues and eigenvectors of this matrix, creating an easily verified condition in almost all cases. In the remaining cases, the best possible results depending on fixed point and boundary behavior are given.

We give a new proof that every linear fractional map of the unit ball induces a bounded composition operator on the standard scale of Hilbert function spaces on the ball, and obtain new norm bounds analogous to the standard one-variable estimates. We also show that Cowen's one-variable spectral radius formula extends to these operators. The key observation underlying these results is that every linear fractional map of the ball belongs to the Schur-Agler class.  相似文献

In this paper, the asymptotic stability analysis problem for a class of delayed genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with linear fractional uncertainties and stochastic perturbations is studied. By employing a more effective Lyapunov functional and using a lemma to estimate the derivative of the Lyapunov functional, some new sufficient conditions for the stability problem of GRNs are derived in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, two numerical examples are used to demonstrate the usefulness of the main results and less conservatism of the derived conditions.  相似文献

This study examines the problem of robust stability of uncertain stochastic genetic regulatory networks with time-varying delays. The system’s uncertainties are modeled as both polytopic form and structured linear fractional form. Based on a novel augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and different integral approaches, new stability conditions have been derived. Furthermore, these stability criteria can be applicable to both fast and slow time-varying delays. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed stability conditions.  相似文献

In the theory of physical structures the classification of metric functions (both on a single set and on two ones) plays an important role. A metric function represents a two-point invariant of a certain local Lie transformation group. Moreover, one can uniquely restore this group with the help of the invariance condition. According to this theorem, in order to find all metric functions, it suffices to construct the complete classification of local Lie transformation groups. In this paper we classify Lie algebras of simply transitive local Lie groups of local transformations of a four-dimensional space, and then we define metric functions. The obtained results admit application in physics, in particular, in thermodynamics.  相似文献
