The luminescence properties of LaNbO4 synthesized by the citric gel process were investigated. The crystallized orthorhombic and monoclinic biphasic structure forms at temperatures below 1100 °C and well-crystallized monoclinic LaNbO4 is obtained by heat treatment at a temperature of 1200 °C for 3 h. All of LaNbO4 phosphors derived from the citric gel method exhibit red-shifted excitation spectra as the calcining temperature increased from 700 to 1200 °C. The effect of the heat treatment conditions on the peak shape and the peak positions of the photoluminescence (PL) emission are undetectable, and the PL spectra excited at 260 nm have a blue emission band maximum at 408 nm, corresponding to the self-activated luminescence center of LaNbO4. The sample heat treated at 1100 °C for 3 h showed the highest absorption and fluorescence intensities among the prepared samples.  相似文献

Lithium borate (Li2B4O7) is a low Zeff, tissue equivalent material that is commonly used for medical dosimetry using the thermoluminescence (TL) technique. Nanocrystals of lithium borate were synthesized by the combustion method for the first time in the laboratory. TL characteristics of the synthesized material were studied and compared with those of commercially available microcrystalline Li2B4O7. The optimum pre-irradiation annealing condition was found to be 300 °C for 10 min and that of post-irradiation annealing was 300 °C for 30 min. The synthesized Li2B4O7 nanophosphor has very poor sensitivity for low doses of gamma up to 101 Gy whereas from 101 to 4.5×102 Gy this phosphor exhibits a linear response and then from 4.5×102 to 103 Gy it shows supralinearity. Thermoluminescence properties of Li2B4O7 nanophosphor doped with Cu has also been investigated in this paper. It shows low fading and a linear response over a wide range of gamma radiation from 1×102 to 5×103 Gy. Therefore the synthesized lithium borate nanophosphor doped with Cu may be used for high dose measurements of gamma radiations.  相似文献

The pure Cr2O3 coated Li4Ti5O12 microspheres were prepared by a facile and cheap solutionbased method with basic chromium(III) nitrate solution (pH=11.9). And their Li-storage properties were investigated as anode materials for lithium rechargeable batteries. The pure Cr2O3 works as an adhesive interface to strengthen the connections between Li4Ti5O12 particles, providing more electric conduction channels, and reduce the inter-particle resistance. Moreover, LixCr2O3, formed by the lithiation of Cr2O3, can further stabilize Li7Ti5O12 with high electric conductivity on the surface of particles. While in the acid chromium solution (pH=3.2) modification, besides Cr2O3, Li2CrO4 and TiO2 phases were also found in the final product. Li2CrO4 is toxic and the presence of TiO2 is not welcome to improve the electrochemical performance of Li4Ti5O12 microspheres. The reversible capacity of 1% Cr2O3-coated sample with the basic chromium solution modification was 180 mAh/g at 0.1 C, and 134 mAh/g at 10 C. Moreover, it was even as high as 127 mAh/g at 5 C after 600 cycles. At-20℃, its reversible specific capacity was still as high as 118 mAh/g.  相似文献

The glasses with the composition of 37.5Li2O–(25 − x)Fe2O3xNb2O5–37.5P2O5 (mol%) (x = 5,10,15) are prepared, and it is found that the addition of Nb2O5 is effective for the glass formation in the lithium iron phosphate system. The glass–ceramics consisting of Nasicon-type Li3Fe2(PO4)3 crystals with an orthorhombic structure are developed through conventional crystallization in an electric furnace, showing electrical conductivities of 3 × 10− 6 Scm− 1 at room temperature and the activation energies of 0.48 eV (x = 5) and 0.51 eV (x = 10) for Li+ ion conduction in the temperature range of 30–200 °C. A continuous wave Nd:YAG laser (wavelength: 1064 nm) with powers of 0.14–0.30 W and a scanning speed of 10 μm/s is irradiated onto the surface of the glasses, and the formation of Li3Fe2(PO4)3 crystals is confirmed from XRD analyses and micro-Raman scattering spectra. The crystallization of the precursor glasses is considered as new route for the fabrication of Li3Fe2(PO4)3 crystals being candidates for use as electrolyte materials in lithium ion secondary batteries.  相似文献

Ce3+ and Dy3+ activated Li2CaGeO4 phosphors were prepared by a solid-state reaction method, and characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and photoluminescence techniques. The characteristic emission bands of Dy3+ due to 4F9/26H15/2 (blue) and 4F9/26H13/2 (yellow) transitions were detected in the emission spectra of Li2CaGeO4:Dy3+. Ce3+ broad band emission was observed in Li2CaGeO4:Ce3+ phosphors at 372 and 400 nm due to 5d→4f transition when excited at 353 nm. Co-doping of Ce3+ enhanced the luminescence of Dy3+ significantly and concentration quenching occurs when Dy3+ is beyond 0.04 mol%. White-light with different hues can be realized by tuning Dy3+ concentration in the phosphors.  相似文献

研究了在铌酸钾钠基陶瓷中,A位等价与非等价取代对陶瓷极化温度和极化电场的影响,结果表明:A位等价取代的陶瓷对极化温度和极化电场没有强烈依赖性,可以使极化足够充分,能有效提高铌酸钾钠基陶瓷的压电性能;相反,A位非等价取代的陶瓷对极化温度和极化电场敏感,容易击穿,极化不充分,限制了铌酸钾钠基陶瓷的压电性能. 关键词: 铌酸钾钠 极化 压电  相似文献

Intense red emitting phosphors MGd2(MoO4)4: Eu3+ (M=Ca, Sr and Ba) have been synthesized by the simple sol-gel technique. The formation processes and the phase impurity of phosphors are characterized by thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and power X-ray diffraction (XRD). The narrower size distribution and the regular shape of the phosphor particles are also measured by Field emission scanning electronic microscopy (FE-SEM). Photo-luminescent properties of the phosphors are performed at room temperature. Their excitation spectra present strong absorption at 395 nm near-UV light and 465 nm blue light, which match well with commercial LED chips. The phosphors exhibit satisfactory and excellent red light dominated by 616 nm and their photoluminescence intensity is about 3-4 times stronger than that of phosphor YAG under the 465 nm excitation. In addition, the optimal concentrations of Eu3+ for phosphors MGd2(MoO4)4 (M=Ca, Sr and Ba) have also been determined.  相似文献

Porous Si3N4 ceramics with photoluminescence properties were prepared by pressureless sintering using α-Si3N4 powder as raw material and Eu2O3 as sintering additive. Chemical composition, phase formation, microstructure and photoluminescence properties of porous Si3N4 ceramics were studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence measurements (PL/PLE). The results show that single Eu2O3 additive promotes α→β transformation but not significant densification. A broad band emission center at 570 nm assigned to Eu2+ is observed, Eu3+ in Eu2O3 is (partially) converted to Eu2+ by reaction with Si3N4, which results in a lower β aspect ratio and β-content compared to the other Ln (Ln=lanthanide) oxide additives.  相似文献

Pure Li6CaB3O8.5 and Li6Ca1−xPbxB3O8.5 (0.005≤x≤0.04) materials were prepared by a solution combustion synthesis method. The phase of synthesized materials was determined using the powder XRD and FTIR. The synthesized materials were investigated using spectrofluorometer at room temperature. The emission and excitation bands of the synthesized phosphors were observed at 307 and 268 nm, respectively. The dependence of the emission intensity on the Pb2+ concentration for the Li6Ca1−xPbxB3O8.5 (0.005≤x≤0.04) was studied and observed that the optimum concentration of Pb2+ in phosphor is 0.01 mol. The Stokes shift of the synthesized phosphor was calculated to be 4740 cm-1.  相似文献

The structural properties and relaxation mechanisms of Li2KH(SO4)2 crystals were determined using the temperature dependences of NMR spectra and the spin-lattice relaxation times (T1) of their 1H, 7Li, and 39K nuclei. The results obtained were compared with the previously reported physical properties of LiKSO4 crystals. The substitution of the potassium ions with protons in the LiKSO4 crystals were variations in the phase transition temperatures, and the non-appearance of ferroelastic properties. The 7Li T1 for the Li2KH(SO4)2 crystals was much shorter than the 7Li T1 for the LiKSO4 crystals, and these findings indicate that the presence of the protons in Li2KH(SO4)2 causes the Li ions to move with greater freedom.  相似文献

Li2B4O7:Cu single-crystal annealing in the reducing environment results in a sharp drop of intensity of thermoluminescence (TSL) and X-ray luminescence (XL) peaks. It was suggested that during annealing in the reducing environment, an oxygen vacancy is produced in the LTB structure at the bridging oxygen atom site. Oxygen vacancy charge compensation takes place at the expense of reduction of the doping Cu+ ion to the Cu0 state. In this case the A0-type thermoluminescence center formation mechanism due to irradiation becomes impossible.  相似文献

In this work, we have investigated the influence of doping agents on the luminescence properties of multiply doped Li2B4O7 and the temperature lag between TSL materials and the heating element. The results of thermoluminescence studies show that the Ag doping leads to the appearance of a new glow curve peak at 165 °C and the increasing sensitivity of Li2B4O7:Cu,Ag,P is correlated with copper and phosphate concentrations. Under the excitation at 245 nm the emission spectra show maxima at 365 and 450 nm in the ceramic, crystal and glass. The low energy shift in the latter system might be related to the local structural distortion in the glass around Cu+ ions.  相似文献

制备了Bi7Ti4NbO21,Bi4Ti3O12及Nb掺杂Bi4Ti3O12(Nb-Bi4Ti3O12)层状结构铁电陶瓷材料.结合Nb-Bi 4Ti3O12的介电温谱和 退极化实验结果,研究了Bi7Ti4NbO21的晶体结构 对其介电、压电性能的影响 .高分辨透射电镜结果表明,在Bi7Ti4NbO21中, 沿着c轴方向,(Bi2Ti3O10)2-和(BiTiNbO7)2-两个类钙钛矿层分别 与(Bi2O2)2+层叠加堆积而成.这种晶体结构决定了Bi7Ti4NbO21的 介电温谱在668℃和845℃出现介 电双峰.结合极化样品的退化实验分析,说明材料在这两个温度附近发生了铁电—铁电相变 、铁电—顺电相变,分别是(Bi2Ti3O10)2-< /sup>和(BiTiNbO7)2-层状 结构发生微观结构相变的结果.在退极化过程中,由于受热时钙钛矿层内空位引起的缺陷偶 极子的定向排列受到破坏,引起材料部分退极化,表现为300℃热处理后Bi7Ti 4NbO 21的压电活性降低了10%,显示了室温下材料的压电性能来源于自发极化的固有电 偶极子和缺陷偶极子的共同贡献.  相似文献

First-principles calculations predict that olivine Li4MnFeCoNiP4O16 has a large toroidal moment and ferrimagnetic configuration with a magnetic moment of 1.99μB per formula unit. Density functional theory plus U (DFT+U) shows an indirect band gap of 0.65 eV in this hypothetical material. The band gap is not simply related to the electronic conductivity when it is used as cathode material in rechargeable Li-ion batteries. Based on the orbital-resolved density of states for the transition-metal ions in the hypothetical material, Co, Ni and Mn are in the high-spin configuration while Fe is in the low-spin configuration, which leads to a large resulting toroidal moment deriving from the Co and Ni ions. The spin configuration of the transition-metal ions in the system breaks the space-and time-inversion symmetry and leads to the magnetoelectric property simultaneously. The ferrotoroidic domain, the fourth form of ferroic, is observed in this new material, as in the case of LiCoPO4 reported recently.  相似文献

High aspect-ratio Li2ZrO3 nanotubes were prepared by hydrothermal method using ZrO2 nanotubes layers as templates. Characterizations of SEM, XRD, TEM and CO2 adsorption were performed. The results showed that tetragonal Li2ZrO3 nanotubes arrays containing a little monoclinic ZrO2 can be obtained using this simple method. The mean diameter of the nanotubes is approximately 150 nm and the corresponding specific surface area is 57.9 m2 g−1. Moreover, the obtained Li2ZrO3 nanotubes were thermally analyzed under a CO2 flow to evaluate their CO2 capture property. It was found that the as-prepared Li2ZrO3 nanotubes arrays would be an effective acceptor for CO2 at high temperature.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of trigonal Nd0.9Dy0.1Fe3(BO3)4 substituted compound with the competitive Nd-Fe and Dy-Fe exchange interactions have been investigated. It has been shown that in Nd0.9Dy0.1Fe3(BO3)4 a spontaneous spin-reorientation transition from an ease-axis state to an easy-plane occurs near 8 K. Anomalies of the magnetization curves are observed in a spin-flop transition induced by the magnetic field B‖c. The calculations were performed using a molecular-field approximation and a crystal-field model for the rare-earth subsystem. Extensive experimental data on the magnetic properties of Nd0.9Dy0.1Fe3(BO3)4 have been interpreted and good agreement between theory and experiment has been achieved using the obtained theoretical dependences.  相似文献

This is the first time that a novel anode material, spinel Li4Ti5O12 which is well known as a “zero-strain” anode material for lithium storage, has been introduced for sodium-ion battery. The Li4Ti5O12 shows an average Na storage voltage of about 1.0 V and a reversible capacity of about 145 mAh/g, thereby making it a promising anode for sodium-ion battery. Ex-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) is used to investigate the structure change in the Na insertion/deinsertion process. Based on this, a possible Na storage mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

ZnGa2O4:Cr3+ thin films with bright red emission were synthesized using a sol-gel process, characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and UV-vis and fluorescence spectrophotometry measurements. Effects of calcining temperature, film thickness, calcining duration and substrates on the crystal structure and photoluminescent property have been investigated. It is found that the crystallinity, Ga/Zn ratio and band gap energy (Eg) are significant factors influencing optical characteristics, while the nature of substrates affect the surface morphologies of ZnGa2O4:Cr3+ thin films.  相似文献
