We study various weaker forms of the inverse shadowing property for discrete dynamical systems on a smooth compact manifold. First, we introduce the so-called ergodic inverse shadowing property(Birkhoff averages of continuous functions along an exact trajectory and the approximating one are close). We demonstrate that this property implies the continuity of the set of invariant measures in the Hausdorff metric. We show that the class of systems with ergodic inverse shadowing is quite broad; it includes all diffeomorphisms with hyperbolic nonwandering sets. Second, we study the so-called individual inverse shadowing(any exact trajectory can be traced by approximate ones, but this shadowing is not uniform with respect to the initial point of the trajectory).We demonstrate that this property is closely related to structural stability and ?-stability of diffeomorphisms.  相似文献

We study the Besicovitch pseudometric \(D_B\) for compact dynamical systems. The set of generic points of ergodic measures turns out to be closed with respect to \(D_B\). It is proved that the weak specification property implies the average asymptotic shadowing property and the latter property does not imply the former one nor the almost specification property. Furthermore an example of a proximal system with the average shadowing property is constructed. It is proved that to every invariant measure \(\mu \) of a compact dynamical system one can associate a certain asymptotic pseudo orbit such that any point asymptotically tracing in average that pseudo orbit is generic for \(\mu \). A simple consequence of the theory presented is that every invariant measure has a generic point in a system with the asymptotic average shadowing property.  相似文献

In recent years many new definitions of shadowing, using a notion of ergodic (or average) pseudo-orbit were introduced. While, under the assumption of chain mixing, average pseudo-orbit usually can be equivalently replaced by pseudo-orbit in these definitions of shadowing, it is not completely clear when these shadowing properties (i.e. approximation of a pseudo-orbit by a real orbit on a sufficiently large set of indices) can or cannot occur. In this paper we analyze necessary and sufficient conditions for shadowing over a set with positive density (or syndetic). While we do not provide full characterization, a few relations to standard notions from topological dynamics are obtained.  相似文献

Let X be a compact metric space and f:XX be a continuous map. In this paper, we prove that if f has the average-shadowing property and the minimal points of f are dense in X, then f is weakly mixing and totally strongly ergodic. As applications we obtain that if f is a distal or Lyapunov stable map having the average-shadowing property, then X is consisting of one point. This paper introduces the notion of a general approximation property, which encompasses many existing types of shadowing. It is proven that there exists a metric space X such that the sets of maps with many types of general approximation properties (including the classic shadowing, the L p -shadowing, limit shadowing, and the s-limit shadowing) are not dense in C(X), S(X), and H(X) (the space of continuous self-maps of X, continuous surjections of X onto itself, and self-homeomorphisms of X) and that there exists a manifold M such that the sets of maps with general approximation properties of nonlocal type (including the average shadowing property and the asymptotic average shadowing property) are not dense in C(M), S(M), and H(M). Furthermore, it is proven that the sets of maps with a wide range of general approximation properties (including the classic shadowing, the L p -shadowing, and the s-limit shadowing) are dense in the space of continuous self-maps of the Cantor set. A condition is given that guarantees transfer of general approximation property from a map on X to the map induced by it on the hyperspace of X. It is also proven that the transfer in the opposite direction always takes place.  相似文献

本文主要研究了$\mathbb{Z}^{k}$-作用一维子系统的跟踪性质. 文中运用两种等价的方式引入了$\mathbb{Z}^{k}$-作用一维子系统的伪轨以及跟踪性的概念. 对于一个闭黎曼流形上的光滑$\mathbb{Z}^{k}$-作用$T$, 我们通过诱导的非自治动力系统提出了Anosov方向的概念. 借助Bowen几何的方法, 我们证明了$T$沿着任意Anosov方向具有Lipschitz跟踪性.  相似文献

In this paper, the interconnection of some ergodic properties between a continuous selfmap and its inverse limit is studied. It has been proved that (1) their invariant Borel probability measures are identical up to homeomorphism and (2) they preserve uniform positive entropy property simuitaneously. As applications, it is also proved that the upper semi-continu-ous properties of their entropy maps are restricted each other, and the entropy map of the asymptotically h-expansive continuous map is upper semi-contlnuous, at the same time a continuous map having u, p.e. is topological weakmixing.  相似文献

In this paper, some relationships between stochastic and topological properties of dynamical systems are studied. For a continuous map f from a compact metric space X into itself, we show that if f satisfies the large deviations theorem then it is topologically ergodic. Moreover, we introduce the topologically strong ergodicity, and prove that if f is a topologically strongly ergodic map satisfying the large deviations theorem then it is sensitively dependent on initial conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the shadowing and the inverse shadowing properties for C^1 endomorphisms. We show that near a hyperbolic set a C^1 endomorphism has the shadowing property, and a hyperbolic endomorphism has the inverse shadowing property with respect to a class of continuous methods. In this article, the authors introduce the concept of shadowable points for set-valued dynamical systems, the pointwise version of the shadowing property, and prove that a set-valued dynamical system has the shadowing property iff every point in the phase space is shadowable; every chain transitive set-valued dynamical system has either the shadowing property or no shadowable points; and for a set-valued dynamical system there exists a shadowable point iff there exists a minimal shadowable point. In the end, it is proved that a set-valued dynamical system with the shadowing property is totally transitive iff it is mixing and iff it has the specification property.  相似文献

The practical usefulness of Markov models and Markovian decision process has been severely limited due to their extremely large dimension. Thus, a reduced model without sacrificing significant accuracy can be very interesting.

The homogeneous finite Markov chain's long-run behaviour is given by the persistent states, obtained after the decomposition in classes of connected states. In this paper we expound a new reduction method for ergodic classes formed by such persistent states. An ergodic class has a steady-state independent of the initial distribution. This class constitutes an irreducible finite ergodic Markov chain, which evolves independently after the capture of the event.

The reduction is made according to the significance of steady-state probabilities. For being treatable by this method, the ergodic chain must have the Two-Time-Scale property.

The presented reduction method is an approximate method. We begin with an arrangement of irreducible Markov chain states, in decreasing order of their steady state probability's size. Furthermore, the Two-Time-Scale property of the chain enables us to make an assumption giving the reduction. Thus, we reduce the ergodic class only to its stronger part, which contains the most important events having also a slower evolution. The reduced system keeps the stochastic property, so it will be a Markov chain  相似文献
