The taxodeaceous plant A. Selaginoides contains six known homoerythrina-type alkaloids and selaginoidine, which has a furan ring replacing the benzene ring of the latter type. Selaginoidine and five of the six above-mentioned alkaloids also occur in A. laxifolia.  相似文献

A new pyrrolidinone, nigrospine (1), a new indole alkaloid, nigrospin A (2) and two new citrinins, nigrospins B and C (3-4) were isolated from a culture broth of the marine-derived fungal strain Nigrospora oryzae SCSGAF 0111. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by the Mosher ester technique. Compound 1 contains a rare 2,3-dihydro-benzofuran[2,3-c]2-pyrrolidone skeleton.  相似文献

Two novel alkaloids, with an unprecedented carbon skeleton, pileamartines A (1) and B (2), together with the known alkaloid, julandine (I-a) were isolated from the alkaloidal fraction of Pilea aff. martinii leaves. Their structures were established by spectral data analysis, including MS and 2D NMR. The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were suggested by comparison of their experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism spectra. Compound 2 exhibited weak inhibitory activity against the α-glucosidase enzyme with an inhibition of 11% at a concentration of 200?µM. These compounds were not cytotoxic against several cancer cell lines even at a concentration of 150?µM.  相似文献

Summary 1. The content of total alkaloids in the hypogeal parts ofAndrachne rotundifolia C. A. Mey. (family Euphorbicease) is 0.2–0.3% and in the epigeal parts 0.06–0.08%.The total alkaloids in both the hypogeal and the epigeal parts ofAndrachne rotundifolia consist of five or six non-phenolic bases.2. Three individual substances have been isolated: andrachnine C11H17NO2, which is a new alkaloid; base (II), giving a perchlorate with mp 139°–140° C; and base (III) with mp 135°–136° C.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 2, No. 4, pp. 257–260, 1966  相似文献

The alkaloids of the tulip treeLiriodendron tulipifera L., family Magnoliaceae, are considered. More then 20 alkaloids have been isolated during different vegetation periods from various organs of the plant growing in Uzbekistan, and these have been assigned to the aporphine alkaloids and their dehydro, oxo, and 7-hydroxy derivatives; only two alkaloids proved to be derivatives of proaphorphine and of tetrahydroberberine. On the basis of the results of a comparative study of the NMR spectra of aporphines unsubstituted in ring D and some chemical transformations, the structure and configuration of the (R)-3-hydroxy-1,2-dimethoxyaporphine have been proposed for the new alkaloid lirinine. The absolute configurations, possible biogenetic interconnections, and mutual transitions of the alkaloids ofL. tylipifera that are derivatives of aporphine, oxoaporphine, and dehydroaporphine are discussed. A summery table is given which includes 41 alkaloids found in this plant.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances of the Uzbek SSR, Academy of Sciences, Tashkent. FromFumaria vaillantii, collected in the Tashkent province, 18 alkaloids have been isolated of which N-methyladlumine with mp 198–199°C, []D-45° (c 0.5; methanol) has proved to be new. Its structure has been established on the basis of spectral characteristics and a direct comparison withl-adlumine methiodide.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. Summary 1. The dry rhizomes ofNuphar luteum L. have yielded three sulfur-containing alkaloids: two — thiobinupharidine and neothiobinupharidine — were known substances, the third with composition C30H42O4N2S being new and having been given the name of nuphleine.2. A possible structure has been proposed for nuphleine.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 3, No. 2, pp. 178–182, 1967  相似文献
