Synthesis and X-Ray Crystal Structure of Methyl D,L-Desmeihyl-Holantosaminide

4-Acetamido-2,4,6-trideoxy-D,L-arabino-hexopyranose, a desmethyl analog of N-acetyl-L-hoTantosamine, the glycosidic residue of the cardenolide HoTarosine A and holantosines C and D, has been prepared via a novel intramolecular rearrangement of an amino alcohol and has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.

用三丁基氯化锡与3 吲哚乙酸钠反应 ,合成3 吲哚乙酸基三丁基锡 ,经元素分析、IR、1HNMR和X 晶体衍射测定了其晶体结构 ,属于单斜晶系 ,P21/n空间群 ,a=13.1361(4),b=10.266(2),c=17.299(5) ,β=98.48(3)°,中心锡原子具有五配位三角双锥结构。

Synthesis and X-Ray Crystal Structure of an Optically Pure Tripodal C3-Symmetric Tritertiary Phosphine Bearing Chirality on Phosphorus

The preparation of the optically pure tritertiary phosphine (RRR)-MeSi(CH2P(t-Bu)Ph)3 (2) is reported. The route followed involves deprotonation of optically pure (R)-P(BH3)Me(t-Bu)PH (2) the reaction of the resulting carbanion with MeSiCl3, followed by removal with morpholine of the BH3-protecting groups from the triertiary phosphine-borane 3 . The latter's X-ray crystal structure and that of [Rh(NBD)((RRR)- 1 ]TOf)( 4 ), are also rported. Furthermore, it is shown that the separation of the racemic phosphine-borane 2 can be conveniently carried out using medium-pressure liquid chromatgrapy with cellulose-riacetate as a chiral stationary phase.     

Synthesis and X-Ray Crystal Structure of 3-(Pyrazol-4-yl)propargyl Alcohol

The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The N and O atoms are involved in chains of hydrogen bonds, running through the whole crystal, which show proton disorder in a 1:1 ratio. This implies an inversion in the sense of the hydrogen bond network and the presence of inversion centers in the structure. Each molecule is engaged in two unconnected chains building sheets of molecules. An analysis of packing modes of NH-pyrazoles containing at least another hydrogen bond donor or acceptor site in the substituents has been performed.     

Synthesis and X-Ray Crystal Structures of Novel Oxathiadibenzocrown Ethers

The novel 1,12-dithia macrocycles based on dibenzo substituents,5 (S₂O₃), 6 (S₃O₂) and 7 (S₂O₄) have been synthesized by cesium carbonatepromoted ring closure reactions of 2,2'-(ethylenedioxy)bis(benzyl chloride), 3, with the appropriate dithiols under high dilution condition in reasonable yields. The structures of macrocycles 6 and 7 have been characterized by X-ray crystallography.     

X-Ray Crystal Structure Determinations of Galactosylacetylene Building Blocks

We report the crystal structures of two galactosylacetylenes: 3,7-anhydro-4,5,6,8-tetra-O-benzyl-1,1,2,2-tetradehydro-1,2-dideoxy-1-C-(trimethylsilyl)-D-glycero-L-mannooctitol (7) and 3,7-anhydro-4,5,6,8-tetra-O-benzyl-1,1,2,2-tetradehydro-1,2-D-glycero-L-mannooctitol (8). A short overview of the synthetic chemistry used to obtain these targets is mentioned.

以5-甲氧基-4-(1-甲基-4-甲氧基哌啶)-2-氨基苯甲酸甲酯(1)为原料,通过环合、氯化、胺化3步反应合成凡德他尼,总收率48.11%。其结构经XRD, ¹H NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。单晶结构分析表明：凡德他尼晶体(CCDC: 2026012)属于单斜晶系和P21/c空间群。
