提出了纳米颗粒水基分散液的力学-化学双重减阻机制,并通过对比岩心切片吸附纳米颗粒前后以及冲刷前后的表面微结构、润湿性的变化,进行了实验验证. 研究结果表明,经纳米颗粒水基分散液处理之后的岩心切片表面表现为强亲水性, 并且存在一层致密的纳米颗粒吸附层;冲刷之后岩心切片表面的纳米颗粒吸附层依然存在, 但其表面已逐渐转变为强/超疏水性,反映了纳米颗粒吸附层表面的表面活性剂被逐渐清洗干净. 注水初期,主要表现为表面活性剂的化学减阻作用.随着注水过程的进行, 主要体现为以疏水表面的滑移效应为主的力学减阻机制.岩心驱替实验结果表明, 纳米颗粒水基分散液驱替后的岩心的水相渗透率平均提高幅度达84.3%, 减阻效果显著,证实了纳米颗粒水基分散液的力学-化学双重减阻机制.  相似文献

采用疏水纳米粉体压片法和岩心吸附法构建了具有微纳米结构的表面,测试了这些表面的接触角,拍摄了水滴在吸附纳米粒子的岩石表面的滚动过程照片,采用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)检测了表面的微结构.实验结果表明:无机纳米粒子经弱疏水性材料修饰后,其表面润湿性由强亲水变为强疏水;疏水纳米粒子吸附表面的接触角均大于120°,滚动角约7°,显示出超疏水特性;SEM照片显示,这些超疏水表面是具有不规则微纳米结构的气固复合面,符合Cassie-Baxter的复合表面模型. 关键词: 超疏水 纳米粒子 微纳米结构表面 接触角  相似文献

荷叶的疏水性主要来自荷叶表面的微纳复合结构. 利用三步法对荷叶表面的微结构进行仿生,制备了ZnO花状微结构疏水性薄膜. 首先用sol-gel法在普通玻璃衬底上生长SiO2薄膜,然后进行磁控溅射生长籽晶层,再在其上利用水热法制备出微米量级和微纳复合的2种不同的ZnO花状微结构的均匀薄膜,经有机修饰后,具有不同程度的疏水能力. 用扫描电镜观察了不同微结构ZnO薄膜的表面特征,用X射线衍射研究了ZnO的结晶情况,并且研究了不同微结构对疏水性质的影响. 实验结果表明:微纳复合结构可以提高薄膜疏水性,最佳三相接触角达到140°.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法研究了水在硅通道中的流动现象。通过模拟Couette剪切流动,得到了通道中流体的速度分布,同时考察了壁面吸附气体以及壁面具有纳米结构情况下的流动。模拟表明气体层以及微结构的存在可以改变硅表面的滑移性质,进而可以通过在壁面构造纳米结构以及在通道中充入气体来改变和控制纳米通道中的流体输运。  相似文献

表面微结构阵列可用于调控微间隙中液体的流动行为、运动阻力和混合特性等.本文采用石英晶体微天平实验研究了微凹坑和微圆柱阵列以及微结构表面形貌对近壁面层液体运动行为的影响.石英晶体微天平的系统频移和半带宽变化与近壁面层液体的运动行为密切相关,研究显示,表面微凹坑倾向于受限液体的运动,因此微凹坑表面引起的频移绝对值明显大于与其具有相同特征尺寸的微圆柱表面,且均大于光滑表面.粗糙表面结构会明显地增加近壁面区域液体运动的紊乱程度,因此具有粗糙顶部的二级微圆柱表面引起的半带宽变化明显大于与其具有相同特征尺寸的微圆柱表面,且均大于光滑表面.该研究为微流道表面阵列微结构形式的选择提供了实验依据.  相似文献

了解疏水表面的滑移规律对其在流动减阻方面的应用至关重要.利用耗散粒子动力学(dissipative particle dynamics, DPD)方法研究了微通道疏水表面的滑移现象.采用固定住的粒子并配合修正的向前反弹机制,构建了DPD固体壁面边界模型,利用该边界模型模拟了平板间的Couette流动.研究结果表明,通过调整壁面与流体间排斥作用强度,壁面能实现从无滑移到滑移的转变,壁面与流体间排斥作用越强,即疏水性越强,壁面滑移越明显,并且滑移长度与接触角之间存在近似的二次函数关系.无滑移时壁面附近密度分布均匀,有滑移时壁面附近存在低密度区域,低密度区域阻碍了动量传递,致使壁面产生滑移.  相似文献

通过构造具有棋盘状微结构的疏水表面,考虑表面张力的影响,利用定常与非定常结合的数值模拟方法,研究了疏水表面在湍流状态下的减阻特性以及微结构内气体封存的效果,其中Re=3000—30000.在低雷诺数下,疏水表面微结构内气体封存状态良好,减阻率最高约为30%;随着雷诺数的增大,压差阻力增大,减阻率有下降趋势.当来流速度过大时,水会大量进入微结构,疏水表面的减阻率变化剧烈,且已经不再减阻.结果表明,表面张力削弱了壁面切应力的影响,使得低雷诺数下微结构内气体能够有效封存,进而减小壁面阻力.  相似文献

设计一种经济有效的微流体芯片加工方法,可以快速地在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)表面加工出不同尺寸的微流路。 利用商用数字投影仪的成像原理,对其进行简单的改装,得到成缩小像的数字光刻投影系统(DLPS),并利用该系统在PDMS表面加工微流路;同时通过荷叶效应和毛细吸附效应两组实验,对DLPS的加工性能进行了验证和应用。 该DLPS可在PDMS表面加工微结构,最小稳定加工精度可达40 m,通过模仿荷叶效应获得的材料表面,其疏水角增加到1233。 该DLPS系统可用于快速加工微流体芯片,当流路尺寸要求不是很严格时,低成本和高效率等优点使该系统完全适合在普通实验室开展微流体技术的研究。  相似文献

针对流体在纳米通道的小尺度效应,采用分子动力学方法模拟了传热效应以及流体流动行为,研究在壁面温度影响下,不同润湿性壁面上方气层生成状态以及流体流动时气层的稳定特性和相应的减阻性能.结果表明:当壁面为纯疏水壁面时,不能形成气层;疏水基底+亲水组合壁面形成不规则气层;纯亲水壁面和亲水基底+疏水组合壁面能形成规则气层.当流体流动时,疏水基底+亲水组合壁面气层消失,而纯亲水壁面和亲水基底+疏水组合壁面气层较为稳定.纯疏水壁面主流区域速度较大,而纯亲水壁面主流区域最低.对于壁面滑移速度,存在气层的壁面滑移速度与纯疏水表面相对接近,甚至稍优于纯属疏水表面,而疏水基底+亲水组合壁面滑移速度最小.  相似文献

近年来, 微观尺度下水滴在能量梯度表面上的运动情况受到了广泛关注, 然而通过实验进行研究尚存在困难. 本文利用分子动力学方法研究了不同微结构表面上纳米水滴在表面能梯度驱动下的运动情况. 结果表明: 槽状和柱状微结构可以明显提升纳米水滴在微结构表面上的运动效率, 钉状微结构会降低纳米水滴的运动效率, 尽管它具有稳定的疏水性; 结合槽状和钉状结构的混合状微结构兼具二者的优点, 不但可以有效地提高纳米水滴在粗糙表面上的运动效率, 而且具有比较高的疏水稳定性. 此外, 表面能的微小改变会明显影响水滴的运动效率.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献

Gray cross correlation matching technique is adopted to extract candidate matches with gray cross correla- tion coefficients less than some certain range of maximal correlation coefficient called multi-peak candidate matches. Multi-peak candidates are extracted corresponding to three closest feature points at first. The corresponding multi-peak candidate matches are used to construct the model polygon. Correspondence is determined based on the local geometric relations between the three feature points and the multi-peak candidates. The disparity test and the global consistency checkout are applied to eliminate the remaining ambiguous matches that are not removed by the local geometric relational test. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and accurate.  相似文献
