以局域规整聚(3-己基噻吩) (P3HT)制备了TiO2/聚合物型双层结构光伏电池.利用稳态电流-电压测试和动态强度调制光电压谱,结合差热分析、吸收光谱和荧光光谱, 研究了非晶支化聚亚乙基亚胺(BPEI)作为P3HT膜层的添加成分对TiO2/P3HT双层电池性能的影响.由于P3HT链的高结晶性,使得TiO2/P3HT界面接触不好,导致电池性能差.当在P3HT中共混重量比WBPEI/P3HT=1%—5%的BPEI时,电池性能得到显著改善;尤其是当WBPEI/P3HT= 1%时,电池表现出近0.8V的开路电压和20μA/cm2的短路电流.结果表明BPEI对电池性能的影响不是源于P3HT-BPEI共混体系光学性能的变化,而主要是由于其改变了TiO2/P3HT界面接触性能.BPEI对TiO2/P3HT界面接触有两个相互竞争的影响,这取决于P3HT-BPEI共混体系的组成.一方面,通过降低P3HT的结晶度和增强与TiO2表面的相互作用,改善P3HT链在TiO2 表面的附着;另一方面,当BPEI含量过高时,BPEI在TiO2表面的附着量将增加,反而会阻碍P3HT与TiO2表面的接触.良好的TiO2/P3HT界面接触有利于提高激子的界面分离效率、光生电子的寿命和电池效率.本文结果有望为聚合物光伏电池性能的改善提供新的认识和方法. 关键词: 聚(3-己基噻吩) 二氧化钛 共轭聚合物 光伏电池  相似文献

基于共轭聚合物给体材料P3HT和富勒烯衍生物受体材料PCBM共混的体异质结结构的聚合物太阳能电池,因其空穴载流子迁移率低而限制了P3HT:PCBM功能层厚度,从而影响了器件对入射光的吸收.在聚合物功能层表面引入微纳光栅结构可以使器件内电场重新分布并改善器件的光吸收.本文基于时域有限差分方法仿真得到了光栅周期为1μm,占空比为0.5以及入射波长分别为500和700 nm时二维器件内光电场分布;并基于严格耦合波分析方法计算得到了不同光栅深度和光栅占空比的器件光吸收.理论分析表明:插入微纳光栅结构后,由于光栅衍射增强作用使器件内出现了光聚焦现象;当占空比为0.5时,光栅深度为10 nm的器件在入射波长为512 nm时,器件光学吸收增加了4.2%.基于聚二甲基硅氧烷的微压印技术,制备了微纳光栅结构聚合物太阳能,器件结构为ITO/PEDOT:PSS光栅层/P3HT:PCBM/LiF/Al.该器件与平板器件的性能对比实验证实,通过在PEDOT:PSS上引入微纳光栅结构,器件能量转化效率增加了31%.  相似文献

利用Ag2O/PEDOT:PSS(聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩):聚苯乙烯磺酸盐)作为复合阳极缓冲层,制备了P3HT:PCBM(聚(3-已基噻吩):富勒烯衍生物)聚合物太阳能电池器件,并通过改变氧化银插入层的厚度来分析复合缓冲层对器件性能的影响.实验发现,具有阳极缓冲层修饰的器件在退火处理后,光伏性能得到了改善.相比于单一PEDOT:PSS缓冲层的器件,Ag2O/PEDOT:PSS复合缓冲层可以增大器件的短路电流密度和外量子效率,使器件效率得到提高.分析表明,退火处理可以有效改善活性层的薄膜形貌,增加光的吸收和激子的解离,而较薄氧化银的引入,可以有效降低阳极处空穴的输运势垒,提高器件空穴收集效率,并能充当化学间隔层,提高器件光伏性能和稳定性.  相似文献

基于共轭聚合物给体材料P3HT和富勒烯衍生物受体材料PCBM共混的体异质结结构 的聚合物太阳能电池因其空穴载流子迁移率低而限制了P3HT:PCBM功能层厚度, 从而影响了器件对入射光的吸收. 在聚合物功能层内引入金属纳米颗粒可以利用金属表面等离子体效应增强器件内电场并改善器件的光吸收. 本文基于时域有限差分法(finite difference time domain, FDTD)方法模拟得到了聚合物功能层内包含了直径为50 nm纳米银球并且球间距为50 nm的聚合物太阳能 电池器件在波长分别为400 nm和500 nm照射时的二维光电场分布以及入射角分别为15°, 45°, 60°时包覆纳米银聚合物功能层横截面内的光电场强度分布; 计算得到了银纳米颗粒尺寸分别为10 nm, 20 nm和50 nm时以及分布在空穴传输层PEDOT:PSS的纳米银器件的光吸收; 并计算了斜入射时包覆纳米银的聚合物功能层光吸收. 理论分析表明: 聚合物功能层加入纳米银球后, 因为纳米银球的表面等离子体效应使入射光在功能层内散射增强而使器件内的光电场重新分布; 直径较大的纳米银颗粒能产生大角度的光散射, 更有利于聚合物功能层对光的吸收. 这里, 基于有机银盐还原法制备了纳米银颗粒并制备了银等离子体增强的聚合物太阳能电池, 其结构为: glass/ITO (~100 nm)/PEDOT:PSS (40 nm)/P3HT:PCBM (~100 nm)(nano-Ag)/LiF (1 nm)/Al (120 nm). 该器件与平板器件的性能对比实验证实: 通过在聚合物功能层内上引入纳米银颗粒可以有 效增加器件光吸收并改善器件电学性能, 器件外量子效率在520 nm处最大增加了17.9%. 关键词: 纳米银 表面等离子体共振 时域有限差分 聚合物太阳能电池  相似文献

本文基于Forouhi-Bloomer 模型得到了这种功能层的光学常数.根据菲涅耳系数矩阵法计算了这种器件内的光电场分布,并计算了不同厚度的聚合物功能层的光子吸收数.同时,通过Onsager-Braun理论,分析了在无外加电场下聚合物功能层厚度对激子分离概率的影响.理论分析和实验结果证明:在特定的薄膜制备工艺下,器件结构为ITO/PEDOT/ P3HT:PC60BM /LiF/Al时,聚合物功能层厚度在100 nm左右时,可以使器件的光子吸收数最大化,同时避免了激子分离概率的降低. 关键词: 光学常数 激子 聚合物太阳能电池  相似文献

本文介绍了一种确定聚合物太阳能电池功能层光学常数和厚度的方法. 该方法借助于特定的色散模型拟合透射率测试曲线以获得功能层光学常数和厚度值. 文中比较了Forouhi-Bloomer和Lorentz-Oscillator模型在体异质结薄膜的透射率拟合计算中的适用性, 计算了poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)/[6,6]-phenylC61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM)和 poly[2-methoxy-5-5(2'-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene](MEH-PPV)/PCBM体异质结薄膜的光学常数和厚度. 拟合得到的曲线与实验曲线符合良好, 厚度计算的结果与台阶仪测量结果保持一致, 误差小于4%. 进一步分析得到的热退火和加入高沸点溶剂添加剂后P3HT/PCBM薄膜的光学常数和光学禁带值与相应器件伏安特性相符. 该方法适用于所有体异质结的功能层, 可用于聚合物太阳能电池的膜系优化和在线检测.  相似文献

通过精确设定不同的退火环境气压,实现对P3HT(Poly(3-hexylthiophene -2,5-diyl)与PCBM([6,6]-Phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester)体系中聚噻吩结晶度以及共混相分离程度的控制,并在此基础上制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT∶PSS/P3HT∶PCBM/Al的正型光伏器件。在允许的压强设定范围内,器件各项性能参数均随退火环境压强的增大表现出先升高后下降的变化规律,并统一于气压设定为1 500 mTorr时获得最大值。从活性层的紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱中发现P3HT在510 nm吸收峰以及550和600 nm肩峰附近的吸收强度随退火气压升高而增大,在气压为1 500 mTorr时达到最高,吸收强度的提升源于聚合物分子π—π堆叠的增加。原子力显微镜(AFM)进一步分析结果表明,高气压环境(>1 000 mTorr)能够促进P3HT∶PCBM共混组分在退火过程中形成较大程度的相分离,而当环境压强合适时(1 500 mTorr)适度的相分离利于聚合物形成良好有序结晶,从而能够提升活性层内部载流子传输能力,保证较高的短路电流与填充因子,制备的器件也因此表现出良好的光伏性能,光电转化效率达到3.56%。  相似文献

研究了二甲基亚砜(DMSO)掺杂浓度对基于聚(3-己基噻吩)(P3HT)和(6,6)-苯基碳60丁酸甲酯(PCBM)为有源层的聚合物太阳能电池性能影响。结果表明,掺杂DMSO可以提高聚合物太阳能电池短路电流密度和填充因子。DMSO掺杂质量比为3%时,电池短路电流密度提高到7.88 mA·cm-2,填充因子为55.5%。能量转换效率达到2.54%,相比没有掺杂DMSO的电池,能量转换效率提高了17%。傅里叶变换红外光谱被用于鉴定和分析掺杂DMSO对材料P3HT∶PCBM化学性质的影响。傅里叶变换红外光谱表明,掺杂后P3HT和PCBM的化学性质都没有改变。为分析掺杂DMSO改善器件能量转换效率的原因,通过紫外-可见光谱和电流密度-电压特性曲线分别表征器件的光吸收能力以及电致发光器件的载流子迁移率。与P3HT∶PCBM薄膜相比,P3HT∶PCBM∶DMSO薄膜在可见光范围内的吸收峰有明显红移且吸收强度增强。可见光吸收的改善是实现短路电流密度提高的有力保障。太阳能电池性能的增强是因为DMSO的掺杂提高了P3HT∶PCBM的载流子迁移率和吸收光谱宽度。  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论中的广义梯度近似(DFT/GGA)方法,在PW91/DNP水平上研究了4,7-二(2-噻吩基)苯并噻二唑-3-辛基噻吩二炔(简称P)的低聚合物Pn(n=1~5)的稳定性和化学活性.结果表明:随着聚合度增加,Pn的稳定性降低,化学活性增强.采用密度泛函理论与周期性平板模型相结合的方法,研究了化合物P在TiO2(100)表面的吸附,通过吸附前后化合物P的Mulliken charge和前线轨道分析表明:当P吸附在TiO2(100)表面时,P向TiO2(100)表面转移0.692 e电荷,前线轨道能隙变窄.通过吸附前后TiO2(100)表面的能带和态密度分析表明:在TiO2(100)表面吸附了化合物P后,能带向低能区移动,且TiO2中价带和导带间的禁带消失.理论预测的结果与实验值吻合.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

The performance of port/starboard discrimination of dual-line array will be seriously degraded when the space between the two line arrays of the dual-line array is mismatched. The directivity function of the delay-sum and delay-subtract beamforming is deduced and the port/starboard discrimination of the delay-sum and delay-subtract beamforming is also studied both under the ideal status and the status under which the space between the two line arrays of the dual-line array is mismatched. Analysis results show the delay-subtract beamforming has better performance of port/starboard discrimination. At last, the sea trial results demonstrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

With a novel light-weight and absolutely calibrated ultraviolet (UV) spectrometer, UV skylight radiances and O3 slant column densities are measured by balloon-borne limb measurements in Xinjiang area, China. UV skylight radiances measured at the height of 31 km are compared with the results from Modtran in the wavelength range from 290 to 420 nm. O3 slant column densities are derived from radiance spectra in the Huggins bands (320 - 335 nm) using differential optical absorption spectroscopy method. And the parameter exhibits a good correlation with the same value simulated by radiative transfer model (Tracy). The O3 profile simultaneously measured by an O3 sonde is used as input in Tracy calculations. The O3 sonde is launched on the same balloon.  相似文献
