The process of scattering of radiation by indium?tin oxide (ITO) nanoparticles is theoretically studied at various degrees of doping and for different radii of nanoparticles. Qualitative conclusions are made about the character of the dependence of the scattering cross section on the frequency with variation of the particle size and the percentage content of tin. The prospects of using ITO nanoparticles as an active substance in optical sensors are estimated.  相似文献

Using the modified discrete sources method, the problem of calculating plasmon spectra of the characteristic energy loss of electrons during the interaction with silver nanoparticles from 2 to 8 nm in size is solved. The calculated spectra are compared with the experimental data confirming the significant spatial dispersion effect. The importance of the consideration of this factor when analyzing the properties of plasmonic nanoparticles for applications in biosensorics and biomedicine is discussed.

Organic optoelectronic devices including organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) and polymer solar cells (PSCs) have many advantages, including low‐cost, mechanical flexibility, and amenability to large‐area fabrication based on printing techniques, and have therefore attracted attention as next‐generation flexible optoelectronic devices. Although almost 100% internal quantum efficiency of OLEDs has been achieved by using phosphorescent emitters and optimizing device structures, the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of OLEDs is still limited due to poor light extraction. Also, although intensive efforts to develop new conjugated polymers and device architectures have improved power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 8%–9%, device efficiency must be improved to >10% for commercialization of PSCs. The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect of metal nanoparticles (NPs) can be an effective way to improve the extraction of light produced by decay of excitons in the emission layer and by absorption of incident light energy within the active layer. Silver (Ag) NPs are promising plasmonic materials due to a strong SPR peak and light‐scattering effect. In this review, different SPR properties of Ag NPs are introduced as a function of size, shape, and surrounding matrix, and review recent progress on application of the SPR effect of AgNPs to OLEDs and PSCs.  相似文献

CO主要由火焰或烤炉等碳的不完全燃烧所产生,是一种常温下为无色、无臭的有毒气体,人们受一氧化碳的污染在慢性中毒时完全意识不到它,有时甚至有舒适的感觉,这些特性更增加了它的危害性。因此,探索简便快速灵敏的CO检测方法具有重要意义。研究表明,在pH 7.2 磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,一氧化碳还原HAuCl4 生成近似球形的金纳米粒子(NG),其平均粒径为45 nm,在1.70, 2.20和9.70 keV处产生3个金元素的能谱峰,在540 nm处产生一个表面等离子体共振(SPR) 吸收峰。采用分光光度法优化了分析条件,选择磷酸盐缓冲缓冲溶液的pH为7.2,磷酸盐缓冲浓度为40 mmoL·L-1,HAuCl4浓度为40.0 μg·mL-1,反应时间为5 min。在选定条件下,CO浓度在0.2~8.75 μg·mL-1范围内与其SPR吸收峰峰值成线性关系,检出限为0.1 μg·mL-1 CO。考察了共存物质对测定1.0 μg·mL-1 CO的影响。结果表明, 当相对误差在±5%之内,200倍的SO2-3, PO3-4, SO2-4、CO2-3, NO-3;100倍的Zn2+, K+, BrO-3, Na2S, 乙醇, 甲醇;80倍的Ni2+,Cr3+,Co2+,Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, 葡萄糖, Pb2+, Al3+, SeO2-3, Na2S2O3,甲醛;50倍的Mn2+不干扰测定。这表明该SPR光度法具有较好的选择性。采用本法测定了空气样品中CO含量,结果与气相色谱法一致,相对误差在1.8%~4.2%之间。  相似文献

利用溶胶凝胶法在玻璃衬底上制备了金-二氧化钛(Au-TiO2)复合纳米薄膜,研究了热处理温度对复合薄膜表面纳米颗粒沉积的影响。利用原子力显微镜对样品进行了形貌表征,结果显示:复合薄膜是由纳米微晶组成的致密膜,温度越高越有利于Au粒子的形成。在550℃的热处理温度下,薄膜表面沉积的纳米微晶的粒径约为100nm。利用紫外-可见分光光度计测量了反射谱线,结果表明:由于局域表面等离子体共振(LSPR)的产生,在不同的热处理温度下,第一个反射峰(短波长处)不发生变化,第二个反射峰(长波长处)发生漂移(红移)。  相似文献

Optical properties of Au nanoparticle composites and a grid structure of Cu nanoparticle composite were studied. Negative ion implantation was applied to synthesize Au and Cu nanoparticles in amorphous SiO2 and Al2O3. Au nanoparticles were embedded within a depth of 30 nm by 60keV Au implantation. The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) of Au:SiO2 and Au: Al2O3 composites shifted to red and to blue, respectively, compared to calculated ones by the Mie theory. Optical nonlinearity was measured with pump-probe femtosecond spectroscopy and the transient spectrum of Au: Al2O3 composite presented a large red shift from the SPR peak. Image mapping of far-field transmitted intensity of Cu-implanted SiO2 with a fine grid structure drawn by laser-lithography was observed by a scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) system.  相似文献

表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)很大程度的弥补了拉曼散射强度弱的缺点,迅速成为科研工作者们的研究热点,在食品安全、环境污染、毒品以及爆炸物检测等领域应用广泛。纳米技术的发展使得目前对于SERS的研究主要集中于金属纳米颗粒基底的制备,金属纳米粒子的种类、尺寸及形貌对SERS增强和吸收峰峰位均有影响,要获得好的增强效果,需要对金属纳米结构进行工艺优化。特别是,需要结合金属纳米粒子的结构和激励光波长,以期获得更好的增强效果。为了研究SERS增强和吸收峰之间的关系,开展了具有双共振吸收峰的金属纳米粒子的研究。首先利用FDTD Solutions仿真建模,主要针对金纳米颗粒直径、金纳米棒长径比及分布状态对共振吸收峰进行仿真,得到金纳米球理论直径在50 nm左右,金纳米棒理论长径比在3.5~4.5左右时,吸收峰分别分布在532及785 nm附近,符合多波段激励光拉曼增强条件;对于激励光偏振方向,其沿金纳米棒长轴方向偏振时吸收峰位于785 nm附近,沿金纳米球短轴方向偏振时吸收峰位于532 nm附近。然后采用种子生长法,制备了可用于多种波长激励光的双吸收峰表面增强拉曼散射基底。通过改变硝酸银用量(5,10,20,30和40 μL)、盐酸用量(0.1和0.2 mL)以及其生长时间(15,17,21和23 h)等多种工艺参数来控制金纳米棒含量,得到了同时含有金纳米球及金纳米棒的双吸收共振峰金纳米粒子。最后用该样品作为基底,罗丹明6G(R6G)作为探针分子,分别测试其在532,633和785 nm激励光入射时的SERS表征,对分析物R6G最低检测浓度均达到了10-7 mol·L-1,增强因子达到了~105,满足了多波段SERS检测的需要。  相似文献

An indirect colorimetric method is presented for spectrophotometric determination of hydrazine, phenylhydrazine, and isoniazid. Reduction of silver ions to silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by these analytes as active reducing agents in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and also cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) as a stabilizer is the basis of the proposed method. The changes in plasmon absorbance of the AgNPs at λ = 415 nm in the presence of PVP were proportional to concentration of hydrazine, phenylhydrazine, and isoniazid in the ranges of 4.0–150.0 µM, 1.0–55.0 µM, and 2.0–30.0 µM, respectively, and the detection limit obtained was 0.79 µM. In the presence of CTAC, the linear ranges were 0.5–10.0 and 10.0–300.0 µM for hydrazine, 1.0–40.0 µM for phenylhydrazine, and 0.2–10.0 and 10.0–90.0 µM for isoniazid, and the detection limit was 0.12 µM. The method has been applied for determination of these analytes in different real samples such as boiler feed water and tablet.  相似文献

采用分子束外延法制备不同密度的银纳米粒子(AgNPs)修饰的局域表面等离子体共振增强n-ZnO/iZnO/MgO/p-GaN异质结发光二极管(LEDs),并对其电学及光学性质进行表征。结果显示:LEDs中引入适当浓度的AgNPs有利于AgNPs局域表面等离子体激元与ZnO激子相耦合,可以显著提高器件的电致发光性能;随着AgNPs浓度的增加,LEDs发光增强倍数先增大后减小,分析认为这是AgNPs局域表面等离子体共振耦合增强过程和AgNPs的消光过程两者之间相互博弈而导致的结果。  相似文献

A new method of coherent resonance excitation of plasma instability in a 2D quantum well driven by twocolor laser radiation due to photoinduced generation of electron–hole pairs is proposed. It is shown that under the resonance condition, where the frequency and wavenumber of the beat wave obey the 2D plasmon dispersion relation, a spacecharge wave is excited efficiently. A selfconsistent treatment of the problem is presented and the smallsignal response of the 2D system in the THz frequency region is found. This new method provides the selective resonance excitation of plasmons, tuning of their frequency, and efficient control of plasma wave parameters crucial for THz semiconductor technology.  相似文献

采用三维时域有限差分法,数值研究了等高、等体积下不同形状金属纳米颗粒的局域表面等离子体的共振性质及其规律,得到了面形状因子对共振波长的影响关系。研究表明,沿偏振方向的形状变化对共振波长偏移有重要贡献,在空气中,确定金属纳米结构局域表面等离子体共振波长的形状参数L可采用偏振方向上的纵横比和面形状因子描述,L可以拟合为纵横比和面形状因子乘积的线性函数。得到了等高、等体积下不同形状金属纳米颗粒的局域表面等离子体共振的电场能量和共振波长的关系,面形状因子越小,形状越尖锐,电场能量越高,共振波长红移。研究结果为进一步了解金属纳米颗粒的局域表面等离子体共振性质提供有益的参考。  相似文献

The quantum well (QW) semiconductor lasers have become main optical sources for optical fibre communication systems because of their higher modulation speed, broader modulation bandwidth and better temperature characteristics. In order to improve the quality of direct-modulation by means of the stochastic resonance (SR) mechanism in QW semiconductor lasers, we investigate the behaviour of the SR in dlrect-modulated QW semiconductor laser systems. Considering the cross-correlated carrier noise and photon noise, we calculate the power spectrum of the photon density and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the direct-modulated laser system by using the linear approximation method. The results indicate that the SR always appears in the dependence of the SNR on the bias current density, and is strongly affected by the cross-correlation coefficient of the carrier and photon noises, the frequency of modulation signal, and the photon lifetime in the laser cavity.  相似文献

Fluorene is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon,which is a hazardous toxic chemical in the environment. The measurement of low concentrations of fluorene is a subject of intense interest in chemistry and in the environment. Polypyrrole chitosan cobalt ferrite nanoparticles are prepared using the electrochemical method. The prepared layers are characterized using field emission scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy; and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The layers are used to detect fluorene using the surface plasmon resonance technique at room temperature. The composite layer is evaluated after detection of fluorene using atomic force microscopy. The fluorene is bound on the layer,and the shift of the resonance angle is about 0.0052°,corresponding to the limitation of 0.01 ppm.  相似文献

常规的农药残留检测一般存在前处理操作复杂,耗时较长,方法不够灵敏等问题。根据氨基与茚三酮显色原理和局域表面等离子体共振(LSPR)增强光吸收原理,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱对水样品中草甘膦含量进行定量分析,并利用密度泛函理论进一步分析了显色的类似罗曼紫产物的光吸收增强机理。草甘膦与茚三酮在钼酸钠催化下反应生成类似罗曼紫产物;该物质在紫外–可见吸收光谱570nm处有最大吸收峰,当其吸附在银纳米粒子(Ag NPs)表面上时,最大吸收峰蓝移至568nm处,同时吸收强度显著提高;本研究中检出限为2.017 4×10-11 mol·L-1,显著低于文献中约6.5×10-7 mol·L-1的检出限。Gaussian 09软件计算得出,类似罗曼紫产物经由茚三酮的C=O基团垂直吸附在Ag NPs表面,静电势表明茚三酮的C=O基团优先与Ag稳定相互作用并形成Ag—O键,C=O基团和C—N基团构成了π键共轭系统;连接草甘膦和茚三酮之间的C—N键是类似罗曼紫产物的生色团。因此,茚三酮衍生法可用于间接检测水样品中草甘膦,银纳米...  相似文献
