Bupivacaine is an amide type local anesthetic widely used in surgery and obstetrics because of its sustained peripheral and central nerve blockade. R-(+)-bupivacaine is more toxic to the central nervous and the cardiovascular systems than S-(?)-bupivacaine. To obtain S-(?)-bupivacaine with high degree of purity using a continuous simulated moving bed (SMB) unity, equilibrium and mass transfer parameters under dilute conditions were obtained by pulse experiments using 0,0′-bis[4-terc-butyl-benzoyl]-N,N′-diallyl-L-tartar diamide immobilized in silica (Kromasil® CHI-TBB). The linear equilibrium constants were found to be 2.12 and 2.91 for R-(+)-and S-(?)-bupivacaine, respectively. Axial dispersion coefficients were found to be practically the same for both enantiomers. A fast kinetic of mass transfer was observed. The internal resistance to the mass transfer controls all the mass transfer process in this chiral column and the pore diffusion coefficients were of the order 10?7cm2/s. The equilibrium and mass transfer parameters will be employed in future simulation and design of operating conditions of SMB unity.  相似文献

Fine structure levels in an external magnetic field and angular dependences of resonance magnetic fields on the direction of an external magnetic field were calculated for two axially symmetrical quintet dinitrenes with the zero-field splitting parameters D q = 0.260 cm?1, E q = 0.000 and D q = 0.243 cm?1, E q = 0.003 cm?1. The EPR spectra of such dinitrenes contained lines of only three xy transitions (xy 1, xy 2, and xy 4), two Δm s = ±2 transition lines between the W ?2 and W 0 sublevels, and three additional lines from noncanonically oriented molecules whose magnetic axis Z made an angle of 12°–16° or 52°–54° with an external magnetic field.  相似文献

The influence of the concentration of NaNO3 on the solubility of ozone in water was studied at 20, 30, and 40°C. The solubility coefficients of ozone were calculated, and the Henry constants and Sechenov coefficients determined. The Sechenov coefficients (K c ) were found to decrease insignificantly as the temperature increased. The kinetics of dissolved O3 transformations was analyzed. The decomposition of ozone was described by a pseudofirst-order equation with respect to salt concentration. The rate constant (k c ) for the decomposition of ozone in the presence of NaNO3 was found to be 3.5 × 10?4 l mol?1 s?1.  相似文献

Azide-tetrazole equilibrium in azidopyrimidines bearing trifluoromethyl group on the example of 2-azidopyrimidines has been studied. The latter were synthesized via nitrosation of 2-hydrazino-4-trifluoromethylpyrimidine and reaction of NaN3 with 4-trifluoromethyl-2- chloro-6-(4-chlorophenyl)pyrimidine. The tautomeric equilibrium 5-trifluoro methyl tetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine ? 2-azido-4-trifluoromethylpyrimidine was observed in the absence of solvent and in DMSO-d6 solution, whereas in CDCl3 only an azide form exists. For 2-azido- 4-trifluoromethyl-6-(4-chlorophenyl)pyrimidine, only an azide isomer was detected in CDCl3 solution, and in DMSO-d6 solution it is in equilibrium with 5-(trifluoromethyl)-7-(4-chlorophenyl) tetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (the tautomer ratio is 99 : 1). Thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of 5-trifluoromethyltetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine ? 2-azido-4-trifluoromethylpyri midine tautomeric rearrangement in DMSO-d6 for 5-trifluoromethyltetrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine were determined using the exchange spectroscopy (EXSY) technique.  相似文献

The saturated vapor pressure over solutions of methacrylic acid is measured tensimetrically in acetonitrile, benzene, hexane, 1,2-dichloroethane, and acetic acid is measured tensimetrically at 290–350 K. The composition of equilibrium phases, the activity coefficients of the components, and the thermodynamic functions of the mixing (H E , G E , S E ) of the investigated solutions are calculated from the temperature dependence data.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis has been performed for two complex compounds: Cu(en)2(o-HB)2H2O (I) (a = 16.873(4) Å, b = 8.713(2) Å, c = 14.803(3) Å, β = 91.15(2)°, V = 2175.8(8) Å3, C2/c, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.0263, 1516 reflections with I > 3σ (I)) and [Cu(en)2(OH2)2]2+(o-AB?)2 (II) (a = 7.488(5) Å, b = 22.122(8) Å, c = 7.856(5) Å, β = 118.77(2)°, V = 1140.7(11) Å3, P21/n, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0432, 1684 reflections with I > 3σ(I)) synthesized under identical conditions (en is ethylenediamine, o-HB is o-hydroxybenzoate, and o-AB is o-aminobenzoate). Although the compounds were assumed to have similar structures and the Cu-Lig bond lengths and the cis and trans angles are acceptable for an octahedral structure, the geometric parameters of o-HB suggest that the copper atom has a plane square environment.  相似文献

A convenient method is suggested for calculating thermally averaged powers of the normal vibrational coordinates Q i by iteratively solving the Bloch integral equation with an anharmonic function of potential energy using multidimensional Hermite polynomials. A new model for calculating the rates of reactions of excitation, ionization, and atomic exchange is proposed. Diatomic molecule AB is an unstructured particle M upon the exchange of elastic-vibrational (VT) energy, i.e., a model of a shock forceful oscillator with a change in Hamiltonian (SFOH). The SFOH model is based on the quantum theory of strong perturbations. The SFOH model allows generalization in simulating the rates of the reactions of excitation, ionization, and atomic exchange in the vibrational-vibrational (VV) energy exchange of diatomic molecules, and the exchange of VV- and VT-energy of polyatomic molecules. The rate constants of the excitation of metastables A 3Σ u +, B 3Π g , W 3Δ u , B3Σ u -, a3Σ u -, and the ionization of a nitrogen molecules from ground state X2Σ g + upon a collision with a heavy structureless particle (a nitrogen molecule), are found as examples.  相似文献

The structural stabilities, bonding nature, electronic properties, and aromaticity of bare iridium trimers \(\rm{Ir}_3^{+/-}\) with different geometries and spin multiplicities are studied at the DFT/B3LYP level of theory. The ground state of the \(\rm{Ir}_3^{+}\) cation is found to be the 3A2 (C2v) triplet state and the ground state of the \(\rm{Ir}_3^{-}\) anion the 5A2 (C2v) quintet state. A detailed molecular orbital (MO) analysis indicates that the ground-state \(\rm{Ir}_3^{+}\) ion (C2v, 3A2) possesses double (σ and partial δ) aromaticity as well as the ground-state \(\rm{Ir}_3^{-}\) ion (C2v, 5A2). The multiple d-orbital aromaticity is responsible for the totally delocalized three-center metal-metal bond of the triangular Ir3 framework. \(\rm{Ir}_3^{-}\) (C2v, 1A1) structure motif is perfectly preserved in pyramidal Ir3M0/+ (Cs, 1A′) and bipyramidal \(\rm{Ir}_3M_2^{+/3+}\) (C2v, 1A1) (M = Li, Na, K and Be, Ca) bimetallic clusters which also possess the corresponding d-orbital aromatic characters.  相似文献

Dissociation constants of DL-alanyl-DL-methionine have been determined in water and micellar solutions of surfactants (anionic sodium n-dodecyl sulfate, cationic cetylpyridinium chloride, and nonionic Brij 35). It has been established that CuA+ and CuH–1A complexes are formed in water and micellar solutions of sodium n-dodecyl sulfate, while CuA+, CuH–1A, and Cu–2A complexes are formed in micellar solutions of cetylpyridinium chloride and Brij 35. Stability of the complexes depends on micelle surface charge and degrees of binding of individual chemical forms by a micellar pseudophase.  相似文献

Dynamic structure of Soman diastereoisomers has been studied with the goal of obtaining accurate information to simulate molecular mechanisms of its action on living systems. The potential energy surface for internal rotation about the single P–O and O–C bonds has been constructed in terms of the Møller–Plesset second-order perturbation theory using 6-311G(d,p) basis set. The relative contributions of different conformers have been estimated by solving the vibrational problem according to the large-amplitude vibration model. The conformational dependences of the 4JCF and 3JCP coupling constants for the S,S and S,R diastereoisomers of Soman have been calculated at the FPT DFT B3LYP/6-311++G(2df,2p) level of theory. The calculated vibrationally averaged coupling constants have been compared with the available experimental data to determine the structure of the most toxic Soman stereoisomer.  相似文献

The geometric structures, relative stabilities, magnetic properties of Mo-doped gold clusters Au n Mo(n = 1–10) have been investigated at the PBE1PBE/def2TZVP level of theory. The results show that molybdenum doping has a significant effect on the geometric structures and electronic properties of Au n Mo(n = 1–10) clusters. For the lowest energy structures of Au n Mo(n = 1–10), the two dimensional to three dimensional transition occurs at cluster size n ≥ 8, and their relative stabilities exhibit odd–even oscillation with the change of Au atom number. It is found that charge in corresponding Au n Mo clusters transfers from Mo atom to Au n host in the size range n = 1–7, whereas the charge in opposition direction in the size range n = 8–10. In addition, the magnetic properties of Au n Mo clusters are enhanced after doping single Mo atom into the corresponding gold clusters. Our results are valuable for the design of magnetic material.  相似文献

New crystal structure of Eu(DMF)4(H2O)3Co(CN)6·H2O (DMF = N,N′-dimethylformamide) (Eu-Co) has been determined to be monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 19.796(12) Å, b = 8.862(11) Å, c = 17.525(10) Å, β = 96.26(5)°, V = 3056(5) Å3, Z = 4. The Eu(III) ion adopts an antiprismatic eight-coordination and forms a cyano bridge with r(Eu-N) = 2.496(7) Å and Θ(Eu-N-C) = 165.7(7)° to the Co(III) ion. The complex exhibits some common features with the Eu-Fe complex. Diffuse reflectance electronic spectra and magnetic susceptibility of Eu-Cr, Eu-Mn, Eu-Fe, and Eu-Co complexes were compared. By substituting the metal ions, both electronic and structural features affected the charge transfer bands and superexchange interactions concerning cyanide ligands. In addition, only Eu-Co exhibited 5 D 07 F 2 and 5 D 07 F 1 luminescence bands at 16300 cm?1 and 16900 cm?1, respectively at 298 K (λex = 360 nm (27000 cm?1)), because quenching by cyano-bridged ions did not prevent Eu(III) ion from exhibiting emission. Thus, only Eu-Co may be suitable for verification of an assumption of mechanism concerning drastic photoinduced magnetic changes for Nd-Fe. Merely small decrease of magnetization was observed for Eu-Co after UV light irradiation at 2.0 K. This result was attributed to slight structural changes around cyano bridges without transitions of spin states.  相似文献

The additive tetraphenylarsonium-tetraphenylborate model of interactions was found to be applicable to the problem of “preexperimental” evaluation of the stability of associates formed by dye cations (Ct+) and anions (An?) in aqueous solutions. The possibility of predicting equilibrium association constants K as from preliminarily calculated ΔG(Ct+) and ΔG(An?) and of solving the inverse problem was analyzed. The invariability of the ΔG(Ct+) and ΔG(An?) values and the problem of bringing calculation results in consistency with the experimental K as values are discussed.  相似文献

The total limiting molar electrical conductivities of ions and triads of ions and the association constants of ions with the formation of ion pairs and triads of ions were calculated from the concentration dependences of the electrical conductivity of solutions of lithium and sodium perchlorates in tetrahydrofuran at 278.15–318.15 K with the use of the method specially developed earlier. The experimental total limiting electrical conductivities were used to calculate the limiting molar electrical conductivities and attraction friction factors of separate ions (Li+, Na+, ClO 4 ? , Li2ClO 4 + , Na2ClO 4 + , Li(ClO4) 2 ? , and Na(ClO4) 2 ? ). The constants of ion association into ion pairs were used to calculate the Gibbs energy of non-Coulomb interionic interaction (ΔG*+?), and the constants of association into triads of ions, to determine the a 3 distance parameter between the centers of the ion and the dipole of the ion pair. Positive ΔG*+?), values and deviations of the experimental a 3 value from the distance parameter calculated theoretically (a 3 0 ) for the triad of ions (Δa 3 = a 3 ? a 3 0 ) were related to non-Coulomb repulsion in the region of overlap of the solvation shells of ions and the influence of temperature and ion charge density on this repulsion.  相似文献

The mechanism of binding of vitamin C (VC) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by spectroscopic methods under simulated physiological conditions. VC effectively quenched the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA. The binding constants K A, and the number of binding sites, n, and corresponding thermodynamic parameters ΔG Θ , ΔH Θ and ΔS Θ between VC and BSA were calculated at different temperatures. The primary binding pattern between VC and BSA was interpreted as being a hydrophobic interaction. The interaction between VC and BSA occurs through static quenching and the effect of VC on the conformation of BSA was also analyzed using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. The average binding distance, r, between the donor (BSA) and acceptor (VC) was determined based on Förster’s theory and was found to be 3.65 nm. The effects of common ions on the binding constant of VC-BSA were also examined.  相似文献

Effect of complexons of polyaminopolycarboxylic acid series (IDA, NTA, EDTA, and DTPA) and polyphosphonic acid series (HEDP, NTP, and EDTP) on Cu(II) cations sorption on goethite (α-FeOOH) from aqueous solutions has been studied. Obtained results have been considered in the context of complexation reactions in bulk solution and on sorbent surface. It has been found that all complexons (except for EDTA), depending on nature, produce on goethite surface (≡FeOH) triple complexes of type A (surface–metal–complexon) of composition ≡FeOCuLH i 1+i?n and ≡FeOCuL(OH) j 1?j?n or type B (surface–complexon–metal) of composition ≡FeLH i Cu3+i-n and ≡FeLCu(OH) j 3?j?n . pH-Ranges for complex existence and stability constants for the surface complexes have been determined. Factors affecting the character of complexon effect (immobilization/remobilization) on the sorbed metal have been analyzed.  相似文献

It was shown that the presence of magnesium cations in the reaction mixture increases, approximately twofold, the activity of bacterial Escherichia coli and yeast Kluyveromyces lactis β-galactosidases but does not affect the activity of bovine liver and fungous Penicillium canescens β-galactosidases. The catalytic constants for E. coli and yeast K. lactis β-galactosidases in the presence of 0.01 M and in the absence of Mg2+ cations were determined (490 and 220 s?1 and 59.8 and 37.4 s?1, respectively). It was shown that the Michaelis constants for these two enzymes are higher in the presence of Mg2+ cations, that the thermal stability of E. coli and K. Lactis β-galactosidases is higher in the presence of 0.01 M Mg2+, and that the effective rate constants of thermal inactivation of the enzymes are two-to eightfold lower, depending on conditions, in the presence of Mg2+ cations. The maximum stabilizing effect of magnesium cations was observed at weak alkaline pH values (7.5–8.5).  相似文献
