针对装备采购供应链质量绩效评价指标体系不能真实反映供应链质量状况和评价方法不够合理的问题,基于平衡计分卡模型框架建立了装备采购供应链质量绩效评价指标体系,提出了一种新的改进可拓层次分析法(EAHP),用于评价供应链质量绩效。该方法通过个体指标权重向量与群体指标权重向量之间的贴近度确定初始专家权重,并通过引入修正参数的序关系分析法(G1)来多轮修正专家权重分配,克服了传统EAHP在群决策中集结专家判断信息后一致性检验难以通过的问题。计算实例表明该方法能有效集结群决策信息,并减少偏差较大的决策信息带来的不良影响。  相似文献

One of the most complicated decision making problems for managers is the evaluation of supply chain (SC) performance which involves various criteria. Though vast studies have been recorded on supply chain efficiency evaluation via balanced scorecard (BSC) approach, these studies do not focus on the relationships between the four perspectives of BSC approach. The present paper is an attempt focusing on these relationships, especially the returnable ones. To do so, at first, all relationships between the four perspectives of BSC were determined and then the DEMATEL approach was employed to obtain a network structure. This network structure was then used to create a network DEA model. Since it was not possible to calculate the efficiency evaluation score by BSC, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) model was used for such an evaluation. Moreover, after reviewing different tools to evaluate the performance of supply chain, a new approach, relying on network DEA with BSC approach, was generated. Finally, this model was applied in the Iranian food industry to evaluate its supply chains efficiency and the results proved the high efficiency of the model designed. The findings could be used in various evaluation processes in different industries.  相似文献

提出了基于粒子群算法(Particle Swarm Optimization)的模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process)模型,简称PSO-FAHP,将模糊判断矩阵一致性的检验、修正及各元素权重值的计算过程转化成非线性带约束系统优化问题,并利用粒子群算法实现了该问题的求解。构建了制造企业供应商选择评价指标体系,最后将该模型应用于制造企业供应商选择评价,结果表明,此模型能有效帮助企业选择较佳的供应商,对供应链构建有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

在厨房电器供应链的管理实践中,市场、技术、客户需求等具有不确定,牛鞭效应也会影响供应链系统的稳定性,造成系统性的损失。为了提高厨房电器供应链的鲁棒性能,本文首先基于Takagi-Sugeno模糊控制系统,考虑采购、生产、销售等多种提前期以及客户需求的不确定性,构建一类厨房电器供应链网络动态模型;其次,根据不同周期下厨房电器供应链制造商的库存状况,对制造商的生产策略进行了设计;随后,提出了基于模糊鲁棒控制策略对多提前期、多种不确定因素对厨房电器供应链的影响;最后,基于厨房电器供应链的实际数据进行了仿真,结果显示本文提出的厨房电器供应链鲁棒策略是可行和有效的。  相似文献

This survey paper starts with a critical analysis of various performance metrics for supply chain management (SCM), used by a specific manufacturing company. Then it summarizes how economic theory treats multiple performance metrics. Actually, the paper proposes to deal with multiple metrics in SCM via the balanced scorecard — which measures customers, internal processes, innovations, and finance. To forecast how the values of these metrics will change — once a supply chain is redesigned — simulation may be used. This paper distinguishes four simulation types for SCM: (i) spreadsheet simulation, (ii) system dynamics, (iii) discrete-event simulation, and (iv) business games. These simulation types may explain the bullwhip effect, predict fill rate values, and educate and train users. Validation of simulation models requires sensitivity analysis; a statistical methodology is proposed. The paper concludes with suggestions for a possible research agenda in SCM. A list with 50 references for further study is included.  相似文献

中小企业信用风险评价是供应链融资实现的关键。本文在对已进行的研究总结的基础上,建立了一套比较完整的评价指标体系,然后运用DEA、AHP和基于左右得分的模糊TOPSIS相结合的评价方法对中小企业在供应链融资中的信用风险进行评价。最后,将方法成功应用到具体实例,结果表明将AHP方法和左右得分模糊TOPSIS结合应用到多层次指标评价问题是合理、可行的,能够为供应链融资信用风险评估提供决策依据。  相似文献

传统的银行信贷模式风险评价专注于个体企业的财务数据.供应链金融新融资模式下的信用风险评价不同于传统的融资模式风险评价,它的评价范围更宽,不确定性因素更加复杂.在分析供应链金融模式的信用风险评价体系的基础上,结合模糊集和影响图理论建立了模糊影响图评价模型,对评估中难以量化的问题进行模糊处理,对变量之间的模糊影响关系进行分析,最后计算出信用风险概率分布.方法定性与定量相结合,为供应链金融新模式下的风险评估提供了一种新思路.  相似文献

With the advent of the supply chain management concepts, business communities have been realizing that being competitive as a single company is no longer adequate; instead, competitiveness requires consideration of all channels in the supply chain. Despite its importance, the availability of the literature addressing supply chain flexibility is still limited to date. Although relationships between various types of flexibilities have been established, the degree to which one type of flexibility affects the other types and the system performance remains to be investigated. In particular, there is a lack of rigorous analytical models elucidating the relationships between the degree of flexibility in a system and the system level of performance. In this paper, a supply chain flexibility model is developed comprising labor flexibility, machine flexibility, routing flexibility, and information technology, with total system flexibility measured by an economic index. Outputs from the model can assist in making suitable production decisions to produce multiple products under an uncertain environment. Example solutions are given. This paper can help economic evaluation when supply chain flexibility and the factors affecting flexibility are to be improved. It can also assist in making supply chain flexibility-promotion decisions.  相似文献

基于扎根理论提取制造企业供应链稳定性影响因素,鉴于因素的随机性和模糊性特征,引入云模型,将定性概念转化为定量数据,从众多影响因素中筛选出重要因素,构建制造企业供应链稳定性评价指标体系。采用加速遗传算法对建立的投影寻踪模型进行求解,确定指标权重与稳定性评价值。利用随机森林方法根据评价值划分供应链稳定性类型,检验评价方法科学性,并确定当前制造企业供应链稳定性的整体状态,据此提出优化制造企业供应链稳定性建议。  相似文献

This study applies the balanced scorecard method to build a performance evaluation framework for wealth management (WM) banks. Next, the study builds a framework for dealing with sub-criteria using the Delphi method and finally, the article evaluates the business performance of WM banks in Taiwan by applying the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and grey relational analysis (GRA). Importantly, the proposed model can benefit the banking sector in assessing the business performance of WM banks, making it highly applicable for bank managers and financial sector analysts.  相似文献

根据军队知识管理的特点,构建了军队知识管理水平评价指标体系,指标体系从组织结构、人力、技术及知识系统4个一级指标和12个二级指标体系,运用四层模糊神经网络确定模糊综合评价中的权重值,同时采用改进的反向传播算法,用样本对网络进行训练,逐步修正网络的连接权值,使权重值更符合实际情况,最后用训练好的样本对六个单位的知识管理进行评估,结果表明,训练好的模糊神经网络可以对军队的知识管理进行评估,并得到很好的结果。  相似文献

Technology evaluation has played a crucial role in selecting and supporting companies with innovative technology. Previous studies have focused on developing technology evaluation methods such as scorecard. However, technology credit rating is rarely applied, despite its convenient usage for technology financing. In this paper, we propose a technology credit rating system, called cross matrix, based on empirical data obtained from the technology scoring model and examine their properties. The proposed rating system is expected to provide valuable information for effective management of the technology credit fund.  相似文献

针对新型研发机构绩效评估值不确定、指标间存在关联、投资主体多元且有风险偏好、指标集权重未知等绩效问题,提出基于双参照点和Choquet积分的绩效评估方法。首先,结合新型研发机构的特点,构建绩效评估指标体系;其次,基于累积前景理论设计同行-期望双参照点;然后,构建指标间直接关联矩阵,依据K-可加模糊测度和平均边际贡献Banzhaf值优化求解指标集权重,代入Choquet积分方法和参照点权重公式计算各新型研发机构的综合绩效评估值,从而实现机构排序和问题分析。该方法考虑了新型研发机构的特点、数据不确定性、指标关联性、风险偏好性、权重未知性等因素,更加符合实际情况,案例验证了方法的有效性和实用性。  相似文献

随着经济的飞速发展,供应链风险管理问题越来越受到企业的重视.但国内外还缺乏对连锁超市供应链风险的深入研究.事实上,很多连锁超市的供应链上很多环节并不完善.本文分析了连锁超市供应链上所面临的风险,构建了连锁超市供应链风险评价模型,以某连锁超市为例,通过调查问卷与所得数据,并利用熵权法确定了各指标的权重,最后基于模糊综合评价法得出的结果,提出了降低连锁超市供应链风险的对策建议.  相似文献

Supply chain performance evaluation problems are evaluated using data envelopment analysis. This paper proposes a fuzzy network epsilon-based data envelopment analysis for supply chain performance evaluation. In the common data envelopment analysis models which are used for evaluation of decision-maker units efficiency, there are several inputs and outputs. One of the bugs of such models is that the intermediate products and linking activities are overlooked. Considering these intermediate activities and products, the current study evaluates the performance of decision-maker units in an automotive supply chain. There are ten decision-maker units in the supply chain in which there are three suppliers, two manufacturers, two distributors, and four customers. Moreover, the overall efficiency of input-oriented (input-based) model and input-oriented divisional efficiency are calculated. In order to improve the efficiencies, the projections onto the frontiers are obtained by using the outputs of the solved model and Lingo software. In order to show the applicability of the proposed model, it is applied on automotive industry, as a case study, to evaluate supply chain performance. Then, the overall efficiencies of DMUs and each sections (divisions) of DMUs were calculated separately. Therefore, every organization can apply this evaluation method for improving the performance of alternative factors.

考虑汽车行业供应链协同绩效包含协同过程绩效、协同结果绩效和协同支持绩效,并结合客户服务和系统适应性,选择了30个汽车行业供应链协同评价指标,建立协同绩效评价指标体系.然后,选取以国内某汽车制造厂为核心企业的汽车行业供应链为例,运用模糊综合分析法对其供应链进行协同评价,实现了对该指标体系的量化,并对评价结果进行分析.结果表明,企业在过程、结果和支持等方面协同运作,可以提高供应链整体的协同绩效,从而进一步验证了评价指标体系的可行性和模糊综合评价方法的可操作性.  相似文献

With global competition rapidly intensifying and shifting to the supply chain level, the supply chain flexibility has become increasingly important. However, the literature addressing supply chain flexibility remains limited. This study thus builds a group decision-making structure model of flexibility in supply chain management development. This study presents a framework for evaluating supply chain flexibility comprising two parts, an evaluation hierarchy with flexibility dimensions and related metrics, and an evaluation scheme that uses a three-stage process to evaluate supply chain flexibility. This study then proposes an algorithm for determining the degree of supply chain flexibility using a fuzzy linguistic approach. Evaluations of the degree of supply chain flexibility can identify the need to improve supply chain flexibility, and identify specific dimensions of supply chain flexibility as the best directions for improvement. The results of this study are more objective and unbiased for two reasons. First, the results are generated by group decision-making with interactive consensus analysis. Second, the fuzzy linguistic approach used in this study has more advantage to preserve no loss of information than other methods. Additionally, this study presents an example using a case study to illustrate the availability of the proposed methods and compare it with other methods.  相似文献

Facing to imperfect quality and fuzzy random market demand in the real-life inventory management, a two-echelon supply chain system with one retailer and one manufacturer for perishable products is considered. Two fuzzy random models for the newsboy problem with imperfect quality in the decentralized and centralized systems are presented. The expectation theory and signed distance are employed to transform the fuzzy random model into crisp model. The optimal policies in the two decision-making systems are derived and analyzed contrastively. The theoretical analysis shows that manufacturer’s repurchase strategy can achieve the increase in the whole supply chain profit. The influence of the fuzzy randomness of the demand and the defective rate on the optimal order quantity, the whole supply chain profit and the repurchasing price is analyzed via numerical examples.  相似文献
