The crystal structure of [SnBu2(TNEE)2], (HTNEE=5-ethyl ester of 2-mercaptopyridine-5-carboxylic acid) has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction study. The crystal is triclinic, space groupP,a=10.042(1),b=18.421(2),c=7.979(1) Å, =98.7(1), =107.3(1), =87.7(1)o,V=1393(1) Å3, and Z=2 The tin center is coordinated to two butyl groups and to the nitrogen and the sulfur atoms of two ligand molecules in a very distorted trapezoidal bipyramid.  相似文献

The title compounds 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-2H-pyrano[3, 2-h]quinoline 1 (C19H12ClN3O, M r = 333.77) and 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-8-(2-chlorobenzylidene)-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzo[b]pyran 2 were synthesized and crystallized. The crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 7.488(2), b = 9.127(3), c = 12.252(3) Å, = 73.58(2), = 78.38(2)°, = 75.39(2), Z = 2, V = 769.5(4) Å3; The compound 2 crystallizes in space group P21/n, with cell parameters a = 13.582(2), b = 8.974(1), c = 16.960(2) Å, = 103.34(1)° and D calc = 1.352 g/cm–3 for Z = 4. X-ray analysis reveals that atoms C(1)—C(5) and O form a pyran ring in compound 1, which adopts half-chair conformation. In compound 2 the atoms C(12)—C(16) and O form a pyran ring which adopts boat conformation, another six-membered ring (C(8)—C(13)) adopts a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal structures 1 and 2.  相似文献

The molecule crystallizes in a ketohydrazone tautomeric form. The tautomeric form is stabilized by a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond of 2.709(2) Å binding the 3-oxo to the nearest nitrogen atom in the azine chain. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2l/c witha=7.0470(4),b=11.3090(9),c=16.2250(4) Å, =90.310(3)°, V=1293.0(1) Å3, Z=4,Dx=1.3576 g cm–3 and (Cu-K)=7.03 cm–1. The molecule is nearly planar not regarding the methyl group; the small deviations from planarity are indicative of intramolecular interactions between the phenylazo group and indandione group. Some of the bond lengths and angles found in the molecule are distorted due to resonance, -electron delocalization and strain. The relation between these chemical effects and structural results are discussed.  相似文献

Bis[pyridine-2-(N-cyanocarboxamidato)]aquocopper(II), Cu(C5H4NCONCN)2(OH2), has been prepared and its i.r. spectrum and crystal structure have been determined. The crystals are triclinic (P¯1):a = 11·45(1),b = 10·35(1),c = 7·48(1) Å, = 110·9(1), = 102·2(2), = 108·9(1)°,Z = 2. The X-ray analysis, carried out using three-dimensional Patterson, Fourier and least-squares methods (finalR = 5·7%), showed copper(II) to be pentacoordinated, with two organic ligands chelating through their pyridine [Cu-N = 1·997(4), 1·989(4) Å] and amide nitrogen atoms [Cu-N = 1·980(7), 2·006(6) Å], and with one water molecule at a distance [Cu-OH2 = 2·335(4) Å] sensibly longer than the usual Cu-O(2·0 Å) coordinate bonds. The coordination polyhedron can be described either as a distorted tetrahedron formed by the nitrogen atoms with an extra position occupied by water or as a trigonal bipyramid having water and two nitrogen atoms in the equatorial plane. The packing determining interactions are the hydrogen bonds formed by water, and a long Cu...N (3·420 Å) contact between the metal and a nitrogen atom from an adjacent molecule.The authors are indebted to Prof. Immirzi who kindly supplied his computer programmes.  相似文献

The reaction between cadmium(II) chloride and 2,2'-bi-1H-imidazole (H2biim) in an acidic solution affords [Cd(H3biim)2Cl4] (H3biim=2-(2-1H-imidazolyl)-1H-imidazolium) in 63% yield. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space groupP1, wherea=8.072(2),b=8.100(2),c=8.593(2) Å, =75.89(2), =62.94(2), =63.29(1)°,V=446.4(2) Å3, andZ=1. The central Cd atom exhibits an octahedral geometry composed of a Cl4N2 core. The Cd-N bond distance is 2.392(2) Å. Cd–Cl distances are 2.5919(9) and 2.671(1) Å.  相似文献

1-(4-Chloro-benzoyl)-3-naphthalen-1-yl-thiourea has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 6.962(1) Å, b = 10.770(3) Å, c = 11.738(2) Å, = 65.76(2)°, = 80.03(1)°, = 84.86(2)°, and D calc= 1.432 g cm–1 for Z = 2. The thermal behavior of the compound has been studied by DTA and TG. The antibacterial activities of the title compound were investigated for three Gram (+) and two Gram (–) bacteria by employing broth microdilution method and subsequently, inhibitory activity against yeast-like fungi was also determined.  相似文献

The 3,4-trans-4,5-trans-2-amino-3-cyano-1,3-dimethyloxycarbonyl-4,5-di-(3,4-methyl-enedioxylphenyl) cyclopentene has been synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, Elemental analysis, and X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 10.936(3) Å, b = 10.142(3) Å, c = 20.001(4) Å, = 93.81(2)°, and D calc = 1.390 g cm–3 for Z = 4. X-ray analysis reveals that the phenyl groups and the alkoxyl carbonyl group are in the equatorial positions. The dihedral angles between the phenyl groups and the central five-membered ring are 73.08° and 62.15°. In addition, there are intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal lattices.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-amino-5-methylpyridine with zinc chloride and HCl in aqueous solution yields bis(2-amino-5-methylpyridinium) tetrachlorozincate. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with minimal tetrahedral distortion of the ZnCl4 2– ion at both 298 and 150 K; at 298 K, a = 8.090(2) Å, b = 14.795(6) Å, c = 15.850(4) Å, = 101.93 (2); at 150 K, a = 8.0986(2) Å, b = 14.7190(5) Å, c = 15.7684(7) Å, = 102.862(2). The anisotropic cell contraction results in significant changes in nonbonding Cl Cl contacts.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 5-amino-2-nitrobenzoic acid (5A2NB) was determined by the X-ray diffraction method. The 5-amino-2-nitrobenzoic acid crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/c space group with a = 3.898(2) Å, b = 13.531(3) Å, c = 14.301(3) Å, and = 90.83(3)°. The adjacent molecules form a cyclic dimmer by intermolecular hydrogen bonds of type O—HsO with their carboxyl groups. In the crystal structure NH2 group forms a three-center hydrogen bond with oxygen atoms of NO2 group. The IR spectrum and thermal properties of acid are discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C7H10N3B, has been determined by X-ray diffraction using CuK radiation. The crystals are monoclinic,P21/c witha=6.941(2),b=15.961(3),c=7.739(2) Å,=90.5(2)° andZ=4. The structure was solved by direct methods, and refined by full matrix least squares to a finalR-value of 056 with 833 observed reflections. The molecule is in the elongated form, but is not planar; the torsion angle C(2)-N(1)-B-C(8) is 82.9(4)°. The bond distances N(1)-B=1.587(5) Å; B-C(8)=1.586(6) Å; C(8)N(3)=1.134(5) Å. The B-C-N moiety is slightly [176.9(4)°] nonlinear. The molecules are linked by weak hydrogen bonds N(2)-H(1N)N(3), N(2)-N(3)=3.055(5) Å and N(2)-H(2N)N(3), N(2)-N(3)=3.165 Å.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structure of 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(4-methylphenyl)-6-methoxyl-1,4,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo [f]chromene 1, C22H20N2O2, is determined. The crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 10.120(1), b = 13.127(1), c = 15.203(2) Å, = 67.841(9), = 80.81(1), = 77.58(1), Z = 4, V = 1819.7(4) Å3. It is interesting that all the atoms of the pyran ring are coplanar, which is different from other similar compounds. The structure is stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, C21H25N5O, are monoclinic: space groupP21/c,a = 12·680,b = 11·844,c = 13·550 Å, = 104·13 °,Z = 4. The structure was determined with CuK diffractometer data by direct methods and was refined by full-matrix least-squares methods toR = 0·076 for 2340 observed reflexions. All non-methyl hydrogen atom positions were determined. The hydrogen atom which is bonded to the ring nitrogen atom forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with the carbonyl oxygen atom. Neither the six-membered homocyclic ring nor the six-membered heterocyclic ring is exactly planar. The molecular geometry and the detailed bond distances suggest that electron delocalization into the side chains is stabilized by the intramolecular hydrogen bond. This molecular structure determination has aided in the formulation of a reaction path for the 21 addition of cyano ynamine to phenylisocyanate.We thank Dr. M. E. Crystal structure analyses of urazine and of its adduct with CuCl2 show that this ligand can exchange interactions of stacking that cannot be defined as simple - interactions. The copper atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two aminic nitrogen from chelating uraxines and two chlorine atoms. The crystals of urazine are monoclinicP21 c:a=6.741(1),b=5.815(1),c=11.141(2) Å,/gb=92.13(1)°,V c=436.4(1) Å3,Z=4,R=0.0402 for 714 independent observed reflections; the crystals of [CuCl2(urazine)2] are triclinicP¯1:a=5.236(1),b=6.662(1),c=8.411(1) Å,=93.00(1),=104.87(1), =105.69(1)°,V c=270.66(8) Å3,Z=1,R=0.0380 for 875 independent observed reflections.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the molecular adduct of 5-mono[(4-nitrophenyl)azo]-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene (2) with chloroform (C34H27N3O6 CHCl3) was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. It was found to possess a monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, with a = 15.9306(13) Å, b = 10.6293(9) Å, c = 20.3194(17) Å, = 110.480(2)° and Dcalc = 1.428 Mg/m3 for Z = 4. Crystal data indicated that the calix[4]arene moiety of 2 exists in a distorted-cone conformation with intramolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Intramolecular hydrogen bonding in the solid state is reported for the title compound and its ethylene ketal. The title compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group, with a = 9.590(3), b = 9.620(3), c = 9.844(2) Å, = 97.67(2), = 105.25(2), = 115.47(2), and Z=2. The ethylene ketal crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/c, with a = 7.230(2), b = 22.639(3), c = 10.839(2) Å, = 101.47(2), and Z = 4. The intramolecular hydrogen bond length of 1.79 Å is the same for the ketone and ketal, but the O—H---O valence angle is 144° for the ketone and 165° for the ketal.  相似文献

1-[N-(4-bromophenyl)]aminomethylidene-2(1H)naphthalenone (C17H12NOBr) (1) was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined. Compound (1) is monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 4.808(1) Å, b = 20.617(1) Å, c = 13.750(1) Å, = 93.004(1)°, V = 1361.11(3) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.592 g·cm–3, (Mo K) = 3.014 mm–1, R = 0.051 for 1013 reflections [I > 2(I)]. There is a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond of distance 2.544(2) Å between the hydroxyl oxygen atom and imine nitrogen atom, the hydrogen atom essentially being bonded to the nitrogen atom. The title molecule is not planar. X-ray crystal structure determination reveals the existence of the keto (or predominantly keto) tautomer in (1). Spectra of compound (1) were observed by IR and NMR, and UV–visible spectra of (1) were studied in different solvents and acidic media.  相似文献

In the two title compounds, the 2-methyl-1,3-dioxoindan-2-yl and 4-(brom; ethoxy) phenyl groups aretrans with respect to one another. The title compound was prepared during the course of an attempt to synthesize 8-amino-3-benzyl-6-methylimidazo[4,5-e][1,2,4]triazepine. The crystals are monoclinic, space groupP21/c,a=6.2375(5),b=9.1070(8),c=22.182(2) Å,=91.797(7)°,Z=4. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by least squares toR=0.063 on all 2142 measured reflections. The imidazol-4-yl-triazole system is planar, conjugated, and aromatic. One hydrogen atom of the exocyclic amino group is involved in a bifurcated hydrogen bond, of which one branch is an intramolecular attraction to a triazole ring nitrogen atom, while the other branch is intermolecular. The crystal is held together by two N-HN hydrogen bonds between molecules related by translation along thea axis and by- stacking interactions of the imidazol-4-yl-triazole ring systems and the phenyl rings across centers of inversion.Visiting scientist, The Institute for Cancer Research.  相似文献
