Mixed‐valence copper(I/II) atoms have been introduced successfully into a Pb/I skeleton to obtain two heterometallic iodoplumbates, namely poly[bis(tetra‐n‐butylammonium) [bis(μ3‐dimethyldithiocarbamato)dodeca‐μ3‐iodido‐hexa‐μ2‐iodido‐tetracopper(I)copper(II)hexalead(II)]], {(C16H36N)2[Cu4ICuIIPb6(C3H6NS2)2I18]}n , (I), and poly[[μ3‐iodido‐tri‐μ2‐iodido‐iodido[bis(1,10‐phenanthroline)copper(I)]copper(I)copper(II)lead(II)] hemiiodine], {[CuICuIIPbI5(C12H8N2)2]·0.5I2}n , (II), under solution and solvothermal conditions, respectively. Compound (I) contains two‐dimensional anionic layers, which are built upon the linkages of CuII(S2CNMe2)2 units and one‐dimensional anionic Pb/I/CuI chains. Tetra‐n‐butylammonium cations are located between the anionic layers and connected to them via C—H…I hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Compound (II) exhibits a one‐dimensional neutral structure, which is composed of [PbI5] square pyramids, [CuII4] tetrahedra and [CuIIN4I] trigonal bipyramids. Face‐to‐face aromatic π–π stacking interactions between adjacent 1,10‐phenanthroline ligands stabilize the structure and assemble compound (II) into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. I2 molecules lie in the voids of the structure.  相似文献

1‐[6‐(1H‐Pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl)pyridin‐2‐yl]‐1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐7‐ium tetrachloridoferrate(III), (C19H14N5)[FeCl4], (II), and [2,6‐bis(1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl‐κN7)pyridine‐κN]bis(nitrato‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(NO3)2(C19H13N5)], (III), were prepared by self‐assembly from FeCl3·6H2O or Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and 2,6‐bis(1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl)pyridine [commonly called 2,6‐bis(azaindole)pyridine, bap], C19H13N5, (I). Compound (I) crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the P space group, with both independent molecules adopting a transtrans conformation. Compound (II) is a salt complex with weak C—H...Cl interactions giving rise to a zigzag network with π‐stacking down the a axis. Complex (III) lies across a twofold rotation axis in the C2/c space group. The CuII center in (III) has an N3O2 trigonal–bipyramidal environment. The nitrate ligand coordinates in a monodentate fashion, while the bap ligand adopts a twisted tridentate binding mode. C—H...O interactions give rise to a ribbon motif.  相似文献

Interaction of copper(II) chloride with 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine leads to formation of copper(II) complex [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( I ). Electrochemical reduction of I produces the mixed‐valence CuI, II π, σ‐complex of [Cu7Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( II ). Final reduction produces [Cu8Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3]·2C2H5OH copper(I) π‐complex ( III ). Low‐temperature X‐ray structure investigation of all three compounds has been performed: I : space group P1¯, a = 8.9565(6), b = 9.0114(6), c = 9.7291(7) Å, α = 64.873(7), β = 80.661(6), γ = 89.131(6)°, V = 700.2(2) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0302 for 2893 reflections. II : space group P1¯, a = 11.698(2), b = 11.162(1), c = 8.106(1) Å, α = 93.635(9), β = 84.24(1), γ = 89.395(8)°, V = 962.0(5) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0465 for 6111 reflections. III : space group P1¯, a = 8.7853(9), b = 10.3602(9), c = 12.851(1) Å, α = 99.351(8), β = 105.516(9), γ = 89.395(8), V = 1111.4(4) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0454 for 4470 reflections. Structure of I contains isolated [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] units. The isolated fragment of I fulfils in the structure of II bridging function connecting two hexagonal prismatic‐like cores Cu6Cl6, whereas isolated Cu6Cl6(CuCl)2 prismatic derivative appears in III . Coordination behaviour of the 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine moiety is different in all the compounds. In I ligand moiety binds to the only copper(II) atom through the nitrogen atom of the triazine ring. In II ligand is coordinated to the CuII‐atom through the N atom and to two CuI ones through the two allylic groups. In III all allylic groups and nitrogen atom are coordinated by four metal centers. The presence of three allyl arms promotes an acting in II and III structures the bridging function of the ligand moiety. On the other hand, space separation of allyl groups enables a formation of large complicated inorganic clusters.  相似文献

The two title mononuclear compounds are four‐coordinate bis[N‐(5‐oxo‐4,4‐diphenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene)glycinato]copper(II) dimethylformamide disolvate, [Cu(C17H14N3O3)2]·2C3H7NO, (I), and five‐coordinate aquabis[N‐(5‐oxo‐4,4‐diphenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene)glycinato]copper(II) dimethylformamide disolvate, [Cu(C17H14N3O3)2(H2O)]·2C3H7NO, (II). In (I), the CuII ion lies on an inversion centre with one‐half of the complex molecule in the asymmetric unit, while in (II) there are two independent ligand molecules in the asymmetric unit, with the CuII ion and coordinated water molecule located on a general position. In both crystal structures, the complex molecules assemble in ribbons via N—H...O hydrogen‐bond networks.  相似文献

Functionalized acid amides are widely used in biology, medicine, environmental chemistry and many other areas. Among them, pyridine‐substituted amides, in particular N‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)acetamide and its derivatives, play an important role due to their excellent chelating properties. The donor properties of these ligands can be effectively modified by introducing electron‐donating substituents (e.g. alkyl groups) into the heterocycle. On the other hand, substituents in the α‐position of the pyridine ring can create steric hindrance, which significantly influences the coordination number and geometry. To achieve a better understanding of these effects, copper(II) complexes with sterically demanding N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl)acetamide ligands (L ) and monoanions of different size, shape and coordination ability have been chosen as model compounds. The crystal structures of three new compounds, bromidobis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) bromide, [CuBr(C8H10N2O)]Br, (I), aquabis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) dinitrate, [Cu(C8H10N2O)(H2O)](NO3)2, (II), and aquabis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) bis(perchlorate), [Cu(C8H10N2O)(H2O)](ClO4)2, (III), have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. It has been shown that the presence of the 6‐methyl group results in either a distorted square‐pyramidal or a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry around the CuII centres instead of the typical octahedral geometry observed when the methyl substituent is absent or occupies any other position on the pyridine ring. Moreover, due to the steric hindrance provided by the L ligands, only the bromide ligand, the smallest of the series, enters into the first coordination sphere of the CuII ion in (I). In (II) and (III), the vacant coordination site of the CuII ion is occupied by a water molecule, while the nitrate and perchlorate anions are not involved in coordination to the metal centre. The structures of (I)–(III) are characterized by the presence of one‐dimensional infinite chains formed by hydrogen bonds of the types N—H…Br [in (I)], N—H…O and O—H…O [in (II) and (III)] between the amide groups of the L ligands, the coordinated water molecules and the uncoordinated anions. The hydrogen‐bonded chains are further interconnected through π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of the L ligands, with approximate interplanar separations of 3.5–3.6 Å.  相似文献

A new nano‐sized rigid double‐armed oxadiazole‐bridged organic ligand, 2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole, C30H20N4O, L or (I), which adopts a cis conformation in the solid state, has been synthesized and used to create the two novel metallocycle complexes (2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole)diiodidocadmium(II) dichloromethane monosolvate, [CdI2(C30H20N4O)]·CH2Cl2, (II), and di‐μ‐iodido‐bis[(2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole)copper(I)], [Cu2I2(C30H20N4O)2], (III). Molecules of complex (II) adopts a 20‐membered `0'‐shaped metallocycle structure with crystallographic mirror symmetry. The discrete units are linked into one‐dimensional chains through intermolecular π–π and C—H...π interactions. In (III), the two I atoms and two CuI atoms form a {Cu2(μ‐I)2} cluster. One {Cu2(μ‐I)2} cluster and two L ligands form two 20‐membered monometallic rings in a head‐to‐head fashion, leading to a discrete centrosymmetric `8'‐shaped metallocyclic complex. These metallocycles stack together via two kinds of intermolecular π–π interactions to generate a two‐dimensional network in the ac plane. The luminescence properties of (I)–(III) were investigated in the solid state at room temperature and displayed an obvious red shift.  相似文献

The novel polymeric complexes catena‐poly[[diaquamanganese(II)]‐μ‐2,2′‐bipyrimidine‐κ4N1,N1′:N3,N3′‐[diaquamanganese(II)]‐bis(μ‐terephthalato‐κ2O1:O4)], [Mn2(C8H4O4)2(C8H6N4)(H2O)4]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[[aquacopper(II)]‐μ‐aqua‐μ‐hydroxido‐μ‐terephthalato‐κ2O1:O1′‐copper(II)‐μ‐aqua‐μ‐hydroxido‐μ‐terephthalato‐κ2O1:O1′‐[aquacopper(II)]‐μ‐2,2′‐bipyrimidine‐κ4N1,N1′:N3,N3′] tetrahydrate], {[Cu3(C8H4O4)2(OH)2(C8H6N4)(H2O)4]·4H2O}n, (II), containing bridging 2,2′‐bipyrimidine (bpym) ligands coordinated as bis‐chelates, have been prepared via a ligand‐exchange reaction. In both cases, quite unusual coordination modes of the terephthalate (tpht2−) anions were found. In (I), two tpht2− anions acting as bis‐monodentate ligands bridge the MnII centres in a parallel fashion. In (II), the tpht2− anions act as endo‐bridges and connect two CuII centres in combination with additional aqua and hydroxide bridges. In this way, the binuclear [Mn2(tpht)2(bpym)(H2O)4] entity in (I) and the trinuclear [Cu3(tpht)2(OH)2(bpym)(H2O)4]·4H2O coordination entity in (II) build up one‐dimensional polymeric chains along the b axis. In (I), the MnII cation lies on a twofold axis, whereas the four central C atoms of the bpym ligand are located on a mirror plane. In (II), the central CuII cation is also on a special position (site symmetry ). In the crystal structures, the packing of the chains is further strengthened by a system of hydrogen bonds [in both (I) and (II)] and weak face‐to‐face π–π interactions [in (I)], forming three‐dimensional metal–organic frameworks. The MnII cation in (I) has a trigonally deformed octahedral geometry, whereas the CuII cations in (II) are in distorted octahedral environments. The CuII polyhedra are inclined relative to each other and share common edges.  相似文献

In the crystals of catena‐poly[tetrakis(μ‐trimethylsilylacetato‐O:O′)dicopper(II)], [Cu2(C5H11O2Si)4]n, (V), the dinuclear CuII units of a cage structure are linked by the cyclic Cu—O bonds at the apical positions to form a linear chain by use of a glide translation.  相似文献

The structures of five metal complexes containing the 4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylate dianion illustrate the remarkable coordinating versatility of this ligand and the great structural diversity of its complexes. In tetraaquaberyllium 4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylate, [Be(H2O)4](C7H2O6), (I), the ions are linked by eight independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded framework structure. Each of the ions in hydrazinium(2+) diaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)calcate, (N2H6)[Ca(C7H2O6)2(H2O)2], (II), lies on a twofold rotation axis in the space group P2/c; the anions form hydrogen‐bonded sheets which are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by the cations. In bis(μ‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[tetraaquamanganese(II)] tetrahydrate, [Mn2(C7H2O6)2(H2O)8]·4H2O, (III), the metal ions and the organic ligands form a cyclic centrosymmetric Mn2(C7H2O6)2 unit, and these units are linked into a complex three‐dimensional framework structure containing 12 independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds. There are two independent CuII ions in tetraaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)copper(II), [Cu(C7H2O6)(H2O)4], (IV), and both lie on centres of inversion in the space group P; the metal ions and the organic ligands form a one‐dimensional coordination polymer, and the polymer chains are linked into a three‐dimensional framework containing eight independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Diaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)cadmium monohydrate, [Cd(C7H2O6)(H2O)2]·H2O, (V), forms a three‐dimensional coordination polymer in which the organic ligand is coordinated to four different Cd sites, and this polymer is interwoven with a complex three‐dimensional framework built from O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new CuII–azide complex, {(C4H12N2)[Cu5(N3)12]·4H2O}n, has been synthesized by the reaction of piperazine, Cu(OAc)2·2H2O (OAc is acetate) and NaN3. In the structure, μ2‐1,1‐ and μ3‐1,1,1‐azide anions bridge five CuII cations to form a linear pentanuclear cluster unit, which is further linked by μ2‐1,1‐ and μ2‐1,3‐azide anions to form a two‐dimensional condensed [Cu5(N3)12]n layer. The diprotonated piperazine and the solvent water molecules are hydrogen bonded to the coordination layers to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

Three photoluminescent complexes containing either ZnII or CdII have been synthesized and their structures determined. Bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(dicyanamido‐κN 1)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H10N6)2(C2N3)2], (I), bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(dicyanamido‐κN 1)cadmium(II), [Cd(C12H10N6)2(C2N3)2], (II), and bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(tricyanomethanido‐κN 1)cadmium(II), [Cd(C12H10N6)2(C4N3)2], (III), all crystallize in the space group P , with the metal centres lying on centres of inversion, but neither analogues (I) and (II) nor CdII complexes (II) and (III) are isomorphous. A combination of N—H…N and C—H…N hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions generates three‐dimensional framework structures in (I) and (II), and a sheet structure in (III). The photoluminescence spectra of (I)–(III) indicate that the energies of the π–π* transitions in the coordinated triazole ligand are modified by minor changes of the ligand geometry associated with coordination to the metal centres.  相似文献

In the tetranuclear copper complex tetrakis[μ‐3,5‐bis(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazolido]bis[3,5‐bis(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazolido]dicopper(I)dicopper(II) dihydrate, [CuI2CuII2(C12H8N5)6]·2H2O, the asymmetric unit is composed of one CuI center, one CuII center, three anionic 3,5‐bis(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (2‐BPT) ligands and one solvent water molecule. The CuI and CuII centers exhibit [CuIN4] tetrahedral and [CuIIN6] octahedral coordination environments, respectively. The three independent 2‐BPT ligands adopt different chelating modes, which link the copper centers to generate a chair‐like tetranuclear metallomacrocycle with metal–metal distances of about 4.4 × 6.2 Å disposed about a crystallographic inversion center. Furthermore, strong π–π stacking interactions and O—H...N hydrogen‐bonding systems link the tetracopper clusters into a two‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

Yellow–orange tetraaquabis(3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olato‐κN3)cadmium(II) dihydrate, [Cd(C8HN4O2)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, (I), and yellow tetraaquabis(3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olato‐κN3)cadmium(II) 1,4‐dioxane solvate, [Cd(C8HN4O2)2(H2O)4]·C4H8O2, (II), contain centrosymmetric mononuclear Cd2+ coordination complex molecules in different conformations. Dark‐red poly[[decaaquabis(μ2‐3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olato‐κ2N:N′)bis(μ2‐3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐1H‐pyrrole‐2,5‐diolato‐κ2N:N′)tricadmium] hemihydrate], [Cd3(C8HN4O2)2(C8N4O2)2(H2O)10]·0.5H2O, (III), has a polymeric two‐dimensional structure, the building block of which includes two cadmium cations (one of them located on an inversion centre), and both singly and doubly charged anions. The cathodoluminescence spectra of the crystals are different and cover the wavelength range from UV to red, with emission peaks at 377 and 620 nm for (III), and at 583 and 580 nm for (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of mixed‐ligand complexes continues to be an active area of research since these compounds have a wide range of applications. Many coordination polymers and metal–organic framworks are emerging as novel functional materials. Aminopyrimidine and its derivatives are flexible ligands with versatile binding and coordination modes which have been proven to be useful in the construction of organic–inorganic hybrid materials and coordination polymers. Thiophenecarboxylic acid, its derivatives and their complexes exhibit pharmacological properties. Cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes of thiophenecarboxylate have many biological applications, for example, as antifungal and antitumor agents. Two new cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes incorporating thiophene‐2‐carboxylate (2‐TPC) and 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine (OMP) ligands have been synthesized and characterized by X‐ray diffraction studies, namely (2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine‐κN)aquachlorido(thiophene‐2‐carboxylato‐κO)cobalt(II) monohydrate, [Co(C5H3O2S)Cl(C6H9N3O2)(H2O)]·H2O, (I), and catena‐poly[copper(II)‐tetrakis(μ‐thiophene‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2O:O′)‐copper(II)‐(μ‐2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine‐κ2N1:N3)], [Cu2(C5H3O2S)4(C6H9N3O2)]n, (II). In (I), the CoII ion has a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment involving one O atom from a monodentate 2‐TPC ligand, one N atom from an OMP ligand, one chloride ligand and one O atom of a water molecule. An additional water molecule is present in the asymmetric unit. The amino group of the coordinated OMP molecule and the coordinated carboxylate O atom of the 2‐TPC ligand form an interligand N—H…O hydrogen bond, generating an S(6) ring motif. The pyrimidine molecules also form a base pair [R22(8) motif] via a pair of N—H…N hydrogen bonds. These interactions, together with O—H…O and O—H…Cl hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions, generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The one‐dimensional coordination polymer (II) contains the classical paddle‐wheel [Cu2(CH3COO)4(H2O)2] unit, where each carboxylate group of four 2‐TPC ligands bridges two square‐pyramidally coordinated CuII ions and the apically coordinated OMP ligands bridge the dinuclear copper units. Each dinuclear copper unit has a crystallographic inversion centre, whereas the bridging OMP ligand has crystallographic twofold symmetry. The one‐dimensional polymeric chains self‐assemble via N—H…O, π–π and C—H…π interactions, generating a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

Solvothermal reactions of Cu2(OH)2CO3 with 1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane (bpp) in the presence of aqueous ammonia in 4‐iodotoluene/CH3CN or 1,4‐diiodobenzene/CH3CN afforded two [Cu2I2]‐based coordination polymers, namely catena‐poly[[[di‐μ‐iodido‐dicopper(I)]‐bis[μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane‐κ2N:N′]] p‐toluidine tetrasolvate], {[Cu2I2(C13H14N2)2]·4C7H9N}n, (I), and the analogous 1,4‐diiodobenzene monosolvate, {[Cu2I2(C13H14N2)2]·C6H4I2}n, (II). The [Cu2I2] unit of (I) lies on a centre of symmetry at the mid‐point of the two I atoms, while that of (II) has a twofold axis running through the I...I line. In (I) and (II), each Cu centre is tetrahedrally coordinated by two μ‐I and two N atoms from two different bpp ligands. Each rhomboid [Cu2I2] unit can be considered as a four‐connecting node linked to the symmetry‐related [Cu2I2] units via two pairs of bpp ligands to form a one‐dimensional double chain along the c axis. The dimensions of the [Cu2I2(bpp)2]2 rings in (I) and (II) are different, which may be due to the presence of different guest solvent molecules in the structures. In (I), one p‐toluidine molecule, derived from an Ullmann coupling reaction of 4‐iodotoluene with ammonia, interacts with the [Cu2I2] cluster fragment through N—H...I hydrogen bonds, while the two p‐toluidine molecules interact via N—H...N hydrogen bonds. In (II), two I atoms of each 1,4‐diiodobenzene molecule are linked to the I atoms of the [Cu2I2] fragments from a neighbouring chain via I...I secondary interactions.  相似文献

The three title compounds, namely 4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazolium hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tris(4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)tetracopper(II) monohydrate, (C9H9N2)[Cu4Cl7O(C9H8N2)3]·H2O, hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tetrakis(pyridine N‐oxide‐κO)tetracopper(II), [Cu4Cl6O(C5H5NO)4], and hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐tetrakis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)‐μ4‐oxo‐tetracopper(II) methanol trisolvate, [Cu4Cl6O(C4H6N2)4]·3CH4O, exhibit the same Cu4OCl6 framework, where the O atom at the centre of an almost regular tetrahedron bridges four copper cations at the corners. This group is in turn surrounded by a Cl6 octahedron, leading to a rather globular species. This special arrangement of the CuII cations results in a diversity of magnetic behaviours.  相似文献

The compounds poly[di‐μ4‐succinato‐μ2‐1,2‐di‐4‐pyridylethane‐dicopper(II)], [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C12H12N2)]n, (I), and poly[di‐μ4‐succinato‐μ2‐1,3‐di‐4‐pyridylpropane‐dicopper(II)], [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C13H14N2)]n, (II), exhibit polymeric structures with the dicopper units doubly bridged by bis‐bidentate succinate groups and crosslinked by the separator bis(pyridyl) molecules. In (I), the molecule exhibits a centre of inversion located midway between the core Cu‐dimer atoms and another that relates half of the bis(pyridyl)ethane ligand to the other half. Compound (II) has a similar molecular packing but with a doubled lattice constant and noncentrosymmetric core units. An antiferromagnetic interaction due to the dinuclear copper units was deduced from magnetic subsceptibility measurements, and spin triplet signals were detected in the electron paramagnetic resonance spectra for both compounds.  相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[bis[(triazacyclononane‐κ3N,N′,N′′)copper(II)]‐di‐μ‐cyanido‐κ4N:C‐palladate(II)‐di‐μ‐cyanido‐κ4C:N] dibromide bis[[(triazacyclononane‐κ3N,N′,N′′)copper(II)]‐μ‐cyanido‐κ2N:C‐[dicyanidopalladate(II)]‐μ‐cyanido‐κ2C:N] monohydrate], {[Cu2Pd(CN)4(C6H15N3)2]Br2·[Cu2Pd2(CN)8(C6H15N3)2]·H2O}n, (I), was isolated from an aqueous solution containing tacn·3HBr (tacn is 1,4,7‐triazacyclononane), Cu2+ and tetracyanidopalladate(2−) anions. The crystal structure of (I) is essentially ionic and built up of 2,2‐electroneutral chains, viz. [Cu(tacn)(NC)–Pd(CN)2–(CN)–], positively charged 2,4‐ribbons exhibiting the composition {[Cu(tacn)(NC)2–Pd(CN)2–Cu(tacn)]2n+}n, bromide anions and one disordered water molecule of crystallization. The O atom of the water molecule occupies two unique crystallographic positions, one on a centre of symmetry, which is half occupied, and the other in a general position with one‐quarter occupancy. One of the tacn ligands also exhibits disorder. The formation of two different types of one‐dimensional structural motif within the same structure is a unique feature of this compound.  相似文献

The coordination polymers catena‐poly[[[(4,4′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κN1)bis(thiocyanato‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N1:N1′] dihydrate], {[Cu(NCS)2(C4H4N6)2]·2H2O}n, (I), and poly[tetrakis(μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N1:N1′)bis(μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2N:S)tetrakis(thiocyanato‐κN)tricadmium(II)], [Cd3(NCS)6(C4H4N6)4]n, (II), exhibit chain and two‐dimensional layer structures, respectively. The differentiation of the Lewis acidic nature of CuII and CdII has an influence on the coordination modes of the triazole and thiocyanate ligands, leading to topologically different polymeric motifs. In (I), copper ions are linked by bitriazole N:N′‐bridges into zigzag chains and the tetragonal–pyramidal CuN5 environment is composed of two thiocyanate N atoms and three triazole N atoms [basal Cu—N = 1.9530 (18)–2.0390 (14) Å and apical Cu—N = 2.2637 (15) Å]. The structure of (II) contains two types of crystallographically unique CdII atoms. One type lies on an inversion center in a distorted CdN6 octahedral environment, with bitriazole ligands in the equatorial plane and terminal isothiocyanate N atoms in the axial positions. The other type lies on a general position and forms centrosymmetric binuclear [Cd2(μ‐NCS‐κ2N:S)2(NCS)2] units (tetragonal–pyramidal CdN4S coordination). N:N′‐Bridging bitriazole ligands link the Cd centers into a flat (4,4)‐network.  相似文献
