Self‐assembly of Zn (II) or Cd (II) nitrates, flexible bis (pyridyl)‐diamine, as well as arenesulfonic acids, leads to the formation of ten coordination polymers, namely, [Zn(L1)(H2O)3]·2(p‐TS)·2H2O ( 1 ), [Zn(L1)(H2O)2]·2(p‐TS)·2H2O ( 2 ), [Zn(L1)2(p‐TS)2] ( 3 ), [Zn(H2L1)(H2O)4]·2(1,5‐NDS)·2H2O ( 4 ), [Zn(H2L2)(H2O)4]·2(1,5‐NDS)·4MeOH ( 5 ), [Cd(L1)(p‐TS)(NO3)]·H2O ( 6 ), [Cd(L1)(1,5 ‐NDS)0.5(H2O)]·0.5(1,5‐NDS)·H2O ( 7 ), [Cd(L2)(H2O)2]·(p‐TS)·(NO3)·3H2O ( 8 ), [Cd(L2)(1,5‐NDS)] ( 9 ) and [Cd(L2)(1,5‐NDS)]·MeOH ( 10 ) (L1 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl) ethane‐1,2‐diamine, L2 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐3‐ylmethy l)ethane‐1,2‐diamine, p‐HTS = p‐toluenesulfonic acid, 1,5‐H2NDS = 1,5‐naphthalene disulfonic acid), which have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, PL, powder and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 1 , 4 , 5 and 6 present linear or zigzag chain structures accomplished by the interconnection of adjacent M (II) cations through L1 ligands or protonated H2L12+/H2L22+ cations, while complexes 2 , 3 and 8 show similar (4,4) layer motifs constructed from the connection of M (II) cations through L1 and L2. The same coordination modes of L1 and L2 in complexes 7 and 9 join adjacent Cd (II) cations to form double chain structures, which are further connected by bis‐monodentate 1,5‐NDS2? dianions into different (6,3) and (4,4) layer motifs. The L2 molecules in complex 10 join adjacent Cd (II) cations together with 1,5‐NDS2? dianions to form 3D network with hxl topology. Therefore, the diverse coordination modes of the bis (pyridyl) ligand with chelating spacer and the feature of different arenesulfonate anions can effectively influence the architectures of these complexes. Luminescent investigation reveals that the emission maximum of these complexes varies from 374 to 448 nm in the solid state at room temperature, in which complexes 4 , 5 , 7 , 9 and 10 show average luminescence lifetimes from 7.20 to 14.82 ns. Moreover, photocatalytic properties of complexes 7–10 towards Methylene blue under Xe lamp irradiation are also discussed.  相似文献

Two new cobalt(II) coordination polymers, {[Co(L1)(tbta)] · 0.8H2O}n ( 1 ) and {[Co(L2)(tbta)] · H2O}n ( 2 ) [L1 = 1,1′‐(1,3‐propanediyl)bis(2‐methylbenzimidazole), L2 = 1,2‐bis(2‐methylbenzimidazole‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene, H2tbta = tetrabromoterephthalic acid] were obtained under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction methods, IR spectroscopy, TGA, and elemental analysis. The cobalt atoms present similar environments with tetrahedral arrangements in 1 and 2 . The two complexes show a 2D (4,4) coordination network with sql topology. Compound 2 is further extended into a rare 3 , 3 , 4T3 three‐dimensional supramolecular framework by weak C–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions. The fluorescence and catalytic properties of the complexes for the degradation of the congo red azo dye in a Fenton‐like process were investigated.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of multinuclear metal compounds is important because of their relevance to the multi‐metal active sites of various metalloproteins and metalloenzymes. Multinuclear CuII and MnIII compounds are of interest due to their various properties in the fields of coordination chemistry, inorganic biochemistry, catalysis, and optical and magnetic materials. Oxygen‐bridged binuclear MnIII complexes generally exhibit antiferromagnetic interactions and a few examples of ferromagnetic interactions have also been reported. Binuclear CuII complexes are important due to the fact that they provide examples of the simplest case of magnetic interaction involving only two unpaired electrons. Two novel dioxygen‐bridged copper(II) and manganese(III) Schiff base complexes, namely bis(μ‐4‐bromo‐2‐{[(3‐oxidopropyl)imino]methyl}phenolato)dicopper(II), [Cu2(C10H10BrNO2)2], (1), and bis(diaqua{4,4′‐dichloro‐2,2′‐[(1,1‐dimethylethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis(nitrilomethanylylidene)]diphenolato}manganese(III)) bis{μ‐4,4′‐dichloro‐2,2′‐[(1,1‐dimethylethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis(nitrilomethanylylidene)]diphenolato}bis[aquamanganese(III)] tetrakis(perchlorate) ethanol disolvate, [Mn(C18H16Cl2N2O2)(H2O)2]2[Mn2(C18H16Cl2N2O2)2(H2O)2](ClO4)4·2C2H5OH, (2), have been synthesized and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction has been used to analyze their crystal structures. The structure analyses of (1) and (2) show that each CuII atom is four‐coordinated, with long weak Cu…O interactions of 2.8631 (13) Å linking the dinuclear halves of the centrosymmetric tetranucelar molecules, while each MnIII atom is six‐coordinated. The shortest intra‐ and intermolecular nonbonding Mn…Mn separations are 3.3277 (16) and 5.1763 (19) Å for (2), while the Cu…Cu separations are 3.0237 (3) and 3.4846 (3) Å for (1). The magnetic susceptibilities of (1) and (2) in the solid state were measured in the temperature range 2–300 K and reveal the presence of antiferromagnetic spin‐exchange interactions between the transition metal ions.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[dichloridocobalt(II)]‐μ‐(1,1′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐bipyrazole‐κ2N2:N2′)], [CoCl2(C8H10N4)]n, (1), two independent bipyrazole ligands (Me2bpz) are situated across centres of inversion and in tetraaquabis(1,1′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐bipyrazole‐κN2)cobalt(II) dichloride–1,1′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐bipyrazole–water (1/2/2), [Co(C8H10N4)2(H2O)4]Cl2·2C8H10N4·2H2O, (2), the Co2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and two noncoordinated Me2bpz molecules are also situated across centres of inversion. The compounds are the first complexes involving N,N′‐disubstituted 4,4′‐bipyrazole tectons. They reveal a relatively poor coordination ability of the ligand, resulting in a Co–pyrazole coordination ratio of only 1:2. Compound (1) adopts a zigzag chain structure with bitopic Me2bpz links between tetrahedral CoII ions. Interchain interactions occur by means of very weak C—H...Cl hydrogen bonding. Complex (2) comprises discrete octahedral trans‐[Co(Me2bpz)2(H2O)4]2+ cations formed by monodentate Me2bpz ligands. Two equivalents of additional noncoordinated Me2bpz tectons are important as `second‐sphere ligands' connecting the cations by means of relatively strong O—H...N hydrogen bonding with generation of doubly interpenetrated pcu (α‐Po) frameworks. Noncoordinated chloride anions and solvent water molecules afford hydrogen‐bonded [(Cl)2(H2O)2] rhombs, which establish topological links between the above frameworks, producing a rare eight‐coordinated uninodal net of {424.5.63} ( ilc ) topology.  相似文献

Six novel organotin (IV) complexes, [(Me3Sn)2(H2O)2L] ( 1 ), [(R3Sn)2L]n (R = Me 2 , R = n‐Bu 3 ), [(Ph3Sn)2L] ( 4 ), [Me2SnL]n ( 5 ), [(Me2Sn)2L(μ3‐O)]n ( 6 ) have been designed and synthesized by the reactions of 4,4′‐oxybisbenzoic acid (H2L) and triorganotin (IV) chloride or oxide. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR, NMR, ESI‐Mass, PXRD and X‐ray crystallography. The single crystal diffraction reveals that complexes 1 and 4 represent dinuclear tin monomers. Complexes 2 and 3 display 2D network structure and 2D corrugated framework respectively, which both contain tetranuclear 36‐membered macrocycles. Furthermore, 2D structures are linked into a 3D supramolecular structures through intermolecular C‐H ··· π interactions. Complex 5 shows 1D infinite helical chain and further constructs 3D ladder supramolecular architecture through additional Sn ··· O and C‐H ··· O intermolecular interactions. Complex 6 displays 1D infinite polymeric chain containing 28‐membered macrocyclic ring. Preliminarily in vitro cytostatic activity studies on cervical carcinoma cell lines (HeLa) and hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines (HepG‐2) by MTT assay for some complexes reveal that complexes 3 and 4 exhibit high cytostatic activity. Further, complexes 3 and 4 were selected to investigate interactions of bovine serum albumin (BSA) by fluorescence quenching spectra and synchronous fluorescence spectra, which indicates that the complexes could quench the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA in a static quenching process.  相似文献

Four metal‐organic coordination polymers [Co2(L)3(nipa)2]·6H2O ( 1 ), [Cd(L)(nipa)]·3H2O ( 2 ), [Co(L) (Hoxba)2] ( 3 ) and [Ni2(L)2(oxba)2(H2O)]·1.5L·3H2O ( 4 ) were synthesized by reactions of the corresponding metal(II) salts with the rigid ligand 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene (L) and different derivatives of 5‐nitroisophthalic acid (H2nipa) and 4,4′‐oxybis(benzoic acid) (H2oxba), respectively. The structures of the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 1 and 3 have the same one‐dimensional (1D) chain while 2 is a 6‐connected twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional (3D) network with α ‐Po 412·63 topology based on the binuclear CdII subunits. Compound 4 features a puckered two‐dimensional (2D) (4,4) network, and the large voids of the packing 2D nets have accommodated the uncoordinated L guest molecules. An abundant of N–H···O, O–H···O and C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions exist in complexes 1–4 , which contributes to stabilize the crystal structure and extend the low‐dimensional entities into high‐dimensional frameworks. Lastly, the photoluminiscent properties of compounds 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely {[Mn(2,4′‐bpdc)(bimb)(H2O)0.5] · 0.5H2O}n ( 1 ) and [Mn(4,4′‐bpdc)(bimb)]n · 2.5H2O ( 2 ) [2,4′‐bpdc = biphenyl‐2,4′‐dicarboxylate, 4,4′‐bpdc = biphenyl‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate, and bimb = 1,4‐bis(1‐imidazol‐yl)‐2,5‐dimethyl benzene], were hydrothermally synthesized by reactions of manganese(II) salt with the rigid ligand 1,4‐bis(1‐imidazol‐yl)‐2,5‐dimethyl benzene and isomeric biphenyl dicarboxylate ligands. Complex 1 has an unusual 6‐connected three‐dimensional (3D) architecture with point symbol (44.611). Complex 2 has also a 3D structure with two‐interpenetrated pcu topology with point symbol (412.63). Structural comparisons show that the positions of the carboxylate groups in the ligand backbone play an important role in governing the structural topologies of these complexes.  相似文献

The reaction of the aryl‐oxide ligand H2L [H2L = N,N‐bis(3, 5‐dimethyl‐2‐hydroxybenzyl)‐N‐(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine] with CuSO4 · 5H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O, CuBr2, CdCl2 · 2.5H2O, and Cd(OAc)2 · 2H2O, respectively, under hydrothermal conditions gave the complexes [Cu(H2L1)2] · SO4 · 3CH3OH ( 1 ), [Cu2(H2L2)2Cl4] ( 2 ), [Cu2(H2L2)2Br4] ( 3 ), [Cd2(HL)2Cl2] ( 4 ), and [Cd2(L)2(CH3COOH)2] · H2L ( 5 ), where H2L1 [H2L1 = 2, 4‐dimethyl‐6‐((pyridin‐2‐ylmethylamino)methyl)phenol] and H2L2 [H2L2 = 2‐(2, 4‐dimethyl‐6‐((pyridin‐2‐ylmethylamino)methyl)phenoxy)‐4, 6‐dimethylphenol] were derived from the solvothermal in situ metal/ligand reactions. These complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elementary analysis, and X‐ray diffraction. A low‐temperature magnetic susceptibility measurement for the solid sample of 2 revealed antiferromagnetic interactions between two central copper(II) atoms. The emission property studies for complexes 4 and 5 indicated strong luminescence emission.  相似文献

[In(dm4bt)Cl3(MeOH)]?·?0.5dm4bt (1) (dm4bt is 2,2′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐bithiazole) and [In(4bt)Cl3(MeOH)] (2) (4bt is 4,4′‐bithiazole) were prepared from the reaction of 4,4′‐bithiazole and 2,2′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐bithiazole with InCl3?·?4H2O in methanol, respectively. [In(4bt)Cl3(DMSO)] (3) was also prepared from recrystallization of 2 in DMSO. These complexes were characterized by IR, UV‐Vis, 1H NMR, 13C{1H} NMR, and luminescence spectroscopy and their structures were studied by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. The thermal stabilities of 1 and 3 were studied by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses.  相似文献

The condensation reaction of 2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐6,6'‐dibromo‐1,1′‐biphenyl with 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde as well as 5‐methoxy‐, 4‐methoxy‐, and 3‐methoxy‐2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde yields 2,2′‐bis(salicylideneamino)‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐6,6′‐dibromo‐1,1′‐biphenyl ( 1a ) as well as the 5‐, 4‐, and 3‐methoxy‐substituted derivatives 1b , 1c , and 1d , respectively. Deprotonation of substituted 2,2′‐bis(salicylideneamino)‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐1,1′‐biphenyls with diethylzinc yields the corresponding substituted zinc 2,2′‐bis(2‐oxidobenzylideneamino)‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐1,1′‐biphenyls ( 2 ) or zinc 2,2′‐bis(2‐oxidobenzylideneamino)‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐6,6′‐dibromo‐1,1′‐biphenyls ( 3 ). Recrystallization from a mixture of CH2Cl2 and methanol can lead to the formation of methanol adducts. The methanol ligands can either bind as Lewis base to the central zinc atom or as Lewis acid via a weak O–H ··· O hydrogen bridge to a phenoxide moiety. Methanol‐free complexes precipitate as dimers with central Zn2O2 rings.  相似文献

Five new transition metal complexes [Cu(HL)2(H2O)2] ( 1 ), [Cu(HL)2(phen)] ( 2 ), [Cu(HL)2(H2O)]2(4,4′‐bipy) ( 3 ), [Zn(HL)2(H2O)2]·(4,4′‐bipy) ( 4 ), [Ag(HL)(4,4′‐bipy)]n ( 5 ), (H2L=5‐chloro‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3,4‐dicarboxylic acid, phen=1,10‐phenanthroline; 4,4′‐bipy=4,4′‐bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized. Complexes 1 , 2 and 4 exhibit monomeric structures, 3 shows a dinuclear structure, 5 displays 1D chain structure, and all extend to 3D supramolecular network via rich hydrogen bonds. Complexes 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 comprise single helical chains, while complex 4 generates quadruple‐stranded helical chains. Furthermore, the antibacterial activities of the titled complexes against bacterial species, three Gram positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Candida albicans) and two Gram negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) were studied and compared to the activities of free ligands by using the microdilution method.  相似文献

Three supramolecular complexes, [VO(phen)(C2O4)(H2O)]·CH3OH (1) [(VO)2(u2-C2O4)(C2O4)2(H2O)2]·L·H2O (2), and [(4,4′-bipyH2)0.5]+[VO2(2,6-dipic)]?·2H2O (3) (phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline 4,4′-bipy?=?4,4′-bipyridine, 2,6-dipic?=?2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic, L?=?1,4-bis((3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)benzene), have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and UV–vis spectroscopy and single-crystal diffraction analysis. Structural analysis shows that the three complexes all contain carboxylate and V=O moiety; vanadium of 1 and 2 are six coordinate with distorted octahedral geometry with N2O4 and O6 donor sets, respectively, while 3 is five coordinate with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry with a NO4 donor set. The complexes exhibit catalytic bromination activity in the single-pot reaction for the conversion of phenol red to bromophenol blue in H2O–DMF at 30?±?0.5?C with pH 5.8, indicating that they can be considered as functional model vanadium-dependent haloperoxidases. In addition, electrochemical behaviors are also studied.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of Ni(II), 1,2,3‐benzenetricarboxylic acid (1,2,3‐H3btc) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy)/1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane (bpa) yield two layered nickel(II) coordination polymers, [Ni2(1,2,3‐btc)(OAc)‐(4,4′‐bpy)2(H2O)]·2H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(ip)(bpa)] ( 2 ) (ip=isophthalate), respectively. Both complexes are 2‐D coordination network based on 1‐D Ni‐carboxylate chains. The 1,2,3‐btc ligand adopts 3‐bridging mode in complex 1 , but transformed to isophthalate (ip) ligand through decarboxylation in 2 . The formation of the two complexes indicates that hydrothermal conditions andin‐situ ligand reaction have significant effect on constructing coordination polymers.  相似文献

The reactions of Ln(NO3)3 · 6H2O and 4‐acetamidobenzoic acid (Haba) with 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy) in ethanol solution resulted in three new lanthanide coordination polymers, namely {[Ln(aba)3(H2O)2] · 0.5(4,4′‐bpy) · 2H2O} [Ln = Sm ( 1 ), Gd ( 2 ), and Er ( 3 ), aba = 4‐acetamidobenzoate]. Compounds 1 – 3 are isomorphous and have one‐dimensional chains bridged by four aba anions. 4,4′‐Bipyridine molecules don’t take part in the coordination with LnIII ions and occur in the lattice as guest molecules. Moreover, the adjacent 1D chains in the complex are further linked through numerous N–H ··· O and O–H ··· O hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular network. In addition, complex 1 in the solid state shows characteristic emission in the visible region at room temperature.  相似文献

Two cadmium(II) and two zinc(II) coordination complexes with diverse structural motifs, [Cd2(HL)I3H2O] · H2O ( 1 ), [Cd2(H2L)2(H2O)4] · 2SO4 · 14H2O ( 2 ), [Zn3(L′)2(H2O)6] · 4H2O · 2(NO3) ( 3 ), and [Zn3L'2(H2O)2Cl2] · H2O ( 4 ) [H2L = 1,1‐bis(5‐(pyrid‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)methane; H2L′ = 1,1‐bis(5‐(pyrid‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)methanone] were synthesized through a hydrothermal method. These coordination complexes were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), FT‐IR spectroscopy, and photo‐luminescent experiments. Single crystal structural analysis revealed that 1 – 4 belong to polynuclear coordination compounds. PXRD analysis of 1 – 4 unambiguously confirmed the purity of the as‐synthesized coordination compounds. It is the first time to synthesize coordination compounds based on H2L′, which reacted from the original material H2L through in‐situ hydrothermal conditions. In addition, photo‐luminescent experiments revealed that 1 – 4 have real‐time sensing effects for benzaldehyde through fluorescence quenching. For 1 – 4 , the photo‐luminescent quenching effect for benzaldehyde was also compared and the coordination complexes 3 and 4 based on H2L′ have higher photo‐luminescent quenching effect than compounds 1 and 2 .  相似文献

[Ni(bpy)(mal)(H2O)3]·H2O and [Ni(4,4′-dmbpy)(mal)(H2O)3]·1.5H2O (mal = maleato; bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine; 4,4′-dmbpy = 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine) exhibit molecular crystal structures. The Ni(II) central ions in both complexes are six-coordinate by one chelate bonded L–L ligand, three aqua ligands, and one position is occupied by a maleato oxygen donor atom. Hydrogen bonded ribbon-like supramolecular structural motifs are present in both studied complexes; these are linked by weaker C–H?O hydrogen bonds in [Ni(bpy)(mal)(H2O)3]·H2O, whereas in [Ni(4,4′-dmbpy)(mal)(H2O)3]·1,5H2O the hydrogen bonded ribbons are linked by O?H-O-H?O hydrogen bonds with the participation of the additional water solvate molecule positioned on the twofold axis. In both structures, ππ stacking interactions with different patterns in respective structures were found. The role of dispersion energy and many-body effects in the stabilization of bpy and 4,4′-dmbpy stacking interactions were investigated using methods of computational chemistry. Those confirm the dispersion-dominated stabilization of the 4,4′-dmbpy supramolecular chain-like structure, with only marginal impact of cooperativity effects. Thermal decompositions of both complexes start with dehydration. Magnetic susceptibility studies performed from 2 to 300 K revealed a dominant effect of the zero-field splitting of the Ni(II) ion, governing the low-temperature magnetic properties of both compounds.  相似文献

Both of the title compounds, catena‐poly[[[tetraaquamagnesium(I)]‐μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N:N′] diiodide bis(4,4′‐bipyridine) solvate], {[Mg(C10H8N2)(H2O)4]I2·2C10H8N2}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[[μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐bis[diiodobis(propan‐1‐ol)strontium(I)]]‐di‐μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ4N:N′] bis(4,4′‐bipyridine) solvate], {[Sr2I4(C10H8N2)3(C3H8O)4]·2C10H8N2}n, (II), are one‐dimensional polymers which are single‐ and double‐stranded, respectively, the metal atoms being linked by the 4,4′‐bipyridine moieties. The Mg complex, (I), is [cis‐{(H2O)4Mg(N‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐N′)(2/2)}](∞|∞)I2·4,4′‐bipyridine and Mg has a six‐coordinate quasi‐octahedral coordination environment. 4,4′-bipyridine bridged two Cu (II) complexes, [Cu2L12(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 ( 1 ) and [Cu2L22(4,4′-bipy)]n·(2H2O)n ( 2 ) (where, HL1 = 2-[(3-methylamino-propylimino)-methyl]-phenol, H2L2 = 3-[(2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzylidene)-amino]-propionic acid, and 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal structure determination, mass spectrometry, FT-IR, electronic absorption, and emission spectroscopy. Complex 1 is dinuclear cationic compound and counter balanced by perchlorate anion, whereas complex 2 possesses 1D poly-nuclear structure. Both the complexes crystallize in monoclinic system with P21/c space group and the copper centers possess square pyramidal geometry. H-bonding, C-H···π, π···π interactions results the formation of two dimentional supramolecular structure for both the complexes. Interactions of complexes with bovine serum albumins (BSA) and human serum albumins (HSA) have been studied by using electronic absorption and emission spectroscopic technique. The calculated values of binding constants (Kb) are (9.22 ± 0.26) × 105 L mol−1 ( 1 -BSA), (7.19 ± 0.16) × 105 L mol−1 ( 1 -HSA), (5.05 ± 0.20) × 105 L mol−1 ( 2 -BSA) and (3.56 ± 0.25) × 105 L mol−1 ( 2 -HSA). The mechanism of serum albumins-complex interactions have been investigated by fluorescence lifetime measurement. Fluorescence spectroscopic studies indicate that both the complexes interact with calf thymas-DNA. Catecholase activity of the complexes has been studied in methanol using 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol (3,5-DTBC) as substrate and the result show that both the complexes are active for catalytic oxidation of 3,5-DTBC to 3,5-di-tert-butylquinone (3,5-DTBQ) in presence of molecular oxygen. Calculated values of turnover numbers are 71.81 ± 1.04 h−1 and 69.45 ± 0.74 h−1 for 1 and 2 , respectively.  相似文献

A new dumbbell‐type 4,4′‐bipy‐bridged dinuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu2(4,4′‐bipy)L2(H2O)2](ClO4)4 · 8CH3OH · 10H2O, where L = 1‐[bis(3‐aminopropyl)amino]‐2‐ propanol and bipy = bipyridine, has been synthesized and characterized, X‐ray crystallographic analysis shows that the [Cu2(4,4′‐bipy)L2(H2O)2]4+ cations and water molecules generate layer structures extending parallel to bc planes through hydrogen bonding interactions of O–H ··· O and C–H ··· O. The layers are also connected by hydrogen bonding interactions involving methanol, water, and perchlorate anions. These interactions lead to the formation of rectangular channels of 12.3 Å × 6.0 Å along the crystallographic c axis. Perchlorate anions fill in each channel in a sandwich‐like packing mode, they are joined with the adjacent layers by water heptamers. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show that the magnetic exchange interaction is weak although it has a regular π‐type electron transfer pathway. Furthermore, the electrochemical and thermogravimetric properties of the complex were also investigated.  相似文献

Naphthaldimines containing N2O2 donor centers react with platinum(II) and (IV) chlorides to give two types of complexes depending on the valence of the platinum ion. For [Pt(II)], the ligand is neutral, [(H2L1)PtCl2]·3H2O (1) and [(H2L3)2Pt2Cl4]·5H2O (3), or monobasic [(HL2)2Pt2Cl2]·2H2O (2) and [(HL4)2Pt]·2H2O (4). These complexes are all diamagnetic having square-planar geometry. For [Pt(IV)], the ligand is dibasic, [(L1)Pt2Cl4(OH)2]·2H2O (5), [(L2)Pt3Cl10]·3H2O (6), [(L3)Pt2Cl4(OH)2]·C2H5OH (7) and [(L4)Pt2Cl6]·H2O (8). The Pt(IV) complexes are diamagnetic and exhibit octahedral configuration around the platinum ion. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis and IR spectra, electrical conductivity and thermal analyses (DTA and TGA). The molar conductances in DMF solutions indicate that the complexes are non-ionic. The complexes were tested for their catalytic activities towards cathodic reduction of oxygen.  相似文献
