建立差示扫描量热(DSC)法测定对乙酰氨基酚原料药纯度的方法。考察升温速率、称样量、坩埚类型对测定结果的影响,确定最佳测定条件:升温速率为1.0℃/min,称样量为2.0~2.2 mg,选用Tzero密封铝坩埚作为样品盘。DSC法测定对乙酰氨基酚原料药纯度为99.91%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.03%(n=6),DSC法测定结果与紫外可见分光光度法测定结果(99.85%)基本一致,且DSC法测定结果的相对标准偏差较小。该方法简便、快速、准确,无需标准品,可用于对乙酰氨基酚原料药纯度的测定。  相似文献

本着降低生产成本,开发仪器功能,提高工作效率,建立了双柱切换-反吹技术-气相色谱法(内标法)同时测定汽油中含氧化合物与苯。考察色谱阀的切换时间,柱温等因素对结果的影响,确定了最佳操作条件,同时对方法的精密度和重复性进行验证。结果表明,含氧化合物和苯的相对标准偏差为0.05%~0.2%,加标回收率分别为98.8%和96.7%,同时测定汽油中含氧化合物和苯方法的建立,其分析结果与石化标准方法分析结果一致。  相似文献

Exothermic decomposition of di-tert-butyl peroxide (DTBP) was measured and assessed for determination of onset or threshold point which is essential for hazard evaluation or early detection of runaway reaction. Thermal decomposition of DTBP was conducted by differential scanning calorimeter and thermal scanning unit. Criteria of onset points are determined by and compared by the deflection curve of exothermic behavior (or heat flow), selected pressure, self-heat rate, or pressure-rising rate, respectively. Exothermic onset temperature of DTBP can be determined as low as 73.5 °C by pressure selected at 1.5 bar. Onset point determined by selected pressure is more sensitive and superior to the onset temperature traditionally measured by thermal analysis, adiabatic calorimetry using heat-wait-search methodology or theoretical approaches.  相似文献

A new technique for accurate mass determination by using multiple sprayers nano-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (nano-ESI-MS) on a magnetic sector instrument is described. Metal coated glass capillaries were used as nano-ESI sprayers. One of the sprayers was used for the reference compound solution, and others were used for the introduction of sample solutions. The spectra of the different compounds were obtained by shifting each sprayer's position relative to the sampling orifice. The accurate masses of several standard compounds were obtained with good accuracy, without problems arising from differences in ionization efficiency between the sample compounds and reference compound.  相似文献

This paper describes a new extraction tool for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil and sediment samples, using dynamic microwave-assisted extraction combined with solid-phase extraction (DMAE-SPE). The critical variables for DMAE-SPE are investigated and optimized in an experimental design. The technique proved to be fast, accurate and able to yield quantitative extraction of PAHs from naturally contaminated sediment and soil samples. The set-up is fully automated and features monitored extraction, which facilitates rapid optimization of the method. In addition, only small quantities of solvent and sample are required.  相似文献

利用微波消解技术对农药废水样品进行预处理,然后进行其中总磷的测定,消解时间从传统的高温高压消解30 min缩短到8 min.用微波消解-分光光度法和高压消解-分光光度法对两个农药废水样品进行了6次平行比对测定,测定结果经统计检验无显著性差异.微波消解法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.483%~0.906%(n=6),加标回收率为95.5%~97.0%.该方法准确、快捷,适用于农药废水中总磷的快速测定.  相似文献

This paper reported a full evaporation headspace gas chromatographic (GC) technique for determination of methanol content in black liquors (pulping spent liquor). In this method, a very small volume (10-20 microL) of liquor sample is introduced into a headspace sample vial (20 mL) and heated up to a temperature of 105 degrees C. A near-complete mass transfer of methanol from the liquid phase to vapor phase (headspace), i.e., a full evaporation, can be achieved within 3 min. The methanol in the headspace of the vial is then measured by GC. The present method is simple, rapid and accurate.  相似文献

Pyrotechnic mixtures are susceptible to explosive decompositions. The aim of this paper is to generate thermal decomposition data under adiabatic conditions for fireworks mixtures containing potassium nitrate, barium nitrate, sulfur, and aluminum which are manufactured on a commercial scale. Differential scanning calorimeter is used for screening tests and accelerating rate calorimeter is used for other studies. The self heat rate data obtained showed onset temperature in the range of 275?C295?°C for the fireworks atom bomb, Chinese cracker and palm leaf cracker. Of the three mixtures studied, atom bomb mixture had an early onset at 275?°C. The mixtures in general showed vigor exothermic decompositions. Palm leaf mixture exhibits multiple exotherm and reached a final temperature of 414?°C. The thermal decomposition contributes to substantial rise in system pressure. The heats of exothermic decomposition and Arrhenius kinetics were computed. The kinetic data are validated by comparing the predicted self heat rates with the experimental data.  相似文献

A rapid and accurate method is described for the determination of small quantities of polyhydroxy compounds by the spectrophotometric measurement of Cr(III) produced by the reduction of dichromate in 50% sulfuric acid. The method is probably applicable also to many other organic reducing agents. Duplicate determinations require only 30 minutes. The maximum standard deviation for any of the six compounds investigated was 0.90% of the polyol content.  相似文献

A new sample preparation and preconcentration technique - solid phase microextraction (SPME) - is reported for the application of several tinorganic compounds and tetrabutyllead in aqueous samples. The solvent-free procedure is rapid in comparison with liquid-liquid extraction or SFE but also sensitive. Analytical variables of the extraction such as adsorption and desorption time, stirring rate and temperature has been investigated. The determination has been performed by GC coupled with atomic emission detection (AED). After optimization of the conditions of SPME a calibration was realized on the basis of a multicomponent standard solution, prepared by ethylation of organotin salts directly in the sample using sodium tetraethylborate (NaBEt(4)) without prior separation of the analytes from the matrix. The method permits preconcentration. Values of about 10 can be reached. A detection limit of 0.09 pg Sn and 0.08 pg Pb can be achieved under optimized conditions. The proposed procedure has been successfully applied to the analysis of organotin compounds in various slurry samples.  相似文献

This study was conducted to test the ability of the Chemchek? Kinetic Phosphorescence Analyzer Model KPA-11 with an auto-sampler to resolve the difference in phosphorescent decay rates of several different uranium isotopes, and therefore identify the uranium isotope ratios present in a sample. Kinetic phosphorescence analysis (KPA) is a technique that provides rapid, accurate, and precise determination of uranium concentration in aqueous solutions. Utilizing a pulsed-laser source to excite an aqueous solution of uranium, this technique measures the phosphorescent emission intensity over time to determine the phosphorescence decay profile. The phosphorescence intensity at the onset of decay is proportional to the uranium concentration in the sample. Calibration with uranium standards results in the accurate determination of actual concentration of the sample. Different isotopes of uranium, however, have unique properties which should result in different phosphorescence decay rates seen via KPA. Results show that a KPA is capable of resolving uranium isotopes.  相似文献

Methamphetamine (MA), 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA) and 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) were extracted from human urine by using microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) followed by gas chromatography analysis with flame ionization detection. In order to improve the extraction efficiency, experimental parameters on the extraction, including extraction solvent and its volume, pH value of sample, extraction time and temperature were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the average recoveries of MA, MDA and MDMA were 92.25, 85.94 and 91.50%, respectively. And the intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations were not greater than 6.9%. The results indicate that the developed method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of MA, MDA and MDMA in urine for forensic application.  相似文献

An automatic adiabatic calorimeter for measuring heat capacities in the temperature range 70-580 K, equipped with a small sample cell of 7.4 cm3 in the internal volume has been developed. In order to obtain a good adiabatic condition of the calorimeter at high temperature, the calorimeter was surrounded in sequence by two adiabatic shields, three radiation shields and an auxiliary temperature-controlled sheath. The main body of the cell made of copper and the lid made of brass are silver-soldered and the cell is sealed with a copper screw cap. A sealing gasket made of Pb-Sn alloy is put between the cap and the lid to ensure a high vacuum sealing of the cell in the whole experimental temperature range. All the leads are insulated and fixed with W30-11 varnish, thus a good electric insulation is obtained at high temperature. All the experimental data, including those for energy and temperature are collected and automatically with a personal computer using a predetermined program. To verify the accuracy of the calorimeter, the heat capacities of α-Al2O3 of the calorimetric standard reference material is measured. The standard deviations of experimental heat capacity values from the smoothed values are within ± 0.28%, while the inaccuracy is within ±0.4% compared with those of the National Bureau of Standards over the entire working temperature range. An analytical method using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for rapid simultaneous determination of seven heavy metals (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni and Pb) in human blood fractions, like plasma, cells fraction and whole blood, is performed. The optimum wavelength was selected using as criterions the sensitivity, the linearity and recovery of aqueous standard solutions. The pretreatment of the sample, the centrifugal conditions, the necessity of digestion and the dilution of the digests were also studied. For plasma it was possible to avoid digestion of the sample, but for cells fractions and whole blood the digestion is necessary. The samples were acid-digested by HNO3 in closed Teflon tubes under high temperature and pressure conditions and were diluted before injection into ICP-AES. Also, optimization of the inductively coupled plasma conditions like nebulizer argon flow rate, sample flow rate and power of radio frequency was performed for each analyte. Finally, the effect of the type of the employed calibration technique on the total variation of the method was examined. Calibration using the standard addition technique was proved more accurate for the determination in terms of analyte recovery. The sensitivity and recovery (Cd 99%, Co 101%, Cr 100%, Cu 99%, Mn 101%, Ni 100% and Pb 97%) of the developed method are presented for all examined blood fractions. Correspondence: George A. The objective of this article is to generate thermal decomposition data on fireworks tip mixture, a mixture used to coat the tip of fireworks, for easy ignition. This mixture has reportedly involved in triggering many accidents in fireworks industry. Different quantities of water were added to the mixture and its thermal characteristics were studied. Differential scanning calorimeter was used for screening tests and accelerating rate calorimeter was used for detailed studies in adiabatic and isothermal modes. The self-heat rate data obtained showed onset temperature for different quantity of water, at a range of 80–170 °C. The mixture with 40 % water wt/wt had onset at 80 °C in adiabatic mode. The same mixture on isoaging at 40 °C exhibited exothermic characteristics with a substantial rise in system pressure (57 bar). The heats of exothermic decomposition and Arrhenius kinetics were also computed.  相似文献

微波萃取-气相色谱法测定血液中的甲基苯丙胺   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
建立了人体血液中甲基苯丙胺的微波萃取-气相色谱测定方法。分别考察了萃取溶剂种类、用量、样品pH值以及萃取温度、时间等因素对萃取率的影响,并与液-液萃取法进行比较。结果表明,在相同条件下,微波萃取率高于液-液萃取。血液中甲基苯丙胺的最佳提取条件为:调节血样pH为13,以乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂,于30 ℃下微波提取 8 min。在此条件下平均萃取率达到81.4%,相对标准偏差为6.4%(n=5)。提取液经气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器检测,甲基苯丙胺和基体之间得到了很好的分离,对血液中甲基苯丙胺的最低检测限为220 μg/L。该方法是一种快速、准确、灵敏的测定血液中甲基苯丙胺的方法。  相似文献

建立了化妆品中15种挥发性有机溶剂残留的顶空气相色谱测定方法。样品经60 ℃、30 min静态顶空后,采用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测,外标法定量。加标回收试验结果表明: 15种挥发性有机溶剂残留平均回收率为62.8%~116%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。方法的检出限为0.09~0.68 mg/kg。该方法可有效克服基体干扰,一次进样可同时分离和测定化妆品中15种挥发性有机溶剂,准确灵敏,简单快速,适用于化妆品中挥发性有机溶剂残留的检测。  相似文献

建立了检测玩具中10种挥发性有机物(VOC)残留量的顶空气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC-MS)方法。样品经140 ℃、45 min静态顶空后,通过DB-624色谱柱分离和质谱检测,外标法定量。该方法对于不同VOC的定量限(LOQ)均在0.66 mg/kg以下,线性范围为0.001~2.0 μg,平均回收率在79%~106%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.4%~5.6%之间。该方法具有准确灵敏、简单快速等特点,将其应用于实际玩具样品的检测取得了良好效果。  相似文献
