通过毛细管微乳液电动色谱10 m in内同时分离了安非他明、甲基安非他明、4,5-亚甲基二氧基安非他明(MDA)和3-甲氧基-4,5-亚甲基二氧基安非他明(MDMA)4种苯丙胺类毒品及其麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、甲基麻黄碱、甲基伪麻黄碱、去甲麻黄碱等麻黄生物碱杂质。比较了毛细管微乳液电动色谱和丁醇改进的胶束电动色谱模式对分离的影响,发现正丁醇是影响分离的最主要因素。本方法具有很好的重复性和稳定性,可实现对冰毒及其麻黄生物碱杂质的快速分析和鉴定,相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD分别小于1.3%和5.0%,可用于冰毒的实际来源推断。  相似文献

Recently, 1-butanol modified MEKC was proven to be similar to MEEKC in separation performance. In the present work, typical microemulsion containing 0.8% n-octane/3.3% SDS/6.6% 1-butanol/20 mM borax buffer and corresponding swollen micelle without n-octane were used to compare their microdroplet structures including hydrodynamic radius, electrokinetic potential ζ and charge density at the hydrodynamic shear surface, as well as microenvironment polarity in the interior of the microdroplets. Three kinds of corticosteroids were separated with MEEKC and 1-butanol modified MEKC to assess their separation performances. The experiment results showed that both microstructure and separation performance in microemulsion and in swollen micelle systems were alike, no matter whether oil phase n-octane was present. The environment polarity in the core of swollen micelle was slightly higher than in the microemulsions, and both of them were higher than in n-octane medium. Furthermore, the influences of SDS and 1-butanol concentration on microstructures were measured in details. Increasing the amount of SDS, hydrodynamic radius decreased in microemulsion but increased in swollen micelle. On the contrary, ζ and shear surface charge density changed in the reverse trends. With increment of 1-butanol concentration, the hydrodynamic radius increased dramatically in microemulsions, whereas decreased slightly in swollen micelle. Even though using n-octane as oil core was not a key factor, microemulsions and swollen micelle as pseudostationary phase in EKC should not be exactly the same.  相似文献

Several aqueous organic solvent systems have been investigated for the extractive separation of Xylenol Orange (XO), Semi-Xylenol Orange (SXO) and o-Cresol Red (CR). Four methods of determination of the extracted species were used. A?conceptual adsorption process for the recovery and purification of biobutanol is proposed. Different porous materials are tested on their ability to perform the adsorptive separations relevant to the process. The metal-organic framework ZIF-8, silicalite zeolite and active carbon were compared with respect to their adsorption capacity of 1-butanol dissolved in water, as obtained in static and dynamic conditions by respectively batch and breakthrough measurements at room temperature. Batch experimentation showed that other compounds present in a real ABE fermentation have no significant effect on the adsorption of 1-butanol on ZIF-8. The breakthrough separation of 1-butanol from an aqueous ABE mixture was performed with a ZIF-8 packed column. The desorption of 1-butanol from a saturated ZIF-8 packed column by a stepwise increase of the temperature to 423?K in combination with a purge of a nitrogen gas (60?ml/min) shows that 1-butanol desorbs at low temperature from ZIF-8. Adsorption isotherms of ethanol, 1-butanol and water in liquid phase on the zeolite SAPO-34 were determined by batch adsorption at 298?K. Also the separation of an ethanol/1-butanol mixture and the removal of ethanol from 1-butanol could be achieved with a SAPO-34 packed column. From this experimental work, two materials—ZIF-8 and SAPO-34—thus emerged as suitable adsorbents for the recovery and purification of biobutanol by adsorption.  相似文献

In this study, microemulsions of the chiral surfactant polysodium N-undecenoyl-D-valinate (poly-D-SUV) was utilized for enantiomeric separation by investigating two approaches using polymeric chiral surfactant in microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC). In the first approach, poly-D-SUV was used as an emulsifier surfactant along with 1-butanol and n-heptane. Enantioseparation of anionic or partially anionic binaphthyl derivatives, anionic barbiturates, and cationic paveroline derivatives were achieved by varying the mass fraction of 1-butanol, n-heptane and poly-D-SUV. For anionic or partially anionic analytes, relatively lower mass fractions of n-heptane, and poly-D-SUV were found to give optimum chiral separations as compared to that for cationic solutes. In the second approach, the chiral microemulsion polymer was prepared by polymerizing mixtures of 3.50% (w/w) of sodium N-undecenoyl-D-valinate (D-SUV) and 0.82% (w/w) of n-heptane (core phase) at varying concentration of 1-butanol. After polymerization, the n-heptane and 1-butanol were removed to yield solvent free microemulsion polymers (MPs) which were then utilized for the separation of anionic binaphthyl derivatives and anionic barbiturates. When MPs of D-SUV were utilized for chiral separation, 1.00% (w/w) 1-butanol and 3.50% (w/w) 1-butanol was optimum for enantioseparation of (+/-)-BNP and (+/-)-BOH, respectively. On the other hand, for anionic (+/-)-barbiturates very low concentration of butanol (0.25%, w/w) provided optimum resolution. Compared with micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC), the use of micelle polymers or microemulsion polymers in MEEKC showed dramatic enhancement for resolution of (+/-)-BNP, while this enhancement was less dramatic for other binaphthyls [(+/-)-BOH, (+/-)-BNA] as well as for (+/-)-barbiturates and (+/-)-paveroline derivatives. However, higher separation efficiency of the enantiomers was always observed with MEEKC than in MEKC.  相似文献

Separation of six vitamers of vitamin B6 was performed by RP-HPLC using micellar mobile phase, UV and electrochemical detection. Effect of temperature, type and amount of organic modifier in mobile phase on efficiency and asymmetry factor showed that, the appropriate conditions were temperature of 35 degrees C and 3.0-5.0% (v/v) 1-butanol in mobile phase. Variations of selectivity factor versus 1-butanol concentration, pH of mobile phase, and SDS concentration was investigated and the following optimized conditions were selected for the separation: 3.0% (v/v) 1-butanol, pH=5.5 and 65 mM SDS in mobile phase. Electrochemical behavior of vitamers in optimized mobile phase was investigated using cyclic voltammetry, and potential of +1.2 V versus Ag/AgCl(Sat.) was chose as working potential. Finally, separation of B6 vitamers using UV detection at 254 nm and electrochemical detection at +1.2 V was compared.  相似文献

Microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC) and solvent modified micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) were investigated with the goal of the rapid separation of complex heroin and amphetamine samples. The rapid simultaneous separation of 17 species of heroin, amphetamine and their basic impurities and adulterants was performed within about 10 min using MEEKC for the first time, whereas solvent modified MEKCs were unable to resolve all the components. The comparisons between MEEKC and solvent modified MEKC proved internal lipophilic organic phase in microemulsions played an important role in improving the separation performance with respect to efficiency. However, the role of internal lipophilic organic phase in MEEKC was disgusted at high concentrations of cosurfactant, and the separations of MEEKC and 1-butanol modified MEKC became similar at high concentrations of 1-butanol. The evaluation of reproducibility, linearity and detection limit of optimized MEEKC method provided good results for all the analytes investigated, thus allowing its application to real controlled drug preparation analysis.  相似文献

Salicin in the bark extract of Salix alba and amygdalin in the fruit extract of Semen armeniacae were each separated by slow rotary counter-current chromatography (SRCCC). The apparatus was equipped with a 40-L column made of 17 mm i.d. convoluted Teflon tubing. A 500g amount of crude extract containing salicin at 13.5% was separated yielding 63.5 g of salicin at 95.3% purity in 20h using methyl tert-butyl ether-l-butanol (1:3) saturated by methanol-water (1:5) as a stationary phase and methanol-water (1:5) saturated by methyl tert-butyl ether-1-butanol (1:3) as a mobile phase. A 400g amount of crude extract containing amygdalin at 55.3% was isolated to yield 221.2g of amygdalin at 94.1% purity in 19h using ethyl acetate-1-butanol (1:2) saturated by water as a stationary phase and water saturated by ethyl acetate-1-butanol (1:2) as a mobile phase. The flow rate of the mobile phase was 50 ml/min. The results show that industrial SRCCC separation of salicin and amygdalin is feasible using a larger column at a higher flow rate of the mobile phase.  相似文献

建立了微乳液毛细管电动色谱同时分析消炎利胆片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的方法。考察了缓冲溶液的浓度、pH值、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)以及助表面活性剂的含量对分离测定的影响。在由乙酸乙酯-SDS-正丁醇-30 mmol/L硼砂缓冲液(pH 9.5)(质量比为0.5∶0.6∶6.0∶92.9)组成的微乳液体系中,两种内酯在6 min内完成分离。该法简便、快速、选择性好,用于实际样品中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的分析,获得了满意的结果。  相似文献

The feasibility of using C1-C5 alcohols as electrolyte solutions in nonaqueous capillary zone electrophoresis was investigated. The separation of basic narcotic analgesics and acidic diuretics was modified by changing the alcohol in an electrolyte solution containing alcohol-acetonitrile-acetic acid (50:49:1, v/v) and 20 mM ammonium acetate while other experimental conditions were kept constant. The alcohols studied were methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, 1-butanol, 2-butanol, and 1-pentanol. The results indicate that even longer-chain alcohols can be used in nonaqueous capillary zone electrophoresis and, because of the lower currents they allow, they are especially advantageous in wider capillaries. Basic analytes were separated in 200 microm and 320 microm ID capillaries with 1-butanol-acetonitrile-acetic acid (50:49:1, v/v) containing 20 mM ammonium acetate as electrolyte solution. Problems related to the use of wide-bore capillaries are discussed.  相似文献

A simple, reliable microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC) method is developed for the simultaneous separation of seven fluoroquinolones (FQs). The best separation is achieved in a carrier electrolyte containing 1% (v/v) heptane, 100 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), 10% (v/v) 1-butanol, and 8 mmol/L phosphate-sodium tetraborate buffer at pH 7.30. The proposed method was directly applied to the determination of ciprofloxacin (CPF) and lomefloxacin (LMF) in urine samples of subjects administered either with CPF or LMF.  相似文献

A straight-chain alcohol or diol additive in the mobile phase was used to modify and improve the HPLC separation of organic acids and bases. Incorporation of 2% 1-butanol, 1% 1,2-hexanediol, or 0.25% 1,2-octanediol into an aqueous mobile phase greatly improved the separation of alkane carboxylic acids on a silica C18 column, both in terms of separation time and peak shape. When 1.5% 1-hexanol, 0.09% 1-decanol or 0.01% 1-dodecanol was added to an acetonitrile-water (30:70) mobile phase, much sharper peaks and better resolution were obtained for aromatic bases separated on an underivatized polystyrene-divinylbenzene column. The mobile phase additive is believed to coat the stationary phase surface by a dynamic equilibrium. The coated surface is more hydrophilic and facilitates the efficient partitioning of analytes between the mobile and stationary phases.  相似文献

对两种手性农药马拉疏磷和粉唑醇进行了对映体的高效液相色谱手性拆分。使用纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相,流动相为正已烷,流动相中添加乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇和异丁醇为改性剂,考察了各种醇含量对手性拆分的影响:实验结果显示,该固定相对两种手性农药都具有很好的分离效果。异丙醇、丁醇和异丁醇都适于作马拉疏磷对映体拆分的改性剂,而乙醇和丙醇的效果较差,对于粉唑醇,异丙醇改性剂的效果则相对较好。醇含量对拆分的影响趋势为:醇的含量减少会导致保留增强,分离效果增加。  相似文献

Unusual peak profiles of warfarin were characterized on two oligoproline chiral stationary phases (CSPs). The pattern of 1st peak (S(−)) broadening and the 2nd peak (R(+)) compression was observed under mobile phase of hexane (0.1% TFA)/2-propanol (IPA) on a triproline CSP 1, and with other alcohol modifier such as ethanol, 1-propanol, 1-butanol, 2-butanol, and tert-butanol as well. Through analyzing system peak of additives, the unusual peak profile was interpreted by perturbation of TFA additive system peak. The unusual peak profile was also found in enantioseparation of coumachlor and on a covalently bonded doubly tethered diproline CSP 2. The pattern of 1st peak (S(−)) broadening and the 2nd peak (R(+)) compression can change to pattern of 1st peak compression and the 2nd peak broadening from 15 to 50 °C. Chiral separation of warfarin created nonlinear van’t Hoff plots on CSP. No peak broadening/compression were observed with methyl tertiary butyl ether or ethyl acetate as the modifier. The peak shapes of the two warfarin enantiomers can thus be tuned by varying alcohol concentration and column temperature. High separation factor and resolution may be carried out to tune the peak profiles into Langmuir/anti-Langmuir band-shape composition. Using none hydrogen donor modifier may avoid interference of the TFA system peak.  相似文献

This paper shows the separation and determination of eight compounds containing the OH group (ethanol, pentanol, 3-methyl-1-butanol, hexanol, phenol, benzyl-alcohol, phenylethanol and geraniol) in synthetic wine by gas chromatography using UV-Vis molecular absorption spectrometry as detection system. All the parameters affecting the separation and determination were optimised using some methods of experiment design. The analytical characteristics of each compound were calculated and detection limits ranging from 2.3 to 74 mg l(-1) have been obtained.  相似文献

A new method for separation of several amino acids using mobile phases (MPs) containing mixed micelles as well as 1-butanol and aprotic organic solvents as modifying additives has been developed. The effect of experimental factors (the ratio of MP components, nature of stationary phase) on separation of amino acids is investigated and all conditions for separation are optimized. It was found that separation of three amino acids l-lysine, l-histidine and l-tryptophan on silica gel stationary phase in the interval from micrograms to milligrams is available. The proposed method is simple and allows determining the amino acids in the linear interval of 0.1-1.5mg.  相似文献

A rapid, reliable and reproducible method based on microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC) for simultaneous determination of 13 kinds of water- and fat-soluble vitamins has been developed in this work. A novel microemulsion system consisting of 1.2% (w/w) sodium lauryl sulphate (SDS), 21% (v/v) 1-butanol, 18% (v/v) acetonitrile, 0.8% (w/w) n-hexane, 20mM borax buffer (pH 8.7) was applied to improve selectivity and efficiency, as well as shorten analysis time. The composition of microemulsion used as the MEEKC running buffer was investigated thoroughly to obtain stable separation medium, as well as the optimum determination conditions. Acetonitrile as the organic solvent modifier, pH of the running buffer and 1-butanol as the co-surfactant played the most important roles for the separation of the fat-soluble vitamins, water-soluble vitamins and stabilization of system, respectively. The 13 water- and fat-soluble vitamins were baseline separated within 30 min. The system was applied to determine water- and fat-soluble vitamins in commercial multivitamin pharmaceutical formulation, good accuracy and precision were obtained with recoveries between 97% and 105%, relative standard derivations (RSDs) less than 1.8% except vitamin C, and acceptable quantitative results corresponding to label claim.  相似文献

Previously, we reported the selective simultaneous separation of the substrates and products of a transesterification reaction (vinyl butyrate, 1-butanol, butyl butyrate and butyric acid) through supported liquid membranes (SLMs) based on ionic liquids (ILs) and concluded that transport of the compounds was mainly regulated by the affinity of the ionic liquid towards each solute.  相似文献
