两头尖的化学成分研究(Ⅰ)   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法,对两头尖的化学成分进行了研究,从中分离得到两个化合物,经化学及IR,ESI-MS,^1H NMR,^13C NMR,DEPT,HMQC,HMBC,GCOSY,TOCSY等谱学分析鉴定其结构分别为:3-O-α-Larabinopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-dmmnopyranosyl(1→2)[β-D-glucopymnosyl(1→4)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopymnosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhammnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhammnopymnosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-glucopymmside(2),该两个化合物为新化合物,分别命名为:多被银莲花皂苷16(Raddeanoside 16)和多被银莲花皂苷17(Baddeanoside 17).  相似文献

两头尖系毛莨科银莲花属植物多被银莲花(Anemone raddeanaRegel)的干燥根茎,分布于我国东北及山东等地.其味辛性热,具有祛风湿、消痈肿之功效.其总皂苷具有显著的抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇痛、镇静及抗惊厥作用.近年来,国内学者对其化学成分进行了较深入研究,已分离出近20种三萜皂苷类成分以及多种挥发油和多糖类成分.我们从两头尖中分离并鉴定了3个双糖链三萜皂苷化合物,其中化合物1为新化合物.化合物2和3为首次从两头尖中获得的已知化合物.  相似文献

从川麦冬[Ophiopogon japonicus (Thunb.) Ker-Gawl.]中分离得到四个皂苷类成分, 分别鉴定为14-hydroxy sprengerinin C (1), sprengerinin C (2), ophiogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3)和β-胡萝卜苷(4, β-sitosterol β-D-glucopyranoside). 其中14-hydroxy sprengerinin C为新的C27甾体皂苷, 化合物sprengerinin C为首次从该植物分离得到. 运用现代波谱技术, 包括二维核磁共振谱和高分辨质谱, 对上述化合物的结构进行了确证.  相似文献

多花蔷薇(Rose multiflora. cathayensis)又名红刺玫、刺花,系多年生落叶灌木,野生于甘肃省陇南山区,生长在海拔500~1900 m的山峰、河岸或山坡缘及灌木丛林中,花的资源丰富,是甘肃省目前需开发的野生芳香植物之一,多花蔷薇花为粉红色,花期为5月中旬至5月底,花中含芳香油,可用作化妆、皂用香精等,有关多花蔷薇花的化学成分,未见文献报道,我们将多花蔷薇花的石油醚浸膏用乙醇在0℃脱蜡3次得净油,再经硅胶柱层析分离得纯  相似文献

从珠子参根茎中分离得到7个化合物. 利用核磁共振、 质谱和红外等手段, 并结合其理化性质, 鉴定了其结构, 它们分别是24(R)-珠子参苷R1, 6-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基]-20-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基]-20(S)-原人参三醇、 6″-乙酰基-人参皂苷Rd、 人参皂苷Rf、 竹节参皂苷Ⅳa、 人参皂苷Rd和竹节参皂苷Ⅴ. 其中, 24(R)-珠子参苷R1和6-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基]-20-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基]-20(S)-原人参三醇为2个新化合物, 6″-乙酰基-人参皂苷Rd 和人参皂苷Rf为首次从珠子参根茎中得到.  相似文献

A new triterpenoid saponins, raddeanoside R19 (1) was isolated from the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel. The effects of raddeanoside R19 on superoxide generation in human neutrophil were evaluated. The compound suppressed the superoxide generation induced by N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP), phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) and araehidonic acid (AA) in a different concentration-dependent manner.  相似文献

Two new oleanolic acid‐type triterpenoid saponins, raddeanosides R22 and R23 ( 1 and 2 , resp.), together with four known saponins were isolated from the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as oleanolic acid 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl(1→2)[β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl(1→4)]‐α‐L ‐arabinopyranoside ( 1 ) and oleanolic acid 3‐Oα‐L ‐arabinopyranosyl(1→3)‐α‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)[β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl(1→4)]‐α‐L ‐arabinopyranoside ( 2 ). The four known compounds were identified as oleanolic acid 3‐Oα‐L ‐arabinopyranoside ( 3 ), oleanolic acid 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl(1→4)‐α‐L ‐arabinopyranoside ( 4 ), hederasaponin B ( 5 ), and hederacholchiside E ( 6 ) on the basis of chemical and spectral evidences. Compound 4 is reported for the first time from the Anemone genus, while the other three known compounds have been already found in this plant.  相似文献

金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobile Lindl.)系兰科石斛属草本植物,具有滋阴清热、生津益胃、润肺止咳的功效,是中药石斛的主要来源之一.对金钗石斛的化学成分进行了研究,利用多种色谱技术分离得到了4个化合物,并采用现代波谱技术,尤其是超导核磁共振技术(NMR)和文献数据对照鉴定他们的结构分别为:dengibsin(1)、2,4,7-三羟基-5-甲基芴酮(2)、大黄酚(3)、β-谷甾醇(4).这4个化合物为首次从该植物中获得.  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(CGC-MS)联用技术对油楠树脂油的化学成分进行研究,共分离出42个峰,并确认了其中39种成分,占总油量的94.31%。分离出的主要成分为蓖麻油酸(17.91%);7,7,8,8-四甲基二环[4.2.0]辛烷-1(6),3-二烯-2,5-二酮(7.60%);1,2-二乙基-3,4-二甲基-苯(6.70%);1,2,6,6-四甲基-1,3-环己二烯(5.35%);n-棕榈酸(4.47%);1,3,4-三甲基-3-环己烯-1-甲醛(4.17%)。  相似文献

采用硅胶柱层析方法从怀山药(dioscorea opposita thunb)乙醇提取物中分离出了3个化合物,通过理化性质及波谱法进行结构鉴定,分别为7-羰基-β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),尿嘧啶(Ⅱ),腺苷(Ⅲ).化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ均为首次从薯蓣属植物中分离得到.腺苷应是怀山药中的有效成份之一,可以作为建立怀山药及怀山药产品质量标准的指标性成分.  相似文献

Infection by bacteria is one of the main problems in health. The use of commercial antibiotics is still one of the treatments to overcome these problems. However, high levels of consumption lead to antibiotic resistance. Several types of antibiotics have been reported to experience resistance. One solution that can be given is the use of natural antibacterial products. There have been many studies reporting the potential antibacterial activity of the Ocimum plant. Ocimum is known to be one of the medicinal plants that have been used traditionally by local people. This plant contains components of secondary metabolites such as phenolics, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, and alkaloids. Therefore, in this paper, we will discuss five types of Ocimum species, namely O. americanum, O. basilicum, O. gratissimum, O. campechianum, and O. sanctum. The five species are known to contain many chemical constituents and have good antibacterial activity against several pathogenic bacteria.  相似文献
